Purpose To review existing scientific literature on mobile applications (apps) in the field of radiation oncology and to evaluate characteristics of commercially available apps across different platforms. Methods A systematic review of the literature for publications presenting apps in the field of radiation oncology was carried out using the PubMed database, Cochrane library, Google Scholar, and annual meetings of major radiation oncology societies. Additionally, the two major marketplaces for apps, App Store and Play Store, were searched for available radiation oncology apps for patients and health care professionals (HCP). Results A total of 38 original publications which met the inclusion criteria were identified. Within those publications, 32 apps were developed for patients and 6 for HCP. The vast majority of patient apps focused on documenting electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePROs). In the two major marketplaces, 26 apps were found, mainly supporting HCP with dose calculations. Conclusion Apps used in (and for) scientific research in radiation oncology are rarely available for patients and HCP in common marketplaces.

SREBP2 is a master regulator of the mevalonate pathway (MVP), a biosynthetic process that drives the synthesis of dolichol, heme A, ubiquinone and cholesterol and also provides substrates for protein prenylation. Here, we identify SREBP2 as a novel substrate for USP28, a deubiquitinating enzyme that is frequently upregulated in squamous cancers. Our results show that silencing of USP28 reduces expression of MVP enzymes and lowers metabolic flux into this pathway. We also show that USP28 binds to mature SREBP2, leading to its deubiquitination and stabilisation. USP28 depletion rendered cancer cells highly sensitive to MVP inhibition by statins, which was rescued by the addition of geranyl-geranyl pyrophosphate. Analysis of human tissue microarrays revealed elevated expression of USP28, SREBP2 and MVP enzymes in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) compared to lung adenocarcinoma (LADC). Moreover, CRISPR/Cas-mediated deletion of SREBP2 selectively attenuated tumour growth in a KRas/p53/LKB1 mutant mouse model of lung cancer. Finally, we demonstrate that statins synergise with a dual USP28/25 inhibitor to reduce viability of SCC cells. Our findings suggest that combinatorial targeting of MVP and USP28 could be a therapeutic strategy for the treatment of squamous cell carcinomas.

Background/Context: Bi/multilingual students’ STEM learning is better supported when educators leverage their language and cultural practices as resources, but STEM subject divisions have been historically constructed based on oppressive, dominant values and exclude the ways of knowing of nondominant groups. Truly promoting equity requires expanding and transforming STEM disciplines. Purpose/Objective/Research Question/Focus of Study: This article contributes to efforts to illuminate emergent bi/multilingual students’ ways of knowing, languaging, and doing in STEM. We follow the development of syncretic literacies in relation to translanguaging practices, asking, How do knowledges and practices from different communities get combined and reorganized by students and teachers in service of new modeling practices? Setting and Participants: We focus on a seventh-grade science classroom, deliberately designed to support syncretic literacies and translanguaging practices, where computer science concepts were infused into the curriculum through modeling activities. The majority of the students in the bilingual program had arrived in the United States at most three years before enrolling, from the Caribbean and Central and South America. Research Design: We analyze one lesson that was part of a larger research–practice partnership focused on teaching computer science through leveraging translanguaging practices and syncretic literacies. The lesson was a modeling and computing activity codesigned by the teacher and two researchers about post–Hurricane María outmigration from Puerto Rico. Analysis used microethnographic methods to trace how students assembled translanguaging, social, and schooled practices to make sense of and construct models. Findings/Results: Findings show how students assembled representational forms from a variety of practices as part of accomplishing and negotiating both designed and emergent goals. These included sensemaking, constructing, explaining, justifying, and interpreting both the physical and computational models of migration. Conclusions/Recommendations: Implications support the development of theory and pedagogy that intentionally make space for students to engage in meaning-making through translanguaging and syncretic practices in order to provide new possibilities for lifting up STEM learning that may include, but is not constrained by, disciplinary learning. Additional implications for teacher education and student assessment practices call for reconceptualizing schooling beyond day-to-day curriculum as part of making an ontological shift away from prioritizing math, science, and CS disciplinary and language objectives as defined by and for schooling, and toward celebrating, supporting, and centering students’ diverse, syncretic knowledges and knowledge use.

Transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) offers a unique method to temporarily manipulate the activity of the stimulated brain region in a frequency-dependent manner. However, it is not clear if repetitive modulation of ongoing oscillatory activity with tACS over multiple days can induce changes in resting-state functional connectivity. The current study addresses this question by applying multiple-session theta band stimulation on the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (L-DLPFC) during arithmetic training. Fifty healthy participants (25 males and 25 females) were randomly assigned to the experimental and sham groups, half of the participants received individually adjusted theta band tACS, and half received sham stimulation. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance (rs-fMRI) data were collected before and after three days of tACS-supported procedural learning training. Resting-state network analysis showed a significant increase in connectivity for the frontoparietal network (FPN) with the precuneus cortex. Seed-based analysis with a seed defined at the primary stimulation site showed an increase in connectivity with the precuneus cortex, posterior cingulate cortex (PCC), and lateral occipital cortex. We conclude that multi-session task-associated tACS can induce significant changes in resting state functional connectivity.

The mechanical description of the seismic cycle has an energetic analogy in terms of statistical physics and the second law of thermodynamics. In this context, an earthquake can be considered a phase transition, where continuous reorganization of stresses and forces reflects an evolution from equilibrium to non-equilibrium states, and we can use this analogy to characterize the earthquake hazard of a region. In this study, we used 8 years (2007–2014) of high-quality Integrated Plate Boundary Observatory Chile (IPOC) seismic data for > 100 000 earthquakes in northern Chile to test the theory that Shannon entropy, H, is an indicator of the equilibrium state of a seismically active region. We confirmed increasing H reflects the irreversible transition of a system and is linked to the occurrence of large earthquakes. Using variation in H, we could detect major earthquakes and their foreshocks and aftershocks, including the 2007 Mw 7.8 Tocopilla earthquake, the 2014 Mw 8.1 Iquique earthquake, and the 2010 and 2011 Calama earthquakes (Mw 6.6 and 6.8, respectively). Moreover, we identified possible periodic seismic behaviour between 80 and 160 km depth.

Background and Objectives Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia (ADRD) is a major cause of death in the United States. While effective interventions have been developed to deliver palliative care to nursing home residents with ADRD, little work has identified effective interventions to reach assisted living (AL) residents with dementia. Research Design and Methods One hundred and eighteen AL residents with dementia from 10 different ALs in Florida participated. A pilot study using a cluster randomized trial was conducted, with 6 sites randomized to receive a palliative care educational intervention for staff (N = 23) to deliver care to residents; 4 sites were usual care. The feasibility of the intervention was assessed by examining recruitment, retention, and treatment fidelity at 6 months. Cohen’s d statistic was used to calculate facility-level treatment effect sizes on key outcomes (documentation of advance care planning [ACP] discussions, hospice admission, and documentation of pain screening). Results The intervention proved feasible with high ratings of treatment fidelity. The intervention also demonstrated preliminary evidence for efficacy of the intervention, with effect sizes for the treatment group over 0.80 for increases in documentation of ACP discussions compared to the control group. Hospice admissions had a smaller effect size (0.16) and documentation of pain screenings had no effect. Discussion and Implications The pilot results suggest that the intervention shows promise as a resource for educating and empowering AL staff on implementing person-centered palliative care delivery to persons with dementia in AL. A larger, fully powered randomized trial is needed to test for its efficacy.

The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has changed the clinical day-to-day practice. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of the pandemic on patients with high-grade glioma (HGG) as well as to derive best practice recommendations. We compared a multi-institutional cohort with HGG (n = 251) from 03/2020 to 05/2020 (n = 119) to a historical cohort from 03/2019 to 05/2019 (n = 132). The endpoints were outcome (progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS)) as well as patterns of care and time intervals between treatment steps. The median OS for WHO grade 4 gliomas was 12 months in 2019 (95% Confidence Interval 9.7–14.3 months), and not reached in 2020 (p = .026). There were no other significant differences in the Kaplan–Meier estimates for OS and PFS between cohorts of 2019 and 2020, neither did stratification by WHO grade reveal any significant differences for OS, PFS or for patterns of care. The time interval between cranial magnetic resonance imaging (cMRI) and biopsy was significantly longer in 2020 cohort (11 versus 21 days, p = .031). Median follow-up was 10 months (range 0–30 months). Despite necessary disease containment policies, it is crucial to ensure that patients with HGG are treated in line with the recent guidelines and standard of care (SOC) algorithms. Therefore, we strongly suggest pursuing no changes to SOC treatment, a timely diagnosis and treatment with short time intervals between first symptoms, initial diagnosis, and treatment, as well as a guideline-based cMRI follow-up.

Background The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic has changed the lives of most humans worldwide. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of the SARS-CoV‑2 pandemic on health care professionals (HCPs) in radiation oncology facilities. Methods We distributed an online survey to HCPs in radiation oncology (physicians, medical physics experts, radiology assistants/radiation therapists, nurses, and administrative personnel). The survey was completed by 334 participants between May 23 and June 9, 2020. Results In 66.2% of the cases, HCPs reported a shortage of protective clothing. The protective measures were regarded as very reasonable by 47.4%, while 0.8% regarded them as not reasonable (rather reasonable: 44.0%; less reasonable 7.8%). 29.0% of the participants had children who needed care. The most frequently used care options were public emergency childcare (36.1%) and private childcare (e.g. relatives/friends). HCPs reported about additional work burden (fully agreed: 27.2%, rather agreed: 34.4%, less agreed: 28.2%, not agreed: 10.2%), and reduced work satisfaction (fully agreed: 11.7%, rather agreed: 29.6%, less agreed: 39.8%, not agreed: 18.9%). 12.9% and 29.0% of the participants were fully or rather mentally strained (less mentally strained: 44.0%, not mentally strained: 14.1%). Conclusion We must learn from this pandemic how to prepare for further outbreaks and similar conditions. This includes the vast availability of protective clothing and efficient tracing of infection chains among the HCPs, but also secured childcare programs and experienced mental health support are crucial. Further, work satisfaction and appreciation by employers is essential.

To describe the epidemiology of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and quantify rural and urban differences. Patient characteristics, injury characteristics, imaging, and outcomes were extracted from the trauma registry of the level II trauma center at Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center, Duluth, MN, for patients admitted for a TBI from January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2016. Estimated relative risk (RR) per year, Wald 95% confidence intervals, and p-values were calculated. Of the 5,079 TBI admissions during the study period, just under half (2,510, 49.4%) resided in rural areas at the time of admission. Overall, there was a 3.8% unadjusted annual increase in TBI risk rom 2004–2016, with 2.9% and 4.7% annual increases among rural and urban U.S. residents, respectively. Rural residents had significant annual increases in risk of TBI admission resulting in 30-day post-discharge emergency department readmission and 30-day post-discharge combined inpatient/emergency department readmission of 35.2% and 22.4%, respectively. We found that risk of rural resident TBI admission due to MVC was significantly greater than that for urban residents. Public health and medical interventions to decrease the rural/urban disparity are warranted, including public health campaigns to increase seat belt use, and supportive care post-discharge into rural communities.

Our study demonstrates the ability of PBP4 to be an important mediator of β-lactam resistance in not only methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) background strains as previously demonstrated but also in MRSA strains. When present together, PBP2a and PBP4 overexpression can produce increased levels of β-lactam resistance, causing complications in treatment.

Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are pathogenic bacteria that are infamously resistant to β-lactam antibiotics, a property attributed to the mecA gene. Recent studies have reported that mutations associated with the promoter region of pbp4 demonstrated high levels of β-lactam resistance, suggesting the role of PBP4 as an important non-mecA mediator of β-lactam resistance. The pbp4 promoter-associated mutations have been detected in strains with or without mecA. Our previous studies that were carried out in strains devoid of mecA described that pbp4 promoter-associated mutations lead to PBP4 overexpression and β-lactam resistance. In this study, by introducing various pbp4 promoter-associated mutations in the genome of an MRSA strain, we demonstrate that PBP4 overexpression can supplement mecA-associated resistance in S. aureus and can lead to increased β-lactam resistance. The promoter and regulatory region of pbp4 is shared with a divergently transcribed gene, abcA, which encodes for a multidrug exporter. We demonstrate that the promoter mutations caused an upregulation of pbp4 and downregulation of abcA, confirming that the resistant phenotype is associated with PBP4 overexpression only. PBP4 has also been associated with staphylococcal pathogenesis, however, its exact role remains unclear. Using a C. elegans model, we demonstrate that strains having increased PBP4 expression are less virulent compared to wild-type strains, suggesting that β-lactam resistance mediated via PBP4 likely comes at the cost of virulence.ImportanceOur study demonstrates the ability of PBP4 to be an important mediator of β-lactam resistance in not only Methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) background strains as previously demonstrated, but also in MRSA strains. Thus, this study suggests the importance of monitoring PBP4-associated resistance in clinical settings, as well as understanding the mechanistic basis of associated resistance, so that treatments targeting PBP4 may be developed. This study also demonstrates that S. aureus strains with increased PBP4 expression are less pathogenic, providing important hints about the role of PBP4 in S. aureus resistance and pathogenesis.

Background: There have been scattered reports indicating the possibility that applied magnetic fields can lower human blood viscosity, which has been considered as encouraging for decreasing blood pressure as a result of greater fluidity. Additional motivation comes from partial studies in animals showing some response of vascular variables to magnetic fields. Recently developed FeNbB magnets enable topical application to appropriate sites of much stronger permanent magnetic fields than previously available. Objectives: To establish whether powerful magnetic fields permanently applied along important arteries of the human body can lower blood pressure and, if so, to what extent. Methods: Ambulatory blood pressure tests were performed on 70 patients, half of them wearing real magnets, while the other 35 patients were wearing a similar placebo. Magnets or placebo devices were assigned at random. Each patient underwent two consecutive ambulatory 24-hour blood pressure (BP) tests; the first without a device and the second one with a device. Results: Results were compiled and analyzed only after the last measurement was completed. Individual responses, average values, standard deviations, information content, and Student's t test showed that no difference was found between measurements in either group. Conclusion: Permanent strong magnetic fields applied along the main arteries of the human body do not alter blood pressure. This was observed both in statistical terms and in individuals as well.

Purpose This study aims to evaluate the association of the maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) in positron-emission tomography targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA-PET) prior to salvage radiotherapy (sRT) on biochemical recurrence free survival (BRFS) in a large multicenter cohort. Methods Patients who underwent 68 Ga-PSMA11-PET prior to sRT were enrolled in four high-volume centers in this retrospective multicenter study. Only patients with PET-positive local recurrence (LR) and/or nodal recurrence (NR) within the pelvis were included. Patients were treated with intensity-modulated-sRT to the prostatic fossa and elective lymphatics in case of nodal disease. Dose escalation was delivered to PET-positive LR and NR. Androgen deprivation therapy was administered at the discretion of the treating physician. LR and NR were manually delineated and SUVmax was extracted for LR and NR. Cox-regression was performed to analyze the impact of clinical parameters and the SUVmax-derived values on BRFS. Results Two hundred thirty-five patients with a median follow-up (FU) of 24 months were included in the final cohort. Two-year and 4-year BRFS for all patients were 68% and 56%. The presence of LR was associated with favorable BRFS (p = 0.016). Presence of NR was associated with unfavorable BRFS (p = 0.007). While there was a trend for SUVmax values ≥ median (p = 0.071), SUVmax values ≥ 75% quartile in LR were significantly associated with unfavorable BRFS (p = 0.022, HR: 2.1, 95%CI 1.1–4.6). SUVmax value in NR was not significantly associated with BRFS. SUVmax in LR stayed significant in multivariate analysis (p = 0.030). Sensitivity analysis with patients for who had a FU of > 12 months (n = 197) confirmed these results. Conclusion The non-invasive biomarker SUVmax can prognosticate outcome in patients undergoing sRT and recurrence confined to the prostatic fossa in PSMA-PET. Its addition might contribute to improve risk stratification of patients with recurrent PCa and to guide personalized treatment decisions in terms of treatment intensification or de-intensification. Background Many patients experience recurrence of prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy. Objective The aim of this study was to visually analyze typical patterns of lymph node (LN) involvement for prostate cancer (PC) patients with biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy and lymphadenectomy by creating a color-coded heat map using gallium-68 prostate-specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography (68Ga-PSMA-PET) imaging. Further, we evaluated which LNs were covered by the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) clinical target volume (CTV) contouring guidelines. Design, setting, and participants A total of 1653 68Ga-PSMA-PET/computed tomography (CT) datasets were screened retrospectively. After meeting the eligibility criteria, 233 patients with 799 LN metastases were included in our study. Outcome measurements and statistical analysis We created a comprehensive three-dimensional color-coded LN atlas. Further, the coverage of LN metastases by RTOG CTV was assessed and stratification for risk factors was performed. Results and limitations In the overall, mainly high risk, collective, complete coverage by the standard RTOG CTV was accomplished in 31.0% of all LN metastases. The vast majority of uncovered LNs are situated in the para-aortal, pararectal, paravesical, preacetabular, presacral, and inguinal regions. Concerning examined stratification factors, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels at the time of PET/CT imaging had the highest predictive value for extrapelvic metastatic LN spread. Every increase of 1 ng/mL in PSA raises the risk of metastases outside the CTV by a factor of 1.43. Conclusions We developed the first LN atlas for patients with recurrent PC using a heat map technique, in order to illustrate hot spots of LN recurrence. The vast majority of detected LNs are not covered by a standard CTV as recommended by the RTOG. Application of the standard RTOG CTV for pelvic irradiation in the salvage setting for high-risk PC patients seems to be inappropriate. Patient summary We visualized typical lymph node recurrence sites for patients after prostate cancer surgery.

COVID-19 regulations have posed challenges for long-term care (LTC). However, few studies have examined how such regulations influenced the care of residents living with dementia. Our objective was to gain an understanding of LTC administrative leaders’ perceptions regarding the impact of the COVID-19 response on this population. Using the convoys of care framework, we conducted a qualitative descriptive study. Forty-three participants, representing 60 LTC facilities, completed one interview where they described how COVID-19 policies shaped care for residents living with dementia. Results from deductive thematic analysis revealed that participants believed the care convoys of residents living with dementia were strained. Participants emphasized how diminished family involvement, increased staff responsibilities, and the industry’s heightened regulatory climate contributed to disrupted care. Further, they highlighted how pandemic-focused safety guidelines did not always consider the unique needs of those living with dementia. Consequently, this study may inform policy by outlining considerations for future emergencies.

Brain metastases are refractory to therapies that control systemic disease in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2+) breast cancer, and the brain microenvironment contributes to this therapy resistance. Nutrient availability can vary across tissues, therefore metabolic adaptations required for brain metastatic breast cancer growth may introduce liabilities that can be exploited for therapy. Here, we assessed how metabolism differs between breast tumors in brain versus extracranial sites and found that fatty acid synthesis is elevated in breast tumors growing in brain. We determine that this phenotype is an adaptation to decreased lipid availability in brain relative to other tissues, resulting in a site-specific dependency on fatty acid synthesis for breast tumors growing at this site. Genetic or pharmacological inhibition of fatty acid synthase (FASN) reduces HER2+ breast tumor growth in the brain, demonstrating that differences in nutrient availability across metastatic sites can result in targetable metabolic dependencies.

Background Adrenal gland metastases are a common diagnostic finding in various tumor diseases. Due to the increased use of imaging methods, they are diagnosed more frequently, especially in asymptomatic patients. SBRT has emerged as a new, alternative treatment option in the field of radiation oncology. In the past, it was often used for treating inoperable lung, liver, prostate, and brain tumors. Meanwhile, it is also an established keystone in the treatment of oligometastatic diseases. This retrospective study aims to evaluate the effect of low-dose SBRT in patients with adrenal metastases. Methods We analyzed a group of 31 patients with 34 adrenal gland lesions treated with low-dose SBRT between July 2006 and July 2019. Treatment-planning was performed through contrast-enhanced CT, followed by image-guided stereotactic radiotherapy using cone-beam CT. The applied cumulative median dose was 35 Gy; the median single dose was 7 Gy. We focused on local control (LC), progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), as well as acute and late toxicity. Results Seven adrenal gland metastases (20.6%) experienced local failure, 80.6% of the patients faced a distant progression. Fourteen patients were still alive. Median follow-up for all patients was 9.8 months and for patients alive 14.4 months. No treatment-related side-effects >grade 2 occurred. Of all, 48.4% suffered from acute gastrointestinal disorders; 32.3% reported acute fatigue, throbbing pain in the renal area, and mild adrenal insufficiency. Altogether, 19.4% of the patients faced late-toxicities, which were as follows: Grade 1: 12.9% gastrointestinal disorders, 3.2% fatigue, Grade 2: 9.7% fatigue, 6.5% headache, 3.2% loss of weight. The 1-year OS and probability of LF were 64 and 25.9%, respectively. Conclusion Low-dose SBRT has proven as an effective and safe method with promising outcomes for treating adrenal metastases. There appeared no high-grade toxicities >grade 2, and 79.4% of treated metastases were progression-free. Thus, SBRT should be considered as a therapy option for adrenal metastases as an individual therapeutic concept in the interdisciplinary discussion as an alternative to surgical or systemic treatment.

Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Die lokale Strahlentherapie von Metastasen bei Prostatakarzinompatienten in der oligometastasierten Situation hat in den letzten Jahren an Bedeutung gewonnen. Um die Wirkung auf das Outcome weiter zu evaluieren haben wir oligometastasierte Prostatakarzinompatienten, die eine stereotaktische Strahlentherapie (SBRT) von Knochenmetastasen erhielten, untersucht. Patienten und Methodik Es wurden 24 Patienten mit insgesamt 30 Knochenmetastasen eingeschlossen und das Ansprechen auf die SBRT (biochemisch und bildgebend) sowie das progressionsfreie Überleben und das Zeitintervall bis zum Beginn einer antihormonellen Therapie (aHT) untersucht. Ergebnisse Das mittlere Follow-Up-Intervall nach Abschluss der SBRT lag bei 32,7 Monaten (1,4 – 84 Monate). Die SBRT wurde ohne das Auftreten von Akut- oder Spät-Nebenwirkungen sehr gut vertragen. Bei 16 Patienten kam es zu einem Abfall des PSA-Wertes von im Mittel 4,58 ng/ml (0,05 – 50,25 ng/ml) vor der SBRT auf 1,19 ng/ml (0,01 – 8,85 ng/ml) nach Abschluss der SBRT. Das mittlere biochemische progressionsfreie Überleben dieser Patienten betrug 17,6 Monate (0,7 – 85,0 Monate). 6 Patienten erhielten bereits vor der SBRT oder parallel dazu eine aHT. Bei 10 Patienten wurde die aHT nach einem mittleren Intervall von 20,6 Monaten (1,8 – 85,0 Monate) nach Abschluss der SBRT initiiert, während weitere 6 Patienten keine aHT während des gesamten Beobachtungszeitraumes erhielten. Bei 18 der 30 Metastasen konnte im Bereich der SBRT im PSMA-PET eine Abnahme der PSMA-Expression im Sinne eines partiellen funktionellen Ansprechens beobachtet werden, während bei 5 Patienten nach SBRT eine gleichbleibende PSMA-Überexpression bestand und bei 7 Patienten keine PSMA-Bildgebung vorlag. Bei 17 Patienten kam es im Mittel nach 16,2 Monaten (1,6 – 40,6 Monate) bildgebend zum Progress der Fernmetastasierung, während 3 Patienten ein Lokalrezidiv in der Prostataloge zeigten. Zusammenfassung Die SBRT von Knochenmetastasen bei oligometastasierten Prostatakarzinompatienten stellt eine effektive und gut verträgliche Therapie dar, durch die eine hohe lokale Kontrolle im Bereich der Metastasen sowie eine zeitliche Verzögerung des Beginns oder der Eskalation einer Systemtherapie erzielt werden kann. Jedoch zeigt die hohe Rate an Progression der Fernmetastasierung die Wichtigkeit der richtigen Patientenselektion auf und ggf. die Notwendigkeit der Kombination mit einer aHT.
