This article deals with the study of environmental ethics on the basis of the principle of ecology, which deals with the higher ideas expressed in the Kurinjith Thinai songs of the Sangam literature. One of the Sangam pieces of literature, the Kuruntthokai, contains a plethora of elements of ecological theory. Ecology is a field that deals with the natural environment and artificial environment around us. The main objective of this department is to explain the relationship between living and non-living factors and to prevent the destruction of the living environment by avoiding artificial life and taking up natural life. The Kuruntthokai explains the life of the people living in the five kinds of lands. Thus, the purpose of this article is to bring out ideas about the ecological ethics found in the hilly and mountainous Kurinjith Thinai.

This is an experimental research based on random group sampling between thirty-five to forty-five years of age. The middle-aged women suffering from type 2 diabetic are identified based on their feedback in the questionnaire designed for selection purposes. Selected 120 middle aged type 2 diabetic women were further screened, and 30 middle aged women were selected for the treatment depending upon the diabetic level. The selected middle-aged type 2 diabetic women were further divided into two groups -- experimental (Group A) and control (Group B) each containing 15 diabetic women. For twelve weeks, the Group A was given with yoga practices, one hour for six days from 6-7 a.m. weekly. The Group B was dynamic in rest. For both group A and group B, the pre-and post-test was taken on biochemical variable (fasting blood sugar) were determined. Examination of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to find out the substantial changes within two groups. The consequence of the review showed that fasting blood glucose level was reduced in Group A than the Group B due to practices of yoga.

This randomised controlled trial set intended to examine the results of yoga practises on Systolic BP and Total Cholesterol in hypertensive middle-aged women. Thirty middle-aged hypertensive women from the city of Chennai were recruited at random using a random group sample approach and were divided into two groups of 15 patients each (Experimental group and Control group). The hypothesis was that middle-aged hypertensive women's Systolic Blood Pressure and Total Cholesterol would differ significantly from those of the Control group as a result of their yoga practises. Prior to the start of training, a preliminary test was performed on a chosen dependent variable. The yoga practises of the experimental group lasted for 12 weeks, with each session lasting no more than an hour each morning. The control group was required to maintain a state of mild activity. After the training period ended, both groups were given a post test measuring the same dependent variables, including systolic blood pressure and total cholesterol. Analysis of Co-Variance (ANCOVA) was used to statistically compare the data from= each group. A 5% level of significance was chosen for the test. The study found that the Experimental group's yoga practises led to statistically significant improvements in comparison to the Control group in terms of some variables including Systolic Blood Pressure and Total Cholesterol. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted with a 0.05 level of confidence. Therefore, it can be inferred that yoga activities help middle-aged hypertensive women keep their Systolic Blood Pressure in check and their Total Cholesterol levels low

The goal of this random group experimental study was to determine the effect of Yoga therapy on selected psychosocial factors and respiratory parameters in middle-aged women with pneumoconiosis. To achieve the study's aim, 40 middle-aged pneumoconiosis-affected women aged 35 to 50 were randomly selected from fireworks manufacturing factories in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. The subjects were split up into two groups of 20 each: experimental and control. It was anticipated that the influences of yoga therapy would lead to significant differences in psychosocial factors and respiratory factors such as anxiety and breath holding time among middle-aged female fire worker suffering from pneumoconiosis. The experimental group received yoga therapy training for 12 weeks (six days per week). The control group was kept in a condition of active rest. Both groups had a pre-test and a posttest before and after the training. Both anxiety and the length of time spent holding one's breath were counted. The data collected from the groups before and after the training session were statistically examined using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to identify the significant difference and tested at 0.05 level of confidence. According to the study, yoga therapy reduces anxiety while lengthening breath holds. Therefore, it can be said that yoga therapy assisted middle-aged female fire workders with pneumoconiosis in controlling their anxiety and enhances their breath holding capacity.

This research aims to increase the utility of globally and abundantly available waste natural fibres of Gallus-Gallus fibres coir waste from mattress and car seat manufacturing factories. The composite samples were prepared with a rally round of polyester resin of grade GP500 bio-epoxy by synthesizing specially treated Gallus-Gallus fibres selectively used for reinforcement and characterizing them through static and dynamic mechanical analyses to identify their wide range of applicability. The Gallus-Gallus fibres are preprocessed with sodium oxidative and a half per cent of potassium manganate (VII) chemical solution. The selective use includes 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm length of the Gallus-Gallus fibre, and the quantity of reinforcement was 10%, 20%, and 30%. Five alternate layers of matrix and fibres, with vertical and horizontal orientation, are considered; 12 different samples of Gallus-Gallus fibres reinforced polyester polymer composites and a neat polyester composites were synthesized and characterized for moisture absorbability, tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength, flexural modulus, wear resistance, and outperformed composites were included in microscopic examination and dynamic Mmchanical analysis. The interesting results are the preferred resin, supported for good surface finish, interface bonding, and totally in the enhancement of Composite properties. The composites are strong in tension (760.89 MPa) and sufficiently flexible (flexural modulus 5441.32 MPa), absorbed less moisture (5.8 g), high wear-resistant (least weight loss upon abrasion with a value of 0.1989 g), secured good results in dynamic analysis, and ensured homogeneous distribution of fibres in the matrix through a scanning electron microscopy image. The composites CPPC10, CPPC11, and CPPC12 performed well but composite CPPC12 outperformed.
