Within the processes of designing and sewing clothes, the stage of design and preparation of technological documents is the initial stage of the sewing industry, in which project solutions of new models of clothing are formed. In developed countries, including a number of countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Italy, sufficient success has been achieved in the development of automated methods of designing and manufacturing sewing products, improving the methods of managing technological processes. Currently, it is very important in the design process that the methodology for constructing clothes corresponds to automated design systems, and when drawing simple, constructive cross section, there is little sequence geometric operation. The purpose of the scientific research work is to verify that the sequence of geometric operations is small compared than other methodologies in the process of constructing a teenage clothing set clothing structure from knitted fabrics with a high heat storage property, achieve high efficiency in the development of pattern details and nesting. In this article, using the capabilities of circular two-needle jacquard knitting machines, the production technology of patterned knitted fabric from local raw material, i.e., spun cotton thread, was developed and its physical and mechanical parameters were studied. 5 samples of patterned knitted fabric were taken, their technological parameters and physical-mechanical properties were studied experimentally, presented in a table and analyzed. This paper analyzes the effects of different deformation forces on complex fabric properties. During the study, samples of ground yarn and pile yarn were spun in 2 different linear densities by ring and open-end methods. During the study, samples of yarn numbered Nm=34/2 for ground warp and Nm=27/1, Nm=40/2 for pile were obtained from Ft Textile and Uztex Uchkurgan. The samples were tested in the laboratory. In the article, the task of reducing the mass of the main working body of the gin, i.e. the cylinder shaft by means of the opening of the groove and the design features of the shaft is determined.Its essence is that the inner groove part of the gin saw cylinder shaft performs the circular side with symmetrical gearsand the entry of external slits into the grooves in the corresponding inner slits of the shaftleads to a specific equilibrium of the mass relative to the axis of rotation and increases its strength and reliability in operation. This will increase resource efficiency and reliability by significantly reducing the mass of the shaft and saw cylinders without significantly reducing the bending stiffness, as well as obtaining cotton fiber with the required quality characteristics.
