To meet commercialization requirements, the distributions of materials in hafnium-based ferroelectric devices—including their phase and orientation—need to be controlled. This article presents a method for improving the ferroelectric phase ratio and orientation by adjusting the stress distribution of the annealing structure in a three-dimensional capacitor. In such a structure, stress can be applied in three directions: tangential, axial, and radial; there are, thus, more ways to regulate stress in three-dimensional structures than in two-dimensional structures. This work sought to clarify the role of the stress direction on the proportions and orientations of ferroelectric phases. The results of stress simulations show that a structure with an internal TiN electrode, but no filling provides greater axial and tangential stresses in the hafnium-oxide layer. In comparison with the case of the hole being filled with tungsten, the proportion of the O phase is increased by approximately 20%, and in experiments, the projection of the polarization direction onto the normal was found to be increased by 5%. Axial and tangential stresses are regarded to be beneficial for the formation of the O phase and for improving the orientation of the polarization direction. The perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are promising for commercialization and practical application. However, high‐quality perovskite films are normally fabricated in inert gas‐filled glovebox, followed by thermal annealing, which is energy‐consuming and thus not cost‐effective. In this study, a simple manufacturing strategy is demonstrated to fabricate the highly‐crystalline perovskite films in ambient air (a relative humidity of over ≈50%) at room temperature via blade‐coating without the subsequent thermal–annealing. The perovskite precursor chemistry is tailored by solvent engineering via employing 2‐methoxyethanol, which can strongly coordinate with ammonium halide species, thus forming highly uniform small‐sized colloids and facilitating the homogeneous nucleation and rapid crystallization of perovskite films even at room temperature. The resultant PSCs fabricated with ambient‐processed, annealing‐free MAPbI3 perovskite films exhibit a champion efficiency up to 19.16% with negligible hysteresis and improved reproducibility, which is on par with the high‐temperature annealed counterparts fabricated in N2, and represented one of the highest reported efficiencies for the room‐temperature processed PSCs in ambient air. The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in the field of ship electric propulsion due to its advantages of a small size, light weight, low loss, and high efficiency. In this paper, a 100 kW ship-side thruster motor was taken as the research object, and the problem of the high harmonic content of the air gap magnetic flux density in the motor was addressed by designing a rotor eccentricity. On this basis, the hybrid Taguchi method of genetic algorithm was used to optimize the rotor structural parameters with increasing the efficiency and reducting the cost of the motor as the optimization objectives. The results show that the performance and economy of the motor have been greatly improved after optimization. Finally, the motor weight reduction hole was designed, and a prototype was manufactured and tested. The test data are within the allowable range compared with the simulation data, verifying the effectiveness of the multiobjective optimization algorithm proposed in this paper. Aim: To evaluate the utility of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance sialography (MRS) for diagnosis of primary Sjögren syndrome (pSS) singly or integrated with 2016 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatic Diseases (EULAR) classification criteria. Methods: The diagnostic efficiencies of MRI, MRS, and labial salivary gland biopsy (LSGB) were evaluated. The prediction model was established by multivariate analysis. Finally, performance of the ACR/EULAR criteria was evaluated after addition of MRI + MRS or replacement of original items by MRI + MRS. Results: The combined use of LSGB + MRI + MRS provided the greatest diagnostic value. MRI and MRS grade had positive correlations with disease duration and pathological grade of the labial gland (both P < 0.001). MRI and MRS grade had positive correlations with xerostomia severity and negative correlations with unstimulated salivary flow rate (both P < 0.001). The consistency of MRI grade and MRS grade in the diagnosis of parotid gland lesions was poor (κ = 0.253, P < 0.001). The diagnostic efficiency of our prediction model (AUC 0.906) was similar to that of criteria from the ACR/EULAR (AUC 0.930). Adding MRI + MRS to the ACR/EULAR criteria improved the sensitivity (92.3% vs 90.8%), whereas the specificity remained the same (88.9% vs 89.1%). Replacing LSGB by MRI + MRS in the ACR/EULAR criteria decreased both sensitivity and specificity (88.1% vs 90.8% and 86.4% vs 89.1%, respectively). Conclusion: The combined application of MRI and MRS has ideal clinical application value in the diagnosis of early‐stage pSS. Photoactive black‐phase formamidinium lead triiodide (α‐FAPbI3) perovskite has dominated the prevailing high‐performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs), normally for those spin‐coated, conventional n‐i‐p structured devices. Unfortunately, α‐FAPbI3 has not been made full use of its advantages in inverted p‐i‐n structured PSCs fabricated via blade‐coating techniques owing to uncontrollable crystallization kinetics and complicated phase evolution of FAPbI3 perovskites during film formation. Herein, a customized crystal surface energy regulation strategy has been innovatively developed by incorporating 0.5 mol % of N‐aminoethylpiperazine hydroiodide (NAPI) additive into α‐FAPbI3 crystal‐derived perovskite ink, which enabled the formation of highly‐oriented α‐FAPbI3 films. We deciphered the phase transformation mechanisms and crystallization kinetics of blade‐coated α‐FAPbI3 perovskite films via combining a series of in‐situ characterizations and theoretical calculations. Interestingly, the strong chemical interactions between the NAPI and inorganic Pb−I framework help to reduce the surface energy of (100) crystal plane by 42 %, retard the crystallization rate and lower the formation energy of α‐FAPbI3. Benefited from multifaceted advantages of promoted charge extraction and suppressed non‐radiative recombination, the resultant blade‐coated inverted PSCs based on (100)‐oriented α‐FAPbI3 perovskite films realized promising efficiencies up to 24.16 % (~26.5 % higher than that of the randomly‐oriented counterparts), accompanied by improved operational stability. Mixed-cation, small band-gap perovskites via rationally alloying formamidinium (FA) and methylammonium (MA) together have been widely employed for blade-coated perovskite solar cells with satisfied efficiencies. One of the stringent challenges lies in difficult control of the nucleation and crystallization kinetics of the perovskites with mixed ingredients. Herein, a pre-seeding strategy by mixing FAPbI 3 solution with pre-synthesized MAPbI 3 microcrystals has been developed to smartly decouple the nucleation and crystallization process. As a result, the time window of initialized crystallization has been greatly extended by 3 folds (i.e. from 5 s to 20 s), which enables the formation of uniform and homogeneous alloyed-FAMA perovskite films with designated stoichiometric ratios. The resultant blade-coated solar cells achieved a champion efficiency of 24.31 % accompanied by outstanding reproducibility with more than 87 % of the devices showing efficiencies higher than 23 %., (© 2023 Wiley-VCH GmbH.)

For converting the renewable solar energy to hydrogen (H 2 ) energy by photocatalytic (PC) overall water splitting (OWS), visible-light-driven photocatalysts are especially desired. Herein, a model CdS/g-C 3 N 4 photocatalyst with a type II heterojunction is first demonstrated via a facile coupling of g-C 3 N 4 nanosheets and CdS nanorods. After being combined with in situ photodeposited 3 wt % Pt and 4 wt % MnO x dual cocatalysts simultaneously, the optimal visible-light-driven (λ > 400 nm) composite photocatalyst of Pt-CdS/g-C 3 N 4 -MnO x gives a H 2 generation rate of 9.244 μmol h -1 (924.4 μmol h -1 g -1 ) and a O 2 evolution rate of 4.6 μmol h -1 (460 μmol h -1 g -1 ) in pure water, which is over 420 times higher than that of pure CdS nanorods loaded with 0.5 wt % Pt. The apparent quantum efficiency (AQE) reaches about 3.389% (at 400 nm) and 1.745% (at 420 nm), respectively. The combination of a type II heterojunction and simultaneous in situ photodeposition of the dual cocatalysts results in a dramatically improved PC efficiency and a long-term stability of the CdS/g-C 3 N 4 visible-light-driven photocatalyst for OWS.
