In response to the issues of traditional backpropagation (BP) neural networks in state of charge (SOC) estimation, including easy convergence to local optima, slow convergence speed, and low accuracy, this paper proposes a novel adaptive crossover mutation strategy and dynamic sparrow search algorithm to optimize BP networks' initial values and thresholds (ACMSSA‐BP). The proposed method is based on the sparrow search algorithm, where the number of producers and scroungers is adjusted through an adaptive factor. This improvement effectively transitions the search process from extensive full exploration to localized fine‐tuning search. In the position update phase of the producers, crossover mutation and dynamic search strategies are introduced to increase the diversity of good populations, prevent the algorithm from converging to local optima, and maintain its local search capability in the later stage. Using real transportation data from coal mining flame‐proof tracked vehicles, we applied correlation theory to extract model feature parameters and constructed a training data set to estimate the SOC. The results of both static and dynamic validation experiments have indicated that the ACMSSA‐BP method has delivered impressive performance in predicting SOC, as reflected in the mean absolute error, root mean squared error, and mean absolute percentage error values of less than 1.5%, 1.5%, and 1.6%, respectively. Compared with BP, SSA‐BP, CMSSA‐BP, PSO‐BP, and NARX_NN methods, the ACMSSA‐BP approach demonstrates enhanced accuracy in estimation, significant robustness, and impressive generalization capabilities. Accurately estimating the state of charge (SOC) of lithium-ion is very important to improving the dynamic performance and energy utilization efficiency. In order to reduce the influence of model parameters and system coloured noise on SOC estimation accuracy, this paper proposes the SOC estimation based on online identification. Based on the mixed simplified electrochemical model, the forgetting factor recursive least squares (FFRLS) method was used to identify the parameters online, and the SOC estimation was carried out in combination with Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF). Finally, the accuracy and feasibility of the method are verified by Federal Urban Driving Schedule (FUDS), the online identification and SOC estimation are carried out. The experimental results show that the SOC estimation of online parameter identification is more accurate, the system stability is faster and the error is smaller.

At present, the automatic classification of vehicles on roads is mostly based on image recognition, and there are defects in adaptability under non-line-of-sight environments. In this paper, based on the similarity of the integration of the ecosystem model and multi-neural network model, an artificial neural network group (BNNG) algorithm was proposed. The vehicle’s driving acoustic signal was taken as the research object, and it was calculated using the Artificial Neural Network (BNNG) algorithm to achieve automatic classification and recognition of vehicle models. Through experimental tests, it is shown that under non-line-of-sight environments, the accuracy of vehicle classification can be improved, and the misrecognition rate of similar models can be greatly reduced. This provided a new method for the automatic classification and identification of vehicles on roads, which was of great significance to monitor vehicle safety in non-line-of-sight environments.

Power battery SOC (state of charge, SOC) is one of the important decision-making factors of energy management. Accurate estimation plays an important role in optimizing vehicle energy management and improving the utilization of power battery energy. The key to accurate estimation of SOC is to determine circuit model parameters and estimation methods. The research object of this article is lithium manganese oxide battery for mining (LiMn2O4). The experiments of multiplying power, temperature and HPPC (hybrid pulse power characteristic, HPPC) are carried out. A self-tuning calculation method of dynamic system is proposed, and the dynamic self-tuning model based on second-order RC is established. At the same time, in view of the shortcoming that the UKF (Unscented Kalman Filter, UKF) algorithm cannot estimate the noise in real time, In order to improve the accuracy of battery SOC estimation, an adaptive square root unscented Kalman filter (ASR-UKF) algorithm is proposed, which can make the noise statistical characteristics follow the estimation results for adaptive adjustment. Finally, the constant current and dynamic conditions are tested. The results show that the maximum change rate of model parameters with magnification is 76%, and the maximum change rate with temperature is 73.7%. The analysis of dynamic characteristics is a key factor to improve the accuracy of SOC estimation; ASR-UKF Compared with the UKF algorithm, the error is reduced by 78% under constant current conditions and 85.7% under dynamic conditions. The reliability and real-time performance of the algorithm can be obtained by comparing the simulation data with the actual data. The conclusions of this paper can be used as a theoretical basis, which can be used for model analysis of lithium batteries for mining and estimation of internal state variables.
