Einen solchen Blog, der von der Firma Dr. Pfleger in Bamberg betrieben wird, betreuen die Autoren des Beitrages ehrenamtlich. Akzeptanz und Stellenwert sollten nun 2 Jahre nach einem Relaunch reevaluiert werden. Methodik 6 Jahre nach Beginn des Blogs und 2 Jahre nach Relaunch der Homepage wurden die hier enthaltenen Fragen, die Blog-Beiträge und die Effekte in „Google Analytics“ und anderen Analysetools stichprobenhaft evaluiert. Die 108 „Teaser“ – kleine, blogadaptierte, informative Artikel zu bestimmten Themen rund um die Harninkontinenz – führten im Analysemonat November 2018 durch ihre Stichworte bei Suchanfragen in Google zu den dargestellten Ergebnissen in „Google Analytics“ (Position = durchschnittliche Position in den Google-Ergebnissen bei allen Anfragen mit einem bestimmten Keyword, Impressionen = Häufigkeit der Anzeige in den Suchergebnissen bei Google, Klicks = Häufigkeit des Aufrufs, Click-Through-Rate [CTR] = Klicks/Impressionen, Position = Anzeige auf den Google-Ergebnis-Seiten an Position …). Ergebnisse Bei 38 Stichwörtern, die tatsächlich von Besuchern in das Google-Suchfenster eingetragen wurden und mindestens 20 Klicks erreichten, gelang es, die Position 1 der Ergebnisanzeige bei Google zu erzielen, bei weiteren 60 Stichwörtern, unter die ersten 10 Anzeigen der Google-Ergebnisse zu gelangen. Dies ging einher mit einer entsprechend hohen CTR, d. h. tatsächlichem Einstieg in die Seite über die reine Anzeige hinaus. Die Website hatte im Analysemonat November 2018 insgesamt 30 669 Seitenaufrufe. Die häufigste Zahl von Klicks bzw. Impressionen absolut verzeichnete das Thema „suprapubisch oder transurethral“ mit 1344 Klicks und 21 357 Impressionen.Insgesamt ließen sich aus dem Fragenbereich des Blogs 164 Fragen analysieren. Diese kreisten überwiegend um das Thema „Überaktive Blase“ und „Harninkontinenz“ (Abb. 2) und wurden überwiegend von Frauen gestellt (92 × weiblich, 38 × männlich, 34 × anhand des Nicknames nicht zu bestimmen. Bei 33 Fragen entspannte sich mit Rückfragen und erneuten Antworten eine Kommunikation mit den Experten in bis zu 7 Schritten. Die Fragen offenbarten inhaltlich häufig einen komplikativen Verlauf einer Behandlung (4 Wochen nach Hysterektomie kompletter Urinverlust, der sich „auswachsen“ soll) oder eine unverständlich rudimentäre Diagnostik („mein Arzt sagt, er könne meine therapieresistente Überaktive Blase auch mit Anamnese und Urinstatus behandeln“). Schlussfolgerungen Der „Blasenblog“ ist ein stetig intensives und häufig von Frauen in Anspruch genommenes, niederschwelliges Angebot der Information rund um das Thema „Harninkontinenz“. Durch die regelmäßig eingestellten „Teaser“ gelingt es, bei Suchanfragen in Google häufig auf die erste Seite der Google-Ergebnisse zu gelangen und eine hohe Quote an tatsächlichen Besuchen der Seite zu erzielen. In den gestellten Fragen offenbart sich häufig ein längerer Leidensweg und leider auch – soweit aus den Schilderungen ablesbar – eine gelegentliche unzureichende Kompetenz der Behandelnden.

Use of midurethral slings (MUS) as gold standard for stress urinary incontinence declined after the recent US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) communication.What is the current status in the surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence? What impact do regular FDA communications and numerous restrictions around the world have?The current literature on surgical treatment of incontinence was evaluated; medical press information and literature regarding the FDA communication were assessed. The legal situation is illustrated using the example of the Montgomery case in England.Despite positive results from literature and gynecological and urological societies, there has been a significant decline in the use of MUS. The current 2022 German interdisciplinary 2k-guideline for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence confirms the efficacy and safety of MUS.Analysis of recent literature supports the importance of continued long-term outcome data regarding the safety and efficacy of suburethral slings for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.HINTERGRUND: Seit der FDA-Warnung (Food and Drug Administration) zur Verwendung alloplastischer Materialien ist es zu einem deutlichen Rückgang auch des Einsatzes der suburethralen Schlingen als Goldstandard der Inkontinenzchirurgie gekommen.Wie ist der gegenwärtige Stand der aktuellen Behandlung der Belastungsinkontinenz der Frau? Welchen Einfluss haben die regelmäßigen Warnungen der FDA und zahlreichen Verbote weltweit?Die aktuelle Literatur zur Behandlung der Inkontinenz, Analyse der Artikel aus der Presse und Literatur zur FDA-Warnung, Beleuchtung eines exemplarischen juristischen Falles in England Montgomery-Fall wurde ausgewertet.Trotz der klaren positiven Datenlage zu hoher Effektivität und Sicherheit alloplastischer suburethraler Schlingen werden diese weltweit weniger eingesetzt. Die aktuelle deutschsprachige Leitlinie zur Behandlung der Harninkontinenz der Frau aus 2022 bestätigt den Goldstandard der suburethralen Bänder.Die Analyse der aktuellen Literatur unterstützt die Notwendigkeit von Langzeitanalysen zum Einsatz von suburethralen Schlingen bei der Behandlung der Belastungsinkontinenz der Frau.

Introduction and Hypothesis Female urinary incontinence (UI) has a negative impact on sexual function and sexual quality of life (QoL) in women. But there is still no consensus on the type of UI or the prevalence of sexual dysfunction (SD). The aim of the study was to evaluate sexual disorders in women with overactive bladder (OAB) compared to patients with urinary stress incontinence (SUI) and healthy controls. Materials and Methods 106 women presenting to a urogynecological outpatient clinic (referral clinic) were investigated using standardized questionnaires and the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI-d). All 65 incontinent women underwent a full urodynamic examination; the controls (31) were non-incontinent women in the same age range who came for routine check-ups or minor disorders not involving micturition or pelvic floor function. Women with mixed urinary incontinence, a history of previous medical or surgical treatment for UI, recurrent urinary tract infections, previous radiation therapy or pelvic organ prolapse of more than stage 2 on the Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification (POP-Q) system were excluded. Results 100 questionnaires could be evaluated (94.3%). Thirty-four women had urinary stress incontinence, 35 had OAB, 31 were controls. Mean age was 56 years, with no significant differences between groups. The scores of the questionnaire ranged from 2 to 35.1 points. The median score of OAB patients was significantly lower (17.6) than the median score of the controls (26.5; p = 0,004). The stress-incontinent women had a score of 21.95, which was lower than that of the controls but statistically non-significant (p = 0.051). In all subdomains, the OAB patients had lower scores than the stress-incontinent women and significantly lower values than the control group. Most striking was the impairment of “sexual interest in the last 4 weeks”. The figure for “none or almost no sexual activity” was 80% for the OAB group, 64.7% for the group of stress-incontinent women and 48% for the control group. Incontinence during intercourse was reported by one OAB patient and 4 stress-incontinent women but did not occur in the control group. Conclusions There is a high prevalence of SD in women with urinary incontinence. Patients with OAB reported a greater negative impact on sexual function and had significantly lower scores for the FSFI questionnaire than patients with stress incontinence or controls.

The current treatment for urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse includes a wide range of innovative options for conservative and surgical therapies. Initial treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction consists of individualized topical estrogen therapy and professional training in passive and active pelvic floor exercises with biofeedback, vibration plates, and a number of vaginal devices. The method of choice for the surgical repair of stress urinary incontinence consists of placement of a suburethral sling. A number of different methods are available for the surgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse using either a vaginal or an abdominal/endoscopic approach and autologous tissue or alloplastic materials for reconstruction. This makes it possible to achieve optimal reconstruction both in younger women, many of them affected by postpartum trauma, and in older women later in their lives. Treatment includes assessing the patientʼs state of health and anesthetic risk profile. It is important to determine a realistically achievable patient preference after explaining the individualized concept and presenting the alternative surgical options.

Background Uterine-preserving techniques are becoming increasingly popular in the last decade. This investigation evaluates a novel hysteropexy technique using a mesh in sling-alike configuration [Splentis (Promedon, Argentina)] which is attached anteriorly to the cervix and suspended to the sacrospinous ligaments bilaterally via the vaginal route in women undergoing surgery for uterine prolapse. Methods This was a single-center cohort study, evaluating women who underwent transvaginal hysteropexy with Splentis for primary uterine descent. Data have been collected prospectively as part of the quality assurance system. Primary endpoint was treatment success, defined as a combined endpoint including the absence of a vaginal bulge symptom and no retreatment of apical prolapse. A validated questionnaire to evaluate quality-of-life and prolapse symptoms was utilized. Descriptive analysis was applied. Wilcoxon signed-rank test was performed to compare paired samples. The significance level was set at 5%. Results A total of 103 women with a median age of 68.0 [IQR 11.5] years with a median apical POP-Q stage of 3 were included. The median surgery time was 22 [IQR 12] minutes and no intraoperative complication occurred. After a median follow-up time of 17 months, treatment success was achieved in 91 (89.2%) patients and quality of life and patient report outcomes improved significantly (p Conclusion Bilateral sacrospinous hysteropexy with Splentis offers an efficacious and safe alternative for apical compartment repair, incorporating the advantages of pelvic floor reconstruction via the vaginal route.

Der Genitaldeszensus betrifft Frauen jeden Alters mit einer Pravalenz bis 35 %. Konservative Therapieoptionen, wie eine Pessareinlage, und operative Optionen, von vaginal mit sakrospinaler Fixation, vaginaler Uterusfixation oder abdominaler Sakrokolpopexie, stehen zur Verfugung. Beim Vergleich der verschiedenen operativen Zugangswege in randomisierten Studien finden sich bessere, langfristiger haltbare Ergebnisse bei Verwendung der abdominalen Techniken. Vorteile des vaginalen Vorgehens sind kurzere Operationszeiten, schnellere Rekonvaleszenz und die schonende Regionalanasthesie mit besserer Eignung fur altere morbidere Patientinnen. Das laparoskopische Vorgehen verbindet die Vorteile des offenen Vorgehens (gleiche Fixationsprinzipien) mit dem Vermeiden der Nachteile einer offenen Operation (grose Wunde, mehr postoperative Schmerzen, langere Immobilitat). Der laparoskopische Zugang bedingt technisch hohere Anforderungen mit einem versierten Operateur, i.d.R. langere Operationszeiten.

Zur erfolgreichen Therapie von komplexen Beckenbodenfunktionsstorungen wie Harninkontinenz und Genitalsenkung ist eine individuelle und abgestufte Diagnostik unverzichtbar. Eine Erfassung aller storenden Symptome mit Einschatzung des Leidensdrucks sowie eine urogynakologische Untersuchung mit verschiedenen Funktionstests sind leicht durchfuhrbar und erfordern keinen technischen Aufwand. Die Einschatzung des Ausmases der Beckenbodenschadigung und die Evaluation der Koordinations‑, Relaxations- und Kontraktionsfahigkeit der Levatormuskulatur geben Aufschluss uber einen adaquaten Therapiestart. Die Durchfuhrung einer Beckenbodensonographie sollte ebenfalls groszugig erfolgen. Die 2‑D-Sonographie liefert in der Inkontinenzdiagnostik vielfaltige und ausreichende Informationen, wie Mobilitat der Harnrohre und Lagekontrolle von eingelegten Bandern. Bei Prolapszustanden konnte der 3‑D-Ultraschall durch Detektion tieferer Muskelschichten wertvolle Zusatzbefunde aufzeigen, die eine noch bessere Planung des Operationsverfahrens und Aufklarung der Patientin ermoglichen. Die urodynamische Untersuchung und die Urethrozystoskopie sollten individuell bei Bedarf Einsatz finden.

Aims This is an official interdisciplinary guideline published and coordinated by the German Society for Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGGG), the Austrian Society for Gynecology and Obstetrics (OEGGG) and the Swiss Society for Gynecology and Obstetrics (SGGG). The guideline was developed for use in German-speaking regions and is backed by numerous professional societies and organizations. The aim of this guideline is to provide an evidence- and consensus-based overview of the diagnostic approach and the management of hormonal contraception based on a systematic evaluation of the relevant literature. Methods To compile this S3-guideline, a systematic search for evidence was carried out in PubMed and the Cochrane Library to adapt existing guidelines and identify relevant reviews and meta-analyses. A structured evaluation of the evidence was subsequently carried out on behalf of the Guidelines Commission of the DGGG, and a structured consensus was achieved based on consensus conferences attended by representative members from the different specialist societies and professions. Recommendations Evidence-based recommendations about the advice given to women requesting contraception were compiled. The guideline particularly focuses on prescribing contraceptives which are appropriate to womenʼs individual needs, take account of her personal circumstances, and have few or no side effects.

Introduction and hypothesis To evaluate the performance of mesh-augmented repair of anterior pelvic organ prolapse (POP) with or without apical vaginal wall involvement in women with recurrent or complex prolapse. Methods This multicenter cohort study included women undergoing surgery with Calistar S (Promedon, Argentina) for anterior POP between 2016 and 2018. The SCENIHR opinion was considered for patient selection, surgeon’s experience and choice of implant. Patients were prospectively invited to assess effectiveness and safety by anamnesis, validated questionnaires and pelvic examination. A composite endpoint defined by POP-Q ≤ 1, absence of a vaginal bulge symptom and repeated surgery for POP was used to define treatment success. Descriptive statistics were applied. McNemar or Wilcoxon signed rank tests were used as paired samples tests. The significance level was set at 5%. Results A total of 107 non-fertile women with a mean age of 70.6 years were enrolled. Ninety-three (86.9%) women presented with recurrent prolapse. The mean follow-up time was 18.5 months. Treatment success was achieved in 76% of cases according the composite endpoint, with 98% reaching POP-Q ≤ 1 and a significant improvement in quality of life (p Conclusions Mesh-augmented repair of anterior POP is effective and safe in women with recurrent or complex prolapse. Hence, in a select patient population, the benefits of mesh-augmented POP repair still outweigh the risks.

It was the aim to evaluate the personal preference of mode of delivery and to analyze differences between medical professionals and non-medical professionals. Interest in participating in a risk stratification system was evaluated. We hypothesized that gaining information about risk stratification provided in the survey could potentially change participants’ decision regarding the preferred mode of delivery; therefore, subjects were asked twice (before and after providing information). Five cohorts [four professionals (MP) including participants of the German Urogynecology Congress 2017, employees of two major university hospitals in Germany, and members of the German Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics, and one non-professional group (NP) including pregnant women] were invited online to participate in this survey. Introduction Most aspects of implant-assisted reconstruction of pelvic floor in males and females are under debate and the research is not standardized. Registries are supposed to shed light to the indications, surgical techniques and material properties and to establish a standardized evaluation. Methods A working group was formed to create an online platform for registration and outcome measurement of implant-assisted operations for pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and female and male stress urinary incontinence (SUI). 20 patients with modified mesh materials were evaluated over 23 months follow up in the registry to prove the feasibility of the registry. For validation a previously published modified "satisfaction, anatomy, continence, safety – S.(A.)C.S score" was used. Results A consensus was met on definitions and classifications of patient variables, surgical procedures and implants, as well as outcome parameters (efficacy, continence, satisfaction, complications). Different subgroup modules were formed in accordance with treated condition. The maximum score of cure was reached by 25–100% of patients depending on the indication. Conclusion A prospective registry in accordance with IDEAL-D framework is justified for the evaluation and regulation of implants for pelvic floor reconstruction.

Pelvic floor protection is an issue of increasing relevance. This article sought to summarize the session at last year's annual meeting of the German Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGGG) in Stuttgart (10/2016) called "Urogynecology 2020-what is the optimal rate of cesarean section-does urogynecology have to deal with Obstetrics?". The main focus was set on the two important anatomical structures, the levator ani muscle and the anal sphincters. Operative vaginal delivery, epidural anesthesia, and episiotomy are subject to discussion.

Web-based information about urinary incontinence is rather rare, especially including features of a "blog" with periodically published "teasers", small informative articles for patients. The contemporary blog "the bladder" is operated by Dr. Pfleger, Bamberg and attended by Prof. Dr. A. Wiedemann and Dr. G. Naumann as consulting experts. Introduction Currently, almost every third child in Germany is delivered by caesarean section. Apart from straightforward and clear indications for caesarean section which account for approx. 10%, the large proportion of relative indications in particular needs to be critically reviewed if the current C-section rate is to be effectively lowered. It is more than doubtful, however, whether this can be a realistic goal in Germany, especially in the context of international developments. All studies on this topic demonstrate that the personal attitude of the obstetric team has a considerable influence on the pregnant womanʼs personally preferred mode of delivery. Therefore, in the first part of the DECISION study, the personal preferences of urogynaecologists were evaluated regarding the best suitable mode of delivery. Material and Methods All 432 delegates at the 9th German Urogynaecology Congress in Stuttgart in April 2017 were invited to participate in an online questionnaire study. The questionnaire was developed especially for this study. Results Of the 432 registered delegates, 189 (43.8%) participated in the survey. 84.7% (n = 160) of the study participants would prefer a vaginal delivery, in an otherwise uncomplicated pregnancy. Only 12.2% (n = 23) opted for an elective caesarean section. The main reasons stated for this decision were concerns about incontinence (87.5%) and pelvic floor trauma (79.2%). Amongst the study participants, 83.6% would like to be part of a risk stratification system presented in the questionnaire which, with the aid of specific parameters, is intended to allow early identification of a population with a high risk of developing pelvic floor disorders. There was also great interest in postpartum pelvic floor recovery (97.8%) and an associated optional pessary therapy (64.4%). The type of delivery already experienced (vaginal delivery vs. primary caesarean section) and parity also reveals to have a significant influence on the personal preferred mode of delivery as well. Conclusions Urogynaecologists prefer vaginal delivery for themselves. There is a great interest to participate in a risk stratification process in order to approach childbirth in an individualized and risk-adapted manner.

Context: Surgical nonautologous meshes have been used for several decades to repair abdominal wall herniae. Implantable materials have been adopted for the treatment of female and male stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and female pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Objective: A consensus review of existing data based on published meta-analyses and reviews. Evidence acquisition: This document summarises the deliberations of a consensus group meeting convened by the European Association of Urology (EAU) and the European Urogynecological Association, to explore the current evidence relating to the use of polypropylene (PP) materials used for the treatment of SUI and POP, with reference to the 2016 EAU guidelines (European Association of Urology 2016), the European Commission's SCENIHR report on the use of surgical meshes (SCENIHR 2015), other available high-quality evidence, guidelines, and national recommendations. Evidence synthesis: Current data suggest that the use of nonautologous durable materials in surgery has well-established benefits but significant risks, which are specific to the condition and location they are used for. Various graft-related complications have been described-such as infection, chronic pain including dyspareunia, exposure in the vagina, shrinkage, erosion into other organs of xenografts, synthetic PP tapes (used in SUI), and meshes (used in POP)-which differ from the complications seen with abdominal herniae. Conclusions: When considering surgery for SUI, it is essential to evaluate the available options, which may include synthetic midurethral slings (MUSs) using PP tapes, bulking agents, colposuspension, and autologous sling surgery. The use of synthetic MUSs for surgical treatment of SUI in both male and female patients has good efficacy and acceptable morbidity. Synthetic mesh for POP should be used only in complex cases with recurrent prolapse in the same compartment and restricted to those surgeons with appropriate training who are working in multidisciplinary referral centres. Patient summary: Synthetic slings can be safely used in the surgical treatment of stress incontinence in both male and female patients. Patients need to be aware of the alternative therapy and potential risks and complications of this therapy. Durch Entwicklung neuer Operationstechniken sind in den letzten Jahren die Zahlen an Inkontinenzoperationen drastisch gestiegen. Einerseits findet sich eine immer breitere offentliche Wahrnehmung des Problems mit zunehmender Enttabuisierung, andererseits wurden immer neuere Verfahren und Materialien entwickelt. Die erfolgreiche Therapie gelingt jedoch nur bei subtiler Diagnostik dieser multikausalen Erkrankung und abgewogener Indikationsstellung unter individueller Beratung und Aufklarung der Patientinnen.

Der Ultraschall spielt heutzutage eine unverzichtbare Rolle in der urogynakologischen Diagnostik. Die Sonographie am weiblichen Beckenboden erlaubt eine Darstellung der Urethra, des Blasenhalses, der Harnblase, des Anorektums sowie des M. levator ani und ist heute ein wichtiger klinischer Bestandteil bei der Diagnostik von Funktionsstorungen im Bereich des weiblichen Beckenbodens. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt bei der Sonographie des weiblichen Beckenbodens ist dabei die dynamische Darstellung sowie die direkte Darstellung alloplastischer Implantate. Damit ist sie insbesondere bei der Diagnostik von Rezidiven oder postoperativen Komplikationen von groser klinischer Bedeutung. Ein weiterer wichtiger Faktor, der den Siegeszug des Ultraschalls bei der Diagnostik von Funktionsstorungen des weiblichen Beckenbodens unterstutzt, ist die breite Verfugbarkeit von Ultraschallgeraten in der Patientenversorgung. Daruber hinaus ist diese Methode nicht-invasiv, vergleichsweise kostengunstig und ohne Strahlenbelastung.

Nerve sparing in functional pelvic floor surgery is strongly recommended as intraoperative damage to the autonomic nerves may predispose to persistent or worsened anorectal and urogenital function. The aim of this study was to investigate the intraoperative neural topography above the pelvic floor in patients undergoing laparoscopic resection rectopexy in combination with electrophysiologic neuromapping.Ten consecutive female patients underwent laparoscopic resection rectopexy for rectal prolapse. Intraoperative identification of pelvic autonomic nerves was carried out with a novel intraoperative neuromonitoring system based on electric stimulation under simultaneous electromyography of the internal anal sphincter and manometry of the bladder. Neuromonitoring results were compared to patients' preoperative anorectal and urogenital function and their functional results at the 3-month follow-up.Laparoscopy in combination with electrophysiologic neuromapping revealed neurogenic pathways to the lower segment of the rectum during surgical mobilization. In all procedures, intraoperative neuromonitoring finally confirmed functional nerve integrity to the internal anal sphincter and the bladder. Patients with preoperatively diagnosed fecal incontinence were continent at the 3-month follow-up. The Wexner score improved in median from preoperative 4 (range 1-18) to 1 (range 0-3) at follow-up (p = 0.012). Cleveland Clinical Constipation Score improved in median from 10 (range 5-17) to 3 (range 1-7; p = 0.005). In none of the investigated patients a new onset of urinary dysfunction did occur. No change in sexual function was observed.Laparoscopy in combination with electrophysiologic neuromapping during nerve-sparing resection rectopexy identified and preserved neurogenic pathways heading to the lower segment of the rectum above the level of the pelvic floor.

615 Background: The chemokine CXCL13 is chemotactic for B cells. We examined the prognostic significance of CXCL13 mRNA expression in node-negative breast cancer. Methods: Microarray based gene-expression data for CXCL13 (205242_at) were analysed in four previously published cohorts (Mainz, Rotterdam, Transbig, Yu) of node-negative breast cancer patients not treated with adjuvant therapy (n=824). A meta-analysis of previously published cohorts was performed using a random effects model. Prognostic significance of CXCL13 on metastasis-free survival (MFS) was examined in the whole cohort and in different molecular subtypes (ER+/HER2-, ER-/HER2-, HER2+). Independent prognostic relevance was analysed using multivariate Cox regression. Ziel: Die 3-D-Sonografie bietet einige Vorteile gegenuber der 2-D-Sonografie in der Urogynakologie. Neben den Weichteil-Strukturen ermoglicht die Darstellung der axialen Ebene die Identifikation des Levators und der Symphyse. Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, eine genaue Messung des infrapubischen Winkels sowie des Symphysenspalts durch Rotations-Anpassung zu beschreiben und die Inter-Observer-Variabilitat zu bestimmen. Zusatzlich wurden die Korrelationen des infrapubischen Winkels mit dem Auftreten von Levator-Defekten und der Dauer der Austreibungsperiode untersucht. Material und Methoden: Am 2. bis 3. Tag postpartal nach Vaginalgeburt wurde eine 3-D-Sonografie durchgefuhrt. Die Auswertung erfolgte unabhangig durch 2 Untersucher. Ergebnisse: Es wurden 110 Datensatze erfasst. Fur die Bestimmung des infrapubischen Winkels konnten 104 Datensatze (94,5 %), fur die Messung der Symphysenspalt-Breite 87 (79,1 %) bearbeitet werden. Mit einem Pearson-Korrelations-Koeffizient von r = 0,76 fur die Messung der Inter-Observer-Variabilitat des infrapubischen Winkels bzw. r = 0,69 fur die Messung des Symphysenspalts konnte eine sehr gute bzw. masig bis gute Korrelation nachgewiesen werden. Fur beide Untersucher konnte mit p = 0,31 bzw. p = 0,78 keine Korrelation des infrapubischen Winkels mit der Dauer der Austreibungsperiode gefunden werden. Ebenso fand sich mit Werten von p = 0,59 bzw. p = 0,39 kein Zusammenhang des infrapubischen Winkels mit dem Auftreten von Levator-Defekten. Schlussfolgerung: Mittels der 3-D-Sonografie konnen auch knocherne Konturen mit einer guten Reproduzierbarkeit beurteilt werden. Der infrapubische Winkel scheint nur eine untergeordnete Rolle fur die Dauer der Austreibungsperiode und die Entstehung von postpartalen Levator-Schaden zu spielen.
