William Burroughs is a distinguished American writer of the twentieth century. As a typical representative of the Beat Generation, his works are full of drug and homosexual elements, and his writing does not follow the traditional rules of creation, and is not confined to the established form, framework, and structure, characterized by vulgar language, loose structure, and form, and is an important spiritual leader of postmodernist literature. His first novel, Junky, is a semi-autobiographical novel based on William Burroughs the article presents to the reader the truth about drugs in the simplest and most straightforward way. Since the publication of the novel, scholars have studied the characters, the social context, and the political elements of the novel through the text. In the course of the author's study of the text, it was found that time in the drug addict's world does not exist in a conventional time as we perceive it, and we call this unconventional time "drug time". Based on the addict's perception of drug time, it can be found that drug time is very postmodern, personalized, fragmented, and diversified. The author uses physical time, psychological time, and literary time to integrate and analyze the time clues in the text to explore the role of time in drug addiction and the cause-and-effect relationship behind the addict's strange behavior.

Accurate and reliable data is very important to the power system. In this paper, based on the analysis of GSA (Gap Statistic Algorithm) data mining technology, an improved clustering method is proposed for the shortcomings of the traditional method. The GSA method is an algorithm for determining the most appropriate number of clusters. The raw data is processed by BP neural network, and the preprocessed results are clustered by an improved clustering algorithm. Then use the elbow criterion to judge the optimal number of clusters. Compared with the original algorithm, it can overcome the defects in calculation speed and recognition accuracy, determine the number of clusters faster, greatly shorten the running time, and successfully identify the bad data in the power system.

Because of many principals involved in the process of carbon reduction, government regulation of- ten presents some problems, which are harmful to the environment. In order to minimize the harm to the envi- ronment, the government regulators should study enterprises' behavioral characteristics and the correspond- ing regulatory policy. This paper built the enterprises behavioral choice model of signal transmission game, analyzed four kinds of refining Bias equilibrium which include the confused equilibrium, separation equilib- rium and the semi-separating equilibrium, and solved semi separating equilibrium. The study found that the appropriate regulatory measures of government departments would increase the cost of enterprises' false dec- laration, and standardize market order.

This paper mainly studied the influence on the carbon emission permits and trading on the production strategy for manufacturing enterprises. The enterprises might obtain carbon emission permits in three different ways, i.e. government quota, market trading and purification treatment. The enterprises must make a tradeoff between them. The characteristic of purifying cost was analyzed. Then, an optimal production model with carbon emission permits and trading was established. Finally, a typical numerical experiment was employed to show the influence of the parameters on optimal production decisions.

This paper mainly studies the influence on the strategy of carbon emissions trading system for manufacturing enterprise production. There are three ways to obtain Carbon Credits: the government quota, market trading and purification treatment, which are possible to balance in different ways. This paper analyzes the characteristics of decisions made by production enterprises, how to establish production optimization model under restraint on carbon emission, and find an optimal production strategy based on the carbon emissions.

In order to achieve the goal of low carbon development of this region, with ecological economics and scientific outlook on development as theoretical guidance, humans as orientation, and “low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission” as development core, the research worked out the four modes of low carbon development of this region: mode of energy science and technology innovation, mode of production system improvement, mode of industry structure optimization and mode of consumption concept transformation, proposed that Jiangxi should rely on science and technology, attach great importance to the development and utilization of clean energy such as solar power, hydropower and wind power; accomplish clean, intensive and cyclic production; vigorously develop eco-agriculture and eco-tourism through industry structure optimization and adjustment; cultivate people's habit of low carbon consumption.

Distributor selection is a crucial issue in supply chain especially in today's internationalized competitive environment. The existing research works provide only conceptual, descriptive, and simulation results, focusing mainly on firm resources and general marketing/selling factors. In this paper, the rough set theory (RST) is introduced for distributor selection with weight incorporate features. An empirical study was conducted with the help of the RSES (rough set exploration system) software, 5 rules were adopted and 9 attributers given by domain experts for distributors' evaluation were reduced to 4 which are convenient in practice. And also the apparent implication is that the entire players in the supply chain should maintain a good relationship with each other therein. This paper concludes with discussion of empirical findings and future research directions.

Cluster supply chain has the characters both of cluster and supply chain. Enterprises in cluster supply chain are located in the same industrial district, with close-knit and high degree of confidence features. This paper applies the concept of “ social network analysis” to network structure of cluster supply chain. The combination of both supply chain and social network analysis can generate an enhanced general framework to assess exchange relations and social relations in cluster supply chain. After comparing the cluster supply chain and the general cluster, we believe that these features of cluster supply chain are helpful to knowledge transfer in cluster supply chain. This paper concludes with the knowledge transfer mechanism and a model of knowledge transfer in cluster supply chain is proposed.
