The practical part of the thesis deals with the business plan for the project itself. The greatest emphasis is put on the financial plan, which is made for the purpose of the founder only for the first year of business activity. Nowadays less than ten sites are normally operating on the market. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the market in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to compare eKupon to the biggest Czech discount portal, Slevomat. To begin with, I am going to characterize the business model of group buying sites and their development in Czech Republic, with emphasis on Slevomat. In the following part, I talk about the development of group buying in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the history of eKupon. The comparison of stated websites is done using several chosen parameters, such as relationship with business partners, terms and conditions of the business contract, consumer satisfaction, loyalty program etc. In the end, we can find SWOT analysis of the company eKupon, where the examined parameters are characterized as either strength or weakness of the company.

Diploma thesis is focused on specifications in pharmaceutical business. It is based on knowledge of pharmacy and economy and their synthesis is describing the most significant differences in pharmacy business and other markets. Overall goal of diploma thesis was to create overview about pharmaceutical industry, its progress, trends and behavior of companies to this high risk and volatile market with keeping the rules and norms of Czech and European authorities. Target was also to form group of recommendations for companies participated in this market. To keep this target I described in the first part of diploma thesis basic terminology and theoretical knowledge about pharmaceutical market including research and development, marketing and sales and pharmakovigilance. Practical part was based on case studies specifying the most common and difficult problems and steps leading to their solutions. My personal contribution in diploma thesis is based on detailed and professional handling of the topic and in the choice of parametres which influence the most timing and capital demands of R&D projects in pharmacy and mitigation of their negative aspects.

The goal of this thesis is to collect the information regarding the high-tech sector and innovative environment of the selected courtiers into a consistent whole, and to analyze the specific branches' position of the company, which is operating in this area

My work contains the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I analyzed the problem of basic concepts of managerial communication and social communication in general. I analyzed selected aspects of the place and role of social communication in modern management practice. The practical part contains examples which are concentrated on correct and incorrect methods.

In this Master's Thesis I am solving two seemingly not related issues -- the title of the thesis is to propose the change of the SME approach to the cooperation with partners and the target of the thesis is to recommend to the company changes in business and management behaviour which will help to break through the tenders of the large size companies. To meet the target of the Master's Thesis there was analysed current situation of the particular enterprise which does not cooperate with large companies. There were used Five-Forces Model, PEST analyse and SWOT analyse to describe this enterprise. Based on the analyses' results there were discovered main deficiencies which are connected with the character and behaviour of the owners. The basic deficiencies are missing planning and undisciplined behaviour of the owners to their firm and missing Quality management certification. If the company eliminates them, it has better chance to be successful in the tenders of the large companies. Cooperation, partnership or another company connection, these are also the opportunities how to become the supplier of the big company. Czech SME trading with electronical components are not willing to cooperate with other companies. In this Master's Thesis I gave the reasons, why the companies should have positive approach to cooperation.

This thesis is focused on an interesting and dynamic form of business, called franchising. For the purpose of explanation of this form of business purely Czech company The PUB Franchising s.r.o. has been selected. This company is the owner of the gastronomic franching concept The PUB Pilsner Unique Bar. This thesis not only illuminates the franchising business as such, but analyzes and proposes a strategy to facilitate the future development of the concept The PUB in the Czech Republic but also abroad. The analysis uses tools such as the SWOT analysis and focuses on the analysis of marketing tools used in the company. The aim of this thesis is to propose concrete measures to positively affect franchise business of selected company.
