ObjectiveThe dynamic prediction of carbon emission from cold chain distribution is an important basis for the accurate assessment of carbon emission and its green credit grade. Facing the fact that the carbon emission of vehicles is affected by multiple factors, such as road condition information, driving characteristics, refrigeration parameters, etc., a dynamic prediction model of carbon emission was proposed from refrigerated vehicles that integrates multi-source information.MethodsThe backbone feature extraction network, neck feature fusion network and loss function of YOLOv8s was firstly improved. The full-dimensional dynamic convolution was introduced into the backbone feature extraction network, and the multidimensional attention mechanism was introduced to capture the contextual key information to improve the model feature extraction capability. A progressive feature pyramid network was introduced into the feature extraction network, which reduced the loss of key information by fusing features layer by layer and improved the feature fusion efficiency. The road condition information recognition model based on improved YOLOv8s was constructed to characterize the road condition information in terms of the number of road vehicles and the percentage of pixel area. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to compare and analyze the correlation between carbon emissions of refrigerated vehicles and different influencing factors, and to verify the necessity and criticality of the selection of input parameters of the carbon emission prediction model. Then the iTransformer temporal prediction model was improved, and the external attention mechanism was introduced to enhance the feature extraction ability of iTransformer model and reduce the computational complexity. The dynamic prediction model of carbon emission of refrigerated vehicles based on the improved iTransformer was constructed by taking the road condition information, driving characteristics (speed, acceleration), cargo weight, and refrigeration parameters (temperature, power) as inputs. Finally, the model was compared and analyzed with other models to verify the robustness of the road condition information and the prediction accuracy of the vehicle carbon emission dynamic prediction model, respectively.Results and DiscussionsThe results of correlation analysis showed that the vehicle driving parameters were the main factor affecting the intensity of vehicle carbon emissions, with a correlation of 0.841. The second factor was cargo weight, with a correlation of 0.807, which had a strong positive correlation. Compared with the vehicle refrigeration parameters, the road condition information had a stronger correlation between vehicle carbon emissions, the correlation between refrigeration parameters and the vehicle carbon emissions impact factor were above 0.67. In order to further ensure the accuracy of the vehicle carbon emissions prediction model, The paper was selected as the input parameters for the carbon emissions prediction model. The improved YOLOv8s road information recognition model achieved 98.1%, 95.5%, and 98.4% in precision, recall, and average recognition accuracy, which were 1.2%, 3.7%, and 0.2% higher than YOLOv8s, respectively, with the number of parameters and the amount of computation being reduced by 12.5% and 31.4%, and the speed of detection being increased by 5.4%. This was due to the cross-dimensional feature learning through full-dimensional dynamic convolution, which fully captured the key information and improved the feature extraction capability of the model, and through the progressive feature pyramid network after fusing the information between different classes through gradual step-by-step fusion, which fully retained the important feature information and improved the recognition accuracy of the model. The predictive performance of the improved iTransformer carbon emission prediction model was better than other time series prediction models, and its prediction curve was closest to the real carbon emission curve with the best fitting effect. The introduction of the external attention mechanism significantly improved the prediction accuracy, and its MSE, MAE, RMSE and R2 were 0.026 1 %VOL, 0.079 1 %VOL, 0.161 5 %VOL and 0.940 0, respectively, which were 0.4%, 15.3%, 8.7% and 1.3% lower, respectively, when compared with iTransformer. As the degree of road congestion increased, the prediction accuracy of the constructed carbon emission prediction model increased.ConclusionsThe carbon emission prediction model for cold chain distribution under multi-source information fusion proposed in this study can realize accurate prediction of carbon emission from refrigerated vehicles, provide theoretical basis for rationally formulating carbon emission reduction strategies and promoting the development of low-carbon cold chain distribution.

Phellodendron chinense is an extraordinary medicinal plant, and its stem bark is a famous traditional Chinese medicine in China, containing a number of phytochemicals with biological and pharmacological functions. Studies have shown that the medicinal ingredients in P. chinense from various regions are different, as soil types might be important factors affecting the growth and quality of P. chinense. In this study, the effects of acidic purple soil, alkaline purple soil, yellow soil and red soil on the growth, nutrient element accumulation and partitioning in P. chinense seedlings were studied. Our results showed that the biomass of leaves and stems in acidic purple soil was significantly higher than in other soils, and the root biomass was significantly lower than that in yellow soil. C, N, P and Ca contents cultured in acidic purple soil were the highest compared to other soils, and K and Mg content were the highest in yellow soil and red soil, respectively. The distribution of carbon between different organs can reflect environmental stress. N has become a limiting factor for the growth and development of P. chinense seedlings. C:N and C:P ratios in the leaves were significantly lower than those in the stem and roots. Among four soil types, the highest N:P ratio was 1.65 in P. chinense seedlings. These results suggest that four soil types may significantly affect the accumulation and distribution of biomass and nutrient elements in P. chinense seedlings. The characteristic patterns in different organs have different responses. Acidic purple soil is more suitable for the growth of P. chinense. These findings will help to understand the distribution characteristics and requirements of nutrient elements in P. chinense seedlings, and further provide a theoretical basis and reference for site selection and cultivation strategy.

【Objective】 The development and application of subsurface drip irrigation is of great importance for helping mitigate the limitation of water resources faced by agriculture in arid and semiarid regions around the world. This paper reviewed the research progresses made over the past decades in subsurface drip irrigation and discusses its potential development in the future. 【Method】 The analysis was based on publications collected in the database of Web of Science. We used the Origin and CiteSpace knowledge mapping software to analyze the knowledge map of subsurface drip irrigation research in five aspects: numbers of publications, cooperative network, keyword co-occurrence, emerging keywords analysis, and co-citation clustering. 【Result】 ①Research on subsurface drip irrigation has undergone three distinct stages: infancy, a period of fluctuation, and rapid advancement. The main publication journal is Agriculture Water Management, and the United States and China contributed most papers. There are close cooperations between countries and institutions, and the collaboration show a pattern of "local concentration and overall dispersion." ②The main research areas include soil water transport, plant growth and development, irrigation water quality and soil salinization, and irrigation water management. The research focus was water transport mechanisms, hydrological modeling, control of irrigation water quality, and automation control of drip irrigation technology. Other areas included system optimization, water-saving irrigation technologies, soil improvement, application of intelligent technologies and new materials. ③Future research is likely to focus on comparative analysis using multiple databases and explore new influencing factors and irrigation methods through interdisciplinary research. To achieve this, advanced collaborative platforms need to be established, and research on case studies from developing countries and water-scarce regions should be addressed to strengthen cooperation among countries, institutions. 【Conclusion】 Utilizing Citespace software for the analysis of the subsurface drip irrigation field has provided excellent visual representation. This analysis encompasses the distribution of publication quantities, collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence, burst keyword analysis, and co-citation clustering. These research findings will serve as significant references and guidance for the future theoretical development and practical applications within this field.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of thyroid LCH to enhance understanding of the disease. Methods We retrospectively studied the clinical data from six thyroid LCH patients who hospitalized in Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2015 to January 2022.We analyzed the ultrasound and 18F FDG-PET/CT imaging characteristics of thyroid LCH. Results The six patients diagnosed (2 males and 4 females) were between 18 and 58 years old.All patients had diabetes insipidus.MRI revealed thickened pituitary stalk.Two cases had central hypothyroidism, while four cases euthyroidism.Three cases tested positive for thyroid antibodies.Ultrasound showed thyroid nodules of TI-RADS 3 in three cases, TI-RADS 4 in two cases, and 1 with nodular goiter.Ultrasound showed that all sic cases indicated low echogenicity, 5 of which clear boundaries, 4 of which uneven echo distribution, 5 of which irregular shape, and noen has calcification.18F FDG-PET/CT indicated high uptake nodules with SUVmax values all above 10.4 cases were diagnosed by surgical excision and the other 2 by coarse-needle aspiration biopsy.When diagnosed, two cases had liver and thymus involvement respectively.One case had lung and bone involvement respectively.After treatment, 4 cases showed that nodular goiter shrank, while the other two with liver involvement progressed fast and no assessment made. Conclusions Thyroid LCH presented low echogenicity, clear boundaries, irregular shape, without calcification, and high uptake in 18F FDG-PET/CT.A definite diagnosis of pituitary stalk thicking accompanied by thyroid nodules, especially those with hypoechoic and irregular nodules, can be achieved by coarse-needle aspiration biopsy and langerin-specific pathological staining.

Interleukin 21 (IL-21) is a receptor participating in innate immunity and correlates with the activation of innate immune cells. We sought to investigate the role of plasma IL-21 in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN).

Objective: To detect eight kinds of insecticides in dairy products （pure milk, fermented milk, milk powder） rapidly. Methods: A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （HPLC-MS/MS） method based on dispersive solid phase extraction pre-treatment technology was established. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile-acetone solution （Vacetonitrile∶Vacetone=80∶20） in ultrasonic way, and the extraction solution was purified by Florisil, primary secondary amine and anhydrous MgSO4. After purification, the samples were analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS qualitatively and quantitatively in multi reaction monitoring （MRM） mode. Results: The correlation coefficient （r） of fenamiphos, imidacloprid, spinosad, dinotefuran, emamectin benzoate, methomyl, thiacloprid and oxamyl in the linear range of 2.00~100 μg/L was greater than 0.99, the limits of detection were 0.010~0.30 μg/kg, the recoveries of method were 82.6%~97.5%, and the relative standard deviations （RSDs） were 1.2%~4.6% （n=6）. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible. It is suitable for the rapid screening of insecticides in dairy products.

Objective To observe the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with clockwise cardiac rotation indicated by electrocardiogram(ECG) and analyze its clinical significance. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 12 827 pregnant women who were admitted to Guangdong Province Maternity and Child Health Hospital for ECG examination from January 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2018(from card establishment to 27+6 weeks of gestation). The participants were dichotomized two groups according to the presence and absence of clockwise rotation in ECG. The associations of clockwise rotation with stillbirth, preeclampsia and thrombotic disease were analyzed. The significant covariates(including age, body mass index, gravidity, parity, gestational hypertension, multiple pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus and pregestational diabetes mellitus) using univariate analysis were adjusted by multivariate logistic analysis. Results Out of the pregnant women in middle and early pregnancy, there were 134 pregnant women with clockwise cardiac rotation and 12 693 pregnant women without cardiac transposition. The incidence of thrombotic disease in patients with clockwise rotation was significantly higher than that in patients without clockwise rotation ［2.24%(3/134) vs 0.07%(9/12 693), P＜0.01］. After multivariable adjustment, the risk of thrombotic disease in pregnant women with clockwise rotation remained significantly higher(OR=28.824, 95%CI: 7.248-114.618, P＜0.01). Conclusion Although the prevalence of ECG-indicated clockwise rotation is low among pregnant women during pregnancy, it may be related to thrombotic disease, suggesting that further screening should be conducted for the related risks of thrombotic disease.

The hadro-chemistry of bottom quarks produced in hadronic collisions encodes valuable information on the mechanism of color-neutralization in these reactions. We first compute the chemistry of bottom-hadrons in high-energy pp collisions employing statistical hadronization with a largely augmented set of states beyond the currently measured spectrum. This enables a comprehensive prediction of fragmentation fractions of weakly decaying bottom hadrons for the first time and a satisfactory explanation of the existing measurements in pp collisions at the LHC. Utilizing the bottom hadro-chemistry thus obtained as the baseline, we then perform transport simulations of bottom quarks in the hot QCD matter created in PbPb collisions at the LHC energy and calculate the pertinent bottom-hadron observables. The transverse momentum (pT) dependent modifications of the bottom baryon-to-meson ratio (Λb0/B-) relative to their pp counterparts are highlighted as a result of bottom quark diffusion and hadronization in the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP). We finally summarize the heavy quark (charm vs bottom) diffusion coefficients as extracted from transport simulations and compare them to result from recent full lattice QCD computations.

Objective: Combined with the determination of macromolecular protein, amino acid and total protein, a quantitative analysis method for the content of small molecular peptides in infant formula milk powder was established. Methods: The contents of total protein, polymer protein and free amino acid in infant formula milk powder were determined by Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method, gravimetric method and ion exchange chromatography, and then the contents of small molecular protein peptide were calculated. Results: The precision RSD of the macromolecular protein detection (n=6) was 0.74%; The recovery rates of the 17 kinds of amino acids were 91.0%~103.2%, and the relative deviations of the detection results were 0.6%~ 2.5%. The recovery rates of small molecular weight peptides were 95.2%~98.2%. Conclusion: The established method has been validated by methodology, with good precision and recovery rate, and can be used for the determination of small molecular peptides in infant formula milk powder.

To investigate the influence of preservation methods and processes on the plasma interleukin-6 (IL-6) stability.

ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to investigate the contmaination status of pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Inner Mongolia， and provide experimental basis for vegetable production， supervision， standard revision and risk assessment.Methods480 vegetable samples were collected from 12 cities in Inner Mongolia during 2019-2020， and 9 kinds of pesticide， 13 kinds of fungicide and dithiocarbamates were tested according to the procedure in the National Food Safety Surveillance Manual. Judgments were made in line with National Food Safety standard - Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food （GB 2763-2019）.ResultsIn 480 vegetables， the detection rates of 9 kinds of pesticide， 13 kinds of fungicide and dithiocarbamates were 11.04%（53/480）， 34.79%（167/480） and 27.71%（133/480）. The violation rates were 3.33%（16/480）， 1.46%（7/480） and 2.29%（11/480）. The vegetables which violated the standard were celery， scallion， pak choi and spinach. There were multiple fungicide residues in single vegetable.ConclusionPesticide residues and violation were detected in vegetables sold in Inner Mongolia and over standard， high toxic and virulent pesticides were detected. Effective supervision and inspection should be taken by related departments.

In view of the complicated operation of the current crack detection method of hydraulic support, a weak magnetic nondestructive detection method for cracks in the top beam of hydraulic support based on geomagnetic field excitation is proposed. Firstly, the stress field of the crack in the top beam of hydraulic support is analyzed by using COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software. Secondly, based on the principle of weak magnetic nondestructive testing, the geomagnetic field is loaded in the simulation space. The superimposed field formed by the magnetized material with crack defects and the geomagnetic field is obtained and analyzed. The results show the following points. ① There is stress concentration phenomenon in the top beam defect of hydraulic support. The lower the stress is, the greater the stress is. The crack expands from the outside to the inside to both sides. The failure risk of the top beam can be effectively reduced by finding the surface crack in time. ② When the length and depth of the crack defect are fixed, the horizontal distance between the valley and the peak and the peak value of the magnetic flux density mode curve of different width cracks increase with the increase of the width. The valley value decreases first and then increases with the increase of the width. The amplitude of the flux density mode increases with the crack width. The variation rate of the difference between the adjacent maximum valley and peak of the flux density mode decreases with the crack width. The change amplitude of magnetic flux density is positively correlated with the change of crack width. ③ When the length and width of the crack defect are fixed, the valley value of the magnetic flux density mode curve of different depth cracks has little difference. The left peak value increases with the increase of the width. The right peak value decreases with the increase of the width. With the increase of the crack depth, the change amplitude of the flux density mode increases. The change rate of the difference between the adjacent maximum valley and peak of the flux density mode is almost constant. The change amplitude of magnetic flux density is positively correlated with the change of crack depth. The magnetic flux density is more sensitive to the change of crack width than to the change of crack depth. ④ When the length, width and depth of the crack defect are fixed, the change in the direction of the crack does not affect the judgment of crack defects.

Objective To compare the disinfection effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization and traditional lens disinfection on rigid gas permeable contact lens (RGP), so as to improve the clinical management procedure of RGP trial lens. Methods A total of 90 RGP trial lenses used by patients in our hospital from April to August 2020 were collected and randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A was treated with modified hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizing method (n=30); group B was disinfected with conventional conditioning solution (n=30); and group C was sterilized with anti-bacterial case made of polymer injection material (n=30). The preserving solution of the 3 groups was respectively cultured for 5 d and then tested with the automatic microbial culture system of American Simmer TREK 528, and a comparison of the sterilization effect was made among the groups. The test was performed once a month for 3 months. Moreover, patients' ocular surface condition was examined with a slit lamp, and the comfort level after wearing was evaluated through questionnaire survey. Results The bacteria culture of group A was negative with the sterilization effect of 100.0%, while abnormal bacteria were detected 2 cases in group B and 1 case in group C, with the disinfection rates of 97.7% and 98.9%, respectively, though there was no statistical difference among the 3 disinfection methods. In addition, the results of corneal examination and comfort questionnaire survey showed no statistical difference among the groups as well. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization has a thorough disinfection effect with a safe and simple procedure, and is worth popularizing.

Some problems existed in data governance in the process of coal mine automation, digitalization and information construction are analyzed, which include: top-level design is weak, supportive capability of data platform is failure, data fusion and analysis capability is insufficient, ubiquitous perception network and perception equipments are lack, etc. For the above problems, framework and development path of data governance in intelligent coal mine are proposed. The overall framework of data governance in intelligene coal mine includes data source layer, data middle platform service layer, data application layer and infrastructure layer. The development path of data governance in intelligene coal mine includes improving overall holographic information data collection of coal mine, building data middle platform suitable for coal mine, developing data application integrating intelligent decision-making, and consolidating infrastructure guarantee of coal mine data governance.

In this investigation, we leverage the combination of the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) Legacy Imaging Surveys Data Release 9, Survey Validation 3, and Year 1 data sets to estimate the conditional luminosity functions and conditional stellar mass functions (CLFs and CSMFs) of galaxies across various halo mass bins and redshift ranges. To support our analysis, we utilize a realistic DESI mock galaxy redshift survey (MGRS) generated from a high-resolution Jiutian simulation. An extended halo-based group finder is applied to both MGRS catalogs and DESI observation. By comparing the r- and z-band luminosity functions (LFs) and stellar mass functions (SMFs) derived using both photometric and spectroscopic data, we quantified the impact of photometric redshift (photo-z) errors on the galaxy LFs and SMFs, especially in the low-redshift bin at the low-luminosity/mass end. By conducting prior evaluations of the group finder using MGRS, we successfully obtain a set of CLF and CSMF measurements from observational data. We find that at low redshift, the faint-end slopes of CLFs and CSMFs below ∼109 h −2 L ⊙ (or h −2 M ⊙) evince a compelling concordance with the subhalo mass functions. After correcting the cosmic variance effect of our local Universe following Chen et al., the faint-end slopes of the LFs/SMFs turn out to also be in good agreement with the slope of the halo mass function.

We deploy a kinetic-rate equation to evaluate the transport of J/ψ, ψ(2S), Bc and X (3872) in ultrarelativistic heavy-ion collisions and compare their production yields to experimental data from the Large Hadron Collider. The rate equation has two main transport parameters: the equilibrium limit and reaction rate for each state. The temperature-dependent equilibrium limits include charm- and bottom-quark fugacities based on their initial production. The reaction rates for charmonia, bottomonia and Bc rely on charm- and bottomquark masses and binding energies from a thermodynamic T-matrix approach. For the X (3872) particle, internal structure information is encoded in reaction rates and initial conditions in the hadronic phase via two different scenarios: a loosely bound hadronic molecule vs. a compact tetraquark.

For problems of larger error of coal mine ventilation resistance measurement data acquired by barometer base-point method and cumbersome correction of existing original measurement data processing methods, a data processing method of coal mine ventilation resistance measurement based on relative pressure was proposed. In the method, a pithead inlet of coal mine is selected as zero point of relative pressure firstly. Then relative pressures of other measurement points are calculated, and relative pressures of some measurement points that do not conform to sequencing principle are corrected. Finally, wind resistances of all tunnels are calculated according to ventilation resistance law, and according to comparison result between calculated wind volume and the measured reliable one of the same tunnel, wind resistances of some tunnels are corrected whose comparison errors are over 5% until the comparison errors of wind volume in all tunnels are within 5%. The method can complete initial error correction of original measurement data at one time, improve efficiency of obtaining reliable basic ventilation parameters, and has a certain reference value for data processing of coal mine ventilation resistance measurement.

For new concept of wisdom mine, its development course, existing status and problems in construction process in China were summarized through its association with automation mine, informatization mine and digital mine. A new definition of wisdom mine was put forward, which emphasized that the wisdom mine was a set of wisdom system and could make the optimal regulation for each part automatically. Vision of the wisdom mine was prospected from five aspects of mine design, safety guarantee, efficient production, economic operation and green environmental protection. Construction planning of the wisdom mine was proposed, which mainly included four aspects: establishing wisdom mine industrial alliance, formulating relevant technical specifications and standards, researching and developing intelligent equipment and developing wisdom decision applications.

Current status and problems of mine informatization construction were analyzed. Important characteristics of wisdom mine which were different from the ones of automation mine, informatization mine and digitalized mine were summarized, namely thorough perception, deep interconnection and high intelligence. Realization ways of wisdom mine were proposed, which include making technical specification and standard of wisdom mine, implementing complete digitalization of mine information, researching and promoting advanced intelligent technology and equipment, and developing wisdom decision application.

Ovarian follicular GCs are strongly implicated in the growth, development, and atresia of ovarian follicles. The Wnt/β-catenin and Notch signaling pathways participate in GC proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and steroid hormone production during follicular development. However, the crosstalk between Wnt and Notch signaling in GCs remains unclear. This study investigated this crosstalk and the roles of these pathways in apoptosis, cell cycle progression, cell proliferation, and steroid hormone secretion in bovine follicular GCs. The interaction between β-catenin and Notch2 in GCs was assessed by overexpressing CTNNB1, which encodes β-catenin. The results showed that inhibiting the Notch pathway by Notch2 silencing in GCs arrested the cell cycle, promoted apoptosis, reduced progesterone (P4) production, and inhibited the Wnt2-mediated Wnt/β-catenin pathway in GCs. IWR-1 inhibited Wnt2/β-catenin and Notch signaling, reduced GC proliferation, stimulated apoptosis, induced G1 cell cycle arrest, and reduced P4 production. CTNNB1 overexpression had the opposite effect and increased 17β-estradiol (E2) production and Notch2 protein expression. Co-immunoprecipitation assays revealed that Notch2 interacted with β-catenin. These results elucidate the crosstalk between the Wnt/β-catenin and Notch pathways and the role of these pathways in bovine follicular GC development.

Problems about definition of wisdom mine in existing literatures were analyzed. According to definition method of specific difference addition genus, eight common attributes and four unique attributes of wisdom mine were summarized through comparative analysis of relationships among wisdom mine, automation mine, informatization mine and digitalized mine, so as to form a definition of wisdom mine. The wisdom mine is based on technologies of spatial information, Internet of things, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, database, data communication, true three-dimensional geological model, virtual reality, wisdom mining and so on, and applies all kinds of sensors, automatic control systems and component type software synthetically to realize automatic operation, intelligent decision and self-learning.

A real 3D model of mine ventilation system was built by VENTSIM 3D ventilation dynamic simulation system taking a coal mine as research object. On the basis of obtaining reliable basic ventilation parameters, an accurate simulation of optimal regulation and control scheme of the ventilation system was made. The actual measurement results are in good agreement with the simulation results, and error is very small, so it verified the reliability of optimal regulation and control scheme of ventilation system based on 3D model.
