In recent years, due to the spike in natural gas spot prices, gas-fired power corporations' operating costs have skyrocketed. Traditional power generation corporations have gradually been withdrawing from gas power generation investment, replaced by oil and gas enterprises with upstream resources. The development of gas-fired power plants helps to maintain the stability of the power grid and has a positive effect on the realization of carbon neutrality goals. At present, most of the financial evaluation methods for gas power generation projects tend to focus on the static tariffs of the project itself and lack consideration for the overall contribution to the industry chain and the latest "gas–electricity price linkage" mechanisms in China, leading to oil and gas enterprises reducing investment in gas-fired power plants due to yield constraints. In this paper, a financial evaluation methodology for gas power generation projects based on the industrial chain and the "gas–electricity price linkage" mechanism was proposed. The investment return characteristics of specific gas power generation projects under the "gas–electricity price linkage" mechanism in different provinces were revealed through this methodology. Considering the characteristics and industrial development trends in major provinces in China, investment and operation strategies for gas power generation were proposed. These studies provide oil and gas enterprises with references and suggestions for future investment decisions for new gas power generation projects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) have gained widespread attention due to their numerous advantages, including high energy density, prolonged cycle life, and environmental friendliness. Nevertheless, their electrochemical performance deteriorates rapidly under extreme temperature conditions, accompanied by a series of safety issues. Electrolyte optimization has emerged as a crucial and feasible strategy to expand the operational temperature range of LIBs. This review comprehensively summarizes the challenges, advances, and characterization methodologies of electrolytes at both subzero and elevated temperatures. Initially, it discusses the degradation mechanisms of different types of electrolytes at extreme temperatures, integrates recent advances, and offers insights into future research directions. Subsequently, various experimental techniques are systematically presented to evaluate the fundamental physical properties, stability, and dynamic behaviors of electrolytes in non‐ambient environments. Finally, it also provides relevant computational methods across the electronic, molecular, and macroscopic scales, and explores the application of high‐throughput techniques in this field. The article discusses the safety and efficacy of using bevacizumab biosimilar (bevacizumab-awwb) in the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). The study found that intravitreal administration of bevacizumab-awwb did not result in any safety or immunogenicity concerns in neonates with severe ROP. The biosimilar was used as primary monotherapy in 73 eyes of 42 infants, with no reported ocular adverse events. The findings suggest that bevacizumab-awwb could be a viable substitute treatment for severe ROP, especially in cases where the originator drug is not available. [Extracted from the article]

Lithium-ion batteries are currently the mainstream for almost all portables, and quickly expand in electrical vehicles and grid storage applications. However, they are challenged by the poor safety regarding organic liquid electrolytes and relatively low energy density. Solid-state batteries, characterized by using solid-state electrolytes (SSEs), are recognized as the next-generation energy technology, owing to their intrinsically high safety and potentially superior energy density. However, developing SSEs is impeded by several key factors, including low ionic conductivity, interfacial issues, and high-cost in industrial scales. Recently, a novel category of SSEs, known as frameworked electrolytes (FEs), has emerged as a formidable contender for the transition to all-solid-state batteries. FEs exhibit a unique macroscopically solid-state nature and microscopically sub-nanochannels offering high ionic conductivity. In this perspective, the unique lithium-ion transport mechanisms within FEs are explored and 2D vertically conductive metal-organic framework (MOF) is proposed as an even more promising FE candidate. The abundant active sites in the 1D sub-nanochannels of 2D vertically conductive MOFs facilitate efficient ion transport, favorable interfacial compatibility, and scalable industrial applications. 1,3-Dioxolane (DOL), with its broad liquid phase temperature window and low Li + -solvent binding energy, stands out as an ideal solvent candidate for the wide-temperature and high-rate electrolytes. Unfortunately, DOL is susceptible to undergo ring-opening polymerization under common lithium salts, which markedly retards the reaction kinetics. This work introduces the organic basic additive 1,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) to effectively suppress the polymerization, thus achieving compatibility between LiFSI, LiDFOB lithium salts, and DOL. Furthermore, density functional theory (DFT) calculations are utilized to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of DOL polymerization and to clarify how DBU inhibits its polymerization. The resulting electrolyte, devoid of polymer chain formation, forms a weak solvation structure rich in anions, which demonstrates rapid ion transport kinetics in the bulk electrolyte and excellent electrochemical stability at the electrolyte-electrode interfaces (EEIs) simultaneously. When applied to the LiFePO 4 ||graphite full cell, it exhibits exceptional wide-temperature and high-rate performance, with specific capacities reaching 101.2 mAh g -1 at room temperature (20 C), 36.9 mAh g -1 at -40 °C (0.5 C), and 118.0 mAh g -1 at 60 °C (20 C).
