Against the backdrop of the increasing development of the new energy industry, the volatility of new energy output poses significant challenges to regional power grid balance and energy absorption. Therefore, this article proposes a prediction method for cross regional transmission power fluctuations under new energy integration conditions. A comprehensive and representative sample dataset was constructed by comprehensively considering factors such as fluctuations in new energy output, capacity confidence, and peak shaving characteristic parameters, combined with numerical weather forecast data. Normalize the sample data to eliminate dimensional differences between parameters. The sparrow search algorithm is used to optimize the weights and thresholds of the double hidden layer BP neural network, effectively avoiding local optimization problems caused by over training. The experimental results show that this method has significant advantages in predicting power fluctuations in cross regional absorption and transportation of new energy, with a predicted power to power ratio of over 0.85. To identify parameters and measurement methods of exercise therapy adherence, as well as barriers and facilitators affecting adherence among children and adolescents with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Studies were eligible for inclusion if patients were 0–18 years of age, had JIA, and the focus of the research was on exercise therapy patterns, measurement/parameters of exercise adherence, and barriers/facilitators for exercise adherence. Two reviewers independently identified and categorized the barriers and facilitators to exercise therapy adherence using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF). Twenty articles were included in this review. Among patients with JIA, 29%–99% adhered to exercise therapy. The most commonly measured parameters of adherence were session completion and behavior component, with a self-report log serving as the most common means of assessment. Time pressure, symptoms related to JIA, lack of enjoyment, and insufficient motivation were the main barriers. Facilitators were commonly identified as adequate motivation, effective symptoms management, and social support. Future interventions should consider the identified factors to promote exercise engagement in children and adolescents with JIA. Strategies for promoting exercise adherence in children and adolescents with JIA is needed. Despite its potential as an effective means of improving health and function in patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), the level of exercise participation in this population is not ideal. Future interventions should focus on improving personal factors associated with exercise therapy adherence, such as motivation. Purpose: To identify the difficulties and burdens related to the experience of caring for children.Methods: A phenomenological approach was used in this qualitative study. Semi-structured and adolescents with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) in mainland China. Interviews lasting 35– 90 minutes were conducted with 13 parental caregivers of youth with INS. The Colaizzi's analysis was used in data analysis.Results: The mean age of parental caregivers was 40.3 ± 6.1 years, and the average caregiving year of 3.2 ± 3.3 years. Most INS patients were male (69.2%), had a mean age of 7.6 ± 4.2 years. Based on the analysis of the data, five major themes emerged. These were: persistent emotional burden; neglected physical burden; overwhelming financial burden; absence of social support system and burden related to loss of normal life.Conclusion: Health professionals must develop strategies to provide stage-by-stage, targeted health education and psychological support services to parental caregivers of INS youth in China. The government must subsidize routine medications and frequent hospitalizations to minimize the financial burden on parental caregivers of INS youth. Moreover, anti-discrimination policies must be established to protect caregivers from explicit discrimination in public places. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Urban flooding disasters endanger people's lives and property while causing significant economic damage to cities. To further improve the efficiency of urban flooding governance and promote the optimal allocation of resources, this article selects the number of people in flood control, medical and health security, financial expenditure on flood control, affected population, and direct economic loss as evaluation indicators from the input–output perspective; it measures the efficiency of urban flooding governance in 30 provincial capitals in China from 2012 to 2021 using the DEA model and Malmquist index method and identifies the key factors affecting the efficiency of urban flooding governance. The research results show that in 2021, the average value of the comprehensive technical efficiency of flood disaster governance in 30 provincial capitals in China was 0.408, the development trend was not optimistic, and the constraint factor was scale efficiency. The interannual average value of the total factor productivity index of urban flood disaster governance from 2012 to 2021 was 0.976, and the overall trend was decreasing year by year, during which some cities were able to achieve a yearly increase in governance efficiency, but most cities still faced a severe situation in flood disaster governance. The total factor productivity index varied enormously across towns with the variation in annual precipitation; the greater the annual precipitation, the greater the total factor productivity index of urban flooding disaster governance in the urban agglomerations, and the comprehensive technical efficiency change was consistent with its trend change. Global Navigation Satellite System interferometric reflectometry (GNSS-IR), as a new remote sensing detection technology, can retrieve surface soil moisture (SM) by separating the modulation terms from the effective signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) data. However, traditional low-order polynomials are prone to over-fitting when separating modulation terms. Moreover, the existing research mainly relies on prior information to select satellites for SM retrieval. Accordingly, this study proposes a method based on empirical modal decomposition (EMD) and cross-correlation satellite selection (CCSS) for SM retrieval. This method intended to adaptively separate the modulation terms of SNR through the combination of EMD and an intrinsic mode functions (IMF) discriminant method, then construct a CCSS method to select available satellites, and finally establish a multisatellite robust estimation regression (MRER) model to retrieve SM. The results indicated that with EMD, the different feature components implied in the SNR data of different satellites could be adaptively decomposed, and the trend and modulation terms of the SNR could more accurately be acquired by the IMF discriminant method. The available satellites could be efficiently selected through CCSS, and the SNR quality of different satellites could also be classified at different accuracy levels. Furthermore, MRER could fuse the multisatellite phases well, which enhanced the accuracy of SM retrieval and further verified the feasibility and effectiveness of combining EMD and CCSS. When r m = 0.600 and r n = 0.700 , the correlation coefficient (r) of the multisatellite combination reached 0.918, an improvement of at least 40% relative to the correlation coefficient of a single satellite. Therefore, this method can improve the adaptive ability of SNR decomposition, and the selection of satellites has high flexibility, which is helpful for the application and popularization of the GNSS-IR technology.
