Uvod: Z vpeljavo digitalizacije v zdravstvu se je spremenil sistem naročanja na zdravstveno obravnavo. Cilj raziskave je bil opisati raven zadovoljstva pacientov izbrane zdravstvene ustanove z informacijskim sistemom eZdravje in identificirati morebitne pomanjkljivosti v tem sistemu. Metode: V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 319 naključno izbranih pacientov, ki so čakali na obravnavo v Splošni bolnišnici dr. Franca Derganca Nova Gorica v enomesečnem obdobju leta 2023. Uporabljen je bil posebej zasnovan anketni vprašalnik s petnajstimi temeljnimi vprašanji, ki smo mu izračunali visok koeficient zanesljivosti (Cronbach α = 0,894). Za statistično analizo so bile uporabljene osnovne deskriptivne statistike in Pearsonova korelacijska analiza. Rezultati: Ugotovitve kažejo, da so anketiranci v splošnem zadovoljni s storitvami eZdravja (M = 4,18, s = 0,69), vendar se z višjo starostjo njihovo zadovoljstvo znižuje (r = –0,166, p =

The Land Bank Agency is a special body formed by the Central Government in December 2021, is an Indonesian Legal Entity that has special authority to manage State land. The purpose of this study is to see the design of the scheme related to the design of the VPN network at the Land Bank Agency to be developed towards a more efficient, effective and secure network scheme using the SSL-VPN method found in the Firewall device found in the IT infrastructure network of the Land Bank Agency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method by collecting data. Subsequently, the results were obtained that after testing by connecting the user using SSL VPN to the IT network of the Land Bank Agency infrastructure through the Firewall (Remote Gateway) system, it can be done wherever the user is located using the VPN Client. Background: Regional development must be creative and able to create and increase potential sources of income from parking services, one of the regional revenues. Supervision, parking management is still classified as uncontrolled, local revenue is not on target, from parking which is managed by the government. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to supervise the management of parking fees in increasing regional income. Mc. Farland, provides a definition of supervision (controlling), supervision is a process in which the leader wants to know whether the results of the implementation of the work carried out by his subordinates are in accordance with the plans, orders, goals or policies that have been determined. Method: Descriptive qualitative approach method, critical thinking about the situation, social phenomena that are illustrated relevant to the problem being studied, the process of carrying out tasks and solving problems with the supervision of parking Results: The results in this study, it should be noted that the management of parking fees has not been able to run properly because supervision is carried out by the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information of the City of Tanjungpinnag has not been maximized so that there is a leakage of revenue from parking fees and the existence of illegal parking which causes parking revenue not to enter the regional treasury. Conclusion: The conclusion of supervision of the management of parking fees by the Tanjungpinang City Dishubkominfo on parking fees objects on public roads is said to be not optimal, because there are still problems in managing parking fees activities on public roads and leakage of fees resulting so that the revenue target every year is not achieved. This study is based on the stipulation of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. The issuance of this Law brought changes to the implementation of government affairs in the regions, including the implementation of government affairs in the field of communication and informatics. This study will analyze the relationship between the Central and Regional governments in the implementation of communication and informatics policies after the enactment of Law no. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. The study was conducted using a normative juridical approach. The results of the study show that after the enactment of Law no. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government there has been a change in the clusters and division of communication and informatics affairs in the regions. Changes to the communication and informatics affairs cluster have consequences for changes to the nomenclature of regional apparatus institutions that handle communication and informatics affairs. In carrying out government affairs in the field of communication and informatics, regional governments must be guided by the norms, standards, procedures and criteria (NSPK) established by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media in the form of a Statistics Module with a Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach. The Statistics module uses the PBL approach, which is an approach that provides support for developing students’ skills in solving problems in statistics courses due to create enjoyable learning and make students more active than lecturers in the class, not lecturer center anymore. The results of the research conducted in this study are PBL-based statistics course modules (mean, median, and mode) which in the future will be used by students of the Informatics Management Study Program – Academy of Computer Sciences Ternate. The advantage of the PBL-based Statistics module that is used as teaching material is that it makes it easier for students to solve problems in statistics courses and make them more interested in learning them. The PBL-based statistical learning module used as a learning medium can be declared feasible to use based on the results of expert validation and the results of small group module trials. Expert validation is carried out by 2 (two) experts with very appropriate, appropriate, adequate, or inadequate assessment categories. All experts (both) assess if 100% of the module is included in the very feasible category. Whereas for small-scale field trials, 75% of respondents stated that the module was in the very feasible category and 25% of respondents said the module was in the feasible category.

Di masa pandemi ini, pengetahuan menjadi hal tersulit yang bisa didapatkan oleh peserta didik Universitas Nasional, terlebih lagi untuk mahasiswa Informatika yang notabene nya membutuhkan arahan lebih lanjut untuk menempuh bidang ilmu kejuruan. Demikian pula, sistem kurikulumnya, dimana sistem pembelajaran untuk mata kuliah kejuruan telah dihilangkan yang menyebabkan masalah besar terhadap masa depan mahasiswa Informatika dalam menentukan karirnya. Dengan begitu, mahasiswa informatika tidak akan mampu menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja terhadap mutu pendidikan di Universitas Nasional. Pembelajaran jarak jauh atau e-learning merupakan salah satu solusi yang tepat untuk menunjang kemampuan mahasiswa informatika dalam memilih bidang ilmu kejuruan dalam bentuk forum pelatihan mahasiswa. Pada sistem ini, mahasiswa akan diberikan pilihan untuk memilih tiga bidang kejuruan yang tersedia untuk menentukan ke arah mana mereka akan berlabuh. Pada sistem ini juga, keputusan akan ditentukan berdasarkan soal yang diberikan dalam bentuk pilihan ganda dan di acak menggunakan algoritma Fisher-Yates untuk menghindari kecurangan yang terjadi. Kelebihan algoritma Fisher-Yates terletak pada metode pengacakannya yang efektif dan tidak berulang-ulang dan menghasilkan persoalan yang variatif. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa rancang bangun sistem forum pelatihan mahasiswa informatika pada Universitas Nasional dapat menambah minat belajar dan mampu menentukan bidang keilmuan berdasarkan hasil dari kemampuan mereka.

Manusia mempunyai kemampuan bio-komputer yang bermanfaat dalam menyelesaiakan persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi. Program berfikir yang dimiliki ini dapat dioptimalkan dengan menerapkan sebuah metode yang disebut dengan “Berpikir Komputatif” atau Computational Thinking (CT). CT adalah sebuah metode dalam menyelesaikan persoalan dengan menerapkan teknik ilmu komputer (informatika). Ketika pendekatan CT diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran maka akan dapat membantu siswa untuk dapat melihat hubungan antara mata pelajaran, dan kehidupan di dalam dengan di luar kelas. Pengabdian ini berupaya untuk mensosialisasikan dan melakukan pelatihan dan pembinaan ke sekolah-sekolah mengenai metode CT. Tujuan yang diharapkan adalah metode CT ini dapat diimplementasi dalam proses belajar di sekolah yang nantinya akan membantu siswa untuk lebih berpikir secara komputatif. Selain itu juga diharapkan para guru dapat mempersiapkan para siswa untuk bersaing dalam Bebras Challenge Indonesia sebagai ajang kompetisi CT. Kegiatan ini meliputi pemaparan CT, pembahasan soal-soal dengan metode CT, dan pengenalan terhadap Bebras Challenge.

Bebras adalah sebuah inisiatif internasional yang tujuannya adalah untuk mempromosikan Computational Thinking (Berpikir dengan landasan Komputasi atau Informatika), di kalangan guru dan murid mulai kelas 3 SD, serta untuk masyarakat luas. Berpikir komputasional (Computational Thinking) adalah metode menyelesaikan persoalan dengan menerapkan teknik ilmu komputer (informatika). Tantangan bebras menyajikan soal-soal yang mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kreatif dan kritis dalam menyelesaikan persoalan dengan menerapkan konsep-konsep berpikir komputasional. Cara untuk mempromosikan computational thinking adalah dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan kompetisi secara daring (on line), yang disebut sebagai "Tantangan Bebras" (Bebras Challenge). Tantangan Bebras bukan hanya sekedar untuk menang. Selain untuk berlomba, tantangan Bebras juga bertujuan agar siswa belajar Computational Thinking selama maupun setelah lomba. Pengabdian ini berupaya untuk mensosialisasikan dan melakukan pembinaan ke sekolah-sekolah mengenai bebras task sehingga harapannya siswanya mampu bersaing untuk ikut dalam Bebras Challenge Indonesia di tahun mendatang. Kegiatan ini meliputi pre test, pembahasan dan post-test terkait soal-soal Bebras (Bebras Task). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman pola pikir komputasi dan informatika pada SD Ummul Quro’ sebesar 13,74% untuk siswa kelas IV dan V serta sebesar 10% untuk siswa kelas III.

A mesterséges intelligenciában rejlő megoldások számos innovatív fejlesztésre adnak lehetőséget az élet számos területén, így a közigazgatásban is. A Belügyminisztérium informatikai fejlesztésekért felelős helyettes államtitkársága az elmúlt néhány évben jelentős korszerűsítéseket valósított meg az állampolgárokat érintő ügyintézés rendszerében. Odáig jutottunk, hogy a közigazgatás igyekszik „megismerni” az állampolgárok nyelvét. A cél a fülünkkel hallható, beszélt szöveg feldolgozása, használhatósága hivatalos ügyekben. Ehhez pedig nincs is másra szükség, mint egy mesterséges intelligenciával rendelkező chatrobotra. Arról, hogy milyen kézzelfogható változások történtek, hány különböző területet érintenek az utóbbi időszak fejlesztései, kérdeztük Hajzer Károly informatikai helyettes államtitkárt. According to statistical data, more than half of graduates in Hungary are women. However, in the fields of mathematics, science, technology, or informatics (STEM), they are still underrepresented and even underpaid in the technology industry and often face discrimination. Diversity is critical in the technology market, as market players aim to reach as wide a range of their products as possible. Nevertheless, if a woman decides to pursue a career in IT, she faces a number of challenges, which are presented in detail in the present study based on the results of the literature and the author’s own research. However, a comprehensive presentation of the problem is difficult to meet, as the directions are very diverse, so she focused on the individual level. The aim of the research was to explore what causes the passivity of small and medium-sized enterprises in relation to the involvement of women in IT organizations. Az informatikai környezetben elkövethető bűncselekményeket nehéz kimerítően felsorolni, hiszen a Büntető Törvénykönyv tényállásainak jelentős része megvalósítható az új technológiai eszközök segítségével. Színes és szerteágazó területről beszélünk, amely mind a gyakorlati szakemberek, mind a témával foglalkozó kutatók részéről is egy új szemléletet kíván. Az MTA Társadalomtudományi Kutatóközpontjának munkatársa, Mezei Kitti által szerkesztett kötet nem kisebb feladatra vállalkozik, mint hogy interdiszciplináris jelleggel mutassa be a technológiai fejlődés hatását a bűnügyi tudományokra. A tanulmánykötet számos területről, így a büntető anyagi és eljárásjogi, a kriminalisztika, a kriminológia és a rendészettudomány köréből is tartalmaz írásokat. A gondos szelekció révén nyújt betekintést azokba a sokszor ma még science fiction-nek tűnő problémákba, amelyek hatásait inkább előbb, mint utóbb Magyarországon is érezhetjük majd.
