Abstract

The problem of joint carrier frequency offset (CFO) and channel estimation in multiuser multiple-input-multiple-output orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) system is addressed. Simulation results have shown the merits of the training sequence design and have verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Abstract

The adaptive notch smoothing (ANS) algorithm is used for performing many offline signal processing tasks like elimination of sinusoidal interference from a prerecorded signal. The studies have shown that when the unknown signal frequency drifts according to the random-walk model, the optimally tuned ANS algorithm is statistically efficient.
