To systematically assess the efficacy of anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion (ACCF) versus posterior laminoplasty (LAMP) for cervical ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL).PubMed and EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP were collected from 7 databases of ACCF, LAMP from 1970 to May 2018. According to the criteria, the articles were included and independently screened by two authors. The quality of the articles was assessed by using the MINORS scale (methodological index for non randomized studies). After extracting the data from the article, the JOA score, cervical curvature, operation time, bleeding volume, excellent and good rate, recovery rate, adverse events and secondary surgery were analyzed by using Review Manager 5.3 software.Finally, a total of 22 articles with 1 678 patients were included in this Meta-analysis, with 810 patients in ACCF group and 868 patients in LAMP group. Meta analysis results showed that the ACCF group had higher postoperative JOA scores[MD=0.63, 95%CI(0.05, 1.20),The recovery of functionof ACCF group was better, but operation time, complications and reoperations of LAMP group were all better than ACCF group. There was no difference in postoperative lordosis and intraoperative blood loss between two groups. However, there are some limitations in this study. Therefore, higher quality and larger sample size clinical studies are needed to further verify.

Background The optimal treatment strategy for Pauwels type III femoral neck fractures remains controversial. A new internal fixation femoral neck system (FNS) for the treatment of femoral neck fractures was developed, and we compared the mechanical efficiency of the internal fixation FNS with that of two cannulated screw configurations for the treatment of Pauwels type III femoral neck fractures. Method: In this study, we constructed models of Pauwels type III femoral neck fractures with angles of 50°, 60°, and 70°. Moreover, a fixation model with the FNS and two fixation models with cannulated screws were developed. Under two axial loads, 1400 N and 2100 N, the von Mises stress distributions, maximum von Mises stress, and displacements of the femur and internal fixation components were measured for each fracture group. Result The maximum von Mises stress of internal fixation in the three models was mostly located near the fracture line, and the femoral head region closest to the femoral calcar experienced the maximum amount of stress. As the Pauwels angle and axial loads increased, the stress and displacement of the proximal femoral head and internal fixation component increased in each group. Compared with cannulated screw configurations, the internal fixation FNS showed lower values of peak stress at the femoral head and smaller displacements of the femur and internal implant in the treatment of Pauwels type III femoral neck fractures with Pauwels angles of 50°, 60°, and 70°. Conclusion The newly developed internal fixation FNS provided improved biomechanical stability for the treatment of Pauwels type III femoral neck fractures, which indicated that the internal fixation FNS may be a new option for the treatment of vertical femoral neck fractures.

To observe the auxiliary analgesic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on patients undergoing transforaminal endoscope surgery.A total of 64 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent percutaneous lateral transforaminal endoscope surgery were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 32 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with injection of 1% lidocaine for routine local infiltration anesthesia. The patients in the observation group were treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture at lower 5 area and lower 6 area for 30 min, 5 min before routine local infiltration anesthesia; immediately, 15 min, 30 min after insertion the left-right technique, up-down technique, and rotation technique were applied for six times, respectively. The mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), blood oxygen saturation (SpOAt TThe wrist-ankle acupuncture has positive auxiliary analgesic effect on lumbago during transforaminal endoscope surgery, and strengthens the patients' confidence on the operation effect.

Chinese web literature ushers its rapid developing period with the global networking. And all kinds of literature networks which is based on Qidian, start to make itself has an explosive expand and increase in the terms of market size and numbers of users, through various kinds of marketing methods. However, now the hidden problems increases sharply in China, which has influenced developing foreground of web literature. This paper analyzes the causes and influence of the web literature with the data analysis, and found three major problems. First is Unique issues in the data age. Second is the problem about China web VIP system. Third is the problem of web literature in too long length. We bring out these problems in order to improve the web literature in China.
