To solve the problem of phased-array radar individual identification in the complex electromagnetic environment with wide spectrum, heterogeneous waveforms and strong energy, an unintentional modulation feature extraction method based on phase and frequency fusion was proposed for the individual features carried by phased-array radar signals. Considering that the phased array radar signal was difficult to collect, the number of transceiver components was large, and the unintentional modulation features were complex, the phased array radar unintentional modulation signal model was constructed based on the method of wave-position orchestration and isophase surface. Based on the bispectral method, the signal bispectral map was obtained and perimeter integration was performed to extract the unintentionally modulated phase features of the signal. Based on the variational modal decomposition method, the original signal was decomposed to obtain the modal components, and the energy ratio difference of the set of modal components was further computed to extract the unintentionally modulated frequency features of the signal. Finally, the local holding projection method was used to integrate the phase and frequency features, and the K nearest-neighbor classification method was adopted based on the tree retrieval method to realize the individual identification. Representative numerical results are reported, indicating that the proposed method has higher recognition accuracy and efficiency.

Exercise is one of the non-pharmacological therapies that functions to improve public health. This study seeks to determine how increased IGF-1 levels during exercise as a hormone can trigger growth. For this study, a number of journal databases were searched, such as PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and Science Direct. This study considers several aspects, such as research on exercise and IGF-1 published in reputable journals over the past five years. Our analysis only includes items published in reputable international journals. Using databases total of 159 publications were found. In this comprehensive analysis, about ten carefully selected and peer-reviewed papers were included. The standard operating procedure for this investigation was developed using Preferred Reporting Systematics and Meta-analysis (PRISMA). Based on the results of this systemic investigation, exercise has been shown to increase IGF-1 levels, a hormone that promotes growth. Physical exercise as a therapeutic effort and a means of improving public health.

Objectives. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness, benefits and safety of water aerobic exercise in improving the quality of life of pregnant women from a psychological and physical perspective. Materials and methods. The present study is defined as a type of systematic review research using searches from journal databases such as MEDLINE-PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria for this study were articles published in the last 5 years and articles discussing pregnancy, aquatic aerobic exercise and quality of life in pregnancy. A total of 53 articles from the Science Direct, PubMed, and Web of Science databases were identified. A total of 8 articles that met the inclusion criteria were selected and analyzed for this systematic review. For standard operations, this study followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) assessment. Results. The findings of this systematic review indicate that participating in aquatic aerobic exercises has been found toreduce pain during labour, reduce the use of epidural analgesics during labour, reduce depression during pregnancy, reduce the risk of fetal distress, stabilize blood pressure, reduce back pain, and improve the psychological condition of pregnant women. Conclusions. The regular practice of water aerobic exercise carried out from the 2nd trimester of pregnancy contributes to having a positive impact on improving the quality of life of pregnant women.

In addition to the ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) locus, four loci (MS1, MS3, MS4, and MS7) have been identified to develop multilocus sequence typing tools for high-resolution genotyping of Enterocytozoon bieneusi in previous studies. However, the use of only five loci was insufficient for population genetic analysis of E. bieneusi from diverse hosts. In this study, comparison of a clinical genome sequence (C44566) with the whole genome sequence of an E. bieneusi isolate (H348) in GenBank led to the selection of the hypothetical protein 1 (hp1) and tubulin 1 (tub1) loci. Further analysis of the two loci with 156 E. bieneusi-positive samples showed high sequence polymorphisms in ITS Groups 1–6 and 10. Altogether, 30 and 23 sequence types were identified at hp1 and tub1, respectively. Genotyping based on the two loci confirmed the lack of genetic differentiation between Group 1 and Group 2 genotypes, as previously reported. Moreover, the genotypes in Groups 4 and 5 are more divergent from other genotypes within Groups 1–10. However, isolates in Group 11 and 12 could not be amplified at the hp1 and tub1 loci, supporting the previous conclusion of genetic uniqueness of the two genotype groups. The identified genetic markers and generated data could be used to develop a multilocus sequence typing tool for high-resolution genotyping of E. bieneusi, which would also have implications for understanding the taxonomy of Enterocytozoon spp., the public health significance of E. bieneusi in animals, and sources of E. bieneusi infections in humans.

The study aimed to analyze the effect of curcumin on serum NF-kB levels after high-intensity exercise. This experimental research uses a pre and post-control group design. Research subjects were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Following this, the subjects were divided into two groups: Group K1 with a placebo and Group K2 with a dose of 400 mg of curcumin. A total of 20 healthy men aged between 20-30 years participated in this study. On the first day, Data on the characteristics of the research subjects were collected. The subjects warmed up and did high-intensity training in squad exercises and leg presses with an intensity of 80-90% of maximum ability. The intensity of each research subject was determined using the one repetition maximum (1RM) test. 1RM is the maximum weight that can be lifted in one repetition of a movement. The exercise is performed in four sets of 10 repetitions with a recovery time of approximately 60 seconds between set. On the second day, 24 hours after high-intensity exercise, all subjects took blood samples (pre-test) and then were given intervention based on their respective groups. On the third day, 48 hours after high-intensity exercise, all subjects took blood samples (post-test). Physical activity has been considered as one factor that increases oxidative stress. However, the body's natural reaction to exercise might provide more contribution to increase the levels of endogenous antioxidants, including superoxide dismutase. This study aimed to determine how exercise affects the increase in superoxide dismutase enzyme. To reach the objective, the study traced a number of journal databases, including Embase, Pub med, Web of Science, Science Direct, and Scopus. The study considered a number of factors, especially studies that investigated antioxidants, physical activity, and superoxide dismutase. In addition, the studies must have been published within the last five years. Only articles published in non-reputable journals were excluded from our study. A total of 1,026 papers were located using Embase, Web of Science, Pub med, Science Direct, and Scopus databases. About ten carefully selected and peer-reviewed papers addressed the need for this systemic change. Systematic Preferred Reporting and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) items were used in the creation of the standard operating procedures of the investigation. The findings of the systemic analysis showed that exercise has been shown to increase superoxide dismutase levels. The presence of ROS during exercise is what causes the increase. Superoxide dismutase functions as an endogenous antioxidant to reduce free radical production. It is highly recommended to exercise to increase endogenous antioxidant levels which will improve health status. The limitation in this review is only discussing the effect of exercise on increasing SOD. For the next review, the effect of exercise on other endogenous antioxidants such as glutathione peroxidase and catalase can be studied in depth.

For standard operations, this study followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) assessment. Results. The results of this systematic review research report that the strong phenolic content found in Sea Cucumber has anti-oxidant properties which may reduce oxidative stress. Furthermore, the anti-inflammatory properties of sea cucumbers have the potential to reduce uncontrolled inflammation caused by intense exercise. Conclusions. The phenolic content in sea cucumbers has strong anti-oxidant properties in reducing oxidative stress. In addition, the anti-inflammatory properties of sea cucumbers may reduce uncontrolled inflammation caused by exercise. In this case, sea cucumbers have an anti-inflammatory effect by suppressing the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Through this systematic review, we recommend that future studies should perform clinical trials on the potential effects of sea cucumber on oxidative stress biomarkers and inflammatory biomarkers after exercise.

The exclusion criteria in this research were articles published in disreputable journals. A total of 357 articles from the Scopus, Web of Science Pubmed and Embase databases were identified. A total of 8 articles that met the inclusion criteria were selected and analyzed for this systematic review. For standard operations, this study followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) assessment. Results. The results of this systematic review research report that the flavonoid content found in rosella flowers has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which have the potential to reduce oxidative stress and uncontrolled inflammation caused by physical activity and intense exercise. Conclusions. Rosella flowers show their ability as an anti-oxidative by donating hydrogen atoms to free radicals through phenolic compounds, thus breaking the cycle of ROS formation. The natural active ingredients in rosella flowers are able to reduce MDA and increase GSH which contributes to reducing oxidative stress and decreasing TNF-α which provides an anti-inflammatory effect in athletes after exercise.

Graves’ disease (GD) is an autoimmune disorder disease, and its prevalence continues to increase worldwide. Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is a naturally antioxidant compound in milk, vegetables, and meat. We aim to identify the treatment efficacy of PQQ on GD and its regulatory effect on intestinal microbiota. The GD mice model was built by an adenovirus expressing autoantigen thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (Ad-TSHR289). Fecal samples were collected for 16S rDNA sequencing after PQQ pretreatments (20, 40, or 60 mg/kg BW/day) for 4 weeks. Thyroid and intestine functions were measured. The levels of serum TSHR and T4 were significantly raised, and the thyroid gland size was typically enlarged in the GD group than in controls, reversed by PQQ therapy. After PQQ replenishment, IL6 and TNFα levels in small intestine tissues were lower than those in the GD group, with Nrf2 and HO1 levels improved. Also, the PQQ supplement could maintain the mucosal epithelial barrier impaired by GD. In microbial analyses, PQQ treatment could prompt the diversity recovery of gut microbiota and reconstruct the microbiota composition injured by GD. Lactobacillus served as the most abundant genus in all groups, and the abundance of Lactobacillus was increased in the GD group than in control and PQQ groups. Besides, Lactobacillus was highly correlative with all samples and the top 50 genera. PQQ supplementation regulates thyroid function and relieves intestine injury. PQQ changes the primary composition and abundance of GD’s intestine microbiota by moderating Lactobacillus, which may exert in the pathogenesis and progression of GD.

It has been suggested that grip strength can predict physical fitness in children and adults. The overall plan of this study will validate this conclusion. The study analysed the correlation between hand grip strength and sit-and-reach in 70 children aged 6-7 years with the aim of gaining insight into the correlation between grip strength and sit-and-reach. Descriptive statistics were used in the study to find out the mean scores and differences in these exercises. The correlation between hand grip strength and sit-and-reach flexibility was also explored using Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed the correlation coefficient between hand grip strength (mean±sd=5.46±3.75) and sit-and-reach flexibility (mean±sd=8.25±5.28) was 0.078, indicating a weak positive correlation (p 0.05). The results of the study suggest that grip strength is not a valid predictor of physical dexterity in seated forward bends in 6-7 years old children age group. As suggested in the previous studies, grip strength can predict physical fitness in children, such as a strong correlation between grip strength and physical flexibility, lung function, muscular endurance, and physical stability. However, from the results, grip strength is not a reliable predictor of physical flexibility. We need to further validate the predictive role of grip strength for other physical fitness indicators. This is a very important validation for us to develop children's physical fitness assessment programs more efficiently in the future.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle training in preventing urinary incontinence in pregnant and postpartum women. The study employed a systematic review method by searching data from journal databases such as Pubmed, Science Direct, and Web of Science. The inclusion criteria in this study were articles published in the last five years (2019-2024) that discussed pregnant and postnatal women, pelvic floor muscle training, and urinary incontinence. Those articles must come from journals that used the official languages ​​of the United Nations, such as Arabic, Chinese, English, Russian, French, and Spanish. Meanwhile, the exclusion criteria in this study were those not indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. This study then identified 2387 articles from the Pubmed, Science Direct, and Web of Science databases. Among them, eight articles met the inclusion criteria and were selected and analyzed for this systematic observation. For standard operations, the study followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) assessment. The results indicated that pelvic floor muscle training or Kegel exercise can help weak pelvic muscles due to uterine growth and hormonal changes during pregnancy become stronger. This is so, especially if it is carried out regularly during pregnancy to reduce postnatal urinary incontinence. This training or exercise is recommended for six weeks during pregnancy to increase the strength of the muscle tone of the blood vessel walls and pelvic floor muscles. Additionally, it can support ligament muscles in the pelvis so that it can prevent urinary incontinence. We highly recommend further research to analyze PMFT during the postpartum period which can prevent urinary incontinence even more. Culter alburnus (topmouth culter)is an economically valuable freshwater fish. However, its insufficient tolerance to dissolved oxygen (DO) and ammonia nitrogen (AN) hinders its industrialisation. 360 experimental fish (4.87 ± 1.10 g) were placed in breathing chambers (oxygen level was 0.70–6.50 mg/L) or water tanks (control AN, 0 mg/L; low AN, 8 mg/L; high AN, 16 mg/L). This study analysed the effects of DO and AN on C. alburnus at physiological, biochemical, and molecular levels. (1) Physiology level: the floating point, coma critical point, and coma point at 20 °C group were significantly higher than those at 30 °C. The oxygen consumption rate of C. alburnus at 20 °C, 25 °C, and 30 °C was (256.65 ± 25.87), (470.47 ± 83.84), and (520.87 ± 55.40) mg/kg.h. The LC50 of AN after 96 h was 24.13 mg/L, and the safe concentration was 2.41 mg/L. The survival rate in the high AN group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups. (2) Biochemistry level: The change curves of antioxidant enzyme activity in the liver tissue under hypoxic stress reached a maximum at 12 h and then decreased. In addition, the increase and decrease in enzyme activity (except malondialdehyde) in the high AN group was lower than that in the low AN group. (3) Molecular level: the angiotensin-converting enzyme and carboxypeptidase genes were the major differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in hypoxic stress, and the DEGs were mainly enriched in the ABC transporter signal transduction pathway. In addition, the serum/glucocorticoid-regulated kinase, stearoyl-CoA desaturase, and 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase genes were among the major DEGs under high AN stress. The DEGs were mainly enriched in steroid biosynthesis or glycine, serine, and threonine metabolism transporter signal transduction pathways. In summary, it is necessary to focus on the DO and AN during C. alburnus breeding.

Nucleotide-binding and oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptors (NLRs), classified as pattern recognition receptors (PRRs), play crucial roles in innate immune responses. However, research on this topic in crustaceans remains limited. In the present study, 27 NLR family members were identified and characterized based on the redclaw crayfish genome. Gene structure, conserved domain, and motif analyses revealed that these NLR genes were classified into four subfamilies with three major domains, and phylogenetic and structural analyses further confirmed their evolutionary conservation. qRT-PCR analysis showed that the relative expression levels of several NLR genes changed significantly under the DIV1 challenge. More importantly, in vivo silencing of NAWD1 gene in Cherax quadricarinatus promoted DIV1 replication . These findings, together with those of previous studies, suggest that NLR genes in crustaceans may play a key role in immune responses to viral infections.

Abstract Objective The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between multifidus degeneration and sex, age and side of protrusion in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods Data were collected from September 2015 to September 2022 from patients with L4/5 and L5/S1 LDH. A total of 104 patients (62 males and 42 females) were included in this study, and there were 35 and 69 cases of L4/5 and L5/S1 LDH, respectively. Patients were divided into 4 groups according to age: group 1 (20–29), group 2 (30–39), group 3 (40–49) and group 4 (50–59). Magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis was used to observe the fat fraction (FF) and functional cross-sectional area (f-CSA) of the defatted multifidus muscle of the protruding side (affected side) and the nonprotruding side (healthy side) of the L4/5 and L5/S1 gaps to evaluate the relationship between multifidus degeneration and sex, age and protruding side in patients with LDH. Results Between sexes, the FF of the multifidus muscle was significantly greater in women than in men, regardless of whether it was on the affected or healthy side of the L4/5 segment or on the affected or healthy side of the L5/S1 segment (P 0.05); (2) the differences in FF and f-CSA at the L5/S1 level were not statistically significant between the affected side and the healthy side in patients with LDH at the L5/S1 segment (P > 0.05); (3) the difference between FF at the L4/5 level and f-CSA and FF at the L5/S1 level was not statistically significant (P > 0.05); and (4) the f-CSA at the L5/S1 level was significantly greater on the healthy side than on the affected side (P

Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic strip craniectomy with orthotic skull helmet for sagittal synostosis. Methods A total of 20 children with sagittal synostosis admitted to Shanghai Children's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were included. All of them underwent endoscopic strip craniectomy and customized orthotic skull helmet assisted treatment after the surgery. Cephalic index (CI) and point of maximum width (PMW) were calculated by measuring transverse diameter of skull, anterior and posterior diameter of skull, and distance between eyebrow and transverse diameter of skull. Results All 20 sagittal synostosis children successfully completed the surgery, the success rate of the surgery was 100%, and no indwelling drainage tube was placed in the surgical area. There were no postoperative complications such as bone flap displacement, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, secondary infection, nerve function defect caused by skull osteotomy and secondary injury caused by bone fragments ionization. At 6 months after sugery and last follow⁃up, 19 children showed a favorable prognosis in terms of cranial shape, while one 2⁃month⁃old female child had an unfavorable head shape prognosis (CI was 72% at 6 months after sugery, and 74% at the last follow⁃up). There were statistically significant differences between CI (F = 230.542, P = 0.000) and PMW (F = 112.166, P = 0.000) before and after surgery. Among them, CI (t = ⁃ 14.231, P = 0.000; t = ⁃ 21.041, P = 0.000) and PMW (t = ⁃ 8.068, P = 0.000; t = ⁃ 16.109, P = 0.000) at 6 month after surgery and last follow⁃up were higher than those before surgery. CI (t = ⁃ 6.810, P = 0.000) and PMW (t = ⁃ 8.040, P = 0.000) at last follow⁃up were higher than those at 6 month after surgery. Conclusions Endoscopic strip craniectomy with orthotic skull helmet can improve the cranial shape of children with sagittal synostosis and is considered safe and effective.

Objective: By analyzing bacteriostasis and efficacy, the possibility of Artemisia argyi extract to be a plant extract preservative is clarified. It provides a message for the development of natural non-irritating plant extract preservative. Methods: Water and ethanol extracts of A. argyi were prepared. The content of its main active components was determined. Its inhibitory effect and stability on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were analyzed. Antioxidant activity, ultraviolet absorption capacity and security were also discussed. Results: The ethanol extract of A. argyi had a significant inhibitory effect on the two kinds of bacteria, which was related to the content of active components to some extent. Temperature and UV irradiation had no significant effect on antibacterial activity, while pH had a greater effect on antibacterial activity. At the concentration of 0.96 mg/mL, ethanol extract of A. argyi leaves could eliminate 98% of DPPH and ABTS free radicals, and more than 50% of superoxide anion and hydroxyl free radicals. When the concentration was 0.5 mg/mL, the two extracts had good ultraviolet absorption capacity. The HET-CAM test showed that the extract of A. argyi had high security at the concentration of 62.5 mg/mL. Conclusion: The ethanol extract of A. argyi has good and stable bacteriostatic effect, certain antioxidant activity, ultraviolet absorption performance and security.

Natural rice bran protein has poor emulsifiability, which limits its application in food industry, so it is necessary to adopt appropriate methods to modify it. In this review, the composition, emulsifying properties and modification of rice bran protein were summarized. The conclusion suggested that the emulsifying properties of rice bran protein could be improved by improving the modification technology of rice bran protein or by blending different high technologies, to expand the development and utilization of rice bran protein and accelerate the application process of rice bran protein in food and cosmetics.

To further explore the impact of nutrient fortification on the ovarian secondary development of redclaw crayfish, four groups were set up: group ①, no feeding; group ②, formulated feeding; groups ③ and ④, formulated feed + nutrient bait. Results showed (1) the proportions of egg-bearing shrimp in groups ③ and ④. 2) The weight growth rate of group ① was the lowest, the maturation coefficient of unripe shrimp in group ④ was the highest, and the egg-holding rates in groups ③ and ④ were significantly higher than those of group ①. The hatching and survival rates of yellow eggs in group ④ were significantly higher than those in group ②. The hatching and survival rates of red eggs in groups ③ and ④ were significantly higher than those in group ①. (3) The weight gain rate of juveniles in group ④ was significantly higher than those of group ①. (4) Genes and proteins related to ovarian development were screened. In summary, group ④ had a higher proportion of egg-holding shrimp, faster ovarian development, and a higher maturity coefficient. The hatching and survival rates of eggs, and the survival and weight gain rates of the offspring were also high.

Objective: To explore whether Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate (cAMP)-Epac1 signaling is activated in 1-Desamino-8-D-arginine-Vasopressin-induced Endolymphatic Hydrops (DDAVP-induced EH) and to provide new insight for further in-depth study of DDAVP-induced EH. Methods: Eighteen healthy, red-eyed guinea pigs (36 ears) weighing 200–350 g were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, which received intraperitoneal injection of sterile saline (same volume as that in the other two groups) for 7 consecutive days; the DDAVP-7d group, which received intraperitoneal injection of 10 mg/mL/kg DDAVP for 7 consecutive days; and the DDAVP-14d group, which received intraperitoneal injection of 10 μg/mL/kg DDAVP for 14 consecutive days. After successful modeling, all animals were sacrificed, and cochlea tissues were collected to detect the mRNA and protein expression of the exchange protein directly activated by cAMP-1 and 2 (Epac1, Epac2), and Repressor Activator Protein-1 (Rap1) by Reverse Transcription (RT)-PCR and western blotting, respectively. Objective To analyze clinical efficacy and influencing factors of selective dorsal rhizotomy (SDR) for treatment of spastic cerebral palsy (SCP) in children. Methods Total 131 children with SCP who underwent SDR at Shanghai Children's Hospital between September 2015 and June 2019 were included in the study. The Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) and Gross Motor Function Measure-66 Items (GMFM-66) were used to evaluate the gross motor function before surgery and at the last follow-up. The modified Ashworth Scale was used to assess the degree of spasticity in the target muscle groups of the lower limbs. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to identify the influencing factors of the improvement in GMFM -66 score. Results Compared to preoperative values, there was a significant decrease in muscle tonus in the target muscle groups of the lower limbs after surgery, including bilateral adductors muscles (Z = -8.164, P = 0.000; Z = -8.304, P = 0.000), bilateral hamstrings muscles (Z = -7.424, P = 0.000; Z = -7.123, P = 0.000), bilateral gastrocnemius muscles (Z = -9.328, P = 0.000; Z = -9.605, P = 0.000), and bilateral tibialis anterior muscles (Z = -9.349, P = 0.000; Z = -9.543, P = 0.000). The overall improvement rate of GMFCS classification after surgery was 34.35% (45/131), and there were no cases of GMFCS classification worsening. There were statistically significant differences in GMFM -66 scores before and after surgery among different GMFCS levels (F = 215.030, P = 0.000). The improvement in GMFM -66 score was greater in GMFCS level Ⅰ (t = 4.379, P = 0.000), Ⅱ (t = 3.686, P = 0.000) and Ⅲ (t = 3.198, P = 0.002) compared to level Ⅳ , and levelⅠ had better score than level Ⅲ (t = 2.170, P = 0.032). Logistic regression analysis showed that surgery performed at the age of 3-6 years (OR = 4.917, 95%CI: 1.554-15.557; P = 0.007) and preoperative GMFCS level Ⅰ - Ⅲ (OR = 10.294, 95%CI: 3.522- 30.092; P = 0.000) were favorable factors for a ΔGMFM -66 score improvement of ≥ 6.55 score. Conclusions SDR effectively reduces muscle tonus in the target muscle groups of the lower limbs and improves gross motor function in children with SCP. The treatment outcome is particularly favorable for children with increased muscle tonus in both lower limbs who can cooperate with rehabilitation training (GMFCS level Ⅰ-Ⅲ). SDR can also be considered for children with severe cerebral palsy (GMFCS level Ⅳ-Ⅴ) to facilitate daily care.

Through the research on the determination of bisphenol A in vegetable oil by high-performance liquid chromatography, this article established the method for determining bisphenol A in vegetable oil. Bisphenol A was extracted with acetonitrile.The extract was purified and eluted by the amino solid-phase extraction column and then concentrated and reconstituted. After filtration, the extract was separated by high-performance liquid chromatography, detected by the fluorescence detector, and quantified by the standard external method. The methodological performance analysis showed that the linear range was 0.003 333~0.666 7 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient (r) of the standard curve is greater than 0.999, the detection limit of the method is 0.007 mg/kg, see the quantification limit was 0.013 mg/kg, the recoveries ranged from 90.8% to 103.2%, and the coefficient of variation of seven replicate assays was 2.8%. It was verified that the method had good linearity, high sensitivity, good repeatability, accurate and reliable results, and could meet the requirements of GB/T 27417—2017, providing a technical basis for the scientific evaluation of the content of bisphenol A in vegetable oil.

Through sampling the four main high-quality varieties of early and late indica rice, Yexiangyou, NO.2 Guangliangxiang, Baixiang and Sixiang, that are promoted and planted in Guangxi in 2021, doing tests according to the quality indicators stipulated and the methods specified in the standards of ‹High Quality Paddy› ‹The Grain & Oil Products of China-Paddy› ‹The good grain products of Guangxi—Guangxi fragrant rice› and analyzing the test data, this article compared and researched the quality change of the four main rice varieties in different seasons, different planting areas, as well as in the same planting area and different planting seasons, explored the influence laws of varieties, regions and planting seasons on the high-quality rice varieties, provided scientific basis and data support for the selection and promotion of high-quality rice varieties, and promoted the further development of industries in Guangxi’s high-quality rice and Guangxi fragrant rice.

In this paper, the protective effect of a botanical beverage with pueraria extract and Hovenia dulcis Thunb. extract on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice was investigated. The acute alcoholic liver injury model was established by a one-time gavage of 50% alcohol, and then the relevant biochemical indicators and liver tissue morphology were detected to evaluate the hepatoprotective effect of the botanical beverage. Compared with the model control group, the middle-dose of plant beverage with pueraria extract and Hovenia dulcis Thunb. extract can significantly reduce the levels of ALT, AST, TC, TG and LDL in the serum of mice with acute alcoholic liver injury to (19.17±6.22) U/L, (14.81±4.61) U/L, (4.77±0.33) mmol/L, (1.92±0.24) mmol//L, (0.22±0.09) mmol/L, increase the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and GSH in liver, and decrease MDA content to (0.80±0.09) nmol/mg pro. This plant drink can also significantly improve the pathological changes of liver tissue to a certain extent, and reduce steatosis and inflammatory cell infiltration. The experimental results showed that the plant beverage with pueraria extract and Hovenia dulcis Thunb. extract had a certain protective effect on the liver tissue of mice after acute alcohol exposure.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to mix rice and proso millets and obtain high nutritional value, fantastic taste and flavor mixed rice. Methods: By adding different proportions of proso millets to rice, the nutritional value and fantastic taste of mixed rice were evaluated via the amino acid score (AAS), texture profile properties, sensory evaluations and flavor properties. Results: There were significant differences in the texture profile properties, sensory evaluations and flavor properties among cooked proso millets additions. The proportion of the cooked rice addition was significantly positively correlated to the gumminess and chewiness of rice, while it was significant negatively related to the sensory evaluations. Furthermore, the addition of the proso millets increased the variety, content of flavor compounds in mixed rice and obviously improved the scores of the sensory evaluations. Conclusion: The integral quality and nutritional value of the mixed rice were the most excellent when the addition of the Yushu 1 proso millet was 10%~20%.

The wide dissemination of rumor is increasingly threatening both individuals and society. In this paper, we propose a multi-domain rumor detection method based on sentiment features and attention mechanism. This method uses sentiment analysis technology to extract sentiment features from text, and uses attention mechanism to weight text features and domain features to detect rumor. Experimental results show that the proposed method has achieved good results on data sets from multiple fields and has good generalization performance.

This paper addresses the limitations of existing rumor detection methods that heavily rely on single or local features, which restrict their ability to capture comprehensive and detailed characteristics of rumors. The main objective of this study is to enhance the efficiency of rumor detection. To achieve this, we propose a novel approach that integrates user attributes, comment structure, and propagation models, introducing the concept of ubiquitous relationships for messages in social networks. We construct a Tweet-word-user ubiquitous relationship network using a propagation model and further leverage the Graph Convolutional Neural Network (GCN) to enhance semantic features. Consequently, we present a novel rumor detection model, the Ubiquitous Relationship-based Graph Convolutional Neural Network (U-GCN), which effectively combines user, text, and comment features within a unified framework, while also enhancing semantic features from the source post for comprehensive detection. Extensive experiments are conducted on two publicly available Twitter Datasets. The results demonstrate that our proposed U-GCN model achieves an accuracy rate of above 0.9, outperforming methods that solely consider single or local features. Our findings highlight the effectiveness of leveraging ubiquitous relationships in rumor detection.

Цель данной статьи заключается в том, чтобы рассматреть реалии как объект перевода на примере бесценного романа романа Мухтара Ауезова «Путь Абая». Анализ основных методов перевода реалий казахской культуры на китайский язык имеет практическую значимость для дальнейшего изучения в рамках теории перевода, а также таких наук как филология, культурология и литературоведение. В целях изучения данной темы были использованны методы системного и сравнительного анализа, а также метод обобщения и абстрагирования. В результате анализа было выявлено, что при переводе данных реалий на китайский язык переводчик использовал такие методы перевода, как описательный перевод, транслитерацию, замену слов и метод опущения слов. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы в качестве дополнительной литературы по дисциплинам, связанных с преподаванием перевода, языков и литературы.

Background: To systematically analyze the influence of genetic polymorphisms of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) on susceptibility to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Relevant literatures reporting MMP9 and susceptibility to COPD in PubMed, Web of Science, VIP, Wanfang and CNKI databases were searched using the key words "matrix metalloproteinases 9/MMP9, COPD/chronic obstructive pulmonary disease". Data of eligible literatures were extracted and analyzed for the odds ratio (OR) and corresponding 95% CI. Results: A total of 16 independent studies reporting MMP9-1562C/T and COPD patients were enrolled and analyzed. None of the genetic models revealed the relationship between MMP9-1562C/T and susceptibility to COPD. Subgroup analyses identified lower risk of COPD in Chinese population carrying the TT genotype for theMMP9 rs3918242 relative to those carrying CT and CC genotypes (P=0.03, OR=0.67, 95% CI=0.46-0.97). Conclusions: Chinese population carrying the TT genotype for the MMP-9 rs3918242 present lower susceptibility to COPD relative to those carrying CT and CC genotypes.

Based on Barron’s equal strain consolidation theory, the consolidation governing equation of sand-drained ground under vacuum combined surcharge preloading is derived, and a general analytical solution is obtained, which considers the vacuum loading process, the time-dependent surcharge loading, the characteristics of the vacuum pressure decreasing along with the depth and radial direction, and the smear effect of vertical drains and the vertical flow. The correctness of the analytical solution proposed in this paper is verified by comparing the degenerate analytical solution with the existing analytical solution and the finite difference solution. Based on the analytical solution, the consolidation behaviors of sand-drained foundation are analyzed. The results show that the consolidation rate of sand-drained ground is accelerated with the increase of vacuum loading factor η. However, when η increases to a certain extent, the influence of the vacuum loading process on the consolidation rate of sand-drained ground can be ignored. The consolidation rate of sand-drained ground decreases with the increase of vacuum pressure attenuation coefficients k1 and k2. The consolidation rate of sand-drained ground decreases with the increase of vacuum pressure p0 and increases with the increase of final surcharge loading qu. With the increase of loading time Th1, the consolidation rate of sand-drained ground decreases gradually, and the consolidation rate is the largest under instantaneous surcharge loading.

Based on Barron’s equal strain consolidation theory of sand-drained ground and Gibson’s one-dimensional large strain consolidation theory, and considering the well resistance of drains, the variation of radial permeability coefficient and the vertical flow, a more general governing equation of large strain consolidation of sand-drained ground is established and solved by using the finite difference method. The correctness of the numerical solution is verified by comparing with the existing consolidation model and small- strain analytical solution. Using the numerical solution, the large strain consolidation behaviors of sand-drained ground are investigated. The analyses show that the well resistance of drains can reduce the consolidation rate of sand-drained ground. But when the permeability coefficient of drains increases to a certain value, the well resistance of drains can be ignored. The variation pattern of radial permeability coefficient has a great influence on the consolidation rate of sand-drained ground. The consolidation rate is faster under the parabolic pattern than that the linear pattern. The vertical flow accelerates the consolidation rate of sand-drained ground, when the radius ratio is small, and the influence of the vertical flow on the consolidation rate should be considered. The larger the ratio of compression index to permeability index is, the slower the consolidation rate of sand-drained ground will be.

The novel «Abay’s way» has deep cultural significance and research value, as it is one of the worksthat comprehensively reflects the traditional culture of the Kazakh people through records of the life ofthe Abai family. The purpose of this article is to review the methods and ways of translating the realitiesof Kazakh national culture into Chinese based on the materials of the novel «Abay’s way» by MukhtarAuezov. The analysis of the main methods of translating the realities of Kazakh culture into Chinese is ofpractical importance for further study in the framework of translation theory, as well as sciences such asphilology, cultural studies, and literary studies. To study this topic, methods of systematic and comparative analysis, as well as the method of gen-eralization and abstraction were used. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that when translating these realities into Chinese, the translator used such translation methods as descriptive translation, trans-literation, word substitution, and the method of word omission. The research materials can be used as additional literature on disciplines related to the teaching oftranslation studies, languages, and literature.

The KNO3-based water-soluble salt core was prepared using 70%KNO3-30%KCl (mole fraction) as a matrix material and glass fiber as a reinforcing material by stirring casting method. The effects of different glass fiber contents on the bending strength, impact toughness, water solubility rate and hygroscopic rate of the water-soluble salt core were compared and analyzed. The scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrometer were used to analyze the microstructure characteristics of the water-soluble salt core strengthened by glass fiber. The results show that with the increase of glass fiber content, the bending strength and impact toughness of the salt core are increased, and the water solubility rate and moisture absorption rate are gradually decreased. When the mass fraction of glass fiber is 30%, the salt core has the largest bending strength of (38.85±0.61) MPa and impact toughness with (2.13±0.1) kJ/m2, and the water solubility rate is still as high as (476.5±12.0) g/(min·m2), and the moisture absorption rate is (0.085±0.007)%. The microanalysis shows that the glass fibers are evenly distributed among the matrix of KNO3-based water-soluble salt core, which significantly refines the KCl primary phase. The average grain size of KCl primary phase is reduced from 57.89 μm to 24.13 μm, which is the main strengthening mechanism of the salt core. The crack will deflect when encountering glass fibers during the crack propagation, and the fiber pull-out is also observed, which is the main toughening mechanism of the salt core.

Nurse's dimission and attrition are globally considered as a public health issue. However, few studies have focused on the nurse shortage from the perspective of intent to stay, as previous studies have focused only on why they left. The purpose of this study was to conduct an integrative review of the factors connected with why nurses in China, Japan, and Korea stay in their current workplace.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of voltage-dependent anion channel (VDAC) in mitochondria-mediated apoptosis of neurons in refractory epilepsy. Western blot analyses were carried out to detect the changes in cytochrome C, caspase 9, Bax, and Bcl-2. TUNEL assays were also carried out to investigate cell apoptosis under the upregulation and downregulation of VDAC1 with or without Bax or Bcl-2. VDAC1 induced Bax, Bcl-2, and caspase 9, increasing the release of cytochrome C. VDAC1 played an essential role in the apoptotic cell death of refractory epilepsy. It is concluded that VDAC1 plays an important role in refractory epilepsy and could be a possible therapeutic target of anti-epileptic drugs. The current study provides a new understanding of the possible mechanisms of refractory epilepsy.

BACKGROUND Red bed sandstone is a set of continental or shallow lake clastic rocks in the Danxia landform. Accurate determination of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) in red bed sandstone that indicates the redox relationship during weathering can serve as the dividing basis of weathering degree and depth of the block. During the determination of iron content by phenanthroline spectrophotometry, Fe(Ⅱ) is easily oxidized and the result is a lower value than it should be. Effective prevention of oxidation is the focus of accurate measurement of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) content. OBJECTIVES To explore the preservation method of Fe(Ⅱ) during dissolution and establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of Fe(Ⅱ) and total iron in red sandstone. METHODS Color reagents were added in the samples, and the samples were dissolved by hydrofluoric acid and dilute sulfuric acid, in a constant temperature water bath at 90℃. Hydroxylamine hydrochloride was used as a reducing agent, o-phenanthroline was used as a chromogenic agent, pH was adjusted by acetate-ammonium acetate buffer, and trace Fe(Ⅱ) and total iron were determined by spectrophotometer. RESULTS The detection limit of Fe(Ⅱ) was 0.002%, relative standard deviation (RSD, n=8) was less than 2%, and the standard recovery was between 92.6% and 94.7%. The Fe(Ⅱ) content of red sandstone in the Danxia landform area of Chishui was determined by this analysis method. The content of Fe(Ⅱ) ranged from 0.01% to 0.1%, the total iron content was 0.7%-1.5%, and the content of Fe(Ⅲ) calculated by subtraction was 0.7%-1.5%. The measurement results were consistent with those of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and potassium complexate titration method. CONCLUSIONS This method uses developer and hydrofluoric acid-dilute sulfuric acid to dissolve the samples, which can effectively preserve the original Fe(Ⅱ) in sandstone. The same solution can be used for the determination of both total iron and Fe(Ⅱ) which provides a simple and accurate analysis method for various types of iron content in red bed sandstone.

Aneurysmal bone cyst is a type of benign bone pathology with expansile and osteolytic features whose etiology remains unclear. Graves’ disease is an autoimmune disease characterized by diffuse goiter and hyperthyroidism. Moyamoya disease is a progressive cerebral vasculopathy. It has been reported that Graves’ disease and Moyamoya disease share a similar etiology involving cytokines and autoimmune and genetic factors. There are no previous reports regarding the relationship between aneurysmal bone cyst and Graves’ disease. Here, we present the rare case of a 25-year-old woman with suspected aneurysmal bone cyst of the left proximal femur and a definite preoperative diagnosis of Graves’ disease, in whom lesion resection combined with left total hip replacement was indicated. Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of aneurysmal bone cyst. Three days postoperatively, the patient developed acute ischemic cerebral infarction owing to Moyamoya disease, which was subsequently confirmed. This case elucidates the potential interaction among aneurysmal bone cysts, Graves’ disease, and Moyamoya disease and provides lessons regarding appropriate perioperative preparation for patients with Graves’ disease who require surgery to avoid potential severe complications.

The complete mitogenome sequence of the lesser bandicoot rat (Bandicota bengalensis Gray and Hardwicke, 1833) was determined using long PCR. The genome was 16,327 bp in length and contained 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 1 origin of L strand replication and 1 control region. The overall base composition of the heavy strand is A (34.2%), C (24.9%), T (28.5%) and G (12.4%). The base compositions present clearly the A–T skew, which is most obviously in the control region and protein-coding genes. Mitochondrial genome analyses based on MP, ML, NJ and Bayesian analyses yielded identical phylogenetic trees. This study verifies the evolutionary status of Bandicota bengalensis in Muridae at the molecular level. The mitochondrial genome would be a significant supplement for the Bandicota bengalensis genetic background. The two Bandicota species formed a monophyletic group with the high bootstrap value (100%) in all examinations.
