Amaç - Bu çalışmanın amacı, İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası Enerji Şirketleri'nin bazı performans ölçüm yöntemlerinin 8 yıllık bir dönemdeki stok fiyatlarına olan etkisini incelemektir.Yöntem- Performans ölçümlerinin stok fiyatları üzerindeki etkisini analiz edebilmek için öncelikle BIST'te sıralanan en büyük enerji sektörü şirketleri seçilecektir. 2010 - 2018 arasındaki çeyrek dönemler için her şirket için ROE ve ROIC hesaplanacaktır. Bu sonuçlara dayanarak 2 değişkeni, performans ölçüm yöntemleri ve hisse senedi fiyatları olan bir regresyon modeli uygulanacak ve sonuçlar yorumlanacaktır.Bulgular- Çalışmamızda değişkenler arasında periyodik bağlantıların olabileceğini gösteren tabloları sunduk .Sonuç- Değişkenler arasında bazı bağlantıların olduğu gözlemlenmektedir, ancak firmanın performanslarını daha iyi değerlendirebilmek için diğer performans ölçüm yöntemlerinin ve diğer etkilerinin de analiz edilmesi gerekmektedir., Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the change of some performance measurement methods of Istanbul Stock Exchange Energy Companies on their stock prices in a 8 year period.Methodology - In order to analyze the effect of the performance measurements on stock prices, first of all the top energy sector companies which are listed in BIST will be selected. For the quarterly periods between 2010 – 2018, the ROE, ROIC and CROGI will be calculated for each company. A regression model with 2 variables the performance measurement methods and the stock prices will be applied.Findings- In our study, we have summarized our findings on the tables showing there could be some periodical connections.Conclusion- It is observed that there are periodical connections between the variables, however, also the other performance measurement methods’ effects should be analyzed.

Purpose- This study aims to examine responses to sexual appeal advertising from the housewives’ perspective when male and female bodies are used in ads to attract their attention. Besides, it has been tried whether ethic evaluation has effect on attitude toward the ad in advertisements in which women and men are used as sexual objects. Variations among the respondents’ perceptions concerning their demographic characteristics are also examined.Methodology- The study employs a within subjects experimental design to examine reactions to different contents in sex appeal advertising. A pilot study is conducted to specify two ads to be used in the experimental study. The first ad (Biscolata Biscuits) used male body, and the second one (Magnum Ice-cream) used female body as sexual appeals. Conveniently selected 300 housewives are exposed to these ads in a within subjects experimental design. After performing factor and reliability analyses, group means of attitudes towards the ad and ethical perceptions are compared by t tests. Thereafter, attitudinal and perceptual differences stemming from respondent demographics are also analyzed by analyses of variance.Findings- Biscolata advertisement (reflecting male sexual cotent) attained a higher positive attitude towards the ad score (3,06) compared to Magnum advertisement (2,79). Further, the later ad attained a higher ethical problem perception score (3,09) compared to the formerad (2,97). Ethic evaluation has an addictive effect on negative attitude toward the ad in advertisements in which women and men are used as sexual objects. However, in advertisements in which women are used as sexual objects, ethic evaluation has an negative effect on positive attitude toward the ad. T tests and analyses of variance revealed no significant perceptual differences concerning respondent demographics.Conclusion- Analyses revealed that female viewers find ads containing male sexual content more favorable compared to ads containing female sexual content. Further, both ads containing male and female sexual content attained higher scores on ethical problem perceptions. Yet, ads containing female body as sexual content are perceived more questionable by the respondents. Respondents’s demographic characteristics did not exert a significant effect on their perceptions. Based on these findings, advertisers targeting houseviwes need to be cautious about using sex appeal advertisements., Amaç- Bu çalışmanın amacı, ev hanımları perspektifinden, reklamlarda kadın ve erkeğin cinsel obje olarak kullanımının incelenmesidir. Bununla birlikte, kadının ve erkeğin cinsel obje olarak kullanıldığı reklamlarda, etik değerlendirmenin reklama yönelik tutum üzerindeki etkileri ayrı ayrı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca, cevaplayıcıların demografik özelliklerine göre, algılarındaki farklılıklar bu çalışmada ele alınmıştır.Yöntem- Bu çalışmada, farklı cinsel içeriğe sahip reklamlara yönelik değerlendirmeleri belirlemek amacıyla deneysel tasarım yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Deneysel tasarımda kullanılmak üzere farklı iki reklam belirlemek için bir pilot çalışma yapılmıştır. Erkeğin cinsel öğe olarak kullanıldığı reklam için Biscolata ve kadının cinsel öğe olarak kullanıldığı reklam için ise Magnum markalarının reklamları seçilmiştir. Kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen ve daha önce bu reklamlara maruz kalan 300 ev hanımı ile deneysel tasarım araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Faktör ve güvenilirlik analizleri yapıldıktan sonra, reklama yönelik tutum ve etik problem algılarını ifade eden grup ortalamaları, t testi kullanılarak karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Bu aşamadan sonra, cevaplayıcıların demografik faktörlerine göre tutumsal ve algısal farklılıklar varyans analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.Bulgular- Erkeğin cinsel obje olarak kullanıldığı Biscolata reklamına yönelik olumlu tutumun (3,06), kadının cinsel obje olarak kullanıldığı Magnum reklamından daha yüksek bir ortalamaya sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Buna ilaveten, cevaplayıcılara göre, magnum reklamındaki etik problem algısı (3,09), Biscolata reklamından daha yüksek düzeydedir. Kadının ve erkeğin cinsel obje olarak kullanıdığı reklamlarda, etik değerlendirme reklama yönelik olumsuz tutumu artıcı etkiye sahipken, kadının cinsel obje olarak kullanıldığı reklamlarda etik değerlendirme reklama yönelik olumlu tutumu negatif (azaltıcı yönde) etkilemektedir. T testi ve varyans analizi sonucunda, cevaplayıcıların demografik faktörlerine göre anlamlı algısal farklılıkların olmadığı belirlenmiştir.Sonuç- Analiz sonuçlarına göre, ev hanımları erkeğin cinsel öğe olarak kullanıldığı reklamı, kadının cinsel öğe olarak kullanıldığı reklamdan daha kabul edilebilir bulmuştur. Her iki reklam türü de yüksek oranda etik dışı kabul edilmiştir. Etik problem açısından kadının kullanıldığı reklam daha sorunlu bulunmuştur. Katılımcıların demografik özellikleri, algıları üzerinde anlamlı bir etki göstermemiştir. Tüm bu sonuçlar, ev hanımlarının hedef kitle olarak kabul edildiği reklamlarda, reklamcıların cinsel içerik açısından daha dikkatli olamaları gerektiğini söylemektedir.

Amaç- Hizmet hataları müşteri memnuniyetsizliğinin önde gelen belirleyicilerindendir. Hizmet hataları herhangi bir hizmet alanında ortaya çıkabilir. Bu çalışmada hizmet hataları bankacılık sektörü kapsamında ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, bankacılık sektöründe hizmet satın alan küçük işletmelerin yaşadığı hizmet hataları sonucunda memnuniyet, güven ve şikâyet etme niyeti değişkenlerinin nasıl etkilendiğinin belirlenmesidir. Bununla birlikte, bu değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler bir model yardımı ile incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın bir başka amacı ise, bu üç hizmet hatası türüne göre memnuniyet, güven ve şikâyet etme niyeti değişkenlerinin farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının tespit edilmesidir.Yöntem- Bu amaçlara ulaşmak için, Balıkesir Bandırma ilçesinde bankacılık sektöründe hizmet alan küçük işletme sahiplerinden ihtiyaç duyulan veriler senaryo tekniği ve anket yöntemi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Her bir hata türüne göre yaklaşık 100’er anket toplanarak, toplam 302 anket ile analizler yapılmıştır.Bulgular- Analizler sonucunda, her hata türü için; memnuniyetin güveni pozitif ve güçlü bir şekilde etkilediği, memnuniyetin şikâyet etme niyeti üzerinde bir etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bunların yanı sıra, her hata türü için, güvenin şikâyet etme niyeti üzerinde anlamlı ancak negatif etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Service failures can occur in any service. In thisstudy, service failures have been addressed within banking sector. Main purpose of this study is to determine how service failuresexperienced by small businesses who buy services in the banking sector affect satisfaction, trust, and intention to complain. Beside, theeffect levels between these variables were examined through a model. Another purpose of this study is to identify whether satisfaction,trust, and intention to complain differ according to service failure types.Methodology- In order to achive these purposes, the data was collected from small business serviced by the banks in Bandırma district atBalikesir province. Data collection methods are scenario and questionnaire techniques. Approximately 100 questionnaires were collectedfor each service failure types and total 302 questionnaires were obtained.Findings- As a result of the analyses, for every service failure types, it has been found that satisfaction affects trust positively and strongly,trust affects intention to complain negatively and satisfaction has not effect on intention to complain. Amaç- Bu çalışma, muhasebe meslek mensuplarından hizmet satın alan beyannameli gelir vergisi mükelleflerinin satın aldıkları hizmetinkalitesini nasıl algıladıklarını, algılanan kalitenin müşteri memnuniyeti ve değiştirme maliyetleri üzerindeki, müşteri memnuniyetinindeğiştirme maliyetleri ve değiştirme maliyetlerinin de davranışsal niyetleri üzerindeki etkisini tespit etme amacını taşımaktadır.Yöntem- Balıkesir il merkezi ve ilçelerindeki muhasebe meslek mensuplarından hizmet satın alan 1.070 gelir vergisi mükellefine ilgililiteratürden yararlanılarak oluşturulan anket uygulanmış, elde edilen veriler istatistiksel analizlere tabi tutulmuş ve yorumlanmıştır.Bulgular- Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, algılanan kalite müşteri memnuniyeti ve değiştirme maliyetleri üzerinde, müşteri memnuniyeti dedeğiştirme maliyetleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahiptir. Değiştirme maliyetinin tüm boyutlarının davranışsal niyetlerin başkalarınaöneride bulunma boyutu üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu, değiştirme maliyetlerinin finansal maliyet boyutunun ise davranışsalniyetlerin yeniden satın alma boyutu üzerinde etkiye sahip olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.Sonuç- Araştırma sonucunda literatürler uyumlu olarak kalitenin müşteri memnuniyeti üzerinde etkili olduğu, işletmeler ile muhasebemeslek mensupları arasındaki ilişkide değiştirme maliyetle, Purpose- This studyaims to determine how the income taxpayers who buy services from the members ofthe accounting profession perceive the quality of service they buy, how thequality perceived affects the customer satisfaction and conversion costs, howthe customer satisfaction affects the conversion costs and as well as how theconversion costs affect their behavioral intentions.Methodolgy- Aquestionnaire was applied to 1.070 income taxpayers who purchased services fromprofessional accountants in Balıkesir province center and districts and theobtained data were subjected to statistical analysis and the results wereinterpreted.Findings- Accordingto the study results, on perceived quality of customer happiness and swicthingcosts. It is identified that all dimension of suggestion to others ofbehavioral intentions and the financial cost dimension of swicthing costs haveno effect on the dimension of re-purchase of behevioral intentions.Conclusion- As a resultof the study, it is determined that the quality has an effect on the customersatisfaction in same with the literature, and the conversion costs have a highcost in the relationship between the members of accounting profession andbusinesses . In addition, it is discovered that the factors of conversion costshave an effect on behavioral intention factors.

This paper is concerned with one of the main challenges of the Multinational Companies which they face in the traditional and thus in local markets. Multinational Companies aims to gain competitive advantage through differentiation in terms of their globalization strategy. However, in the local markets where the organic relationship of firms are more designed in local habits, and markets react with stable consumer behaviors, it gets harder to enter into market and drive a competitive edge. This paper aims to understand the reasons of this challenge, the analysis of resistance of traditional markets, successful sample breaking into local market and the strategy around it.
