КЛАСТЕРНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ ОЦЕНКИ РАЗВИТИЯ УГОЛЬНОЙ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТИ ДНР / М. А. Константинова ; ГОУ ВПО "ДОНАУИГС" //Сборник научных работ серии «Экономика». Вып. 27. – Донецк : ГОУ ВПО «ДОНАУИГС», 2022. – С. 148-161. В статье освещаются результаты проведения кластерного анализа как инструмента оценки развития угольной промышленности ДНР. Актуальность проблемы не вызывает сомнений, так как в условиях высокого уровня нестабильности внешней среды, в частности, Донецкой Народной Республики, руководители промышленных предприятий вынуждены осуществлять постоянный ситуативно-системный анализ влияния различного рода факторов на эффективность и уровень развития промышленных предприятий. Теоретическую основу работы составляют идеи современных научных публикаций, выводы и рекомендации труды отечественных учёных в области применения кластерного анализа для экономических систем и оценки развития угледобывающих предприятий. Для редукции (сжатия) информации, в условиях постоянного увеличения и усложнения потоков статистических данных важной задачей является разделение шахтного фонда ДНР на относительно однородные группы со схожими характеристиками – кластеры. В итоге выделены конкурентные преимущества для каждого из пяти сформировавшихся кластеров. Результаты исследования послужат базой для дальнейшей комплексной оценки механизма повышения конкурентоустойчивости предприятий угольной промышленности. Issue 27. - Donetsk: SEE HPE "DAMPA", 2022. – Р. 148-161. The article highlights the results of cluster analysis as a tool for assessing the development of the coal industry in the DPR. The urgency of the problem isbeyond doubt, since in the conditions of a high level of instability of the external environment, in particular, the Donetsk People's Republic, the heads of industrial enterprises are forced to carry out a constant situational and systemic analysis of the influence of various factors on the efficiency and level of development of industrial enterprises. The theoretical basis of the work is the ideas of modern scientific publications, conclusions and recommendations of the works of domestic scientists in the field of application of cluster analysis for economic systems and assessment of the development of coal mining enterprises. In order to reduce (compress) information, in the context of a constant increase and complication of statistical data flows, an important task is to divide the mine fund of the DPR into relatively homogeneous groups with similar characteristics - clusters. As a result, competitive advantages were identified for each of the five formed clusters. The results of the study will serve as a basis for further comprehensive assessment of the mechanism for increasing the competitive sustainability of coal industry enterprises.

Проанализированы мировые запасы, добыча и потребление угля. Рассмотрена роль ведущих участников мирового рынка угля и перспективы их взаимодействия. Рассмотрена вероятность повсеместного внедрения альтернативных источников энергии и полный отказ от угля. Приведена роль угольного энергоресурса и выделены факторы, способствующие поддержанию конкурентоустойчивости угольной электрогенерации. The role of the coal energy resource is given and the factors that contribute to maintaining the competitive sustainability of coal-fired power generation are highlighted. В статье освещаются современные методы оценки конкурентной устойчивости, или конкурентоустойчивости, предприятий. Обоснована целесообразность оценки уровня конкурентоустойчивости предприятий как производной от конкурентоспособности и устойчивости предприятий, аккумулировано мнение учёных-экономистов касательно методов количественной оценки конкурентоустойчивости как комплексной характеристики деятельности предприятий. По результатам проведённого анализа существующих методов оценки конкурентоустойчивости предприятий автором предлагается интегральный показатель конкурентоустойчивости и формула оценки конкурентоустойчивости предприятий с учётом внешних и внутренних факторов предприятий. The article highlights modern approaches to assessing the competitive sustainability of enterprises. The expediency of assessing the level of competitive sustainability of enterprises as a derivative of the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises has been substantiated, the opinion of economists regarding the methods of quantitative assessment of competitive stability as a complex characteristic of enterprises' activities has been accumulated. Based on the results of the analysis of existing methods for assessing the competitivestability of enterprises, the author proposes an integral indicator of competitive stability and a formula for assessing the competitive stability of enterprises, taking into account the external and internal factors of enterprises.
