The aim of this paper is to create/proposea new hybrid root finding algorithm to solve the given transcendental equations. The algorithm proposed in this paper is built on the trigonometrical algorithm using hyperbolic tangentfunction to find a root. Couples of numerical examples and one sample computations are presented to explain the proposed algorithms, efficiency and accuracy. The intention of this research is to know the importance of realistic mathematics education (RME) methodology to the creative thinking skills of the students. This research is a library literature so that the method of data collection used is documentation, which is to track written sources containing various themes and topics discussed. This category of research is qualitative data. The research was conducted by viewing and linking the distinctive characteristics and indicators of the mathematical creative thinking capabilities to the characteristics of the RME approach.
