Rizhao National Ocean Park is the national level ocean park with the largest area, the most abundant landscape elements and the most complete tourism facilities in China. This paper analyzes the significance of the current situation of realizing the value of ecological products in Rizhao Marine Park, finds the existing problems, and gives corresponding suggestions, hoping to provide greater reference for the future development of Rizhao Marine Park.

ObjectiveTo understand the distribution characteristics of soil metal pollution around an abandoned rare earth ore in Jiangxi and the health impact on the surrounding residents.MethodsAccording to the distribution of abandoned rare earth ore， the village was divided into mining and non-mining areas. The prevalence of chronic diseases among residents over 15 years old in the village was collected through a self-designed questionnaire. Twenty-three soil samples were collected. The contents of rare earth metals （including lanthanum， cerium， praseodymium， and neodymium） and heavy metals （including arsenic （metalloids）， cadmium， and lead） in the soil samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS）.ResultsThe metal content showed a cumulative increasing trend. One of the 23 sampling sites showed mild cadmium pollution. Compared with non-mining farmland， the metal content of farmland soil around the abandoned rare earth mine was relatively higher. The residents' top six self-reported chronic diseases were hypertension， chronic bronchitis， diabetes， stroke， hyperlipidemia， and cataract. The prevalence of hypertension in mining area was higher than non-mining area （χ2=4.141， P=0.042）. The main related factors for hypertension in residents were the increase in age （OR=14.576， 95%CI： 2.773‒76.605） and body mass index （OR=3.147， 95%CI： 1.121‒8.835）.ConclusionAbandoned rare earth ore may have a potential impact on the health of surrounding residents.

Hypoxia plays a crucial role in pulmonary vascular remodelling at the early stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Circle RNA (circRNA) has been identified to play a critical role in multiple diseases. However, the role of circRNAs in pulmonary vascular remodelling in COPD remains unclear. In this study, we aim to investigate the role of circRNAs in pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cell proliferation and pulmonary vascular remodelling in COPD. COPD patients show lower partial pressure of arterial oxygen and pulmonary arterial remodeling as compared with controls. circRNA microarray and real-time PCR analyses show significantly higher level of circ-BPTF and lower miR-486-5p level in the pulmonary arteries of COPD patients as compared with controls. Hypoxia suppresses miR-486-5p expression but promotes expressions of circ-BPTF and cell migration inducing protein (CEMIP) in human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) in vitro. Loss- and gain-of-function experiments show that circ-BPTF promotes PASMC proliferation in vitro. Moreover, luciferase reporter assay results indicate that circ-BPTF regulates PASMC proliferation by acting as an miR-486-5p sponge. CEMIP is identified as a candidate target gene of miR-486-5p by luciferase reporter assay. Overall, our study shows that circ-BPTF serves as a miR-486-5p sponge to regulate CEMIP and promote hypoxic PASMC proliferation in pulmonary vascular remodelling in COPD.

The surface of nano-TiO2 was modified by a silane coupling agent KH570, and the photosensitive resin was modified by blending the modified nano-TiO2 with three-dimensional (3D) printing light-curing resin. The modified nano-TiO2 powder was characterized by infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction, contact angle test, and scanning electron microscope. The effects of different content of modified TiO2 on the viscosity, curing shrinkage, tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, thermal stability, and cross-section morphology of 3D printing photosensitive resin were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of epoxy resin were improved obviously after surface modification with a silane coupling agent. When the mass fraction of TiO2 was 1.5%, the mechanical properties of the molded parts were the best. The tensile strength, impact strength, and elongation at break were increased by 51.1, 43.8, and 10.8%, respectively, and the hardness value was maintained at 81–83 HD. The addition of modified TiO2 can improve the heat resistance of the epoxy resin. When the amount of TiO2 is 1.5%, the T 50%, T max, and carbon residue rate of the epoxy resin are increased by 3.44°C, 6.34°C, and 25.3%, respectively.

Objective: Asthma drug research has been increasing yearly, and its clinical application value has increasingly attracted attention. This study aimed to analyze the development status, research hotspots, research frontiers, and future development trends of the research works on drugs for patients with asthma, especially severe asthma.Methods: Asthma drug-related articles published between 1982 and 2021 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database, and only articles published in English were included. CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were utilized to conduct collaborative network analysis of countries/regions, institutions, keywords, and co-citation analysis of references.Results: A total of 3,234 asthma drug-related eligible articles were included. The United States was in a leading position, and Karolinska Institute (Sweden) was the most active institution. The most prolific journal in this field was Journal of Asthma, and the most cited journal was Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Keyword co-occurrence studies suggested that the current hotspots and frontiers were as follows: ① asthma: fully revealing the potential of existing conventional asthma drugs, determining the best drug delivery system, and indicating the best combination. To continue to explore potential targets for severe asthma or other phenotypes. Inhaled glucocorticoids and budesonide are still one of the important aspects of current asthma drug research and ② severe asthma: the research and development of new drugs, especially monoclonal antibodies including omalizumab, mepolizumab, and benralizumab to improve asthma control and drug safety, have become a research hotspot in recent years, highlighting the importance of “target” selection.Conclusion: This study demonstrates the global research hotspots and trends of the research works on drugs for patients with asthma/severe asthma. It can help scholars quickly understand the current status and hotspots of research in this field.

Black phosphorus (BP) is attracting more and more interest for the biomedical application. The absorption in a wide spectral range and high photothermal conversion efficiency make BP suitable for photothermal therapy. However, BP alone is hard to realize the targeted therapy, which limits the precision and efficiency of the therapy. Magnetic microbubbles (MBs) are favored drug carriers because they can resist the sheer force of blood flow in a magnetic field, which improves the efficiency of MBs adhesion to the vascular wall for targeted ultrasound diagnosis and therapy. This study first optimized the magnetic MBs configurations through controlling the connecting polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain length. The magnetic MBs with PEG2000 have been chosen for targeted BP nanosheets delivery due to the better stability and magnetic responsiveness. The magnetic black phosphorus microbubbles (MBBPM) can realize the targeted tumor theranostics in vitro and in vivo. They could be applied for the targeted ultrasound imaging with an enhanced echogenicity by three times when accumulated at the target site where the magnetic field is applied. As the NIR laser irradiation was applied on the accumulated MBBPM, they dynamited and the temperature increased rapidly. It improved the cell membrane permeability, thus accelerating and enhancing a precision photothermal killing effect to the breast cancer cells, compared to BP alone.

Eplerenone is a drug that protects the cardiovascular system. 11α-Hydroxycanrenone is a key intermediate in eplerenone synthesis. We found that although the cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzyme system in Aspergillus ochraceus strain MF018 could catalyse the conversion of canrenone to 11α-hydroxycanrenone, its biocatalytic efficiency is low. To improve the efficiency of 11α-hydroxycanrenone production, the CYP monooxygenase-coding gene of MF018 was predicted and cloned based on whole-genome sequencing results. A recombinant A. ochraceus strain MF010 with the high expression of CYP monooxygenase was then obtained through homologous recombination. The biocatalytic rate of this recombinant strain reached 93 % at 60 h without the addition of organic solvents or surfactants and was 17–18 % higher than that of the MF018 strain. Moreover, the biocatalytic time of the MF010 strain was reduced by more than 30 h compared with that of the MF018 strain. These results show that the recombinant A. ochraceus strain MF010 can overcome the limitation of substrate biocatalytic efficiency and thus holds a high poten tial for application in the industrial production of eplerenone.

Objective: To analyze all chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) drugs-related articles that were indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database until August 28, 2021 using bibliometric analysis, in order to provide a reliable reference for the treatment of COPD.Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted to analyze all COPD drugs-related articles using WOSCC database from inception to August 28, 2021. Abstracts and potentially eligible articles, which were retrieved during literature search, were screened by two reviewers. Besides, the CiteSpace (5.8.R1) software was utilized to analyze the overall structure of the network, the network clusters, the links between clusters, the key nodes or pivot points, and the pathways.Results: A total of 2552 COPD-drugs related articles were retrieved. From the perspective of categorization of published articles based on country, the United States is the country with the largest number of published articles and completed clinical trials, highlighting the important role of this country in the treatment of COPD. However, in terms of the proportion of ongoing clinical trials, China has the highest proportion, suggesting that China will play a more pivotal role in the medication of COPD in the future. From the perspective of cooperation among countries, the cooperation among European countries was closer than that among Asian countries. In the recent three decades, the top 20 institutions, with a particular concentration on the treatment of COPD, were from North America and Europe. The co-citation analysis showed that, among 2,552 articles, 53154 citations were recorded, and the co-citation network indicated that 24 clusters could be achieved.Conclusion: The administration of bronchodilators and pulmonary drug delivery systems, as well as consideration of elderly COPD patients remained the hotspots, while triple therapy and comorbidity of COPD, as well as the prevention and treatment of elderly COPD patients had been frontiers in recent years.

In essence, existing graph based semi-supervised learning methods belong to label propagation ones by simulating various propagation mechanics. In this study, different from the existing propagation mechanics, it attempts to exploit a novel elastic-force based propagation method to realize semi-supervised learning. The basic idea is to imagine that each node in a graph accepts elastic forces in an elastic coefficient from its neighbors and transmits elastic forces to its neighbors in another elastic coefficient. As a result, the difference between two types of elastic forces measures the propagation quantity of each node. Based on this novel idea, this paper derives the corresponding update equations of all nodes in the graph, which will further induce an analytical solution by expressing these equations in a matrix. In other words, the proposed method has its reliable foundation from the philosophy of physics. Besides, it also demonstrates the rationale of the proposed method from the perspective of optimizing the corresponding objective function, which guarantees the convergence of the proposed method. The extensive experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in semi-supervised learning.

Constitutive analysis for hot working of BFe10-1-2 alloy was carried out by using experimental stress–strain data from isothermal hot compression tests, in a wide range of temperature of 1,023~1,273 K, and strain rate range of 0.001~10 s–1. A constitutive equation based on modified double multiple nonlinear regression was proposed considering the independent effects of strain, strain rate, temperature and their interrelation. The predicted flow stress data calculated from the developed equation was compared with the experimental data. Correlation coefficient (R), average absolute relative error (AARE) and relative errors were introduced to verify the validity of the developed constitutive equation. Subsequently, a comparative study was made on the capability of strain-compensated Arrhenius-type constitutive model. The results showed that the developed constitutive equation based on modified double multiple nonlinear regression could predict flow stress of BFe10-1-2 alloy with good correlation and generalization.
