Fructus Corni (F. Corni) is the dried mature pulp of Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc.(Cornaceae), which is rich in iridoids. In this study, a simple, sensitive and rapid UPLC–MS/MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 13 iridoid glycosides of F. Corni from different areas. Specifically, we included five new compounds (cornusdiridoid C, cornusdiridoid E, cornusdiridoid F, 3′′,5′′-dehydroxycornuside and 2′- O - p -coumaroyl-kingiside) and isomers (2′- O - p - E -coumaroylloganin and 2′- O - p - Z -coumaroylloganin) for the first time in the quality markers of F. Corni. A total of 13 compounds and two pairs of isomers were well isolated and tested within just 14 min. All calibration curves showed good linear regression (r2 ≥ 0.99) within the tested concentration ranges. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were in the range of 0.19–1.90 and 0.38–3.76 ng/mL, respectively. The intra-day and inter-day precision were <3.21% and 12.49%, the RSD values of repeatability did not exceed 6.81% and the average recoveries were 90.95–113.59% for the analytes. All iridoid glycosides stabilized within 12 h (RSD < 10.99%). This method has been successfully applied to the quality evaluation of crude and processed F. Corni from different areas. The tomato variety 'Provence' was used as the material, and the artificial light supplement test was carried out in the double-arch steel frame solar greenhouse, and T1 (2R3B, the ratio of red/blue light beads R:B=2:3), T2 (4R1B), T3 (6R1B), T4 (7R1B) four groups of red and blue light treatments were set up, and no artificial light was used as the control (CK) to explore the optimal red and blue light ratio for greenhouse tomato growth and photosynthetic response. The results showed that after 35 days of T1 treatment, the plant height, SPAD, transpiration rate (Tr) and photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) of tomato were significantly increased by 26.7%, 19.6%, 107.6% and 34.3%, respectively, compared with the control group. After 35 days of T3 treatment, the stem diameter, flower number, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance (Gs), actual photochemical efficiency (ΦPSII) and electron transport rate (ETR) of tomato were significantly increased by 26.9%, 38.6%, 133.7%, 5.9%, 183.3%, 31.3% and 30.9%, respectively, compared with the control group. After 35 days of T4 treatment, the maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) was significantly increased by 4.0% compared with the control group. Compared with the control group, the growth and photosynthesis of tomato could be significantly promoted under different red and blue light supplement treatments. Among the four red and blue combination light treatments of 2R3B, 4R1B, 6R1B and 7R1B in this experiment, the comprehensive effect of each index under 6R1B treatment was the best, which could provide some theoretical guidance for LED light supplement in greenhouse tomato cultivation. The photometric and spectroscopic studies of three contact binaries, ASASSN-V J052036.28+144711.0, ASASSN-V J064846.22+241709.9, and ASASSN-V J073441.02+555833.0 were performed for the first time. The periods of all the three targets are longer than 0.5 d, and we discovered that their mass ratios are all smaller than 0.25. So, they are long-period low mass-ratio contact binaries. ASASSN-V J052036.28+144711.0 and ASASSN-V J064846.22+241709.9 are medium contact binaries. ASASSN-V J073441.02+555833.0 is a deep contact binary, which is also the only one existing O'Connell effect. We attached a dark spot on its secondary component for a better fit of light curves featuring asymmetry. From orbital period analysis, two of the three targets are believed to demonstrate a secular period increase, while one shows no long-term variation. We employed the spectral subtraction approach to investigate the LAMOST spectra, while all of the three binaries show no H α emission line, implying no chromospheric activity. Their initial masses, current average densities, and mass transfer rates between the two components were calculated. We obtained that the three targets are stable for the moment. Two new compounds, aphegiractin A1/A2 (1a/1b), and seven known compounds were isolated by phytochemical work on EtOAc-soluble ingredients extracted from stem and root barks of Daphne giraldii. Their structures were established based on extensive spectroscopic methods, including HRESIMS, CD experiments, 1D and 2D NMR. All compounds were evaluated for their antioxidant activity to DPPH, ABTS radical scavenging activity and inhibitory activity on tyrosinase.
