• Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare mesenchymal myxoid neoplasm in women at reproductive age. • The main treatment is surgery, but local recurrence rate is high. • Careful preoperative evaluation and long-term follow-up are important. Aggressive angiomyxoma is an uncommon mesenchymal neoplasm characterized by a high recurrence rate, usually observed in the lower genital tract of women during their reproductive age. Seventeen cases of aggressive angiomyxoma confirmed by pathology from January 2007 to December 2021 in Beijing Chao-yang Hospital were included. We collected clinical data and summarized the clinical and immunohistochemical features. All seventeen included patients were females, aged between 23 and 57 years (mean, 37.7 years; median, 42 years). Fourteen patients were newly diagnosed and three were recurrent. The tumors were located in vulva (58.8 %), vagina (23.5 %), buttock (11.8 %), and cervix (5.9 %). The tumors size were 2 to 15 cm in greatest dimension (mean 8 ± 4.4 cm, median 6 cm). Follow-up data was available for nine patients, which ranged from 25 to 124 months (mean, 82 months; median, 80 months). At the end of follow-up, no other recurrence or metastasis was reported. Immunohistochemical analysis showed immunoreactive for estrogen (10/11) and progesterone (8/11) receptor, desmin (6/8), smooth muscle actin (4/10), and vimentin (4/4), S-100 (1/8) and CD34 (1/7). The Ki67 level was less than 5 % in five cases. AAM is a hormone-sensitive, distinct rare mesenchymal neoplasm with high incidence of local recurrence. Copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) are extensively used in electronics, cosmetics, fungicides, and various other fields due to their distinctive qualities. However, this widespread usage can contribute to environmental contamination and heightened health risks for living organisms. Despite their prevalent use, the ecological impacts and biosafety of CuNPs remain inadequately understood. The present study aims to delve into the potential toxic effects of CuNPs on zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryos, focusing on multiple indexes such as embryonic development, neurotoxicity, oxidative stress, and inflammatory response. The results revealed a notable increase in the death rate and deformity rate, alongside varying degrees of decrease in hatching rate and heart rate following CuNPs exposure. Particularly, the frequency of spontaneous tail coiling significantly declined under exposure to CuNPs at concentrations of 500 µg/L. Furthermore, CuNPs exposure induced alterations in the transcriptional expression of GABA signaling pathway-related genes (gabra1, gad, abat, and gat1), indicating potential impacts on GABA synthesis, release, catabolism, recovery, and receptor binding. Additionally, CuNPs triggered oxidative stress, evidenced by disruption in superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activities, along with elevated malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. This oxidative stress subsequently led to a proinflammatory cascade, as demonstrated by the increased transcriptional expression of inflammatory markers (il-1β, tnf-α, il-6, and il-8). Comparative analysis with copper ion (provided as CuCl2) exposure highlighted more significant changes in most indexes with CuCl2, indicating greater toxicity compared to CuNPs at equivalent concentrations. In conclusion, these findings provide valuable insights into the toxic effects of CuNPs on zebrafish embryo development and neurotransmitter conduction. Furthermore, they present technical methodologies for assessing environmental and health risks associated with CuNPs, contributing to a better understanding of their biosafety and ecological impact. Summary Indoor location based on Wi‐Fi fingerprint has attracted extensive attention recently, since it only requires a mobile device and existing network; it does not require additional infrastructure and hardware. However, localization using only received signal strength fingerprint is susceptible to dynamic environments and device heterogeneity. Localization using signal strength differences fingerprint and hyperbolic location fingerprint which extracted from received signal strength fingerprint is a powerful measure to overcome the device heterogeneity. Existing fusion‐based methods do not fully use of the mutual fusion function of multiple fingerprints, which leads to low positioning accuracy. In order to further improve the positioning accuracy, we propose a multifingerprint multiclassifier and two‐layer fusion weight positioning model. The proposed approach first creates a multiple fingerprints group by gleaning signal strength differences fingerprint and hyperbolic location fingerprint from received signal strength fingerprint. In order to deal with the accuracy decline caused by a single classifier in complex scenes, three typical classifiers, random forest (RF), K‐nearest neighbor (KNN), and support vector machine (SVM), are adopted, and a fusion weight selection algorithm is proposed to improve the localization accuracy by choosing fusion weights intelligently from the two‐layer fusion weights. Experiment results show that the proposed scheme is effective to resolve device heterogeneity, and the position accuracy is improved about 16.9% and 5.8%, respectively, compared with single fingerprint and classifier schemes. The results show that, compared with the single fingerprint scheme, the position accuracy is improved at least 16.9% and 28.4% for the homogeneous and heterogeneous equipments, respectively; as for the proposed multiclassifier fusion method, it achieves at least 5.8% and 8.7% accuracy improvement for the cases with homogeneous and heterogeneous equipments, respectively, compared with other traditional classifiers such as RF, KNN, and SVM. Background: Free throw is an important means of scoring in basketball games. With the improvement of basketball competition level and the enhancement of confrontation degree, the number of free throws in the game gradually increases, so the score of free throw will have an important impact on the result of the game. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between visual attention characteristics and hit rate of basketball players in free throw psychological procedure training, so as to provide scientific basis for basketball teaching and training. Methods: Forty players with similar free throw abilities were randomly assigned to the experimental group (10 males, 10 females) and control group (10 males, 10 females). The experimental group was free throw psychological procedure training, while the control group was trained with routine training, Eye movement indices (number of fixations, fixation duration, and pupil dilation) and the free throw hit rate and analyzed before and after the experiment. Group differences were examined using t-tests, while paired sample t-tests were conducted to compare pre- and post-test results within each group. The training time and training times of the two groups were the same. Results: There were significant differences in fixation duration, number of fixations, pupil diameter and free throw hit rate between pre-test and post-test in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Post-test, there were significant differences in number of fixations, fixation duration, pupil diameter and free throw hit rate between the two groups (P < 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between number of fixations and free throw hit rate in top (P < 0.01), and there was a significant positive correlation between fixation duration and hit rate in front (P < 0.01). Conclusions: The psychological procedure training can improve the visual information search strategy and information processing ability of free throw, and significantly improve the free throw hit rate. There was a positive correlation between the front fixation time and the free throw hit rate, and there was a positive correlation between the top number of fixations and the free throw hit rate. Blood-containing mixtures often appear in murder and robbery cases, and their identification plays a significant role in solving crimes. In recent years, the co-detection of DNA methylation markers (CpG) and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers has been shown to be a promising tool for the identification of semen and its donor. However, similar research on blood stains that are frequently found at crime scenes has not yet been reported. In this study, we employed blood-specific CpG-linked SNP markers (CpG-SNP) for blood-specific genotyping and the linking of blood and its donor. The tissue-specific CpG markers were screened from the literature and further verified by combining bisulfite conversion with amplification-refractory mutation system (ARMS) technology. Meanwhile, adjacent SNP markers with a minor allele frequency (MAF) greater than 0.1 were selected within 400 bp upstream and downstream of the CpG markers. SNP genotyping was performed using SNaPshot technology on a capillary electrophoresis (CE) platform. Finally, a multiplex panel, including 19 blood-specific CpG linked to 23 SNP markers, as well as 1 semen-specific CpG, 1 vaginal secretion-specific CpG, and 1 saliva-specific CpG marker, was constructed successfully. The panel showed good tissue specificity and blood stains stored at room temperature for up to nine months and moderately degraded (4 < DI < 10) could be effectively identified. Moreover, it could also be detected when blood content in the mixed stains was as low as 1%. In addition, 15 ng of DNA used for bisulfite conversion was required for obtaining a complete profile. The cumulative discrimination power of the panel among the Han population of northern China could reach 0.999983. This is the first investigation conducted for the simultaneous identification of blood and its donor regardless of other body fluids included in mixed stains. Based on the specific binding of drug molecules to cell membrane receptors, a screening and separation method for active compounds of natural products was established by combining phospholipase C (PLC) sensitized hollow fiber microscreening by a solvent seal with high‐performance liquid chromatography technology. In the process, the factors affecting the screening were optimized. Under the optimal screening conditions, we screened honokiol (HK), magnolol (MG), negative control drug carbamazepine, and positive control drug amentoflavone, the repeatability of the method was tested. The PLC activity was determined before and after the screening. Experimental results showed that the sensitization factors of PLC of HK and MG were 61.0 and 48.5, respectively, and amentoflavone was 15.0, carbamazepine could not bind to PLC. Moreover, the molecular docking results were consistent with this measurement, indicating that HK and MG could be combined with PLC, and they were potential interacting components with PLC. This method used organic solvent to seal the PLC greatly ensuring the activity, so this method had the advantage of integrating separation, and purification with screening, it not only exhibited good reproducibility and high sensitivity but was also suitable for screening the active components in natural products by various targets in vitro. Calcium-dependent protein kinases (CPKs) can decode and translate intracellular calcium signals to induce plant immunity. Mutation of the exocyst subunit gene EXO70B1 causes autoimmunity that depends on CPK5 and the Toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) domain resistance protein TIR-NBS2 (TN2), where direct interaction with TN2 stabilizes CPK5 kinase activity. However, how the CPK5–TN2 interaction initiates downstream immune responses remains unclear. Here, we show that, besides CPK5 activity, the physical interaction between CPK5 and functional TN2 triggers immune activation in exo70B1 and may represent reciprocal regulation between CPK5 and the TIR domain functions of TN2 in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana). Moreover, we detected differential phosphorylation of the calmodulin-binding transcription activator 3 (CAMTA3) in the cpk5 background. CPK5 directly phosphorylates CAMTA3 at S964, contributing to its destabilization. The gain-of-function CAMTA3A855V variant that resists CPK5-induced degradation rescues immunity activated through CPK5 overexpression or exo70B1 mutation. Thus, CPK5-mediated immunity is executed through CAMTA3 repressor degradation via phosphorylation-induced and/or calmodulin-regulated processes. Conversely, autoimmunity in camta3 also partially requires functional CPK5. While the TIR domain activity of TN2 remains to be tested, our study uncovers a TN2–CPK5–CAMTA3 signaling module for exo70B1-mediated autoimmunity, highlighting the direct embedding of a calcium-sensing decoder element within resistance signalosomes. In this study, the thermal comfort and energy consumption of two different terminal units when combined with three different water supply temperatures were studied. Results showed that convection–radiation combined cooling terminals can increase the water supply temperature under the same thermal comfort level compared with convection cooling terminals. When the water supply temperature was fixed at 11 °C, the energy consumption of convection–radiation combined cooling terminals was 9.1 % lower than that of convection cooling terminals. The higher the water supply temperature, the lower the energy consumption under convection–radiation combined cooling terminals. Furthermore, the energy consumption rates at a water supply temperature of 15 °C were 18.2 % and 8.8 % lower than those at 7 °C and 11 °C, respectively. Meanwhile, the comfort and system operation efficiency were optimal when the water supply temperature was 15 °C, and the energy consumption was lower when combined with the cooling of the dual terminals. Medical short text classification is of great significance to medical information extraction and medical auxiliary diagnosis. However, medical short texts face challenges such as sparse features, semantic ambiguity, and the specialized nature of the medical field, resulting in relatively low accuracy in short text classification. Taking into consideration the characteristics of medical short texts, this paper proposes a Chinese medical short text classification model based on DPECNN. First, ERNIE is utilized to learn text knowledge and information in order to enhance the model’s semantic representation capabilities. Then, the DPECNN model is employed to extract rich feature information, and the classification results are generated through a fully connected layer. In the case of DPCNN, it only considers deep-level contextual semantic information, overlooking the correlation of adjacent semantic information between channels. To address this, ECA channel attention is introduced to account for adjacent semantic information. The use of a self-normalizing activation function helps avoid the problem of vanishing gradients. To enhance the model’s robustness and generalization ability, the FGM adversarial training algorithm is employed to perturb the data. We consider the long‐time global dynamics of the Boissonade system. This system is a activator–inhibitor model that exhibits Turing structures for describing the relation between the genuine homogeneous 2D systems and the 3D monolayers. Assuming large diffusivity of the activator, we prove the existence of a finite‐dimensional manifold of global type by using a spatial averaging principle of local type and uniform dissipativity estimates. The manifold is locally invariant under the semiflow, which attracts uniformly exponentially those solutions with initial values having a certain regularity but attracts uniformly those solutions starting from the phase space. To investigate the effective utilization of agricultural and forestry wastes for mitigating the shortage of primary energy and environmental pollution, the pyrolysis behavior of corn straw (CS), wheat straw (WS), and poplar sawdust (PS) was studied using thermogravimetric–Fourier transform infrared (TG‐FTIR) analysis. The activation energies and pyrolysis mechanism functions of different biomass types were calculated. The results showed that the functional group structures of the gaseous products generated from the pyrolysis of different biomass types were similar, mainly including OH, aliphatic CH, CO, aromatic ring skeleton, aromatic CH, and CO groups. These functional group structures mainly existed in oxygen‐containing compounds such as phenols, ketones, aldehydes, acids, esters, alcohols, and ethers. The pyrolysis process of agricultural and forestry wastes exhibited certain differences, with the PS undergoing thermal decomposition more easily, while the thermal decomposition mechanism functions of the two agricultural wastes (CS and WS) were similar. PS had a later initial release time for volatile matter, and the oxygen compounds produced by its pyrolysis were the highest, followed by WS and CS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Peanut is a leguminous crop with an indeterminate growth habit that will continuously flower during the entire reproductive development stage. Flowering redundancy adversely affects the yield and quality of peanut. In this study, eight flowering and five yield-related traits were collected and comprehensively evaluated from a diverse germplasm panel consisting of 232 peanut accessions, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving the flowering habit and yield for future peanut breeding efforts. As a result, large phenotypic diversity was observed in 13 traits. Most of the traits suggested high heritability, except high effective flowering duration (HEFD), days to 100% flower cessation (DTC100), and yield per plant (YPP). Days to 90% flower cessation (DTC90), days to DTC100, flowering duration (FD), and low effective flowering duration (LEFD) showed significant negative correlations with 100-seed weight, 100-pod weight, YPP, average weight per pod, and shelling percentage. Principal component analysis (PCA) suggested that flowering redundancy traits as well as yield-related traits contributed more to the first three PCs when compared to other traits. This study addresses the lack of peanut flowering phenotypic and genetic diversity and lays the foundation for in-depth research on redundancy-related genes in peanut flowering. Purpose: To examine the role of RhoB expression in relation to chemotherapy response, clinical outcomes and associated signaling pathways in colorectal cancer patients. Materials and methods: The study included 5 colon cancer cell lines, zebrafish embryos and 260 colorectal cancer patients treated with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and oxaliplatin (OXL). The methods consisted of CRISPR/Cas9, reactive oxygen species (ROS), caspase-3 activity, autophagy flux, in-silico RNA sequencing and immunohistochemistry. Gene expression analysis and pathway analysis were conducted using RNA-seq data. Results: All cancer lines tested, including SW480, SW480-KO13 (RhoB knockout), SW480-KO55 (RhoB knockout), HCT116 and HCT116-OE (RhoB overexpressed), exhibited cytotoxicity to 5-FU and OXL. RhoB knockout cell lines demonstrated significantly reduced migration compared to the control cell lines. Furthermore, RhoB played a role in caspase-3-dependent apoptosis, regulation of ROS production and autophagic flux. The mRNA sequencing data indicated lower expression levels of oncogenes in RhoB knockout cell lines. The zebrafish model bearing SW480-KO showed a light trend toward tumor regression. RhoB expression by immunohistochemistry in patients was increased from normal mucosa to tumor samples. In patients who received chemotherapy, high RhoB expression was related to worse survival compared to low RhoB expression. Furthermore, the molecular docking analysis revealed that OXL had a higher binding affinity for RhoB than 5-FU, with a binding affinity of -7.8 kcal/mol and HADDOCK predicted molecular interactions between RhoB and caspase 3 protein. Gene-set enrichment analysis supported these findings, showing that enrichment of DNA damage response pathway and p53 signaling in RhoB overexpression treatment group, while the RhoB knockout treatment group exhibited enrichment in the negative regulation pathway of cell migration. Conclusion: RhoB was negatively associated with chemotherapy response and survival in colorectal cancers. Therefore, RhoB inhibition may enhance chemotherapeutic responses and patient survival. With the rapid development of pure electric vehicles, how to improve the range has become the focus of research. Due to the large shell mass of the battery pack shell (BPE), it is necessary to optimize its structure in turn. In this paper, the BPE model was reconstructed by improving the upper shell material and adding reinforcements following the direction of the leaf vein fibers of the Magnolia Grandiflora. A quasi-Monte Carlo method based on Sobol sequences and a Latin hypercube design with variance sensitivity analysis was used to determine the seven design variables. The 122 data sets were trained and predicted using the basic gradient descent algorithm combined with the conjugate direction method, and the predictions were compared with static mechanical simulations for sharp cornering conditions on bumpy roads. The results showed that the BPE weight reduction ratio was 19.5%, and the maximum stress reduction ratio was 27.49%, and the displacement reduction ratio was 29.29% respectively, which satisfied the material requirements. Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, which penetrates the plant hosts via special infection structures called appressoria, causes anthracnose in many plants worldwide. However, the biological mechanism underlying appressorium formation is not fully characterized in this pathogen. In the present study, the overall gene expression pattern of appressorium formation was studied by targeted gene deletion and expression analysis during the conidial germination of wildtype and ΔCgMsb2Sho1 double mutant strains of C. gloeosporioides on hydrophobic surfaces. Significant transcriptional changes were detected for nearly 41.9% and 45.4% of the genes in the wildtype and ΔCgMsb2Sho1 strains, respectively. Two genes encoding the cAMP‐dependent protein kinase regulatory subunit and adenylate cyclase had higher expression in the wild type than in the ΔCgMsb2Sho1 mutant; cAMP then activates the mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) signalling pathway. However, we revealed that genes involved in the MAPK signalling pathway may inhibit appressorium formation by encoding proteins that disrupt the downstream signal transduction process after recognition of the host by the cell membrane surface receptor proteins mucin (Msb2) and the sensor protein Sho, encoded by CgMsb2 and CgSho1, respectively. Finally, the regulation of transcription factors on lipid metabolism and plant cell wall‐degrading enzymes was affected. The results provide a comprehensive overview of the changes in the expression of important genes during the early stage of appressorium formation, which may be useful for understanding the molecular mechanism of appressorium formation in C. gloeosporioides. Objective: Our study was conducted aimed at investigating the potential correlation between cerebral microangiopathy and autonomic nervous dysfunction. Methods: We initially included 164 hospitalized patients with cerebral microangiopathy at our hospital from November 2019 to January 2021. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a final total of 162 patients with cerebral microangiopathy were selected. According to the patient's Autonomic Symptom Profile (ASP) score, patients with a score greater than 22 were categorized into a group with concomitant autonomic dysfunction (71 cases, combined group), while those with a score below 22 were categorized into a group of isolated cerebral microangiopathy (83 cases, cerebral microangiopathy group). The general data and laboratory examination results of the two groups were analyzed, and Pearson correlation analysis was performed to evaluate the correlation between cerebral microangiopathy and autonomic dysfunction, as well as the influencing factors of cerebral microangiopathy patients combined with autonomic dysfunction. Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of sex, BMI, smoking, drinking, family dementia history, diabetes, hypothyroidism, carotid atherosclerosis, obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Hamilton Anxiety Scale score, Hamilton Depression Scale score, 24‐h mean systolic blood pressure (SBP), 24‐h mean diastolic blood pressure DBP, daytime mean systolic blood pressure (dSBP), daytime mean diastolic blood pressure, nighttime mean systolic blood pressure (nSBP), nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure, 24‐h systolic blood pressure standard deviation (SBPSD), 24‐h diastolic blood pressure standard deviation, daytime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation, nighttime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation (nDBPSD), nDBPSD (p >.05). However, significant differences were observed between the two groups regarding age, history of coronary heart disease, hypertension, leukoaraiosis, cognitive function, ASP score, SSR, 24‐h SBPSD, daytime systolic blood pressure standard deviation (dSBPSD), nighttime systolic blood pressure standard deviation (nSBPSD), standard deviation of RR interval (SDNN), root mean square value of successive RR interval difference (RMSSD), high‐frequency component (HF), and low‐frequency component (LF) (p <.05). Moreover, the levels of TG, TC, HDL‐C, and LDL‐C did not show significant differences between the two groups (p >.05), but there were significant differences in blood uric acid and homocysteine (Hcy) levels (p <.05). Age, history of leukoaraiosis, cognitive function assessment, blood uric acid, Hcy levels, 24‐h SBPSD, dSBPSD, and nSBPSD showed positive correlations with ASP scores and SSR in patients with cerebral microangiopathy (p <.001). In contrast, hypertension, SDNN, RMSSD, HF, and LF showed negative correlations with ASP scores and SSR (p <.001). Moreover, coronary heart disease was negatively correlated with ASP scores but positively correlated with SSR (p <.001). The independent variables included age, history of leukoaraiosis, cognitive function assessment, ASP score, SSR, blood uric acid, Hcy, bradykinin, coronary heart disease, hypertension, 24‐h SBPSD, dSBPSD, nSBPSD, SDNN, RMSSD, HF, and LF, which were indicators with differences in general data and laboratory indicators. The dependent variable was patients with cerebral microangiopathy combined with autonomic nervous dysfunction. The analysis results showed that age, history of leukoaraiosis, ASP score, SSR, 24‐h SBPSD, dSBPSD, nSBPSD, SDNN, RMSSD, HF, and LF were the influencing factors of patients with cerebral microangiopathy complicated with autonomic nervous dysfunction. Conclusion: We demonstrates that age, history of leukoaraiosis, cognitive function assessment, blood uric acid, Hcy level, 24‐h SBPSD, dSBPSD, nSBPSD, blood pressure, SDNN, RMSSD, HF, LF, and coronary heart disease were highly associated with cerebral microangiopathy with autonomic dysfunction. Due to the lack of timely protection measures against infectious diseases, or based on the particularity of the transmission of some infectious diseases and the time-varying connections between people, the transmission dynamics of infectious diseases in the information society are becoming more and more complex and changeable. A fractional-order epidemic mathematical model with network weighting and latency is proposed in this paper, and the stability near the disease-free equilibrium point and endemic equilibrium point are discussed separately. Subsequently, an event-triggered impulsive control strategy based on an infection rate threshold is put forward. By selecting the appropriate control gain, the Zeno phenomenon can be eliminated on the premise of ensuring the stability of the control error system. Finally, the theoretical results were validated numerically and some conclusions are presented. Over the past four decades, Arctic sea ice coverage has steadily declined. This loss of sea ice has amplified solar radiation and heat absorption from the ocean, exacerbating both polar ice loss and global warming. It has also accelerated changes in sea ice movement, posing safety risks for ship navigation. In recent years, numerical prediction models have dominated the field of sea ice movement prediction. However, these models often rely on extensive data sources, which can be limited in specific time periods or regions, reducing their applicability. This study introduces a novel approach for predicting Arctic sea ice motion within a 10-day window. We employ a Self-Attention ConvLSTM deep learning network based on single-source data, specifically optical flow derived from the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer Earth Observing System 36.5 GHz data, covering the entire Arctic region. Upon verification, our method shows a reduction of 0.80 to 1.18 km in average mean absolute error over a 10-day period when compared to ConvLSTM, demonstrating its improved ability to capture the spatiotemporal correlation of sea ice motion vector fields and provide accurate predictions. To evaluate the safety of orange consumption induced by mycotoxins, 'Newhall' navel oranges were artificially inoculated with P. expansum and A. tenuissima, followed by an evaluation of the distribution and migration patterns of corresponding mycotoxins (patulin [PAT], tentoxin [Ten], altenuene [ALT], alternariol monomethyl ether [AME], alternariol [AOH] and tenuazonic acid [TeA]) during orange storage and processing. The concentration of mycotoxins decreased as the increase of distance from the lesion, and mycotoxins could be detected throughout the orange when the lesion extended to 8 mm in diameter. AOH and AME pose the primary source of dietary risk with high concentrations and low thresholds of toxicological concern. Orange juice and pectin processing could remove 43.4–98.7% of mycotoxins, while tangerine peelprocessing might lead to significant enrichment of mycotoxins with the processing factors (PFs) of 2.8–3.5. This review is to summarize the reports published in the past 10 years on the protective mechanism of 74 different intervention methods on lung injury through restraining nuclear factor kappa-B (NF- κ B) signaling pathway. We summarized the experimental studies on animal lung injury models of NF- κ B, MAPK/NF- κ B, PI3K/Akt/NF- κ B, TLR4/NF- κ B, NF- κ B/NALP3, NF- κ B/NLRP3 and other NF- κ B-related signal pathways. Lung injury leads to high mortality worldwide. Many potential mechanisms for the treatment and prevention of lung injury are still unclear. In addition to the use of lung protection strategies, currently, there are no effective drugs for lung injury treatment. Preemptive NF- κ B inhibition protects cells from damage, but inhibition at the decomposition stage delays tissue repair. A simple and rapid instantaneous nebulization dispersive liquid‐phase microextraction method was developed, and combined with high‐performance liquid chromatography for determination of the contents of seven analytes in traditional Chinese medicines. In this study, using the sprinkler device to achieve instantaneous synchronous dispersion and extraction, only one spray can rapidly achieve the concentration and enrichment of seven kinds of chalcone and isoflavones. The key factors affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized including the type and volume of extractant, the pH and salt concentration of the sample phase, and the number of dispersion. Under the optimal conditions, the enrichment factor of the target analytes ranged from 103.1 to 180.9, with good linearity and correlation coefficients above 0.9970. The limits of detection ranged from 0.02 to 0.15 ng/mL, with good accuracy (recoveries 91.1 to 108.9%) and precision (relative standard deviations 1.5–7.1%). With the emergence of digital technologies, we have witnessed a rapid growth of the sharing economy in recent years. In fashion industry, sharing economy concept is also widely applied. Instances can be found all over the world, like Rent the Runway, Golden Tote, Stitch Fix, and Le Tote in the US, Air Closet in Japan, Y Closet, Ms Paris, and Dora's Dream in China, etc. In this paper, motivated by the industrial practices of fashion sharing platforms, we first conduct a literature review on business operations of sharing platforms, including the sharing platform operations, digital and information technologies employed in sharing economy, business models, and sustainability and circularity in business operations. Afterwards, we analyze the challenges faced by fashion sharing platforms by exploring the two leading fashion sharing platforms in the US and in China, respectively. Long-term and large-scale H 2 storage is vital for a sustainable H 2 economy. Research in underground H 2 storage (UHS) in porous media is emerging, but the understanding of H 2 reconnection and recovery mechanisms under cyclic loading is not yet adequate. This paper reports a qualitative and quantitative investigation of H 2 reconnection and recovery mechanisms in repeated injection-withdrawal cycles. Here we use microfluidics to experimentally investigate up to 5 cycles of H 2 injection and withdrawal under a range of injection rates at shallow reservoir storage conditions. We find that H 2 storage capacities increase with increasing injection rate and range between ∼10% and 60%. The residual H 2 saturation is in the same range between cycles (30–40%), but its distribution in the pore space visually appears to be hysteretic. In most cases, the residually trapped H 2 reconnects in the subsequent injection cycle, predominantly in proximity to the large pore clusters. Our results provide valuable experimental data to advance the understanding of multiple H 2 injection cycles in UHS schemes. The direct selective conversion of ethanol to butadiene (ETB) is a competitive and environmentally friendly process compared to the traditional crude cracking route. The acid–base properties of catalysts are crucial for the direct ETB process. Herein, we report a rationally designed multifunctional lignin-derived carbon-modulated ZnZr/SiO2 (L-ZnZr/SiO2) catalyst with suitable acid–base properties for the direct ETB reaction. A variety of characterization techniques are employed to investigate the relationship between the acid–base properties and catalytic performance of the multifunctional lignin-modulated ZnZr/SiO2 catalysts. The results revealed that the rationally additional lignin-modulated carbon enhances both the acidity and basicity of the ZnZr/SiO2 catalysts, providing a suitable acid–base ratio that boosts the direct ETB reactivity. Meanwhile, the 1% L-ZnZr/SiO2 catalyst possessed ethanol conversion and butadiene selectivity as high as 98.4% and 55.5%, respectively, and exhibited excellent catalytic stability. As a major component of lignocellulosic biomass, lignin has lots of fascinating properties, such as regeneration, biocompatibility, antioxidant, hydrophilicity, unique aromatic structure, and various functional groups, which make them become interesting natural polymer raw material, and attracted more and more attention. In particular, the rich functional groups of lignin can be easily functionalized through various synthesis methods, which can endow lignin‐based polymers with new structure and function. These functional lignin‐based polymers are widely used in environmental remediation, smart hydrogel materials, catalysis, biomedical, etc. However, its various sources and types, the complex structure, relatively weak chemical reactivity, the unstable processing property, and few high value‐added products limited their practical applications. With the development of lignin varieties, modified reagent, synthesis methods, and polymerization process, many works had been published for the synthesis and application of lignin‐based polymers. In this review, the lignin isolation, modification strategies, polymerization method and process, and the promising applications were summarized and analyzed in recent years. Specially, the recent advances in the preparation of high excellent adsorbents from deconstructed lignin products are highlighted from the synthesis methods and adsorption mechanism perspective. The organic carbon pool is a crucial component of the ocean carbon cycle. The study of organic carbon distribution and interannual variability in the land-sea interface can contribute to understanding the global ocean carbon cycle and ecological effects in the context of the Anthropocene and help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). At present, there has been a certain amount of research on the source and flux of carbon in the ocean carbon cycle, but the prediction of marine carbon is still in its infancy. In this paper, a CNN-LSTM deep learning model that takes into account spatio-temporal features was used to make a 5-year mid-long-term rolling prediction of particulate organic carbon (POC) and yellow matter (CDOM) using MODIS Level 2 semimonthly synthetic data from the official website of NASA from January 2002 to June 2020. The model uses chlorophyll-a data to adjust the parameters. The results showed that the model could also be applied to the mid-long-term rolling prediction of POC and CDOM. The model was capable of accurately predicting POC and CDOM over periods of three and two years, respectively (R > 0.5). Meanwhile, the 5-year trends of the predicted and actual values were verified using the least squares method and the Mann-Kendall trend test. The results showed that the predicted and actual values of sea surface POC and CDOM in 2015–2020 showed an overall upward trend. The surface-level POC and CDOM in the ocean are considered to be related to primary production. The mid-long-term prediction of surface seawater organic carbon in the southern South China Sea helps humans explore the regional characteristics of organic carbon in the coral reef waters of the South China Sea and study the changing trend of surface seawater organic carbon. These methods have problems of low efficiency, secondary pollution and high cost. Based on the significant advantages of microalgae purification of wastewater that can achieve pollutant removal and wastewater resource utilization, the current research status of microalgae purification of agriculture wastewater is described, and the problems of microalgae purification of agriculture wastewater are presented with respect to the current research. In view of these problems, suggestions are given to solve the problems of microalgae purification of agriculture wastewater, which provide a reference for the future use of microalgae to purify agriculture wastewater. Striatin‐interacting phosphatases and kinases (STRIPAKs) are evolutionarily conserved supramolecular complexes that control various important cellular processes such as signal transduction and development. However, the role of the STRIPAK complex in pathogenic fungi remains elusive. In this study, the components and function of the STRIPAK complex were investigated in Fusarium graminearum, an important plant‐pathogenic fungus. The results obtained from bioinformatic analyses and the protein–protein interactome suggested that the fungal STRIPAK complex consisted of six proteins: Ham2, Ham3, Ham4, PP2Aa, Ppg1, and Mob3. Deletion mutations of individual components of the STRIPAK complex were created, and observed to cause a significant reduction in fungal vegetative growth and sexual development, and dramatically attenuae virulence, excluding the essential gene PP2Aa. Further results revealed that the STRIPAK complex interacted with the mitogen‐activated protein kinase Mgv1, a key component in the cell wall integrity pathway, subsequently regulating the phosphorylation level and nuclear accumulation of Mgv1 to control the fungal stress response and virulence. Our results also suggested that the STRIPAK complex was interconnected with the target of rapamycin pathway through Tap42‐PP2A cascade. Taken together, our findings revealed that the STRIPAK complex orchestrates cell wall integrity signalling to govern the fungal development and virulence of F. graminearum and highlighted the importance of the STRIPAK complex in fungal virulence. [Display omitted] Herein, a novel in-situ "atomic binding to heterointerface" strategy is proposed to obtain Co 2 P/WC@NC/CNTs catalyst with abundant heterointerface between cobalt phosphide and tungsten carbide (Co 2 P/WC) by the polyoxometalates (POMs)-based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) precursor. The natural quasi interfaces in K 10 [Co 4 (H 2 O) 2 (PW 9 O 34) 2 ] molecule crucially guide the abundant Co 2 P/WC heterointerfaces down to atomic level. Meanwhile, MOFs cages can effectively encapsulate nanosized POMs at molecular level to control the size and dispersion of Co 2 P/WC nanoparticle, while carbon nanotubes (CNTs) enhance conductivity at nanoscale level. The interfacial electronic modulation between Co 2 P and WC lowering the energy barrier of the rate determining step, thus Co 2 P/WC@NC/CNTs showed reasonable hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) activity and stability in all-pH media including sea water. The sensitivity and selectivity of semiconductor metal oxides can be effectively improved by transition metal doping and noble metal loading. In this work, Ag-loaded p-type Zn-doped Fe2O3 (Ag@Zn–Fe2O3) nanoparticles were synthesized by a combination of a one-step hydrothermal route and a co-precipitation method. The prepared Ag@Zn–Fe2O3 nanoparticles show a peanut-like structure with a size of about 50–150 nm. The Zn doping and the Ag loading can synergistically improve the response of the Fe2O3 nanoparticles to acetone. At the optimum operating temperature (150 °C), the response of the Ag@Zn–Fe2O3 sensor to 100 ppm acetone is 50.2, which is significantly higher than 8.9 and 25.8 corresponding to Fe2O3 and Zn–Fe2O3, respectively. In addition, the Ag@Zn–Fe2O3 sensor exhibits excellent selectivity, good moisture resistance, and long-term stability to acetone. Objective To investigate the relationships of prognosis of schizophrenic patients with their serum prolactin (PRL), glial fibrillary acid protein (GFAP). Methods A total of 128 schizophrenic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were admitted and treated with risperidone in our hospital. The prognostic status of the patients after 12 months of treatment was analyzed, the prognostic factors were explored and the prognostic value of PRL and GFAP were investigated. Results Forty-one patients had poor prognoses. By Logistic multivariate regression analysis, the prognostic factors in the schizophrenic patients were found to include brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) (OR = 3.931, 95%CI: 1.618 - 9.555), nerve growth factor (NGF) (OR = 3.861, 95%CI: 1.589 - 9.384), PRL (OR = 3.666, 95%CI: 1.508 - 8.909) and GFAP (OR = 4.297, 95%CI: 1.768 - 10.444) were (P < 0.05). By receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, the sensitivities of PRL, GFAP and their combination in predicting the prognoses of the patients were 70.73% (95%CI: 54.26% - 83.35%), 73.17% (95%CI: 56.79% - 85.25%), and 80.49% (95%CI: 64.63% - 90.63%), respectively; the specificities were 75.86% (95%CI: 65.28% - 84.12%), 73.56% (95%CI: 62.83% - 82.18%), and 87.36% (95%CI: 78.09% - 93.22%), respectively; and the AUCs were 0.743 (95%CI: 0.643 - 0.843), 0.739 (95%CI: 0.633 - 0.845) and 0.884 (95%CI: 0.816 - 0.952), respectively. Background. In recent years, the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has dramatically increased, imposing a heavy financial burden on society and individuals. The most cost-effective way to control diabetes is diabetes self-management, which depends on patients' executive functions (EFs). However, the level of EFs among patients with T2DM varies greatly. In addition to diabetes-related factors contributing to a decline in EFs, trait impulsivity as a relatively stable personality trait may explicate individual differences in EFs. The objective of this study was to verify the mediating effect of negative emotions on the relationship between trait impulsivity and EFs among patients with T2DM in China. Methods. A total of 305 patients with T2DM were enrolled consecutively from the endocrinology departments of three tertiary hospitals in China using convenience sampling. The participants completed the Sociodemographic Questionnaire, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-Brief (BIS-Brief), Depression Anxiety and Stress Scales with 21 items (DASS-21), and Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Adult (BRIEF-A) version. A structural equation modeling was used to verify the mediating effect of negative emotions on the relationship between trait impulsivity and EFs. Results. A total of 32.46% of the participants experienced at least one aspect of daily EF decline. The mediating effect of trait impulsivity on the Behavioral Regulation Index (BRI) of EFs through negative emotions was significant, accounting for 29.57% of the total effect. The mediating effect of trait impulsivity on the Metacognitive Index (MI) of EFs through negative emotions was significant, accounting for 31.67% of the total effect. Conclusions. Trait impulsivity can positively predict EF decline, which can be alleviated by improving the negative emotions of patients with T2DM. In recent years, with the use of electric drilling rig, electric fracturing pump, and other equipment, the harmonic resonance problem of oilfield power grid is becoming more and more serious. In view of the high time and space complexity and long calculation time of the traditional harmonic resonance analysis method, the improved power iteration method is combined with the traditional modal analysis method, and the harmonic resonance problem of the oilfield power grid is analyzed by the fast modal analysis method. At the same time, a new set of harmonic resonance amplification index is derived and verified, and the harmonic content amplification times in the resonant influence region and different busbars are revealed. And then a passive filter is used to suppress harmonic resonance, and the effectiveness of the scheme is verified by field tests. The results show that, in the frequency range of 0–1000 Hz, the resonant frequency points in the oil field are mainly related to the rectifier pulse number of the drilling rig and the frequency conversion device for fracturing. The proposed fast modal analysis method has the advantages of fast convergence speed and memory saving, which is helpful to accurately detect the harmonic resonance region caused by the multi-pulse frequency conversion device, and the harmonic resonance can be effectively suppressed by installing a filter at the main excitation bus of the resonant frequency. The potential antitumor application of low‐temperature plasma (LTP) in immunotherapy has attracted wide attention from researchers. The induction of immunogenic cell death (ICD) is one of the possible mechanisms underlying this event. In this work, the immunogenicity of B16F10 melanoma cells treated with direct and indirect LTP protocols was investigated. The results revealed the concentrations of H2O2, NO, and NO2− increased as LTP treatment time was longer, while the cell viability decreased. By comparison, the direct treatment induced a stronger expression of ICD markers. In vivo, the LTP‐treated B16F10 reduced tumor burden in C57BL/6 mice. This study demonstrated both direct and indirect LTP treatments triggered immunogenic cell death and were expected to provide an effective immunotherapy strategy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the great breakthrough in natural gas exploration of Paleozoic Taiyuan formation in Longdong exploratory area in the southwestern part of Ordos Basin, it is urgent to solve the petrological nomenclature of sedimentary bauxite, so as to further study the pore formation mechanism, distribution law, and controlling factors of bauxite reservoirs. In this paper, X-ray diffraction, polarizing microscope, scanning electron microscope, and other methods are used to analyze the mineral composition and structure of bauxite rocks in the study area and give appropriate names. The results show that the sedimentary sequence of bauxite in the study area can be divided into five sections: A, B, C, D, and E. The main mineral components are diaspore (C section content can be more than 90%), illite, kaolinite, and chlorite; accessory mineral include anatase and pyrite; trace components include quartz, feldspar, rutile, hematite, and rock salt; and some of the pores are filled with calcite, siderite, and (iron) dolomite. The rock structure is mainly bedding and massive structure, and some of them have geopetal structure. The texture mainly consists of granular texture, grain (powder crystal) texture, gel texture, and algal bonding texture. Considering the special lithology of section A~C and the lack of existing nomenclature method, based on mineral composition and sedimentary fabric, a triangulation classification nomenclature method is established, which adopts structure+texture as secondary name and the main mineral components diaspore-mud-pyrite of the three end-member mineral components as primary name. It can not only highlight the mineral assemblage characteristics of sedimentary sequence of bauxite but also reflect the lithologic characteristics of reservoir development section and the influencing factors of reservoir formation, effectively reflecting the petrological characteristics of bauxite reservoir. Among them, the diaspore rocks with granular, bean-oolitic, and grain texture are the main lithologies forming the natural gas reservoir space of Taiyuan formation in Longdong area. The naming method is feasible and reliable for sedimentary bauxite rocks, which lays a good foundation for the study of natural gas reservoir, pore formation mechanism, and distribution law in Longdong area, southwest of the basin. Leymus chinensis is important for ecological restoration and stock farming in Eurasia. In the context of climate change, excavating L. chinensis germplasm resources with excellent ecological functional traits is important to resist grassland degradation and promote the restoration of degraded grassland ecosystems. In this study, we used 42 L. chinensis germplasm resources (LC01–LC42) from different geographical sources to perform a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation of drought tolerance, rhizome space expansion, and soil improvement abilities. (1) LC07, LC15, LC18, and LC19 exhibited excellent ecological functional traits and could be used in breeding for ecological restoration. They were mainly from eastern and central Mongolia and central Inner Mongolia. (2) Principal component analysis showed that eight principal components with eigenvalues ≥1 were extracted from 26 traits of L. chinensis. The cumulative contribution rate was 80.551%. (3) There was a significant positive correlation between the F value and longitude and a significant negative correlation of the F value with latitude. L. chinensis germplasms from high longitudes and low altitudes may exhibit better comprehensive performance. (4) Plant height, leaf number, tiller number, malonaldehyde, chlorophyll content, dry weight on the ground, maximum one-direction extended distance, and organic matter can be used as key indices to comprehensively evaluate L. chinensis germplasm resources. Objective: To explore effective factors of surgical effect for patients with cleft lip and palate, and to construct the predictive model of surgical effect, which provide reference for improving the effect of cleft lip and palate surgery. Methods: This study has been ethically reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Guiyang Stomatological Hospital before the study began.A total of 997 cases of cleft lip and palate surgical treatment in Guiyang Stomatological Hospital from 2015 to 2020 were collected. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the surgical outcome, and a score system was established by assigning values to the influencing factors using the nomogram. Data of 110 patients were verified, and decision curve analysis was used to evaluate the predicted results. Results: Logistic regression analysis showed that the number of surgeries, surgical methods, breast milk, prenatal examination, nutrition during pregnancy and labor intensity during pregnancy were independent risk factors for poor surgical results (all P<0.05). The predictive model was built by including the number of surgeries, surgical methods, breast milk, prenatal examination, nutrition and labor intensity during pregnancy into the predictive scoring system. The critical value was 273, the area under ROC curve (AUC) was 0.733(95%CI:0.704~0.76), the sensitivity was 89.57%, and the specificity was 48.14%.When the external validation data of 110 patients were brought into the score, the AUC of poor diagnostic value reached 74.5%, P<0.05, which was close to the modeling accuracy of 73.3%. Conclusion: This study constructed a predictive model of surgical effect for patients with cleft lip and palate, which can be used for the clinical prediction of cleft lip and palate patients in Guizhou Province. Background: Coagulation function monitoring is important for the occurrence and development of diabetes. A total of 16 related proteins are involved in coagulation, but how these proteins change in diabetic urine exosomes is unclear. To explore the expression changes of coagulation-related proteins in urine exosomes and their possible roles in the pathogenesis of diabetes, we performed proteomic analysis and finally applied them to the noninvasive monitoring of diabetes. Methods: Subject urine samples were collected. LC-MS/MS was used to collect the information on coagulation-related proteins in urine exosomes. ELISA, mass spectrometry and western blotting were used to further verify the differential protein expression in urine exosomes. Correlations with clinical indicators were explored, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were drawn to evaluate the value of differential proteins in diabetes monitoring. Results: Analyzing urine exosome proteomics data, eight coagulation-related proteins were found in this study. Among them, F2 was elevated in urine exosomes of diabetic patients compared with healthy controls. The results of ELISA, mass spectrometry and western blotting further verified the changes in F2. Correlation analysis showed that the expression of urine exosome F2 was correlated with clinical lipid metabolism indexes, and the concentration of F2 was strongly positively correlated with blood TG levels (P < 0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that F2 protein in urine exosomes had a good monitoring value for diabetes. Conclusion: Coagulation-related proteins were expressed in urine exosomes. With the development of health service, animal husbandry, aquaculture and the chemical industry, more and more pollutants are discharged into the water environment, including antibiotics and heavy-metal ions. These hazardous substances pose a great threat to environmental safety and human health. Two new kinds of green solvents, ionic liquids (ILs) and deep eutectic solvents (DESs), are widely utilized in various fields, including separation and environmental engineering, and are attracting much attention from academia and industry. In this study, an optimal ionic liquid and a deep eutectic solvent were selected, and their complex with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was first prepared by a process of simple and effective inclusion. After necessary characterization and analysis, two kinds of complexes were applied to prepare a special two-sided sorbent disc by adding a diluent (excipient) and pressing the substance under 5~15 MPa. As a result, the IL and DES were stably immobilized on the disc to play a key role in the selective adsorption of targets. Moreover, the experiments with different hazardous substances achieved the expected results. This study demonstrates that the complex disc, with its easy preparation, good stability, and simple operation, exhibited many merits in its separation performance. The effect of transcranial random noise stimulation (tRNS) on visual perceptual learning has only been investigated during early training sessions, and the influence of tRNS on later performance is unclear. We engaged participants first in 8 days of training to reach a plateau (Stage 1) and then in continued training for 3 days (Stage 2). In the first group, tRNS was applied to visual areas of the brain while participants were trained on a coherent motion direction identification task over a period of 11 days (Stage 1 + Stage 2). In the second group, participants completed an 8-day training period without any stimulation to reach a plateau (Stage 1); after that, they continued training for 3 days, during which tRNS was administered (Stage 2). In the third group, participants completed the same training as the second group, but during Stage 2, tRNS was replaced by sham stimulation. Coherence thresholds were measured three times: before training, after Stage 1, and after Stage 2. Compared with sham simulation, tRNS did not improve coherence thresholds during the plateau period. The comparison of learning curves between the first and third groups showed that tRNS decreased thresholds in the early training stage, but it failed to improve plateau thresholds. For the second and third groups, tRNS did not further enhance plateau thresholds after the continued 3-day training period. Selecting different metal ions, two novel complexes {[Zn(BCbpy)(m‐BDC)(H2O)] ⋅ 2H2O}n (1) and [Co(H2O)6]0.5[Co0.5(BCbpy)(H2O)2](m‐BDC) ⋅ 3H2O ⋅ DMF (2) have been prepared and structurally characterized in the presence of the viologen ligand 1‐(4‐carboxybenzyl)‐4,4′‐bipyridinium (BCbpy) and 1,3‐benzenedicarboxylic acid (m‐H2BDC). The crystal structures and photochromic properties of two complexes have been investigated in this article. 1 possesses a two‐dimensional (2D) layered structure, while the structure of 2 is zero‐dimensional (0D). As expected, 1 and 2 were discovered to be photochromic accompanying electron transfer (ET). In this paper, we introduce a generalized core inverse (called the C-S inverse) and give some properties and characterizations of the inverse. By applying the C-S inverse, we introduce a binary relation (denoted “ ≤ S ”) and a partial order (called the C-S partial order and denoted “ ≤ c s ”), study their properties and consider the relationship between them and some classical partial orders. Cycloaddition of CO2 with epoxides is a sustainable and promising route in both CO2 conversion and synthesis of cyclic carbonates. The development of efficient heterogeneous catalysts for this process is a very important research topic. Herein, a series of ZrO2/g-C3N4 materials were prepared using dicyandiamide and ZrOCl2·8H2O as raw materials through simple thermal condensation and wet impregnation methods. The synthesized materials have been analyzed by N2 adsorption–desorption, XRD, TG, FT-IR, UV–vis, XPS, and NH3-TPD techniques. The loading of ZrO2 improved the surface area of g-C3N4 support and the chemical states of Zr on g-C3N4 depended on the preparation temperature. As heterogeneous catalysts, ZrO2/g-C3N4 demonstrated good catalytic activity in cycloaddition of CO2 with propylene oxide, and the maximum yield of propylene carbonate was 68% under 140 °C. One-to-one online learning has become pervasive in distance education. However, factors affecting learners' continuance intention toward one-to-one online learning are not well known. This study proposed a model to explain learners' continuance intention toward one-to-one online learning. The model extends previous technology acceptance models and theories by adding instructor-, course-, and system-related factors. A questionnaire was constructed, and a total of 840 samples was collected. Results of hierarchical regression analysis indicated that experience was positively related to continuance intention, and self-efficacy and anxiety were significantly related to perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using the system, facilitating conditions, and social influence were significant predictors of continuance intention to use. Instructor quality, course quality, interaction feedback, and system usability were significantly related to continuance intention toward one-to-one online learning. The proposed model could explain 71.5% of the variance in continuance intention to use one-to-one online learning. Objective: T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) is an aggressive hematologic malignancy, and T‐ALL patients are prone to early disease relapse and suffer from poor outcomes. The crucial function of RNA‐binding proteins (RBPs) has been reported in the progression of cancers by regulating the expression of transcripts. This study aimed to reveal the role and molecular regulatory mechanism of RBP Pumilio2 (PUM2) in T‐ALL. Methods: The expression of genes was detected by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT‐qPCR) and western blot analysis. The viability, proliferation, and apoptosis of T‐ALL cells were evaluated by 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide, 5‐ethynyl‐2′‐deoxyuridine, and flow cytometry analysis. Luciferase reporter, RNA pulldown, and RNA immunoprecipitation assays were performed to confirm the binding of PUM2 to RBM5. The combination between RNA‐binding motif protein 5 (RBM5) and microRNA (miR)‐28‐5p was validated using luciferase reporter assay. Results: Our data revealed that PUM2 was highly expressed in T‐ALL blood samples and cell lines. PUM2 knockdown suppressed the proliferation but accelerated the apoptosis of T‐ALL cells in vitro. Additionally, RBM5 exhibited a low expression level in T‐ALL samples and cells. PUM2 negatively regulated RBM5 via targeting its 3′untranslated region (3′UTR). Moreover, PUM2 competitively bound to RBM5 3′UTR with miR‐28‐5p. Rescue experiments showed that RBM5 knockdown reversed the anti‐tumor effects mediated by PUM2 knockdown in T‐ALL cells. Conclusion: PUM2 plays as a novel oncogenic RBP in T‐ALL by competitively binding to RBM5 mRNA with miR‐28‐5p. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
