Abstract Inspired by the concept of “natural camouflage,” biomimetic drug delivery systems have emerged to address the limitations of traditional synthetic nanocarriers, such as poor targeting, susceptibility to identification and clearance, inadequate biocompatibility, low permeability, and systemic toxicity. Biomimetic nanocarriers retain the proteins, nucleic acids, and other components of the parent cells. They not only facilitate drug delivery but also serve as communication media to inhibit tumor cells. This paper delves into the communication mechanisms between various cell-derived biomimetic nanocarriers, tumor cells, and the tumor microenvironment, as well as their applications in drug delivery. In addition, the additional communication capabilities conferred on the modified biomimetic nanocarriers, such as targeting and environmental responsiveness, are outlined. Finally, we propose future development directions for biomimetic nanocarriers, hoping to inspire researchers in their design efforts and ultimately achieve clinical translation. Graphical Abstract

AIM:To observe the clinical efficacy of 3% diquafosol sodium eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eyes after pterygium surgery with lacrimal insufficiency.METHODS: A total of 64 cases(64 eyes)of pterygium patients with lacrimal insufficiency were treated with pterygium resection combined with limbal stem cell transplantation, and they were given routine anti-inflammatory and infection prevention treatment postoperatively. In terms of postoperative dry eye treatment, all patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with 3% diquafosol sodium eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The break-up time of tear film(BUT), fluorescein(FL), Schirmer's Ⅰ test(SⅠt), ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score, central corneal thickness(CCT)changes, adverse reactions and complications were observed and compared between the two groups at different times postoperatively.RESULTS: Both groups of pterygium patients were accompanied with mild to moderate dry eyes with insufficient tear secretion preoperatively. At 2 wk after operation, both groups showed shorter BUT and higher FL score compared with those preoperatively(P0.05). At 4 wk after operation, BUT in the observation group was prolonged, OSDI score was decreased(both P0.05).CONCLUSION: In the treatment of dry eye after pterygium surgery with lacrimal insufficiency, 3% diquafosol sodium eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops can effectively reduce the postoperative dry eye symptoms, and its clinical effect is better than that of sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone.

Abstract Purpose The aim of this study was to describe the longitudinal developmental trajectories and its influencing factors of sexual activity in patients with breast cancer during treatment. Methods A prospective longitudinal study was conducted, including 225 newly diagnosed breast cancer patients in A tumor specialty three-class hospital in Southwest China. We measured sexual activity at the time of admission and diagnosis (T0) and one month (T1), three months (T2), six months (T3), and nine months (T4) after diagnosis. A trajectory analysis model (GBTM) was used to explore the changes in sexual activity in breast cancer patients. Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis was used to analyse the factors that affected the classification of sexual activity trajectories. Results The ratio of sexual activity abruptly declined from 100% at baseline to 39.1% at T1. The percentage of sexual activity was improved, from 51.4% at T2 to 63.1% at T4. The optimal model was a 2-group trajectory of sexual activity in breast cancer patients,36.6% in the “low activity group” and 63.4% in the “high activity group.” The multivariate binary logistic regression analysis revealed statistically significant and positive correlations between sexual activity and age (β = 0.085, OR = 1.089, 95%CI 1.035 ∼ 1.145, P = 0.001),libido(β = 0.774, OR = 2.168, 95%CI 1.337 ∼ 3.515, P = 0.002), vaginal lubrication(β = 1.254, OR = 33.503, 95%CI 2.000 ∼ 6.137, P

Typhoons and their associated disaster chains pose serious threats to the lives and property of coastal residents, and they remain a focal point for research and response. Previous studies on typhoon disaster chains often employed high-dimensional symmetric Copula models to establish the joint distribution of multiple hazard factors, however they failed to explore the complex nonlinear and asymmetric dependencies among them. This study aimed to depict these complex relationships more comprehensively and efficiently to provide a more accurate typhoon hazard assessment. Focusing on Zhoushan, a city comprising numerous islands in Zhejiang Province that faces multiple typhoon threats, this study employed the C-Vine Copula function to model the complex dependencies among "strong wind-rainstorm-storm surge" in the typhoon disaster chain. Utilizing observational data from 1979 to 2018, this study involves three main steps: first, fitting the marginal distribution of each hazard factor and identifying the best one from Lognormal, Gamma, GEV (Generalized Extreme Value), and Burr functions based on the K-S test; second, fitting the bivariate joint distributions of wind speed-rainfall and wind speed-storm surge using Gaussian, Clayton, Gumbel, Frank, and Joe Copula functions, and determining the best fit based on the AIC (Akaike Information Criterion); and finally, estimating the trivariate joint probability distribution and corresponding return periods for wind speed-rainfall-storm surge using the C-Vine Copula function. This revealed (1) a strong correlation between wind speed and rainfall observed within regular value ranges (non-extreme conditions), were best represented by the Frank Copula, In addition, wind speed and storm surge exhibit an upper-tail dependence, best captured by the Gumbel Copula. (2) The rainfall distribution under certain wind speed conditions revealed dual peaks, whereas the storm surge distribution maintained a uniform pattern, with the best joint distribution fitting the Gumbel Copula. (3) Considering a 100-year return period for individual variables, the bivariate return periods for wind speed-rainfall and wind speed-storm surge events were significantly reduced to 29 and 30 years, respectively, while the trivariate return period for the wind speed-rainfall-storm surge combination was further reduced to 17 years. Overall, the C-Vine Copula function effectively characterizes the complex nonlinear and asymmetric dependencies among the typhoon disaster chain "strong wind-rainstorm-storm surge", reducing high-dimensional parameter estimation complexity. This method provides new insights for constructing joint probability and return period models for multiple hazard factors and offers a scientific basis for disaster risk assessment and management strategies. Therefore, this enhances the accuracy of disaster prevention and mitigation efforts. Additionally, the application of the C-Vine Copula assists to deeply understand the mechanisms and development processes of natural disasters, providing new tools for on-site emergency response and decision-making.

Graves’ disease (GD) is an autoimmune disorder disease, and its prevalence continues to increase worldwide. Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is a naturally antioxidant compound in milk, vegetables, and meat. We aim to identify the treatment efficacy of PQQ on GD and its regulatory effect on intestinal microbiota. The GD mice model was built by an adenovirus expressing autoantigen thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (Ad-TSHR289). Fecal samples were collected for 16S rDNA sequencing after PQQ pretreatments (20, 40, or 60 mg/kg BW/day) for 4 weeks. Thyroid and intestine functions were measured. The levels of serum TSHR and T4 were significantly raised, and the thyroid gland size was typically enlarged in the GD group than in controls, reversed by PQQ therapy. After PQQ replenishment, IL6 and TNFα levels in small intestine tissues were lower than those in the GD group, with Nrf2 and HO1 levels improved. Also, the PQQ supplement could maintain the mucosal epithelial barrier impaired by GD. In microbial analyses, PQQ treatment could prompt the diversity recovery of gut microbiota and reconstruct the microbiota composition injured by GD. Lactobacillus served as the most abundant genus in all groups, and the abundance of Lactobacillus was increased in the GD group than in control and PQQ groups. Besides, Lactobacillus was highly correlative with all samples and the top 50 genera. PQQ supplementation regulates thyroid function and relieves intestine injury. PQQ changes the primary composition and abundance of GD’s intestine microbiota by moderating Lactobacillus, which may exert in the pathogenesis and progression of GD.

Objective To explore the effect of KCNQ1OT1 gene knockout combined with bruceine D on the proliferation, migration, and invasion of breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells. Methods Cell Counting Kit-8, wound healing, and Transwell invasion assay were used to detect the effects of bruceine D and siKCNQ1OT1 on the viability, migration, and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells. Effect of bruceine D and siKCNQ1OT1 on the expression of KCNQ1OT1 in MDA-MB-231 cells was detected by qRT-PCR. Western blot was used to detect the effect of bruceine D and siKCNQ1OT1 on the expression of EMT-related proteins and CDC42, p-MKK7, MKK7 proteins in MDA-MB-231 cells. Results Bruceine D and siKCNQ1OT1 could significantly inhibit the viability, migration, and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells, and the inhibitory effect was enhanced when they were combined (all P < 0.05); bruceine D downregulated the expression of KCNQ1OT1 in MDA-MB-231 cells (all P < 0.05); bruceine D combined with siKCNQ1OT1 significantly decreased CDC42, p-MKK7, N-cadherin, and Vimentin expression in MDA-MB-231 cells and increased the expression of E-cadherin (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Bruceine D combined with siKCNQ1OT1 significantly inhibit the proliferation, migration, invasion, and EMT of human breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells, and its molecular mechanism may be related to the blocking of CDC42/MKK7 signaling pathway.

The strength prediction of pervious concrete is hard to implement for the mix design due to the porous structure. This work studied the influence of the water-to-cement ratio on the fluidity, viscosity, and mechanical properties of cement paste. Then, the porosity, permeability, and compressive strength of the pervious concrete with various porosities were investigated, and the test results were fitted and analyzed. The result indicates that as the water-to-cement ratio increases, the viscosity of the cement paste reduces and the fluidity increases. The water-to-cement ratio has a negative linear relationship with net slurry strength. The porosity and permeability of pervious concrete fluctuate in accordance with the same rule as the water-to-cement ratio changes. The compressive strength of pervious concrete with varying design porosities increases initially, then declines as the water-to-cement ratio rises. According to the linear fitting analysis, when the water-to-cement ratio is constant, the permeability and compressive strength of pervious concrete have a positive and negative linear relationship with the design porosity, respectively. By analyzing the fitting results and combining the volume method of pervious concrete, a calculation method for mix proportion design is proposed to predict the strength of pervious concrete.

Ferritin is an endogenous protein which is self-assembled by 24 subunits into a highly uniform nanocage structure. Due to the drug-encapsulating ability in the hollow inner cavity and abundant modification sites on the outer surface, ferritin nanocage has been demonstrated great potential to become a multi-functional nanomedicine platform. Its good biocompatibility, low toxicity and immunogenicity, intrinsic tumor-targeting ability, high stability, low cost and massive production, together make ferritin nanocage stand out from other nanocarriers. In this review, we summarized ferritin-based nanomedicine in field of disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The different types of drugs to be loaded in ferritin, as well as drug-loading methods were classified. The strategies for site-specific and non-specific functional modification of ferritin were investigated, then the application of ferritin for disease imaging, drug delivery and vaccine development were discussed. Finally, the challenges restricting the clinical translation of ferritin-based nanomedicines were analyzed.

Background: As the most common primary malignant intracranial tumor, glioblastoma has a poor prognosis with limited treatment options. It has a high propensity for recurrence, invasion, and poor immune prognosis due to the complex tumor microenvironment. Methods: Six groups of samples from four datasets were included in this study. We used consensus ClusterPlus to establish two subgroups by the EMT-related gene. The difference in clinicopathological features, genomic characteristics, immune infiltration, treatment response and prognoses were evaluated by multiple algorithms. By using LASSO regression, multi-factor Cox analysis, stepAIC method, a prognostic risk model was constructed based on the final screened genes. Results: The consensusClusterPlus analyses revealed two subtypes of glioblastoma (C1 and C2), which were characterized by different EMT-related gene expression patterns. C2 subtype with the worse prognosis had the more malignant clinical and pathology manifestations, higher Immune infiltration and tumor-associated molecular pathways scores, and poorer response to treatment. Additionally, our EMT-related genes risk prediction model can provide valuable support for clinical evaluations of glioma. Conclusions: The assessment system and prediction model displayed good performance in independent prognostic risk assessment and individual patient treatment response prediction. This can help with clinical treatment decisions and the development of effective treatments.

The development and utilization of perovskites are beneficial to improve or even change the optical properties of devices and obtain fascinating performances such as higher photoelectric conversion efficiency, better thermal stability, higher external quantum efficiency, more excellent remodeling, and flexibility. So, there are many articles on perovskite reviews having been reported from synthesis, properties to various applications (such as optoelectronic devices, electrical memristor, etc.). Based on the reported review of perovskites, this study will make a further supplement to the research progress of perovskites in visible light communication (VLC), optical neuromorphic devices, and highlight huge development prospects in these emerging fields in recent years. First, we briefly reviewed the preparation methods of common perovskite materials, followed by the optical and electrical characteristics. Then, the specific applications of optical properties based on perovskite materials are emphatically investigated, in addition to traditional photovoltaic devices, especially the latest cutting-edge fields of information encryption and decryption, VLC as well as optical memristive devices for photonic synapse and photonic neuromorphic computing. Finally, the main conclusions and prospects are given. Perovskite-based optical memristive devices are enabled to assist photonic neuromorphic calculations, showing huge potential application prospects in intelligent integrated chip fusing sensing, storage, and computing.

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is one of the most common malignancies of the hematopoietic progenitor cell in adults. Quercetin has gained recognition over the years because of its anti-cancer effect with minimal toxicity. Herein, we aim to investigate the anti-leukemia mechanism of quercetin and to decipher the signaling pathway of quercetin in HL-60 leukemic cells. We observed that quercetin induces apoptosis and autophagic cell death, in which both pathways play an important role in suppressing the viability of leukemia cells. Phosphorylated AMPK (p-AMPK) protein expressions are lower in primary AML cells, HL-60 cells, KG-1 and THP-1 cells than in peripheral blood monocular cells. After quercetin treatment, the expression of p-AMPK is increased while the expression of p-mTOR is decreased in a dose-dependent manner. Mechanistically, compound C, an AMPK phosphorylation inhibitor, upregulates the phosphorylation of mTOR and inhibits autophagy and apoptosis in quercetin-induced HL-60 cells, while silencing of CaMKKβ inhibits the quercetin-induced phosphorylation of AMPK, resulting in increased mTOR phosphorylation. Furthermore, silencing of CaMKKβ inhibits the autophagy in HL-60 cells. Taken together, our data delineate that quercetin plays its anti-leukemia role by inhibiting cell viability and inducing apoptosis and autophagy in leukemia cells. Quercetin inhibits the phosphorylation of mTOR by regulating the activity of AMPK, thus playing a role in the regulation of autophagy and apoptosis. CaMKKβ is a potential upstream molecule for AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway, through which quercetin induces autophagy in HL-60 cells.

This paper takes the medical image processing undergraduate course as an example.

The use of modern data application technology in information security management programs within power enterprises is a major trend in industry development. Integrate scattered, messy, and non-standard data in electronic communication, extract, clean, and transform business system data, and load it into a data warehouse. ETL mainly relies on cloud computing logic to protect the transfer, storage, confidentiality, and other aspects of data, effectively avoiding the loss, omission, and leakage of information in enterprise data transmission. This study discusses the necessity of ETL based data transmission security protection technology for power enterprises to achieve security, in order to provide theoretical support for subsequent research and practice.

Objective To explore the implementation and continued use of high-efficiency contraception in over-40-year-old women immediately after induced abortion, and evaluate the value of post-abortion care (PAC) Performance Standards in reducing the rate of unintended pregnancy in senior women. Methods Clinical data of 126 women over 40 years of age who underwent abortion in our hospital in the year of 2019, and of 252 woman at childbearing age (20~40 years old) undergoing abortion during the same period were collected in this study. All cases were given services in accordance with the PAC Performance Standards, and then followed up for 1, 3, and 6 months. The daily contraceptive methods, cause of this unexpected pregnancy, implementation of immediate and efficient contraception after abortion, rate of continued use of high-efficiency contraceptive methods (long- or short-acting contraceptive methods), and incidence of another unexpected pregnancy were analyzed and compared between the 2 groups. Results Before this accidental abortion, the time of abortions was significantly higher in the elderly group than the childbearing age group (t=6.986, P < 0.001). Although the 2 groups differed in the composition ratio of the 2 contraceptive methods (Chi-square=30.612, P < 0.001), condoms were still the most commonly used method (50.79% vs 72.22%). The implementation rate of immediate and efficient contraception after abortion was obviously higher in the elderly group than the childbearing age group (96.83% vs 90.87%, Chi-square=4.487, P=0.034), but no statistical difference was seen (Chi-square=2.550, P=0.110). The elderly group had higher follow-up rate at 1, 3, and 6 months postoperatively (P < 0.05), higher implementation rate of effective contraceptive measures (P < 0.05) at the time points of follow-up, and lower incidence of unintended pregnancy at 6 months postoperatively (Chi-square=4.845, P=0.028) when compared with the childbearing age group. Conclusion The women over 40 years of age have higher rates of implementation and continued use of high-efficiency contraception after accidental pregnancy, and lower re-unexpected pregnancy than the women of childbearing age. PAC Performance Standards are helpful to the senior women receiving effective and long-acting contraceptive measures immediately after abortion, increasing their continued rate, reducing the rates unintended pregnancy and repeated abortion.

Objective To analyze the decreasing amplitude of left ventricular outflow tract gradient(LVOTG) and its influencing factors after alcohol septal ablation(ASA) in treatment of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy(HOCM). Methods A total of 58 HOCM patients treated by ASA in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2019 were recruited in this study. The changes of echocardiography before and after ASA(a median follow-up period of 34 d) were compared to evaluate the decreasing amplitude of LVOTG after surgery. According to whether the LVOTG was decreased by 50%, the patients were divided into the significant LVOTG decline group(LVOTG decline ≥50%) and the non-significant decline group(LVOTG decline < 50%). The clinical data were compared between the 2 groups. The independent influential factors of significant LVOTG decline were analyzed, and receiver operation characteristic(ROC) curve analysis was also performed for the influencing factors. Results The LVOTG of the 58 patients was decreased from 90.77±33.38 mmHg preoperatively to 46.13±39.31 mmHg(P < 0.05). The interventricular septum thickness, left atrial diameter, mitral regurgitation area and systolic anterior motion were all significantly reduced after surgery (P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that alcohol dose(OR=3.222, 95%CI: 1.345~7.717, P=0.009) was an independent influencing factor of significant LVOTG decline in short term, with the area under curve(AUC) of 0.707(95%CI: 0.573~0.841, P=0.009). Conclusion ASA can effectively reduce LVOTG in HOCM patients. And the higher the alcohol dose is, the more significant the decreasing amplitude is.

The combination of hydraulic cavitation and ozone oxidation improves the removal efficiency of low concentration ammonia nitrogen. Focusing on the treatment of low concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater (about 25mg/L), the study discusses the treatment effect of cavitation combined with different gases (O2, O3) on low concentration ammonia nitrogen. The treatment effect of ozone 3L/min combined with cavitation on ammonia nitrogen is 33.07%. The treatment effect of oxygen (3mg/L) combined with cavitation on ammonia nitrogen was 16.91%. At the same time, the treatment efficiency of ammonia nitrogen at different PH values was compared. When the initial concentration was adjusted from 7 to 10, the treatment efficiency increased from 33.07% to 84.55%. When PH=10, the ammonia nitrogen concentration in water finally dropped to 3.5mg/L, reaching the Chinese first-level emission standard (15mg/L). In addition, the mechanism of treating ammonia nitrogen in water by hydraulic cavitation combined with ozonation was discussed. The results show that ozone combined cavitation is very effective for the treatment of low concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater.

The risk of metro PPP project has the characteristics of complexity and diversity, and the introduction of social capital in the project further aggravates the complexity of metro PPP project. Based on the particularity of metro PPP projects, this paper identifies 27 indicators suitable for the risk research of such projects; the internal relationship between risk indicators is established by using Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), the weight of risk indicators is determined by using analytic network process (ANP), and a risk research model based on ANP is proposed; the risk of metro PPP project is realized according to typical case. The results show that policy is the indicator with both the highest centrality and influence, while geological conditions is the indicator with the highest causality, and the most easily affected factor is construction cost; construction cost and project overdue are the most important indicators among the 27 indicators.

According to the present teaching situation of advanced mathematics course, the blended and dynamic stratified (BDS) teaching model is put forward. The new model integrates various teaching forms, methods and information technology, and carries out stratified teaching dynamically based on the course contents and actual learning situation. And from the resource construction, teaching design and assessment system three aspects of reform, maximize to meet the needs of students flexible learning and personalized development; The teaching practice shows that BDS teaching model is beneficial to the cultivation of students’ mathematical thinking and knowledge application ability.

Since the last IAEA-FEC in 2021, significant progress on the development of long pulse steady state scenario and its related key physics and technologies have been achieved, including the reproducible 403 s long-pulse steady-state H-mode plasma with pure radio frequency (RF) power heating. A thousand-second time scale (∼1056 s) fully non-inductive plasma with high injected energy up to 1.73 GJ has also been achieved. The EAST operational regime of high βP has been significantly extended (H98y2 > 1.3, βP ∼ 4.0, βN ∼ 2.4 and ne/nGW ∼ 1.0) using RF and neutral beam injection (NBI). The full edge localized mode suppression using the n = 4 resonant magnetic perturbations has been achieved in ITER-like standard type-I ELMy H-mode plasmas with q95 ≈ 3.1 on EAST, extrapolating favorably to the ITER baseline scenario. Objectives: According to traditional views, perfectionists are prone to experience shame and guilt. As a relative part of negative body image, body appreciation reflects an appreciation attitude toward physical characteristics, functionality, and health, accepting and appreciating all parts and functions of the body, predicting body-related shame and guilt.Methods: Therefore, body appreciation was examined for its potential mediating role in the relationship between two dimensions of perfectionism (e.g., healthy perfectionism and unhealthy perfectionism) and body-related shame and body-related guilt among 514 females.Results: The results highlight that body appreciation partially mediated the relationship between perfectionism and body-related shame and body-related guilt. Implications for enhancing body appreciation among females between experiencing healthy or unhealthy perfectionism and body-related shame and body-related guilt feelings are discussed.Conclusions: These findings underscore the importance of considering body appreciation in addressing perfectionism dimensions and body-related shame and body-related guilt. Research and clinical implications are also addressed.

Objective To investigate the related factors and risk model prediction of pneumonia in patients with early gastric cancer after ESD. Methods We enrolled 171 patients with early gastric cancer who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) from May 2016 to February 2019. Logistic regression analysis was used to screen independent risk factor of pneumonia in patients with early gastric cancer after ESD. Then, based on the selected independent risk factors, we established a nomogram prediction model and verified the accuracy and predictability of the model. Results Hyperlipidemia, antibacterial usage, ICU treatment or not, swallowing disorder, infiltration depth, oral care and indwelling gastric tube were independent risk factors for pneumonia after ESD. Based on the selected seven independent risk factors, we established a nomogram model to predict the risk of pneumonia after ESD. The validation of the model showed that the predicted values and the observed values were basically consistent, indicating that the nomogram prediction model had a good predictive ability. We used the Bootstrap internal verification method to validate the model. The C-index index was 0.937 (95%CI: 0.929-0.945), indicating that the model had good precision and discrimination. Conclusion For patients with early gastric cancer, timely consideration of hyperlipidemia, antibiotic usage, ICU treatment or not, dysphagia, depth of infiltration, oral care and indwelling gastric tube could improve the diagnostic efficacy for the incidence of pneumonia after ESD.

Objective To evaluate the impact of baseline pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) on cardiac function, left ventricle reverse remodeling and clinical outcomes in patients receiving cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). Methods A total of 73 patients undergoing CRT in our hospital between June, 2014 and December, 2017 were enrolled in this retrospective analysis. According to baseline PASP estimated by echocardiography, the patients were divided into pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) group (PASP≥ 50 mmHg; n=27) and non-pulmonary artery hypertension (NPAH) group (PASP < 50 mmHg; n=46) for comparison of cardiac function, electrocardiogram and echocardiogram at 6 months after CRT. A receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the value of baseline PASP in predicting super-response to CRT. The combined endpoints including all-cause mortality and rehospitalization for heart failure were compared between the 2 groups using Kaplan-Meier analysis. Cox regression models were constructed to analyze the risk factors for long-term prognosis of the patients. Results The 73 patients enrolled included 52 male and 21 female patients at a mean age of 60.32±9.78 years. At 6 months after the operation, the patients in PAH group had significantly poorer improvements in cardiac functions, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) than those in NPAH group (P < 0.05), and showed no obvious improvement in LVEDD (P > 0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that PASP ≤35 mmHg was capable of predicting super-response to CRT with an area under the ROC curve of 0.709 (95%CI: 0.575-0.843, P < 0.05). The patients in PAH group had a higher incidence of combined endpoints than those in NPAH group. PAH (HR=3.64, 95%CI: 1.25-10.61, P < 0.05) and left atrial diameter (HR=1.10, 95%CI: 1.01-1.20, P < 0.05) were independent predictors for the clinical outcomes of the patients. Conclusion Patients with elevated baseline PASP have poorer improvements in cardiac function, left ventricle reverse remodeling and prognosis following CRT than those with normal PASP. A baseline PASP ≤35 mmHg is predictive of super-response to CRT, and PAH and left atrial diameter are independent predictors of the clinical outcomes following CRT.

In order to improve the classification accuracy of No.3 coal seam roof and floor lithology in Sihe mine, the research of wave impedance and gamma ray pseudo acoustic impedance inversion method of dual mode identifications of coal bearing strata lithology of roof and floor were carried out to analysis well logging response characteristics of No.3 coal seam roof and floor lithology.The qualitative analysis results were used to find out the classifications of two kinds of parameters of roof and floor lithology, wave impedance and gamma ray.Combined with the data of No.3 coal seam in Sihe mining area, wave impedance natural gamma cross plot were used to find out the range of wave impedance and gamma quantitatively.Finally, the roof and floor lithology of common coal seam by wave impedance and natural gamma acoustic impedance double mode inversion method could be classified accurately.The results show that compared with the conventional impedance inversion method, the wave impedance and natural gamma pseudo acoustic impedance dual mode inversion method can accurately classify the top and bottom slate of coal seam.

Actin mediates insulin secretion in pancreatic β-cells through remodeling. Hampered by limited resolution, previous studies have offered an ambiguous depiction as depolymerization and repolymerization. We report the in situ structure of actin remodeling in INS-1E β-cells during glucose-stimulated insulin secretion at nanoscale resolution. After remodeling, the actin filament network at the cell periphery exhibits three marked differences: 12% of actin filaments reorient quasi-orthogonally to the ventral membrane; the filament network mainly remains as cell-stabilizing bundles but partially reconfigures into a less compact arrangement; actin filaments anchored to the ventral membrane reorganize from a netlike to a blooming architecture. Furthermore, the density of actin filaments and microtubules around insulin secretory granules decreases, while actin filaments and microtubules become more densely packed. The actin filament network after remodeling potentially precedes the transport and release of insulin secretory granules. These findings advance our understanding of actin remodeling and its role in glucose-stimulated insulin secretion.

according to the characteristics of waxy crystal phase change during waxing process of crude oil, a novel model that was a wide phase transition interface partition model was established, and the equivalent specific heat capacity method was used to deal with latent heat problem. The governing equations for each partition were proposed. Compared with the experimental data, the maximum relative error was 3.41%, and then the model was used to analyze the heat transfer process of oil phase change. The research results can provide important theoretical support for the practical application of overhead pipeline shutdown and maintenance. Aiming at the influence of time-varying and frequency-varying of noise on the signal detection performance in the short wave wide-band channel and the large amount of computation in the channelized receiver model of the traditional low pass filter bank, a cross-channel reconfigurable multi-phase high-efficiency channelization method based on morphological processing is proposed in this paper .Firstly, The wide-band signal is coarsely filtered by the multi-phase structure of the uniform filter bank which is determined by the protection interval between signals, and then the bandwidth and position of the signal are determined by improved morphological operation and threshold decision of the power spectrum. Finally, the sub-band signals across the channel are combined to complete the approximate reconstruction of the sub-signals. Compared with the computational complexity of traditional channelized receiver model, the results show that this method has lower computational complexity. The simulation results show that the method can achieve the approximate constant false alarm rate(CFAR) under the colored noise environment, and has higher detection capability under different signal-to-noise ratios(SNR).
