This paper presents a collaborative planning method of an electricity-gas-storage regional integrated energy system based on LSTM neural network and demand response. First, the LSTM Neural network is used for load forecasting, and the energy hub structure of the electric gas storage system is established. Then, the mathematical models of power storage, gas storage, electric network topology, gas network topology, and P2G are established to minimize the expansion cost of the electricity-gas-storage system, and the collaborative planning of energy storage, power lines, and natural gas pipelines is proposed based on the existing electric gas coupling integrated energy system. The original model which is difficult to solve is transformed into a mixed-integer linear programming model by introducing auxiliary variables, and the CPLEX solver is called to solve it. Finally, the economic advantages of collaborative planning of electricity-gas-storage system are verified by an example, and the connection of power storage and gas storage can reduce system pressure and optimize equipment selection.

The article introduces the mechanism and application of advanced oxidation technology using vacuum ultraviolet radiation (VUV, 254 +185 nm) to degrade pollutants in water using aquatic life oxidizing substances, as well as its application in the water treatment industry. It also includes VUV radiation to produce oxygen or ozone in the air. This article provides an overview of the advantages and limitations of the VUV process, as well as the main factors affecting decolonization. It also looks forward to its possible applications and future development directions in water treatment, providing reference for subsequent research on vacuum ultraviolet organic dye wastewater and proposing research suggestions. Using vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) to activate hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to generate more reactive oxygen species (ROS) for decolonization and removal of dyes. The effects of H2O2 dosage, initial pH value of the solution, and initial dye concentration on the degradation of Acid Red G (ARG) and Rhoda- mine B (RhB) in the system were investigated. The results showed that when the dosage of H2O2 was 3 mmol/L, the decolorization rate of ARG and RhB at 80 mg/L could reach 96.3% and 98.4% respectively at 7 min. The removal rate of ARG and RhB increased with the increase of initial H2O2 concentration, but their promoting effect on the dye was limited when the concentration exceeded 3 mmol/L. The dye decolorization process follows a quasi first order kinetic model. Under acidic conditions, the decolorization and degradation of dyes have higher efficiency, while degradation is inhibited in alkaline environments. The free radical capture experiment and EPR detection results indicate that hydroxyl radicals (⋅ OH) and singlet oxygen (¹O2) are the main ROS, with ⋅ OH accounting for the main role.The presence of inorganic anions (HCO3, Cl-, NO3-, SO42-) can inhibit dye degradation. Through UV visible absorption spectroscopy analysis, it is preliminarily inferred that ARG is first attacked through the benzene ring, followed by the cleavage of azo bonds and naphthalene rings, and then mineralization;RhB mainly involves the destruction of conjugated structures, N-site deethylation, aromatic ring cracking, and mineralization. Background: As an instructional tool, teacher self-disclosure is used widely by teachers. While researchers abroad have conducted a number of studies, scarce literature on teacher self-disclosure has been found. Aims: This study aims to explore the Chinese pre-service teachers' perceived effects of teacher self-disclosure on student learning, teacher-student relationship and classroom communication, and classroom participation. In addition, this study investigated whether gender and major influence the participants' perceptions of effects of teacher self-disclosure. Sample: The participants were 509 pre-service teachers from a northern university and a southeastern university in spring 2007. Method: A self-reported survey was conducted. The Teaching Effects of Teacher Self-Disclosure Scale was administered to the participants. A total of 531 questionnaires were distributed, of which 509 were usable, yielding a response rate of 95.85%. Results: Results showed that Teacher-Student Relationships and Communication (M = 3.86, SD = 0.54), as one dimension of the effects of teacher self-disclosure, received the highest acceptance; Classroom Learning (M = 3.55, SD = 0.59) ranked second; and the Classroom Participation (M = 3.26, SD = 0.61) ranked third. There was no significant difference between male and female pre-service teachers in their perceptions of the effects of teacher self-disclosure. The Chinese pre-service teachers of science majors had significantly higher acceptance on the effects of teacher self-disclosure on classroom participation compared with those of social science majors. Conclusion: The results of this study have important implications to teaching practice and research. It is suggested that teachers should pay attention to the use of teacher self-disclosure. Background: Transient receptor potential (TRP) channels are widely expressed in the mammals. However, the functions of canonical TRP (TRPC) in inflammatory responses are largely unknown. The present study was focused on the effect of canonical TRP5 (TRPC5) channel on the polarization of macrophage to an M1 phenotype. Methods: Polarization of macrophages was studied in TRPC5 knockout (TRPC5–/–) mice and in Raw264.7, a mouse macrophage cell line. Indicators of M1 type polarized macrophage were measured in the aorta of mice. Inhibition of TRPC5 in macrophages was achieved by the administration of ML204 (a non-selective TRPC5 antagonist) or the silencing of the TRPC5 gene with short hairpin RNA. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was used to stimulate Raw264.7 cells to an M1 type polarization. Proinflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-1β, and IL-6 were measured in mice or cells, and protein expressions of Akt, phosphorylated (p)-Akt, IκBα, p-IκBα, and NF-κB were analyzed in Raw264.7 cells. Results: In TRPC5–/– mice the number of M1 type polarization of macrophages infiltrating into the aortic walls were significantly increased. The serum levels of inflammatory cytokines, TNF-α and IL-6 were also increased. Furthermore, after treated with ML204 or silenced the gene of TRPC5, the releases of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 from lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 cells were significantly increased. Meanwhile, phosphorylations of Akt and IκBα were upregulated, and the shift of NF-κB from the cytoplasm to nucleus was markedly enhanced. Conclusion: The activation of TRPC5 may inhibit the polarization of macrophage to an M1 phenotype by regulating Akt/IκB/NF-κB signaling pathways. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
