Abstract

A new method of computing 1D projections from a 2D time-domain signal is reported. This uses a new numerical method extending the filter diagonalization method (FDM). This results in a decoupled-proton spectrum and an estimate of the corresponding multiplet for each decoupled signal. It avoids problems with 2D line shapes and time-frequency uncertainties, and good results are achieved with just four t1 increments.
