Actuality.Currently, the hospitality industry, including the hospitality industry, is dynamically growing and becoming an important component of the national economy. The potentially high return on relatively low initial investment makes the investment attractiveness of the hotel business to investors. When creating hotels, investors should determine the legal form of business management, develop an organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management, which will allow maintaining and strengthening the firm’s stable position in the competitive market, to meet the needs of consumers, to adequately and promptly respond to changes in the environment and to develop steadily. The subject of the researchis the peculiarities of choosing the optimal legal form of management in the hotel business. The purpose of the studyis to determine the factors influencing the choice of legal forms of entrepreneurship in the hotel business. Research methods.The research was conducted by working out acts of Ukrainian legislation, scientific publications on hotel management, statistics data, and expert assessments. Results. The main theoretical and practical results that determine the novelty and practical significance of the study are to determine the legal form of business as one of the key elements in the effective management of the hotel. Conclusions and Discussion. It is established that the organizational and economic mechanism of management and in particular the legal form of entrepreneurship is one of the important factors for ensuring the long-term competitiveness of hotels. The choice of the optimal legal form of entrepreneurship depends on the scale of the business and other factors.

Актуальність. Сьогодні під впливом процесів урбанізації зростає значення і роль мегаполісів, міських агломерацій у розселенні людства, в економічній, культурній, соціальній сферах тощо. Ефективне управління сучасним мегаполісом, який є метрополією по відношенню до прилеглих територій, має бути спрямованим на забезпечення мешканцям і гостям міста комфортних умов для проживання, роботи, культури і спорту, відпочинку і рекреації. Сфера гостинності, що включає заклади готельно-ресторанного і туристичного бізнесу є важливим і необхідним елементом функціонування мегаполісу.Предметом дослідження є проблеми управління метрополіями, розвиток сфери гостинності у великих містах.Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні напрямів вдосконалення управління метрополіями та ролі сфери гостинності у розвитку сучасних великих міст.Методи дослідження. Дослідження проводилося шляхом опрацювання актів Європейської комісії, наукових публікацій з питань урбанізації, управління метрополіями, розвитку сфери гостинності у великих містах, даних статистики, експертних оцінок.Результати. Основні теоретичні і практичні результати, що визначають новизну і практичну значущість дослідження полягають у визначенні сфери гостинності як одного з ключових елементів в ефективному управлінні метрополіями та особливостей розвитку готельно-ресторанного і туристичного бізнесу у великих містах.Висновки та обговорення. Встановлено, що діяльність закладів сфери гостинності сприяє соціально-економічному розвитку метрополій. Hospitality, including the hotel-restaurant and tourism businesses is an important and necessary element in the functioning of the metropolis.The subject of the research is the management of metropolises, the development of the hospitality industry in large cities.The purpose of the study is to identify areas for improving metropolitan management and the role of the hospitality industry in the development of modern large cities.Research methods. The study has been carried out by studying European Commission acts, scientific publications on urbanization, management of metropolises, hospitality development in big cities, statistics, expert assessments.Results. The main theoretical and practical results that determine the novelty and practical significance of the study consist in defining the hospitality sector as one of the key elements in the effective management of metropolises, as well as features of the development of the hotel-restaurant and tourism business in large cities.Conclusions and discussions. It has been established that the activity of hospitality enterprises contributes to the socio-economic metropolis development. In turn, the concentration of demand for hotel, restaurant and tourist services in big cities contributes to the success of hospitality enterprises.

Relevance of the research.The article presents the results of the study at the state and prospects of the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine in the current political and socioeconomic conditions.The subjectof the study is the dynamics of hotel and restaurant business development in Ukraine and its regions.The aimof the article is, firstly, to determine the main factors influencing the efficiency of the functioning of hotels and restaurants, and secondly, the formulation of practical recommendations on this basis, aimed at the dynamic development in the industry.Methodology of investigationconsists in the elaboration of legislation in Ukraine, scientific publications on the hotels and restaurants activities, data of state statistics, expert assessments of managers of enterprises of the hospitality industry.The main resultsof the article are the essence and mechanism of the influence in various factors on the development of the domestic hotel and restaurant business are revealed.Conclusions. The research has shown that a significant reduction in solvent demand for hotel and restaurant services in the current crisis is a major challenge for the hospitality industry. The regional features of the hotel and restaurant activity are analyzed. The conditions for the dynamic growth of the hospitality sector, in particular the growth of real incomes, business activity, and the restoration of tourist flows, are determined. An important factor in the development of hotel and restaurant business is the deepening of the international integration in Ukraine with the countries of the European Union. The article proposes the creation of a mechanism for effective partnership between enterprises of the hospitality industry, leading universities and the state (local governments), which will facilitate the introduction of innovations, attract investments in the development of the industry, the creation of new jobs in hotels and restaurants.&nbsp

Актуальність. В статті наведені результати дослідження стану і перспектив розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу України в сучасних політичних та соціально-економічних умовах. Предметом дослідження є динаміка розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в Україні та її регіонах. Мета дослідження полягає, по-перше, у визначенні основних чинників впливу на ефективність функціонування готелів і ресторанів, по-друге, формулюванні на цій базі практичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на динамічний розвиток галузі. Методи дослідження. Дослідження проводилося шляхом опрацювання законодавства України, наукових публікацій з питань діяльності готелів і ресторанів, даних державної статистики, експертних оцінок керівників підприємств індустрії гостинності. Головні результати і висновки. В результаті дослідження розкрито сутність та механізм впливу різноманітних чинників на розвиток вітчизняного готельно-ресторанного бізнесу. Дослідження показало, що значне скорочення платоспроможного попиту на послуги готелів і ресторанів в нинішніх кризових умовах є головною проблемою для розвитку галузі гостинності. Проаналізовані регіональні особливості діяльності готелів і ресторанів. Визначені передумови динамічного зростання галузі гостинності, зокрема зростання реальних доходів населення, ділової активності, відновлення туристичних потоків. Важливим чинником розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу є поглиблення міжнародної інтеграції України з країнами Євросоюзу. В статті запропоновано створення механізму дієвого партнерства підприємств індустрії гостинності, провідних університетів та держави (органів місцевого самоврядування), що сприятиме запровадженню інновацій, залученню інвестицій у розвиток галузі, утворенню в готелях і ресторанах нових робочих місць., Актуальность. The article presents the study results of the labor migration impact on the social and economic development of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to identify the opportunities and threats associated with labor migration and to formulate mechanisms that will facilitate the integration of the domestic labor market into the EU labor market. The study was conducted through the processing of the Ukrainian legislation, as well as international conventions of other normative acts, scientific publications on labor relations and migration, data of state statistics. As a result of the study, the reasons for the intensification of labor migration, the main areas of employment of the Ukrainians abroad are determined. The research showed that the main reason for labor migration is the lack of jobs and low wages. The common risks of migrant workers labor and social rights violation, such as informal employment, discrimination in wages, etc. are analyzed. The research identified opportunities and threats for migrants and society caused by the labor migration. More over, working abroad allows an individual not only to improve the financial position, but also to get new knowledge anf obtain professional skills, thus, increasing his own value in the labor market. The labor and social rights protection mechanism of the Ukrainians working abroad is offered. Further wage level increase, the development of small and medium-sized businesses, and the vocational training quality improvement will contribute to minimizing the possible negative consequences of labor migration for the society. The implementation of the mechanisms proposed in the article will contribute to the integration of the Ukrainian labor market into the EU’s single labor market, allowing Ukrainian citizens to equal successfully realization of their professional and career ambitions both in their own country and abroad.

У статті наведено результати дослідження впливу трудової міграції на соціально-економічний розвиток України. Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні можливостей та загроз, пов’язаних із трудовою міграцією, та формулюванні механізмів, що сприятимуть інтеграції вітчизняного ринку праці з ринком праці ЄС. Дослідження проводилося шляхом опрацювання законодавства України, міжнародних конвенцій інших нормативних актів, наукових публікацій з питань трудових відносин і міграції, даних державної статистики. Головні результати і висновки. У результаті дослідження визначені причини, що обумовлюють активізацію трудової міграції, основні сфери зайнятості українців за кордоном. Дослідження показало, що головною причиною трудової міграції є брак робочих місць, низький рівень оплати праці. Проаналізовані поширені ризики порушення трудових і соціальних прав трудових мігрантів, такі як неофіційне працевлаштування, дискримінація в оплаті праці тощо. Визначені можливості та загрози, що відкриває трудова міграція для мігрантів і суспільства. Для людини робота за кордоном дозволяє, крім покращення фінансового стану, отримати нові знання, професійні навички досвід і, таким чином, підвищити власну вартість на ринку праці. Запропоновано механізм захисту трудових і соціальних прав українців, що працюють за кордоном. Мінімізації можливих негативних наслідків трудової міграції для суспільства сприятиме подальше зростання рівня оплати праці, розвиток малого і середнього бізнесу, покращення якості професійної підготовки. Реалізація запропонованих у статті механізмів сприятиме інтеграції українського ринку праці з єдиним ринком праці ЄС, що дозволить громадянам України однаково успішно реалізовувати свої професійні і кар’єрні амбіції як у власній країні, так і за кордоном., В статье приводятся результаты исследования влияния трудовой миграции на социально-экономическое развитие Украины. Основные результаты и выводы. В результате исследования определены причины, обусловливающие трудовую миграцию, основные сферы занятости украинцев за границей. Исследование показало, что главной причиной трудовой миграции является дефицит рабочих мест, низкий уровень оплаты труда. Проанализированы распространенные риски нарушения трудовых и социальных прав трудовых мигрантов, такие как неофициальное трудоустройство, дискриминация в оплате труда и т. д. Определены возможности и угрозы трудовой миграции для мигрантов и общества. Человеку работа за границей позволяет, кроме улучшения финансового положения, получить новые знания, профессиональные умения и опыт и, таким образом, повысить собственную стоимость на рынке труда. Предложен механизм защиты трудовых и социальных прав украинцев, работающих за границей. Минимизации возможных негативных последствий трудовой миграции будет способствовать дальнейшее повышение уровня оплаты труда, развитие малого и среднего бизнеса, улучшение качества профессиональной подготовки.
