Abstract

The performance of a relaxation oscillating superconducting quantum interference device (ROS) fabricated using the Nb/AlOx/Nb Josephson tunnel junction technique was evaluated. The flux-to-frequency relationship of the ROS was measured and compared with the theoretical curve derived from the flux-to-maximum-current relationship. Results indicate that an ROS with tunnel junctions is more stable and operates at higher frequencies than those composed of nanobridges.

Abstract

The proximity effects in superconducting wire bonding was investigated. The so-called proximity effect takes place when the supercurrent running through a superconductor-normal-superconductor wire bonding structure is reduced by a thick metal. Experimental measurements of the current voltage characteristics of the superconducting wire bond were conducted. The obtained results were consistent with that of other bonding techniques.

Abstract

The design and fabrication of a multichannel direct current superconducting quantum interference device (DC SQUID) system for biomagnetic applications are described. The system uses a highly-sensitive square-shaped double washer type DC SQUID and a planar figure-8 pick-up coil which acts as a first-order gradiometer. Experimental measurements reveal the excellent performance of each unit of the system.

Abstract

研究開発の評価事例は、研究成果としての評価を生徒のアンケート調査で示していることが多い。アンケート調査は、研究成果の効力感を生徒がどのように感じているかという数値は出るが、あくまで生徒の実感としての意識を述べたもので、研究の目的が真に達成されたかどうかを評価するには不十分である。そこで、教育学部と連携しながら、できるだけ客観的な評価を実施するための研究を専門の部署を設けて行った。生徒の効力感をアンケート調査の数値で表現するという評価だけでなく、多面的に評価を行う際のポイントや評価基準のあり方について、教育学部の先生や大学院生と現場の教師がともに考え、現場で使える成果を示す取り組みを行った。, 国立情報学研究所で電子化したコンテンツを使用している。

Abstract

高校1年では、生徒の問題設定、問題解決を支援するために、今年度は「問い」を重点項目に学習活動を設定した。具体的には年度初頭2度のワークショップを通して、個人テーマを設定し、調べ学習を進める際必要な問いの立て方を学んだ。また、フィールドワークでの質問練習の場として、テーマ発表会や中間発表会の場で、互いに質問をしあう機会を設けた。年間の学習活動の結果、自身の問題設定や問題解決の過程に対する意識が高まり、具体的な改善点が指摘できるようになった生徒が現れた。, 国立情報学研究所で電子化したコンテンツを使用している。
