This study aims to analyze the use of optimal strategy or planning for Walmart so that it can organize well. Walmart implemented a vendor-managed inventory model used by suppliers to access data from the company's system. Another Walmart strategy was to form an application that always provides information about sales data and reloads stock in the storage sector. This study proposed a supply chain system that uses the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. Mathematical understanding is one of the five essential skills in learning mathematics. It is essential to develop this mathematical understanding ability to solve problems in real life by applying the mathematics they understand. This study aimed to find out how the mathematical understanding ability of Tuton students in the Statistics Method class at the Open University was determined. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The instruments used to collect data are in the form of tests of mathematical understanding abilities and documentation. One of the measurements for evaluating time series forecasting performances is the mean square error (MSE). This paper proposes an algorithm to find the smallest MSE. To capture the four components of the time series data (namely, seasonal variation, trend variation, cyclical variation, and random variation), the exponential smoothing method was used. This method uses three factors for smoothing where the data are the smoothing factor, 0 < α < 1, the trend smoothing factor, 0 < γ < 1, and the seasonal change smoothing factor, 0 < β < 1. First, all possible combination values of smoothing factors will be generated to one decimal digit. The lack of comprehension of students' mathematical ideas spurred this study's application of a learning strategy that can enhance that knowledge, namely Matematika GASING (Gampang, Asyik, dan Menyenangkan) learning. This study aims to investigate the description of increasing the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students who learn to use Matematika GASING learning. The method used is the descriptive quantitative research method. The subjects used were five students from different schools: two students from SMP Negeri 2 Pagedangan, two students from SMP Negeri 3 Ambon, and a student from SMP Negeri 8 South Tangerang. These subjects were given the treatment of online Matematika GASING learning. The instrument used in this study was a test for understanding mathematical concepts given through a pretest and post-test. The research data obtained were then calculated and described to conclude. The results of this study indicate that there is no increase in the ability to understand mathematical concepts by learning Matematika GASING online. This research is motivated by the large demands of the time that have entered the industrial revolution 4.0 era. Students are required to have 6C skills including communication, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, citizenship/culture, and character education/connectivity. However, the lessons in schools have not fully focused on 6C skills. So that 6C skills need to be developed in schools through teaching materials and learning processes. This study is aimed to examine: 1) the authentic situation of teaching carried out by the teacher, including front-end situation, concept situation, task situation, specifying instructional objectives situation- and 2) the situation of students in terms of general characteristic, specific entry competencies, and learning style. The research method used is the descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research respondents are teachers and students of grade 12th in Natural Science major in SMA Islamic Village, Tangerang County, Banten, Indonesia. The research instrument consists of documents, as well as questionnaire sheets and interview guidelines that have been validated by experts. The questionnaire is compiled based on the Likert Scale with 4 answer choices. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, in the form of Mean (M), Standard Deviation (SD), and percentage for the questionnaire result, and verbal analysis for the interview and the document results. The result of this study is 1) The teacher's teaching process is good, with a total percentage of 73.5%, but in the learning process the teaching materials used by teachers in mathematics learning (probability material) do not contain the 6C elements and interactive yet; 2) Students need media in the mathematics learning process. As many as 89.29% of students stated that they required interactive media in learning, especially probability material, to help students understand abstract material and reasoning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of teachers' abilities in preparing national assessment questions. The research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were junior high school teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The sample in this study was 40 junior high school teachers in mathematics studies. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the ability of teachers to prepare national assessment questions is in a good category. It is shown that almost 80% of the teachers who are the sample can compile national assessment questions from the domains of numbers, algebra, geometry and measurement, statistics, and probability. Learn-ing with an inquiry approach and a scientific approach can be an effort to support student learning outcomes. This study investigated whether there was a difference in the average learning outcomes of junior high school students who re-ceived learning using an inquiry approach with students who received learning using a scientific approach. The research method used is quantitative research. The design used is quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent posttest control group design type. The population in this study were all students in grades VII 1 – VII 4 at SMP Atisa Dipamkara with the research sample being class VII 1 as a class with an inquiry learning approach and class VII 2 as a class with a scien-tific learning approach. This study aims to investigate the influence of principal leadership and organizational commitment on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative research and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Purposive sampling was used with a group of 100 mathematics teachers from Salatiga's State Junior High Schools. This research employs a multiple linear regression model to determine the magnitude of the independent variable's effect (principal leadership and job satisfaction) on the dependent variable (teacher performance). The findings indicated that principal leadership had a positive impact on teacher performance. Job satisfaction had a positive effect on teacher performance. Mathematical problem-solving skills are needed in various aspects of life because of their relationship when making decisions that are most effective in solving problems. Learning with the Model-Eliciting Activities (MEAs) approach can be an effort to support students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the increase in mathematical problem-solving abilities of students who received learning with the MEAs approach was higher than conventional learning and the attitudes of students who received learning with the MEAs approach. The research method used is experimental research using a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The research population is the seventh-grade students of SMP Parigi, South Tangerang. The research sample was class VII.5 as the experimental group and class VII.3 as the control group. Sampling was done by convenience sampling technique. The instrument used is a problem-solving ability test. The Mann-Whitney test on the final data showed that the increase in the experimental group's n-change data was greater than that of the control group. Or it could be said that the increase in the mathematical solving ability of the experimental group students was greater than the control group and the experimental group students showed a positive attitude towards learning. This study aims to produce and develop learning media based on Android applications and Arduino microcontrollers which are named "Sapta Maino Education". The development of learning media based on Sapta Maino Education is done to be able to attract students motivation in learning, especially the material to build flat side spaces. In addition to that, learning can adjust technological developments and teachers are expected to be able to spur creativity in making learning media that follows the development of the era. This research uses research and development methods with the ADDIE development model. The data collection method uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Validation involves two material experts and two media experts, then a trial run on students. The results of this study are in the form of learning media based on Sapta Maino Education consisting of Android and Arduino LED Cube applications. The results of the assessment of media experts got a percentage of 89.4%. Material experts 86.21%., And the percentage of respondents or students amounted to 89.4%. All three are included in the "very decent/very good" category. The results of the study have the disadvantage that the material is only limited to the material Cubes and Beams. Based on the results of the assessment by media experts, material experts and usage tests by respondents, it can be concluded that learning media based on Sapta Maino Education is very feasible to use.
