ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of a wild mushroom poisoning event in Qinhuangdao City, identify the species of poisonous mushroom, summarize the experience of investigation and treatment, and put forward prevention and control measures, and provide reference for the treatment and prevention of wild mushroom poisoning patients.MethodsThe poisoning events were analyzed by using the method of epidemiological investigation, morphological identification and mushroom toxin detection.ResultsFour villagers in Qinhuangdao city had nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, sweating and shivering after eating wild mushrooms. Patients were treated with vomiting, gastric lavage, atropine and other symptomatic treatment in the hospital, and the prognosis of the patients was good. After morphological identification and toxin detection, it was determined that food poisoning caused by mushroom of inocybe.ConclusionThis is the first reported poisoning event caused by mushroom of inocybe in Hebei Province. The reason of poisoning was misguided by the Internet and poor self-awareness of food safety. Therefore, publicity and education should be strengthened, enhancing the awareness to prevent the poisoning of wild mushroom.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of composite resin inlays in repairing large areas of primary mo⁃ lar defects after root canal treatment to provide a reference for the restoration of carious primary molars. Methods Thirty⁃eight primary molars of 32 children were selected as the research objects. Indirect restoration with composite res⁃ in inlays was performed after root canal therapy. The clinical efficacy was evaluated in terms of five indices, including restoration retention, marginal integrity, gingival status, anatomical morphology and secondary caries, according to the modified USHPS evaluation criteria, at 6, 12 and 18 months after restoration. Results During the 18⁃month follow⁃up period, 36 of the 38 teeth were successfully restored, and all the evaluated items reached grade A or B. Six months after the repair, one prosthesis had fallen off, resulting in a success rate of 97.37% (37/38). The success rate remained 97.37% (37/38) 12 months after the repair; 18 months after the repair, another prosthesis had failed(Marginal integrity and anatomical morphology were grade C), reducing the success rate to 94.74% (36/38). There was no significant differ⁃ ence in the success rate of resin inlay repair at 6, 12 or 18 months (c2＝0.518, P＝0.772). Conclusion Composite res⁃ in inlay restoration is an alternative method for repairing primary molars with large defects after root canal treatment.

To study the deformation and stress of ring-flexspline in harmonic gear under actual working conditions,an interference fit model is applied to solve the problem of assembling between the wave generator and flexspline with large deformation. Further more experiments are performed to test the validity of this method. Then the finite element numerical calculations of the whole harmonic gear are obtained under no-load and rated load on the base of the model. At last,the deformation and stress distributions law of flexspline in the no-load and load are analyzed by data processing. The results show that the stress distribution of the flexspline has its minor value along the neutral layer of flexspline ring,and the maximum stress is located on the tooth root which mainly is tangential. The deformation and stress increment of flexspline under rated load are0. 46% and 93. 6% respectively relative to the no-load. It also shows that the load has little effect on flexspline deformation,but a strong influence on its stress. The finite element analysis results which fit well with related literature calculations proved that the interference fit model is effective,so it can provide a more precise method to study harmonic gear drive in accordance with the actual working conditions.

Lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA) is highly expressed in various tumors. However, the role of LDHA in the pathogenesis of B‐cell lymphoma remains unclear. Analysis of data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype‐Tissue Expression (GTEx) databases revealed an elevated LDHA expression in diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBC) tissues compared with normal tissues. Similarly, our results demonstrated a significant increase in LDHA expression in tumor tissues from the patients with B‐cell lymphoma compared with those with lymphadenitis. To further elucidate potential roles of LDHA in B‐cell lymphoma pathogenesis, we silenced LDHA in the Raji cells (a B‐cell lymphoma cell line) using shRNA techniques. Silencing LDHA led to reduced mitochondrial membrane integrity, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, glycolytic activity, cell viability and invasion. Notably, LDHA knockdown substantially suppressed in vivo growth of Raji cells and extended survival in mice bearing lymphoma (Raji cells). Moreover, proteomic analysis identified feline sarcoma‐related protein (FER) as a differential protein positively associated with LDHA expression. Treatment with E260, a FER inhibitor, significantly reduced the metabolism, proliferation and invasion of Raji cells. In summary, our findings highlight that LDHA plays multiple roles in B‐cell lymphoma pathogenesis via FER pathways, establishing LDHA/FER may as a potential therapeutic target. Objective: This study aimed to determine the likelihood of hyperglycemia postpartum in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and to identify the predictors., Methods: The retrospective cohort study involved 1 527 GDM patients who delivered at Peking University First Hospital from 1 January 2021, to 31 December 2021. According to the blood glucose level of postpartum oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), women were divided into a normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group and a hyperglycemia group, and their characteristics and risk factors of hyperglycemia were compared., Results: The prevalence of hyperglycemia was 33.9% (184/543) at 6-12 weeks postpartum. Compared with the NGT group, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) of hyperglycemia group increased significantly during pregnancy and postpartum, the OGTT 1h postprandial glucose (PG) and 2hPG increased in the second trimester of pregnancy, the triglyceride (TG) increased in the first trimester of pregnancy and postpartum, the triglyceride glucose (TyG) index increased in the first trimester of pregnancy and postpartum, and the total cholesterol (TCHO) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) decreased in the second trimester ( p  < 0.05). Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) in the first trimester [odds ratio (OR) = 3.583, p  < 0.001], OGTT 2hPG in the second trimester (OR = 1.604, p  < 0.001), the TyG index in the first trimester (OR = 1.863, p  = 0.045) and FPG in third trimester (OR = 1.985, p  = 0.024) were independent risk factors for postpartum hyperglycemia., Conclusions: Approximately one-third of women with GDM have hyperglycemia 6-12 weeks after delivery. FPG and the TyG index in the first trimester, OGTT 2hPG in the second trimester and FPG in third trimester are risk factors for postpartum hyperglycemia.
