Developing learning tools is a skill that a teacher needs to master. In this case, learning English requires material appropriate to real-life, called Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) so that the language mastered by students is the language that is applied in everyday life, including the use of songs. Although many studies have explored songs for English language learning, the integration of Islamic songs in English classroom activities has not been widely discussed. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the viewsand practice of prospective English teachers on the integration of Islamic songs. The method used is a qualitative approach involving analyzing online interviews and teaching module documents prepared by prospective teachers. The results show that the consideration for selecting songs expressed by the prospective teacher is based on three orientations, namely pedagogical, psychological, and cultural. Regarding the worksheet design, participants prefer giving fill-in-the-blank format as the main assessment in measuring students' level of understanding. This research implies that CLT is good for EFL class, so the pedagogical knowledge possessed by prospective teachers need to be fostered, particularly in selecting the appropriate content of the song and adjusting it to create various communicative and meaningful activities for EFL learners.

Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari hari sehingga perlu untuk diajarkan sedari kecil. Penilaian kemampuan matematika dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan Trend in Intenational Mathematic Science Study (TIMSS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kognitif matematika Siswa kelas homogen di SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Redeb saat mengerjakan soal TIMSS materi bilangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VIII homogen di SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Redeb, sedangkan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis berupa 20 soal TIMSS uraian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistic deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan Siswa menjawab benar yaitu untuk kognitif pengetahuan dengan persentase 58%, kognitif penerapan dengan persentase 43% dan kognitif penalaran dengan persentase 20%. Berdasarkan hasil data tes tertulis dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk kemampuan Siswa dominan tinggi pada kognitif pengetahuan sedangkan kemampuan Siswa dominan rendah pada kognitif penalaran.

The method that the observer uses is the method of directly observing the state of affairs in the field. Then conduct interviews with several parties related to ship launching and library study methods, namely by reviewing notes and reports that have to do with the launching of the ship with relevant sources. Then data processing is carried out to obtain control of the potential dangers and consequences that have been known so that it is hoped that potential hazards that cause injuries and material losses can be minimized. The result of this observation is that the control that has been carried out does not eliminate the danger completely, but minimizes the consequences of the potential dangers that exist from the ship launching process.

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic, present in Indonesia for 17 months, has significantly impacted mental health, especially in individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Studies in Europe reported a 17.9% to 60.3% increase in OCD symptom severity. Notably, no research in Indonesia has explored the pandemic’s effects on OCD patients. Lockdown measures in Indonesia may exacerbate symptoms, but some OCD patients benefit, finding relief from societal stigmatization and the opportunity to advise others on infection prevention. This review aims to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on OCD patients in Indonesia and discuss potential management strategies. Methods: We conducted a comprehensive literature search, identifying studies, articles, and reports relevant to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on OCD patients in Indonesia. These sources were critically evaluated to provide a comprehensive overview. Results: This review reveals that the pandemic poses unique challenges to OCD patients in Indonesia. Lockdown measures may worsen symptoms, although some patients find relief from societal stigmatization. OCD patients can play a valuable role in advising others on infection prevention. Telemedicine, especially CBT, and medication adherence tools are crucial for effective management. Conclusion: The COVID-19 pandemic affects OCD patients in Indonesia in various ways. It is essential to recognize how lockdown measures impact symptom severity and the opportunities for patients to contribute positively to society. Telemedicine and medication adherence tools are valuable for managing OCD during the pandemic. Addressing the needs of OCD patients and implementing effective strategies for their care during COVID-19 is essential in Indonesia.

Di era Internet of Things (IoT) yang semakin berkembang, Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) berperan penting dalam menghubungkan perangkat, memfasilitasi pertukaran data, dan menghemat sumber daya. Namun, WSN masih menghadapi tantangan operasional, seperti pengumpulan data sensor yang luas, operasional dengan energi terbatas, dan adaptasi dengan dinamika lingkungan yang berubah. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi protokol Ad hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) bersama ESP-NOW pada mikrokontroler ESP32, dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan efisiensi operasional WSN. Metode pengujian yang digunakan melibatkan pengujian dalam berbagai kondisi WSN, baik untuk node statis maupun dinamis, di lingkungan dengan dan tanpa hambatan fisik, untuk mengevaluasi kinerja AODV secara menyeluruh. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan komunikasi antar-node sebesar 86,6%, menandakan potensi signifikan dari integrasi ESP32 dan ESP-NOW dalam implementasi AODV di WSN. Penelitian ini penting karena membantu dalam mengatasi tantangan operasional dalam Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) yang merupakan bagian integral dari IoT, dan kontribusinya terletak pada pengembangan dan implementasi protokol AODV dengan ESP-NOW pada ESP32, yang berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi dan adaptabilitas WSN, sehingga mendukung perkembangan dan peningkatan aplikasi IoT di masa depan. Abstract In the rapidly evolving era of the Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) play a crucial role in connecting devices, facilitating data exchange, and conserving resources. However, WSNs continue to face operational challenges, such as extensive sensor data collection, limited energy operation, and adaptation to changing environmental dynamics. This study examines the implementation of the Ad hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) protocol in conjunction with ESP-NOW on the ESP32 microcontroller, primarily aiming to enhance the operational efficiency of WSNs. The testing methodology employed involves trials under various WSN conditions, for both static and dynamic nodes, in environments with and without physical obstacles, to comprehensively evaluate the performance of AODV. The results show a successful inter-node communication rate of 86.6%, indicating the significant potential of integrating ESP32 and ESP-NOW in the AODV implementation within WSNs. This research is important as it helps in addressing the operational challenges in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), which are an integral part of IoT, and its contribution lies in the development and implementation of the AODV protocol with ESP-NOW on ESP32, which has the potential to enhance the efficiency and adaptability of WSNs, thereby supporting the development and improvement of IoT applications in the future.

Bimbingan dari pelatih juga memiliki peran dalam mencapai prestasi tersebut. Kualitas atlet merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan atlet. Pekan Olahraga Pelajar Daerah (POPDA) menjadi ajang dalam pembinaan dan pembibitan atlet pelajar yang berpotensi. Kota Surakarta mengalami peningkatan prestasi setiap tahunnya. Keberhasilan atlet dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti kualitas atlet, kualifikasi dan intensitas pelatih, program dan jadwal latihan, serta kompetisi dan sarana prasarana yang tersedia. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pentingnya prestasi atlet dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya, termasuk pembinaan atlet, dukungan sosial, dan sistem regulasi. Studi penelitian menggunakan Pekan Olahraga Pelajar Daerah (POPDA) di Kota Surakarta sebagai ajang pembinaan atlet pelajar di tingkat provinsi dan nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan data tentang prestasi olahraga pelajar oleh Dispora Kota Surakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Dispora melakukan seleksi dalam merekrut atlet, memiliki program Kelas Khusus Olahraga (KKO), dan bekerja sama dengan guru olahraga. Pelatih dengan lisensi atau sertifikat, menjadi faktor penting dalam pembinaan atlet. Keberhasilan atlet POPDA Kota Surakarta didukung oleh sarana prasarana yang berkualitas, pemberian insentif, dan reward. Fasilitas yang memadai merupakan sumber daya penting dalam pembinaan atlet Kota Surakarta, dan perlu dilakukan peningkatan pengelolaannya sesuai dengan standar nasional yang berlaku.

Law No. 11/2006 on the Government of Aceh (Aceh Government Law) has mandated Aceh Qanun No. 11/2018 on ShariaFinancial Institutions. A thorough and integrated regulatory infrastructure must support the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions. The Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions regulates that all Sharia Financial Institutions operating in Aceh must transition from the conventional to the Sharia system. However, in reality, many norms still need to be synchronised with national rules so that Sharia Financial Institutions do not run optimally. This study aims to map and harmonise legal issues and purification of Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions in the future. The method used is normative juridical with a qualitative approach and uses secondary data. The study found that first, the mapping of Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions still has articles that overlap and need to be more technical with the inclusion of the year that has passed. In addition, an article includes administrative sanctions that are not implemented. Then, there are ambiguous norms that cause multiple interpretations. Second, Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions needs harmonisation with higher laws and regulations. In addition, several Governor and Regent Regulations and other technical rules are required to maximise the implementation. Third, purification is needed by revising articles that overlap with the rules above and harmonising them with national regulations in Islamic finance.

Bahan ajar merupakan salah satu unsur dari perangkat ajar yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan dari suatu pembelajaran, terutama pembelajaran di SD. Namun di SDN 004 sambutan yang terletak di kota Samarinda, beberapa gurunya masih bingung dan mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun bahan ajar berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN 004 Sambutan, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap guru dalam penyusunan bahan ajar berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifiaksi masalah, perencanaan, pengembangan materi, pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pendampingan penyusunan bahan ajar berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) adalah 1) guru SDN 004 Sambutan dapat memahami bahan ajar Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS); 2) guru SDN 004 Sambutan dapat menyusun bahan ajar berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) dengan baik dan benar. Adapun hasil evaluasi dari peserta terkait kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah sangat positif, begitu juga dari segi kebermanfaatan materi yang diberikan.

Purpose: The study aimed to determine the effects of corporate social responsibility, strategi manajemen, dan green human capital on financial performance. Methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative approach with a positivism paradigm. The population is all issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, totaling 712 companies. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with a total observation (N) of 936 companies. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the SPSS tool. Findings: Management strategy and green human capital affect financial performance. Management strategy can increase competitive advantage which has an impact on financial performance. Information from corporate social responsibility activities is not affect financial performance. Practical and Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research contributes to confirming resources based view theory and provides additional empirical evidence regarding the affect of corporate social responsibility, management strategy, and green human capital on financial performance and broadens generalizations. Strategic decision making and management strategy determination must be directed at creating a unique competitive advantage and commitment to human resource management.

Young people are the buds, potential, and generation that will carry forward the ideals of the nation and state in the future. Children must undergo character development, which is a process that involves actions taken to live a worthy life. The character of a country determines how far the country can progress. Children need proper education to develop good character. Becoming better begins with knowledge, which also helps a person to distance themselves from negative traits such as acts of corruption. Corruption is the act of abusing trust in an organization or in something to benefit oneself. Corruption is behavior that can hurt many aspects of people's lives, including income, poverty, and economic growth. This can also cause several problems resulting in significant losses for the country. Therefore, efforts are needed to eradicate corruption, especially for children who are still in elementary school. Give children a definition of corruption and teach them the importance of respecting authority figures. This research aims to teach Indonesian citizen children in Kampung Pandan Malaysia that moral qualities can protect a person from negative things, such as corruption.

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to find out the role of womenpreneurship and the influence of ecopreneurship on the marketing performance of MSMEs through implementing the Entrepreneurial Marketing model. Methodology – The population are women who have eco-friendly SMEs in Sumatra. The sample was 50 womenpreneurs who own SMEs, which was obtained by purposive sampling. The criteria set by the researchers are: 1) women entrepreneurs who own MSMEs; 2) SMEs are eco-friendly. The data analysis is used SEM PLS. Findings – This study shows that ecopreneurship managed by women affects marketing performance only through Market Orientation and innovation. Entrepreneurial Orientation and value creation do not affect marketing performance. Originality/Novelty – Providing a new and valuable contribution to the understanding of how to improve marketing performance in Ecopreneurship using the Entrepreneurial Marketing Model, whose focus is different from conventional marketing and highlights sustainability as an essential element in marketing strategy. Implications – This study indicates that women-ecopreneurship must apply the suitable Entrepreneurial Marketing model to improve marketing performance.

In recent decades, virtual work has emerged as a prominent paradigm in the world of employment. Within discussions surrounding virtual work, the concept of co-presence has garnered significant attention. Co-presence facilitates virtual workers to feel integrated into their teams and fosters relationships with colleagues. This research undertakes a comprehensive literature review to delve into the concept of co-presence, its crucial determinants, and the implications it holds. A total of 34 journal articles were scrutinized for inclusion based on their alignment with the research topic. The synthesis of these studies reveals that co-presence plays a pivotal role in supporting virtual work. Furthermore, the alignment of co-presence technology with job characteristics emerges as a critical consideration to ensure technology enhances rather than hinders productivity.

The purpose of this research is to develop student worksheet of Problem Based Learning on heat transfer material in class V SDN Bakalan Krajan 2 Malang which is valid according to material experts and teaching materials experts, practical according to teachers, and interesting according to students. This product can be used as teaching materials and additional aids in KD 3.6 and 4.6 heat transfer materials. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method and the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results of the validation of material experts get an average of 94%, teaching materials experts 95.83%, practicality of student worksheet according to users get 100%, and student responses about the attractiveness of student worksheet each get 100% and 97.67%. Thus, it can be concluded that the PBL-based worksheets on heat transfer material in class V SDN Bakalan Krajan 2 Malang are very valid according to experts, practical according to teachers as users, interesting according to students and suitable for use in the learning process without revision.

Background: The prevalence of anemia in adolescents is still high in Jambi Province at 60.45%. Anemia can cause a decrease in body resistance and fitness, thereby inhibiting adolescent productivity. Purpose: Research objectives to determine the prevalence of anemia and risk factors for the incidence of anemia in young women. Methods: Cross-sectional research design, located in State Senior High School 8 of Jambi City from January to April 2019. Population 552 girls, with a sample of 83 girls in classes X and XI. The proportioned stratified random sampling technique was taken. The research variables were knowledge, breakfast, tablets, blood consumption, nutritional status, enhancing foods and iron absorption inhibitors, infectious diseases, and heavy meal frequency. The dependent variable was anemia. Interviews and secondary data from the measurement of Hb were conducted for primary data collection. Data would be analyzed with chi-square analysis. Results: The incidence of anemia among young women was 42.17%. There was relationship of knowledge (PR=2.05; 95% CI=1.30-3.24), blood tablet supplementation (PR=2.95; 95% CI =1.02-8.54), Breakfast (PR=3.03; 95% CI=1.41-6.48), and frequency of heavy eating (PR = 0.52; 95% CI=0.28-0.97) with the incidence of anemia. Conclusion: Factors associated with anemia among young women are knowledge, consumption of tablets plus blood, breakfast, and frequency of heavy eating.

Interfaith marriages still occur in Indonesia. Interfaith marriage is a complex and interesting topic to discuss. There are many things to consider when two people of different religions decide to get married and form a family. This marriage often raises very complex issues where men and women of different faiths want to enter into interfaith marriages in order to obtain the status of a relationship, regardless of whether the relationship is forbidden or permissible in Islamic teachings. The method used is qualitative research with a literature review approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that interfaith marriage between muslims and members of other religions is not permissible and haram. In the positive law of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1974 Article 2 paragraph (1) it is explained that marriage is valid if it is carried out according to the laws of each religion. According to the Compilation of Islamic Law, articles 40 and 44 of Chapter VI strictly prohibit interfaith marriages between muslim men and non-muslim women and muslim women with non-muslim men. Meanwhile, MUI fatwa number 4/MUNAS VII/MUI/8/2005 explains that interfaith marriage is haram and invalid. [ Pernikahan beda agama masih terjadi di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pernikahan beda agama antara umat Islam dengan umat agama lain hukumnya tidak diperbolehkan dan haram. Dalam hukum positif Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Pasal 2 ayat (1) dijelaskan bahwa pernikahan adalah sah apabila dilakukan menurut hukum masing-masing agama. Menurut Kompilasi Hukum Islam pada pasal 40 dan 44 Bab VI dengan tegas melarang perkawinan antar agama baik laki-laki muslim dengan wanita non-muslim maupun wanita muslim dengan laki-laki non-muslim. This research article analyzes the effectiveness and obstacles in learning during a pandemic. The method used by researchers is a qualitative approach method. This is based on the results obtained from the data that the average discipline is not good, and the effectiveness of learning is that many students do not like online learning, as well as obstacles when online learning takes place, such as obstacles in accessing the internet network. The survey used by this researcher is a questionnaire consisting of 9 questions. The subjects of this study were 20 students in class XII MAN 2 Jambi City with a total of 3 classes who had undergone online learning. Of the three classes, there were class XII IIS 1 (9 students), XII IIS 4 (4 students), and XII IIK 3 (7 students) as samples. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire via a Google form given to students via a questionnaire.

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika Siswa, di semester 2 kelas VIII SMP Negeri Samarinda Ulu tahun ajaran 2022, dan juga menyelidiki apakah variabel regulasi diri merupakan mediasi dari pengaruh tersebut. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan tes hasil belajar diterapkan terhadap 380 Siswa dari 4 lembaga sekolah negeri jenjang SMP, yang diperoleh melalui Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. Pemodelan persamaan struktural diterapkan, yang didahului dengan analisis faktor konfirmasi untuk memantapkan pengukuran bagi tiga variabel yang diteliti. Hasil menunjukan bahwa lingkungan belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika Siswa, dengan regulasi diri sebagai mediasi parsial.

Background Sepsis is one of the main causes of neonatal mortality. The morbidity and mortality rates due to neonatal sepsis are as high as 9-20%. Premature rupture of membranes (PROM) and preterm gestational age are among the risk factors of neonatal sepsis. Objective To evaluate for potential associations between PROM as well as preterm gestational age to neonatal sepsis by meta-analysis and systematic review. Methods A meta-analysis and systematic review were performed using literature sourced from PubMed, Cochrane, and Google Scholar according to PRISMA guidelines. We calculated the incidence of sepsis in neonates with and without PROM and premature gestational age. Journal quality was assessed according to the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) criteria. Results From the literature search for PROM, 21 case-control studies met the inclusion criteria. COVID-19 cases in Indonesia still remain a concern, particularly for public health. Several factors, such as gender, age, comorbidity, occupation, and vaccination status, might influence COVID-19 infection. Individuals who have many predicting factors have a higher risk of being infected by COVID-19. Other studies have not yet shown the significance of predicting factors for COVID-19 infection in Indonesia. The study explored the association between the predicting factors and COVID-19 infection in Indonesia. The study used a cross-sectional method with a population of all Indonesian communities. It was conducted in August 2021 by distributing a Google Form questionnaire in Indonesia. By a saturated sampling of the population in Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Papua, 776 Indonesians were selected; they were aged > 17 years and voluntarily completed the questionnaires. whereas respondents with incomplete data were excluded from this study. The data were analyzed using a binary logistic regression test in SPSS (version 21.0). The respondents include 134 men (17.3%) and 642 women (82.7%). The binary logistic regression analysis showed that COVID-19 infection was more common among respondents who were non-health-care workers (p 0.001) and less common among those who had been fully vaccinated (p 0.001). The COVID-19 infection was significantly associated with occupation and vaccination status.

Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the calculation of the Madiun-Slahung area, it can be concluded that the model of the reactivation area of the Madiun-Slahung railway covers 7 districts, consisting of 45 sub-districts/villages. The method used is a household survey (Household Interview) which is intended to produce data on travel patterns and characteristics that affect the trip. The number of trip generation occurs in the range of numbers 6939-22594 motorbikes/hour for trip production and 1123-52265 motorbikes/hour for trip attraction, where zone 2, Kartoharjo sub-district has the largest number of trip production and zone 4, Ponorogo sub-district has the largest number of trip attractions. This is due to the high population, number of vehicle ownership and the strength of attraction due to the large number of shops and campuses and schools in the zone. The largest travel distribution value occurs in zone 4, because the zone is land use for shops, offices, campuses and schools.

The purpose of characteristic basil essential oil hard candy with variation of moringa leaves extract addition, which is to find out physical, chemical, and sensory effect of adding moringa leaves extract, and knowing the best formula for hard candy. This study uses a completely randomized design (RAL) with one factor, concentration ratio between moringa leaves extract and water. The addition of moringa leaves extract and water in each sample is 80%:20%, 60%:40%, 50%:50%, 40%:60%, and 20%:80%, with three times repeating sample and two times repeating the analysis. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS one way ANOVA then if there were real difference, further tests were performed with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with significant rate 95%. The addition of moringa leaves extract affected hard candy’s physical characteristic hue color, chemical characteristic antioxidant activity, and sensory characteristic color, taste, and overall parameters. The best hard candy formula is hard candy F5(20% moringa extract : 80% water) with hue color 80,009 (yellow red), hardness 449,435 N, cohesiveness 0,010, water content 1,704%, ash content 2,194%, reduction sugar content 18,343%, water activity 0,525, pH 6,417, and antioxidant activity 20,910%

Background and Aims: Laparoscopy is associated with acute pain. We compared the effectiveness of intra-peritoneal dexamethasone with bupivacaine versus bupivacaine in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for postoperative analgesia. Methods: This randomised study was conducted after approval from the institutional ethics committee and 84 patients were randomly allocated into bupivacaine with dexamethasone group (BD) (received 40 mL of 0.25% bupivacaine with 16 mg dexamethasone), and bupivacaine group (BB) (received 40 mL of 0.25% bupivacaine intra-peritoneally). Data analysis was done using R version 4.2.1. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score, total rescue analgesic dose, and time required for the first analgesic between groups were compared using the Wilcoxon rank sum test or t-test appropriately. Results: VAS score was significantly lower in the BD group compared to the BB group until 2 h post-operatively with a mean difference of − 1.0 (95% confidence interval [CI] −1.5, −0.53), P < 0.001. The total rescue analgesic dose consumed was lower in the BD group (60.71 mg [29.80]) compared to the BB group (73.20 mg [11.57]) with a mean difference of − 12.5 mg (95% CI − 22.3, −2.68), P = 0.013. In addition, the time taken for the requirement of the first rescue analgesic was significantly longer in the BD group (417.1 min [276.0]) compared to the BB group (219.4 min [226.1]) with a mean difference of 197.7 (95% CI 75, 320), P = 0.002. Conclusion: Intra-peritoneal instillation of 16 mg dexamethasone with 0.25% bupivacaine in laparoscopic cholecystectomy significantly reduces post-operative pain and requirement of rescue analgesic compared to 0.25% bupivacaine alone.

Hasilnya terdapat kelalaian yang dilakukan PT. STI terhadap unsur wanprestasi pihak PT. BME memenuhi unsur dalam wanprestasi yaitu tidak melakukan apa yang disanggupi atau tidak melakukan apa yang dijanjikan dan tidak memenuhi unsur dalam Pasal 1320 KUH Perdata.

The Covid-19 pandemic can influence the mental condition of patients and affect their immunity levels. This article aims to investigate the mental health symptoms and disorders of Covid-19 survivors. This was observational and cross-sectional research. A total of 175 respondents participated, 84% of them being women and 16% being men. Their work history includes health workers at 75.4% and others at 24.6%. Respondents who have experienced anxiety are 32%, sadness was 25.7%, fear was 22.9%, and panic was 14.3%. The logistic regression showed that all of the tested characteristics have no significant effect on the respondents’ mental states of anxiety, fear, and panic, with p-values ​​of 0.388, 0.893, and 0.166; 0.245, 0.691, and 0.353; 0.612, 0.410, and 0.828. However, from the test results, it was observed that gender has a significant effect on sadness with a p-value of 0.027 and OR value of 5.308 (CI = 1.204-23.399). The percentage of women respondents that experienced sadness was 29.3% and men respondents were 7.1%. Other characteristics, which are age and work history, have no significant effect on sadness, with p-values ​​of 0.650 and 0.844 respectively. There are no variables that affect anxiety, fear, and panic. Feelings of sadness in patients are influenced by gender.

Abstract: The Indonesian nation as a large nation consisting of various religions, ethnicities, and cultures, of course, deserves to have the aspiration to have a basic human philosophy paradigm based on Indonesian culture based on dialogue between the soul sciences that live in Indonesian human cognition. This study aims to present the concept of basic human philosophy in the teachings of Ki Ageng Suryomentaram. The research method uses Gadamerian hermeneutics in a qualitative approach. The collected data is then analyzed using Parts and Whole analysis and then checked the validity of the data through the stages of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study describe human philosophy based on basic needs, essence, existence, and the structure of the human personality. The conclusion of the research refers to the basic human philosophy based on local wisdom for the science of guidance and counseling. Abstrak: Bangsa Indonesia sebagai bangsa besar yang terdiri dari berbagai macam agama, suku dan budaya, tentunya layak jika memiliki cita-cita memiliki paradigma filsafat dasar manusia berbasis budaya khas Indonesia dengan berlandasakan dialog antara ilmu-ilmu jiwa yang hidup dalam kognisi manusia Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyajikan konsep filsafat dasar manusia dalam ajaran Ki Ageng Suryomentaram. Metode penelitian menggunakan hermeneutika Gadamerian dalam pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis Parts and Whole dan selanjutnya dicek keabsahan datanya melalui tahapan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menjabarkan filsafat manusia berdasarkan kebutuhan dasar, esensi, eksistensi, dan struktur kepribadian manusia. Kesimpualan penelitian mereferensikan filsafat dasar manusia berbasis kearifan lokal untuk ilmu bimbingan dan konseling.

Pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah merupakan pemicu keterampilan berpikir kritis maupun berpikir kreatif yang sesuai dengan tujuan kurikulum saat ini. Kedua konsep tersebut perlu diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran, sehingga para guru perlu dibekali keterampilan merancang pembelajaran tersebut sekaligus memahami konsep masalah, pemecahan dan pengajuan masalah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, diperlukan program pelatihan guru untuk memantapkan pemahaman guru tentang pemahaman konten dan desain pembelajaran berbasis pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah matematika. Guru yang terlibat adalah 22 guru SMP yang ditugaskan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Magetan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tahap persiapan dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan mitra dan tim pelatih untuk merancang instrumen dan materi pelatihan. Tahap pelaksanaan terdiri dari kegiatan tatap muka dan kegiatan mandiri dengan diawali pemberian angket untuk analisis awal (pra-tes), pemberian materi pelatihan, praktik penyusunan soal, presentasi, dan kegiatan mandiri merancang perangkat pembelajaran. Tahap selanjutnya evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dilakukan dengan pemberian angket akhir pelatihan (pasca-tes) dan angket refleksi kegiatan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan 81,8% guru mampu memahami konsep dan mendesain pembelajaran berbasis pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan guru menunjukkan 95,45% guru cenderung mengatakan baik dan menyarankan kegiatan perlu ditindaklanjuti.

Subsidised fertiliser is a government’s effort to increase the purchasing power of farmers in meeting their agricultural input needs by setting the highest retail price (HET). It is intended to be the highest price that can be charged for subsidised fertilisers. Based on the regulations that have been in place since 2017, the distribution of subsidised fertilisers is carried out through the Farmer Card. However, in its implementation thus far, the Farmer Card has not been optimally used for both fertiliser purchase transactions and agricultural credit collection. The purpose of this study is to determine farmers’ perceptions and factors influencing farmers’ adoption of the card in Jember District. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis using weighted average index analysis and binary logistic regression. The results showed that access to information and the certainty of benefits in obtaining subsidised fertilisers were included in the strong category influencing farmers’ perceptions of the card. This means that farmers have high enthusiasm for using the Farmer Card but are not supported by available information and facilities. Therefore, the role of extension workers and supporting facilities is needed to implement this program immediately.

Real-time water quality monitoring has advanced significantly with the integration of IoT-enabled pH and temperature sensors and the creation of a mobile application. This initiative intends to improve environmental management efforts by regularly measuring the temperature and pH of water bodies and giving stakeholders access to data that can be used to make decisions. Real-time pH and temperature data is collected by the monitoring system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology, and it is then sent to a web-based interface for analysis and visualization. The web interface is complemented with a mobile application that gives stakeholders access to temperature and pH data in real time, lets them get warnings, and lets them submit observations from their mobile devices.In order to further improve water quality monitoring and management techniques, future additions will involve the integration of advanced analytics, remote calibration and maintenance capabilities, and community monitoring networks. All things considered, this initiative advances environmentally responsible water management techniques and environmental care.

The system’s real-time pH level analysis allows it to continuously evaluate the quality of the water. It classifies the state of the water quality and provides customized suggestions for enhancement. A user-friendly online interface that makes data visualization and interaction possible is at the heart of the system. The technology guarantees accurate readings and dependable solutions through extensive testing and validation, advancing water quality management techniques in a variety of fields.

TaKeru media was a digital and manual-based learning media that aimed to improve students' understanding of the subject matter of curved side spaces, especially tubes and cones. These study aimed to develop TaKeru media as an effective learning medium to be applied as research subjects to class IX junior high school students. This study used Research and Development (R and D) methods, and ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, and Evaluation) development procedures. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive data analysis technique, which described the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the TaKeru media using t-test. The instrumens used in this study were media validation sheets, test sheets, and student response questionnaires for eight students. The results showed that 80% of the participants showed a positive response, and student learning outcomes also increased, indicated by the value of t count = 5.635> t table = 2.365, with a significance level of 5%. Based on the increase in learning outcomes and positive responses from students, TaKeru Media as a learning media based on mathematical literacy is valid, practical, and effectively applied to teach curved side spaces (tubes and cones).

Long-term COVID-19 could occur in COVID-19 patients, affecting the patient's quality of life, and becoming a problem for public health. However, information is rarely on factors associated with the occurrence of long COVID-19 cases. This study analyzed factors associated with long-term COVID-19. The study was an observational cross-sectional, conducted in August 2021. The data were collected through a Google form questionnaire distributed to COVID-19 survivors in Indonesian. They must be aged more than 17 years to meet the inclusion criteria, while those with incomplete data were excluded. The data were processed by using SPSS 21 with an ordinal regression test in which an alpha level was 5%. As many as 101 from 16 men (15.8%) and 85 women (84.2%) were obtained. Comorbid status (p-value = 0.001) and duration of treatment (p-value = 0.034 and 0.015) had a significant association with the occurrence of long-term COVID-19. Meanwhile, age, gender, occupation, type of care, and vaccination status were not likely associated with long-term COVID-19. COVID-19 patients with comorbidity and a long duration of treatment are more likely to experience long-term COVID-19.

Abstract Background: Endometriosis pathogenesis is related to the inflammation shown by the secretion of pro-inflammatory mediators. This hypoxia condition can stimulate this condition. Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) on the inflammation reaction of endometriosis-induced mice. Materials and Methods: The animals were designated into 3 groups: I) the pre-test group, II) the post-test group receiving the HBOT, and III) the post-test group without HBOT. All groups were subjected to induction of endometriosis by xenotransplantation for 15 days. HBOT was given 30 min 3 times a day for 10 days. The evaluation of the HBOT effect was conducted by examining the endometrial tissue. The inflammation level was evaluated using the Klopfleisch semiquantitative scoring system (index remmele scale), whilst the expression of nuclear factor kappa (NF κ B) beta was measured by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The results showed that group I demonstrated the highest level of inflammation degree (9.41 ± 1.99) compared to the post-test groups (group II: 1.60 ± 0.53; group III: 2.42 ± 0.53). The HBOT-groups was found to have the lowest inflammation level compared to the non-HBOT group (p = 0.020). The results demonstrated that HBOT lowered the peritoneal inflammation degree caused by the endometrial lesion in mice. NF κ B expression on the post-test groups was significantly decreased, compared to the pre-test group (p ≤ 0.001), with a strong correlation between the NF κ B expression and the peritoneal inflammation level (p ≤ 0.001, r = 0.670). Conclusion: HBOT significantly reduced the inflammation level on the endometrial lesion in mice, involving the NF κ B pathway.

This study aims to investigate Indonesian senior high school teachers' perceptions of using the first language (L1) when teaching English because Indonesian teachers tend to have negative perceptions toward the application of the L1, while the L1 is needed in a situation where Indonesian students have limited skills in English. The semi-structured interview was applied to collect data, while thematic analysis was used to analyse it. The result showed that the teachers have three different positions in perceiving the use of the L1: the virtual position, maximal, and optimal positions. Although they have different perceptions toward the application of the L1, a major insight can be concluded about the limited use of the L1 for specific reasons, such as considering teachers' and students' English abilities, learners' needs, and the type and the difficulty of the given task or assignment. The L1 can be functioned as scaffolding in three aspects: when teaching grammar, vocabulary, and when giving instructions. Teachers may consider this study's results as the information to use the L1 in classrooms. This may also be beneficial for Indonesian educational stakeholders and the government to specifically define what type of scaffolding that teachers can use the L1 to teach English.

Digital history-based project-based learning (PjBL) in history learning is a learning medium that can provide a special attraction for students who can improve historical concept skills and historical awareness. However, there are still many teachers who have not used it, so it is very important to study it. This research aims to analyze the influence of the digital history based PjBL model in improving historical concept skills and historical awareness. The method used is quasi-experimental with two classes, experimental and control. The population used class XI high school students in Lampung, Indonesia and the sample size was 213. Cluster random sampling was used to determine sampling, while data collection was in the form of test instruments. The test instrument questions were analyzed using the gain score and Kruskal-Walli's test to determine the increase in historical concept skills and historical awareness with the help of statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) 26. The research results confirmed that digital history based PjBL was effective in increasing historical concept skills and historical awareness with a high score, making it the best choice to overcome obstacles in history learning.

Ocular drug delivery in hydrogel forming film form has several benefits over conventional dosage forms. An ophthalmic anti-inflammation study was undertaken using topically applied aspirin in a hydrogel film formulation. A hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) matrix film formulation was prepared by the solvent casting and evaporation technique by taking triethanolamine (TEA) as a plasticizer. Ex vivo corneal permeation as well as anti-inflammatory potential of aspirin was studied on carrageenan induced rabbit eye model. Moisture uptake was found to be in the range of 17.1 and 19.1 % for all the film formulations. The film with the higher HPMC content exhibited both increased moisture uptake and amount of swelling. Among the formulations, the swelling order was found to increase with increasing amount of HPMC in the film. Presence of the hydrogel matrix forming polymer sustained the drug release and corneal permeation for more than 6 h and controlled the process by the diffusion mechanism. The signs of carrageenan induced acute inflammation was inhibited completely within just 2 h of placing the film in the rabbit eye whilst the positive control continued showing redness and increased tear secretion. Aspirin ocular film formulation could be utilized for ocular anti-inflammation for an extended period of time with better patient compliance.

Abstract This paper deals with a systematic study on the co-doping N,S on TiO2 photocatalyst to improve its activity under visible light on the removal of Pb(II) from the aqueous media. The co-doping TiO2 by N,S atoms was conducted in an autoclave by one-step hydrothermal of TiO2 mixed with nitric and sulfuric acids as the sources of N and S, respectively. The mole ratio of TiO2:nitric acid:sulfuric acid was varied as 1:1:0.5, 1:1:1, and 1:1:1.5 to find the best ratio toward the activity. The co-doped photocatalysts obtained were characterized by specular reflectance UV/Vis (SRUV), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and fourier transform infrared (FTIR) instruments. A batch experiment was carried out for oxidation of Pb(II), driven by a combination of visible light and TiO2-N,S photocatalyst. The research results attribute that co-doping N,S into TiO2 has remarkably narrowed the gap in the TiO2 structure, emerging in the visible region. It was also proven that the co-doped in TiO2 can considerably enhance its activity in the removal of Pb(II) under visible light, and the highest activity was owned by TiO2-N,S (1:1:1). Furthermore, the most effective removal of Pb(II) 10 mg/L (98%) could be reached by employing 500 mg L-1 of the TiO2-N,S (1:1:1) dose, 45 min of the time, and the solution pH at 7. The Pb(II) removed is due to the photo-oxidation induced by OH radicals to form the handleable PbO2.

This paper describe about the process of studying nahwu and the problem faced by college student of Arabic language education with distance learning system. The purpose of this study is knowing the process of studying nahwu and the problems are face by college student with distance learning system at Arabic language education. The study method has been used by researcher is descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected by deep interview and documentation. The data analysis process was held by four phases are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and deduction. The results of this study are studying nahwu with distance learning system has been used google classroom and google meet as a learning media, then the learning methods used for is a discourse method, discussion method and assignment method. The problem faced by college students are difficulties to understand the material and also difficulties to attended assignment and afraid to giving question and couldn’t focus to the subject and the last one is internet networking problem.

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence on the effect of firm age, foreign ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee, and industry type on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019, totalling 180 companies. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 96 companies that met the criteria for the research samples. This study applies a quantitative approach with secondary data types. Data collection uses documentation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis employed SPSS version 21 program. The results show that the company’s age, the board of commissioners and the type of industry have a positive effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while foreign ownership and the audit committee do not affect the corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract: This study aims to determine how high the influence of the principal's leadership on students' learning motivation. To determine the effect of teacher performance on student learning motivation. To determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher performance on student learning motivation. The variables of this research are the principal's leadership, teacher performance and student motivation. The population in this study were students of SMK Dirgantara Putra Bangsa with 89 students. The sample of this research is all of the population as samples, so that the sampling method is census or saturated sample. The method used to collect and is a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis at a significant level of 5%. The results of the study found that the principal's leadership had a positive and significant influence on students' learning motivation. Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation. Principal leadership and teacher performance have a simultaneous effect on students' learning motivation. The contribution of principals' leadership and teacher performance to student learning motivation is 75.6%, while the remaining 24.4% are other factors not examined in this study. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru dan motivasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMK Dirgantara Putra Bangsa yang jumlah karyawannya 89 siswa. Sampel panelitian ini semua populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga metode pengambilan sampel adalah sensus atau sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan dan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda pada tingkat signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memilik pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Kinerja guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 75,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,4% adalah faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The State of Indonesia is a state of law which is regulated in Article 1 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution. One of the implementations of legal products is the settlement of disputes or problems that are contrary to the law by courts. In this study, we want to examine the problem of the application for a name change in the District Court according to the facts that occurred in Rembang. This study uses a qualitative approach which makes observations directly to the field to find the truth value related to the research. The results of the study found that along with the times, the application for change of name was very much found in people’s lives. But the fact is that many people are still confused about the name change application process. The purpose of this study is to find the problems in the application case encountered when wanting to change the name and provide information about the procedures related to submitting a name change application at Rembang District Court based on court principles to achieve certainty, benefit, and legal justice
