This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with intertrochanteric fracture combined with pressure injuries in the left buttocks. Effective treatment plan was made based on the nursing evaluation of stage of pressure injuries. Wound dressing material and dressing change methods were carefully considered according to the different phases of wound healing. Targeted nursing interventions were carried out to improve the wound healing of the patient with pressure injuries. Objective To explore the relationship of cuprotosis-related genes with survival rate and prognosis in patients with liver cancer. Methods By collecting clinical information and corresponding RNA-seq data of patients with liver cancer in the TCGA database, the differential expression levels of 10 cuprotosis-related genes in liver cancer and normal tissues was analyzed. Novel liver cancer subtypes were identified through consistent clustering, and differences in overall survival and clinicopathological factors were compared between the two subtypes. Univariate Cox regression analysis was used in screening cuprotosis genes associated with prognosis, and LASSO regression analysis was used in constructing a risk model. Results FDX1 was down-regulated, and the other nine genes were up-regulated in HCC tissues compared with normal tissues. Cluster analysis showed that the prognosis of Cluster1 was poor. Five prognostic genes (LIPT1, DLAT, MTF1, GLS, and CDKN2A) were screened out through univariate Cox regression analysis and LASSO regression analysis for risk model construction. The risk score of this prognostic model was identified as an independent prognostic factor compared with other clinical features. Conclusion Through bioinformatics analysis, a liver cancer prognosis model of five cuprotosis-related genes is constructed, which may be used as molecular markers for tumor diagnosis and are potential therapeutic targets.

The current active earth pressure calculation theory cannot take into account the influence of the foundation inverse slope. For the translational mode retaining wall in this paper, taking cohesive backfill as the research object, the clay within the crack depth range is equivalent to uniform overload, using the upper limit theory, establishing the energy conservation equation of the velocity field and force, and the analytical formula of the tensile crack depth and the slip surface of the cohesive backfill being obtained. By taking into account the soil arching effect, setting up the static equilibrium equation by horizontal layer analysis, deriving the active earth pressure calculation expression of cohesive backfill, it is possible to consider the influence of the basement inverse slope. In the case of cohesionless backfill, the formula can be reduced to the theoretical solution. By comparing the calculated results with the experimental values and relevant theories, this can verify the applicability of the formula. The result of research shows that, with the increase of the basement inverse slope angle, the development of the tensile crack will be promoted, the dip angle of the slip surface changes little, and the resultant force and overturning moment will decrease, which is conducive to the antisliding stability and antioverturning stability of the wall, reducing the project cost. The active earth pressure distribution of cohesionless backfill is independent of whether there is an inverse slope in the basement. Highlights At present, it exists the problems of poor computational accuracy of the micromechanical model and insufficient adaptive matching of the RVE unit cell model boundary conditions, being caused by the random distribution of particle size and quantity in particle composite materials. As for the above problems, the paper proposes a micromechanical model that uses a random sequence adsorption algorithm to deeply match and enhance the random distribution of particles, and a subroutine joint simulation method to generate boundary conditions quickly and automatically. The RVE unit cell model of particulate composites are numerically simulated at the micromechanical level. It was found that the enhancement of the mechanical properties of the base material by enhancing particles is highly consistent with the actual improvement value. The simulation values and actual values of particle composite materials with different volume contents are also accurately consistent. In addition, with the increase of particle volume content, its reinforcement effect on the base material first increases and then decreases, and there exists an optimal mixing ratio and a minimum mixing ratio. The optimal mixing ratio for short cut fiber reinforced particles is 50%, with a minimum mixing ratio of 10%. The optimal mixing ratio for silicon carbide reinforced particles is 40%, with a minimum mixing ratio of 8%. Through experimental results, it has been verified that the micromechanical model can quickly and accurately predict the elastic constants and Poisson's ratio of composite materials under periodic displacement boundary conditions, with a prediction accuracy of within 10%. Effectively solve the problems such as the random distribution of the size and quantity of reinforced particles in the particle composite material and the difficulty in adding the boundary conditions of the micro‐RVE unit cell model in the macro composite material. A random sequence adsorption algorithm is proposed to generate the RVE cell model with reinforced particles, and the periodic displacement boundary conditions are added to the RVE cell model through Python and Abaqus joint simulation. The simulation results show that the stress of chopped fiber reinforced particles is about 1.96 times that of the matrix material, and the stress of SiC reinforced particles is about 2.1 times that of the matrix material, and the optimal mixing ratio of chopped fiber reinforced particles is 50% and that of silicon carbide reinforced particles is 40%. The proposed micromechanical model can accurately predict the elastic constants of composites under periodic boundary conditions, and its prediction accuracy can be controlled within 10%. In this paper, a more reasonable meso‐stress‐strain field of single cell element is given, which can provide reference for studying the meso‐failure mechanism and nonlinear mechanical behavior of particle composites. Additive manufacturing technology brings new revolutionary potential for the development of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites. Continuous carbon fiber reinforced composites developed using fused deposition modeling technology have the characteristics of high specific strength, high specific modulus, light weight, and flexible design, which is the solution direction for low-cost, rapid, and flexible application of advanced composite materials in the future. In this paper, the preparation of continuous carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites with continuous carbon fibers as reinforcement and thermoplastic/thermoset as matrix, surface modification and their mechanical properties are investigated, the interfacial characteristics and properties of continuous carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites under different pretreatment processes, auxiliary processes and post-treatment processes are studied, and the connection between the micro-morphology and the mechanical properties of this composite is further analyzed. The direction of defect resolution of continuous carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites fabricated by fused deposition technology is provided, and the future development direction is envisioned.
