Extensive burns are devastating trauma. This study aimed to explore the predictive value of early lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level, the abbreviated burn severity index (ABSI) and their combination on acute kidney injury (AKI) and mortality after severe burns. 194 severe burn patients (TBSA ≥ 30%) were included. After multivariate analyses, early LDH value (first 24 h after admission) was an independent risk factor for early AKI (OR=1.095, CI,1.025–1.169,p = 0.007) and AKI (OR=1.452, CI,1.131–1.864, p = 0.003) in severe burn patients and was still a significant risk factor for mortality (OR=1.059, CI,1.006–1.115，p = 0.03). In ROC analysis, after combining LDH and ABSI, the AUC values were 0.925 for AKI, 0.926 for stage 3 AKI, and 0.904 for mortality. Based on cut-off values, patients were divided into different risk groups. The cumulative incidence of AKI (within 5 days, 30 days) and survival rate (within 60 days) were analyzed by the Kaplan-Meier method. The mortality, AKI incidence, and AKI staging showed a significant upward trend with the increasing risk level (P < 0.001). Early LDH level is an independent risk factor for early AKI and AKI. LDH combined with ABSI can better predict mortality and AKI than single indicators. • Early LDH level is an independent risk factor for AKI and a significant risk factor for mortality in severe burn patients. • LDH combined with ABSI score can better predict mortality and AKI from severe burns and more clearly stratify patient risk. • A clinical rationale enables the prompt implementation of early intervention. Background. The mortality rate of breast cancer (BC) ranks first among female tumors worldwide and presents a trend of younger age, which poses a great threat to women's health and life. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) for breast cancer is defined as the first step of treatment for breast cancer patients without distant metastasis before planned surgical treatment or local treatment with surgery and radiotherapy. According to the current NCCN guidelines, patients with different molecular types of BC should receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC), which can not only achieve tumor downstaging, increase the chance of surgery, and improve the breast-conserving rate. In addition, it can identify new genetic pathways and drugs related to cancer, improve patient survival rate, and make new progress in breast cancer management. Objective. To explore the role of the nomogram established by the combination of ultrasound parameters and clinical indicators in the degree of pathological remission of breast cancer. Methods. A total of 147 breast cancer patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and elective surgery in the Department of Ultrasound, Nantong Cancer Hospital, from May 2014 to August 2021 were retrospectively included. Postoperative pathological remission was divided into two groups according to Miller–Payne classification: no significant remission group (NMHR group, n = 93) and significant remission group (MHR group, n = 54). Clinical characteristics of patients were recorded and collected. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to screen the information features related to the MHR group, and then, a nomogram model was constructed; ROC curve area, consistency index (C-index, CI), calibration curve, and H-L test were used to evaluate the model. And the decision curve is used to compare the net income of the single model and composite model. Results. Among 147 breast cancer patients, 54 (36.7%) had pathological remission. Multivariate logistic regression showed that ER, reduction/disappearance of strong echo halo, Adler classification after NAC, PR + CR, and morphological changes were independent risk factors for pathological remission (P < 0.05). Based on these factors, the nomogram was constructed and verified. The area under the curve (AUC) and CI were 0.966, the sensitivity and specificity were 96.15% and 92.31%, and the positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) were 87.72% and 97.15%, respectively. The mean absolute error of the agreement between the predicted value and the real value is 0.026, and the predicted risk is close to the actual risk. In the range of HRT of about 0.0∼0.9, the net benefit of the composite evaluation model is higher than that of the single model. H-L test results showed that χ2 = 8.430, P = 0.393 > 0.05. Conclusion. The nomogram model established by combining the changes of ultrasound parameters and clinical indicators is a practical and convenient prediction model, which has a certain value in predicting the degree of pathological remission after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which is among the most globally prevalent cancers, is strongly associated with liver cirrhosis. Using a bioinformatics approach, we have identified and investigated the hub genes responsible for the progression of cirrhosis into HCC. We analyzed the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) microarray datasets, GSE25097 and GSE17549, to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in these two conditions and also performed protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis. STRING database and Cytoscape software were used to analyze the modules and locate hub genes following which the connections between hub genes and the transition from cirrhosis to HCC, progression of HCC, and prognosis of HCC were investigated. We used the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis to detect the molecular mechanisms underlying the action of the primary hub genes. In all, 239 DEGs were obtained, with 94 of them showing evidence of upregulation and 145 showing evidence of downregulation in HCC tissues as compared to cirrhotic liver tissues. We identified six hub genes, namely, BUB1B, NUSAP1, TTK, HMMR, CCNA2, and KIF2C, which were upregulated and had a high diagnostic value for HCC. Besides, these six hub genes were positively related to immune cell infiltration. Since these genes may play a direct role in the progression of cirrhosis to HCC, they can be considered as potential novel molecular indicators for the onset and development of HCC. Rationale: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) regulate neuroplasticity-related proteins and are implicated in methamphetamine (METH) addiction. RhoA is a small Rho GTPase that regulates synaptic plasticity and addictive behaviors. Nevertheless, the functional relationship between RhoA and upstream miRNAs of METH addiction remains unclear. Objective: To explore the molecular biology and epigenetic mechanisms of the miR-31-3p/RhoA pathway in METH addiction. Methods: RhoA protein and its potential upstream regulator, miR-31-3p, were detected. A dual luciferase reporter was employed to determine whether RhoA constituted a specific target of miR-31-3p. Following adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated knockdown or overexpression of miR-31-3p or RhoA in the dorsal hippocampus (dHIP), mice were subjected to conditioned place preference (CPP) to investigate the effects of miR-31-3p and RhoA on METH-induced addictive behaviors. Results: RhoA protein was significantly decreased in the dHIP of CPP mice with a concomitant increase in miR-31-3p. RhoA was identified as a direct target of miR-31-3p. Knockdown of miR-31-3p in the dHIP was associated with increased RhoA protein and attenuation of METH-induced CPP. Conversely, overexpression of miR-31-3p was associated with decreased RhoA protein and enhancement of METH effects. Similarly, knockdown of RhoA in the dHIP enhanced METH-induced CPP, whereas RhoA overexpression attenuated the effects of METH. Parallel experiments using sucrose preference revealed that the effects of miR-31-3p/RhoA pathway modulation were specific to METH. Conclusions: Our findings indicate that the miR-31-3p/RhoA pathway in the dHIP modulates METH-induced CPP in mice. Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) inhibitors are the main types of biological conventional synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs and have efficacy in treating ankylosing spondylitis (AS) which is not sensitive for nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. However, the impact of TNF-α inhibitors on immune cells in patients with AS is still clearly undefined, and the impact of immune cells on treatment response is also largely elusive. This study is aimed at evaluating the longitudinal changes of circulating immune cells after anti-TNF-α therapy and their associations with treatment response in AS patients. Thirty-five AS patients receiving the treatment of anti-TNF-α therapy were included into this prospective observational study. The frequencies of immune cells including Th1, Th2, Th17, regulatory T cell (Treg), T follicular helper cell (Tfh), and regulatory B cell (Breg) in the peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry at baseline and 4 time points after therapy. The difference in the circulating immune cells between responders and nonresponders was compared. This study suggested that anti-TNF-α therapy could significantly reduce circulating proinflammatory immune cells such as Th17 and Tfh, but significantly increased the percentages of circulating Treg and Breg. Fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs) are frequently altered in a variety of human cancer cells and are overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Several literatures have proven that they are efficacious for HCC therapy, however, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. Here, we found FGFR4 was overexpressed in HCC cell lines HepG2 and Hep3B and we used PD173074, an FGFR4 inhibitor, to explore the role of FGFR4 and its underlying mechanism in these cell lines. The results showed that PD173074 significantly arrested HepG2 and Hep3B cells in G1 phase and inhibited cell proliferation. Furthermore, Western blot analysis revealed that PD173074 decreased the levels of P-FRS2α, P-ERK, CDK2, cyclin E and NF-κB (p65) in the nucleus while it increased the levels of ubiquitin and CUL3, an E3 ubiquitin ligase which involves in cyclin E degradation. Meanwhile, the data from RT-qPCR showed that PD173074 also decreased miR-141 level. In conclusion, these results suggest that FGFR4 is involved in HCC by ERK/CUL3/cyclin E signaling pathway, and the finding may provide a potential theoretical basis for treatment by targeting FGFR4 in HCC. Abstract Psoriasis (PSO) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized with skin lesions and abnormal keratinocyte proliferation. The immune dysregulation is involved in the pathogenesis of PSO. However, the detail of immune regulation in PSO is still not very clear. Gαq, the alpha subunit of the Gq protein, played important role in the immune regulation. In this study, we aimed to investigate whether Gαq was involved in the pathogenesis of PSO. We detected the Gαq expression level and analyzed its relationship with test parameters of PSO patients. Furthermore, we used imiquimod to induce PSO mouse model in Gnaq -/- bone marrow (BM) chimeric mice. The inflammatory cytokines and its correlation with Gαq expression were analyzed both in PSO patients and mice. The results showed that the Gαq expression in PSO patients was much lower and negatively correlated with PSO Area and Severity Index (PASI), CRP, cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein. In PSO mice models, the skin lesion and keratinocyte proliferation were much more serious in Gnaq -/- BM chimeric mice. Also, the proportions of Th17 cells in Gnaq -/- BM chimeric mice were much higher than WT mice. Furthermore, the IL-17A and TNF-α in Gnaq -/- chimeric mice were also higher. Moreover, IL-17A and TNF-α in PSO patients were negatively associated with the Gαq expression. Our results indicated that Gαq was involved in the pathogenesis of PSO, and its regulation on Th17 cell differentiation and cytokine production might contribute to part of the mechanism of immune dysfunction of PSO. Rapid and accurate identification of multiple toxins for clinical diagnosis and treatment of mushroom poisoning cases is still a challenge, especially with the lack of authentic references. In this study, we developed an effective method for simultaneous identification of amanita peptide toxins by liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detection and ion trap time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The accuracy and selectivity of the methodology were validated through similar multiple fragmentation patterns and characteristic ions of standard α- and β-amanitin. The developed method could successfully separate and identify major toxic constituents in Amanita mushrooms. Two amatoxins and three phallotoxins were confirmed in a single run through their fragmentation patterns and characteristic ions, which can be used as diagnostic fragment ions to identify mushroom toxins in complex samples. Furthermore, the performance of the developed method was verified by using real biological samples, including plasma and urine samples collected from rats after intraperitoneal administration of toxins. Tumor endothelial cells (TECs) have been isolated from solid tumors by using immunological magnetic beads and magnetic active cell sorting, and lead to a more precise way to investigate tumor angiogenesis as well as screening of vascular targeting drugs. However, the question of which endothelial marker is a stable molecular signature in TECs and can be used for the isolation of TECs from tumor tissues remains unclear. In this study, we investigated the endothelial markers CD105 and CD31 in the tumor vessels from 90 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by tissue microarray, in addition to their expression in TECs isolated from fresh tissues resected from 11 patients with HCC by flow cytometry and confocal microscopy. The results revealed that among 90 cases of TMA, all tumor vessels were CD31 positive whereas 39 cases (43.3%) had little or no CD105 expression in tumors and their vessels but not peritumoral tissue spots, and that among these 39, 29 cases (74.4%) were poor-differentiated HCC. These findings were further verified by flow cytometry and confocal analysis of TECs isolated from HCC. Overall, the results suggested that CD105 may not be expressed in TECs derived from poor-differentiated HCC cases. In addition, combined with previous studies in which CD105 is not only expressed in TECs, but also in tumor cells, the results indicated a high risk of contamination with CD105+ tumor cells. Background: Lung cancer is a highly prevalent malignancy worldwide and is associated with high mortality rates. While the involvement of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress in the development of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) has been established, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. Methods: In this study, we utilized data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) to identify differentially expressed endoplasmic reticulum stress-related genes (ERSRGs) between LUAD and normal tissues. We performed various bioinformatics analyses to investigate the biological functions of these ERSRGs. Using LASSO analysis and multivariate stepwise regression, we constructed a novel prognostic model based on the ERSRGs. We further validated the performance of the model using two independent datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). Additionally, we conducted functional enrichment analysis, immune checkpoint analysis, and immune infiltration analysis and drug sensitivity analysis of LUAD patients to explore the potential biological function of the model. Furthermore, we conducted a battery of experiments to verify the expression of ERSRGs in a real-world cohort. Results: We identified 106 ERSRGs associated with LUAD, which allowed us to classify LUAD patients into two subtypes based on gene expression differences. Using six prognostic genes (NUPR1, RHBDD2, VCP, BAK1, EIF2AK3, MBTPS2), we constructed a prognostic model that exhibited excellent predictive performance in the training dataset and was successfully validated in two independent external datasets. The risk score derived from this model emerged as an independent prognostic factor for LUAD. Confirmation of the linkage between this risk model and immune infiltration was affirmed through the utilization of Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), Gene Ontology (GO), and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses. The q-PCR results verified significant differences in the expression of prognostic genes between cancer and paracancer tissues. Notably, the protein expression of NUPR1, as determined by immunohistochemistry (IHC), exhibited an opposite pattern compared to the mRNA expression patterns. Conclusion: This study establishes a novel prognostic model for LUAD based on six ER stress-related genes, facilitating the prediction of LUAD prognosis. The G-protein-coupled estrogen receptor-1 (GPER-1), also known as GPR30, is a novel estrogen receptor mediating estrogen receptor signaling in multiple cell types. The progress of estrogen-related cancer is promoted by GPER-1 activation through mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK), phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K), and phospholipase C (PLC) signaling pathways. However, this promoting effect of GPER-1 is nonclassic estrogen receptor (ER) dependent manner. In addition, clinical evidences revealed that GPER-1 is associated with estrogen resistance in estrogen-related cancer patients. These give a hint that GPER-1 may be a novel therapeutic target for the estrogen-related cancers. However, preclinical studies also found that GPER-1 activation of its special agonist G-1 inhibits cancer cell proliferation. Fibroblast‐like synoviocytes (FLS) are the main cell component in the inflamed joints of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). FLS intimately interact with infiltrating T cells. Fibroblasts have potent inhibitory effects on T cells, leading to the resolution of inflammation and immune tolerance. However, this "regulatory" phenotype is defect in RA, and FLS in RA instead act as "proinflammatory" phenotype mediating inflammation perpetuation. Signals that orchestrate fibroblast heterogeneity remain unclear. Here, it is demonstrated that different cytokines can induce distinct phenotypes of FLS. Interferon‐gamma (IFN‐γ) is pivotal in inducing the regulatory phenotype of FLS (which is termed FLSreg) characterized by high expressions of several inhibitory molecules. Rapamycin enhances the effect of IFN‐γ on FLS. Based on the characteristics of FLSreg, a novel biomimetic therapeutic strategy for RA is designed by coating cell membrane derived from FLSreg induced by IFN‐γ and rapamycin on nanoparticles, which is called FIRN. FIRN show good efficacy, stability, and inflammatory joint targeting ability in an RA mouse model. The findings clarify how fibroblast phenotypes are modulated in the inflammatory microenvironment and provide insights into novel therapeutic designs for autoimmune diseases based on regulatory fibroblasts. Abstract: This study aimed to generate a monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting both tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and receptor activator of NF-κB ligand (RANKL) and to evaluate the therapeutic effects of this antibody on acute inflammation and osteoporosis. We used hybridoma techniques to generate potential mAbs and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine their specificity. Crystal violet staining was performed to measure the effective dose of the candidate mAbs. The neutralizing effect of the mAbs was evaluated by TNF-α-mediated cytotoxicity and RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis assays. We further assessed the therapeutic effect of the mAbs in BALB/c mice with carrageenan-induced acute inflammation and ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis. We successfully generated an IgG1 isotype mAb that recognizes human TNF-α and RANKL, which we named 8G12. The 50% effective dose of 8G12 was approximately 1μg/mL. L929 cells treated with 8G12 exhibited decreased levels of apoptosis (20.04% compared to 63.28% in the positive controls). In addition, treatment with 8G12 inhibited osteoclastogenesis in a dose-dependent manner in vitro. Carrageenan-induced paw edema was significantly reduced in the 8G12-treated mice compared to the positive controls. Treatment with 8G12 also reduced the number of infiltrating leukocytes by more than 50%. The 8G12 treatment not only prevented bone loss but also increased the number, thickness and volume of trabeculae and reduced trabecular separation in ovariectomized mice. Our data suggest that the 8G12 effectively neutralizes the bioactivity of TNF-α and RANKL, ameliorating osteoporosis and inflammation. We therefore propose that 8G12 could be a candidate for generating therapeutic antibodies for treating inflammatory bone diseases. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

Abstract: Targeting tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and activator of NF-κB ligand (RANKL) has been proved highly successful in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) models and patients. This raises a possibility whether a single agent simultaneously targeting TNF-α and RANKL provides a potential therapeutic opportunity. This study aimed to design a dual functional vaccine and evaluate its therapeutic effects in RA mice model. Standard molecular biological techniques were used to generate human RANKL-TNF-like core fusion protein (RTFP-2) vaccine. High titers of antibodies against human TNF-α and RANKL were elicited and the RTFP-2 antiserum decreased TNF-α mediated apoptosis of L929 cells to 41% compared with 90% in positive controls. In addition, the antiserum completely abrogated osteoclastogenesis in vitro. Immunization with RTFP-2 also reduced the mortality of TNF-α induced cachexia from 56% to 28%. The RANKL-mediated hypercalcemic effects were significantly attenuated in RTFP-2 vaccinated mice. Furthermore, RTFP-2 vaccine significantly mitigated the incidence and severity of CIA via inhibition of inflammation and bone resorption. Our results showed the RTFP-2 vaccine of dual targets ameliorated the symptoms of CIA mice, suggesting the potential possibility to treat inflammatory bone diseases such as RA. Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) is an evolutionarily conserved serine/threonine phosphatase abundant in mammalian brains. Although recent research has revealed that PP2A plays important roles in cocaine and morphine addictions, the mechanism of action of PP2A in methamphetamine (METH) addiction is unclear. LB100 is a PP2A inhibitor able to penetrate the blood-brain barrier (BBB); the role of LB100 in METH-induced conditioned place preference (CPP) has not yet been reported. Here, we explored the roles of LB100 in distinct phases of METH-induced CPP. Our findings indicate that LB100 inhibits the acquisition and reinstatement of METH-induced CPP and promotes the extinction of METH-induced CPP. Moreover, LB100 alone did not affect the natural preference of mice. Intriguingly, repeated administration of LB100 in the extinction phase did not inhibit the reinstatement of METH-induced CPP, but LB100 injection prior to METH administration could significantly block it. This article explores the development and challenges of forensic medicine in Africa, comparing it to developed countries. It addresses limited resources, funding, and a shortage of trained professionals. The growth of forensic investigation capabilities and the challenges of funding and technology access are discussed. Training and education have improved, but disparities remain. Partnerships with developed countries and international organizations are crucial to bridge the gap. A comprehensive legal framework is important, but disparities exist among African countries. Harmonizing forensic laws would enhance cooperation. The role of forensic medicine in the criminal justice system is examined, emphasizing the need to build trust in forensic evidence. International collaboration and capacity building are key to advancing forensic medicine in Africa. Investments in infrastructure, funding, training, and legal frameworks are required. Objective. To study the expression of programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1) and breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1) in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients and analyze their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods. 76 TNBC tissues were collected as the research object, while 60 adjacent tissues were used as controls. All patients underwent surgical treatment, and the expression of PD-L1 and BRCA1 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. At the same time, the relationship between PD-L1, BRCA1, and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with TNBC (including patient age, menopausal status, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, histological grade, Ki-67 expression, and p53 expression) were analyzed by univariate and logistic multivariate analysis. Results. The positive expression rate of PD-L1 in the TNBC group was 64.47%, which was higher than the control group by 41.67%. The positive expression rate of BRCA1 was 27.63%, which was lower than the control group by 48.33%. PD-L1 expression has no significant relationship with age, menopausal status, and p53 expression in TNBC patients. TNBC patients with tumors ≥2 cm, histological grade III, lymph node metastasis, and Ki-67 expression ≥20% had higher PD-L1 positive expression rates. The tumor size, Ki-67 expression, and PD-L1 expression of TNBC patients have independent effects. The expression of BRCA1 has no significant relationship with menopausal status, tumor size, Ki-67 expression, etc. TNBC patients with age <45 years, histological grade I or II, no lymph node metastasis, and high p53 expression positive rate had higher BRCA1 positive expression rate. The age of TNBC patients, p53 expression, and BRCA1 expression have independent effects. Conclusion. In TNBC cancer tissues, there is a high expression of PD-L1 and low expression of BRAC1. Determining the postmortem interval (PMI) is an important task in forensic pathology. However, a reliable means of determining the PMI between 24 h and approximately 7 days after death has not yet been established. A previous study demonstrated that subunit A of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A-A) is a promising candidate to estimate the PMI during the first 96 h. However, more detailed work is still needed to investigate PP2A's function in PMI estimation. PP2A is a serine/threonine phosphatase consisting of three subunits (PP2A-A, PP2A-B, and PP2A-C), and its activation is reflected by Tyr-307 phosphorylation of the catalytic subunit (P-PP2A-C). In this study, we speculated that the other two subunits of PP2A and the activation of PP2A may play different roles in estimating the PMI. For this purpose, mice were euthanized and stored at different temperatures (4, 15, and 25 °C). At each temperature, the musculus vastus lateralis was collected at different time points (0, 24, 48, and 96 h) to investigate the degradation of PP2A-B, PP2A-C, and P-PP2A-C (Tyr-307). Homocysteine (Hcy) was used to establish a hyperhomocysteinemia animal model to explore the effects of plasma Hcy on PMI estimation. The data showed not only that PP2A-C was more stable than PP2A-B, but also that it was not affected by homocysteine (Hcy). Background: Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), the most common subtype of lung cancer, is the primary contributor to cancer-linked fatalities. Dysregulation in the proliferation of cells and death is primarily involved in its development. Recently, tetraspanins, a group of transmembrane proteins, have gained increasing attention for their potential role in the progression of LUAD. Hence, our endeavor involved the development of a novel tetraspanin-based model for the prognostication of lung cancer. Methods: A comprehensive set of bioinformatics tools was utilized to evaluate the expression of tetraspanin-related genes and assess their significance regarding prognosis. Hence, a robust risk signature was established through machine learning. The prognosis-predictive value of the signature was evaluated in terms of clinical application, functional enrichment, and the immune landscape. Results: The research first identified differential expression of tetraspanin genes in patients with LUAD via publicly available databases. The resulting data were indicative of the value that nine of them held regarding prognosis. Five distinct elements were utilized in the establishment of a tetraspanin-related model (TSPAN7, TSPAN11, TSPAN14, UPK1B, and UPK1A). Furthermore, as per the median risk scores, the participants were classified into high- and low-risk groups. The model was validated using inner and outer validation sets. Notably, consensus clustering and prognostic score grouping analysis revealed that tetraspanin-related features affect tumor prognosis by modulating tumor immunity. A nomogram based on the tetraspanin gene was constructed with the aim of enhancing the poor prognosis of high-risk groups and facilitating clinical application. Conclusion: Through machine learning algorithms and in vitro experiments, a novel tetraspanin-associated signature was developed and validated for survival prediction in patients with LUAD that reflects tumor immune infiltration. Improving the seismic time–frequency resolution is a crucial step for identifying thin reservoirs. In this paper, we propose a new high‐precision time–frequency analysis algorithm, synchroextracting generalized S‐transform, which exhibits superior performance at characterizing reservoirs and detecting hydrocarbons. This method first calculates time–frequency spectra using generalized S‐transform; then, it squeezes all but the most smeared time–frequency coefficients into the instantaneous frequency trajectory and finally obtains highly accurate and energy‐concentrated time–frequency spectra. We precisely deduce the mathematical formula of the synchroextracting generalized S‐transform. Synthetic signal examples testify that this method can correctly decompose a signal and provide a better time–frequency representation. The results of a synthetic seismic signal and real seismic data demonstrate that this method can identify some reservoirs with thincknesses smaller than a quarter wavelength and can be successfully applied for hydrocarbon detection. In addition, examples of synthetic signals with different levels of Gaussian white noise show that this method can achieve better results under noisy conditions. Autoimmunity is reported involving in reproductive failures, and antinuclear antibody (ANA) positivity has been regarded as a typical feature of autoimmunity. Published studies on the association of ANA with reproductive failures including infertility are controversial. The aim of this meta‐analysis was to analyse whether the presence of ANA positivity increases the risk of infertility in women. We searched the PubMed and Embase databases for relevant literature without any restrictions prior to April 28, 2021. All analyses were performed using the RevMan 5.3 software. Twelve studies with 2734 participants, including 1482 patients with infertility, met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The total positivity rate of ANA was 23.8% (353/1482) in all infertile patients and 8.5% (107/1252) in the control group. Infertile females had a significantly higher ANA positivity rate than the control group (odds ratio [OR] = 2.90, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.72–4.87, I2 = 65%, P <.0001). Several subgroup analyses were performed to reduce the heterogeneity. ANA positivity was associated with female infertility in studies either performed by indirect immunofluorescence (OR = 2.26, 95% CI:1.67–3.06, P <.00001) or by ELISA (OR = 10.76, 95% CI:1.82–63.64, P <.00001). ANA was significantly associated with increased risk of women infertility either after the definite exclusion of individuals with autoimmune diseases (AID) or without exclusion [(OR = 1.99, 95% CI:1.29–3.06, P =.002), (OR = 2.76, 95% CI:1.56–4.88, P =.0005), respectively]. Regulatory B cells (Bregs), a newly described subset of B cells, have been proved to play a suppressive role in immune system. Bregs can inhibit other immune cells through cytokines secretion and antigen presentation, which give them the role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases and cancers. Aim: Psilocin is an active metabolite form of psilocybin and exerts psychoactive effects. Recent studies suggest that psilocin may have regulatory effects on abuse drugs, but the mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, we want to explore the effects of psilocin on methamphetamine (METH)‐induced alterations of behavior in mice and its molecular mechanisms. Methods: Acute METH administration model and conditioned place preference (CPP) model were used to investigate the effects of psilocin on METH‐induced alterations of behavior. Western blot was used to detect the expression of proteins. Results: In the acute 2 mg/kg METH administration model, 1 mg/kg psilocin counteracted METH‐induced elevation of activity. In the 1 mg/kg METH‐induced CPP model, 1 mg/kg psilocin inhibited CPP formation during the acquisition phase. However, psilocin did not impact METH extinction and relapse. Molecular results showed that the regulatory effect of psilocin on METH was underscored by altered expression of dopamine 2 receptor (D2R) and phosphorylated extra‐cellular signal‐regulated kinase (p‐ERK) in the prefrontal cortex (PFC), nucleus accumbens (NAc), and ventral tegmental area (VTA). Trifluoperazine (TFP)‐2HCl is a D2R inhibitor, and SCH772984 is a selective extra‐cellular signal‐regulated kinase (ERK) inhibitor that effectively inhibits ERK1/2 phosphorylation. The results indicated that 2 mg/kg TFP‐2HCl and 10 mg/kg SCH772984 blocked METH‐induced hyperactivity and acquisition of METH‐induced CPP. Rationale: MicroRNA (miRNA) control of post-transcription gene expression in the nucleus accumbens (NAc) has been implicated in methamphetamine (METH) dependence. Conditioned place preference (CPP) is a classical animal procedure that reflects the rewarding effects of addictive drugs. miR-222-3p has been reported to play a key role in various neurological diseases and is strongly associated with alcohol dependence. Nevertheless, the role of miR-222-3p in METH dependence remains unclear. Objective: To explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the role of miR-222-3p in the NAc in METH-induced CPP. Methods: miR-222-3p expression in the NAc of METH-induced CPP mice was detected by quantitative real-time (qPCR). Following adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated overexpression or knockdown of miR-222-3p in the NAc, mice were subjected to CPP to investigate the effects of miR-222-3p on METH-induced CPP. Target genes of mir-222-3p were predicted using bioinformatics analysis. Candidate target genes for METH-induced CPP were validated by qPCR. Results: miR-222-3p expression in the NAc was decreased in CPP mice. Overexpression of miR-222-3p in the NAc blunted METH-induced CPP. Ppp3r1, Cdkn1c, Fmr1, and PPARGC1A were identified as target gene transcripts potentially mediating the effects of miR-222-3p on METH-induced CPP. Purpose: To investigate meibomian gland (MG) alteration in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: This study included 23 SLE patients evaluated with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI) and 21 healthy controls (HCs). All the subjects were evaluated with Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) questionnaire, and the eyes were performed examinations of tear meniscus height (TMH), non-invasive keratographic tear film break-up time (NIKBUT), Schirmer I Test, MG eyelid score, meibography score, and in vivo confocal microscopy (IVCM) on the meibomian gland. Results: There was no significant difference between the SLE patients and the HCs in the TMH, NIKBUT, and Schirmer I Test. However, the SLE patients had higher MG eyelid scores and meibography scores on both upper eyelid and lower eyelid than the HCs. Through meibography observation, 34.8% of the SLE patients presented MG deficiency in Grade 3, whereas that of all the HCs were less than Grade 3. The SLE patients were found to have significant MG atrophy and vascular enrichment around the meibomian glands (MGs). The SLE patients were also found to have excessive inflammatory cell infiltration around the MGs, especially the typical lymph node-like foci of inflammatory cell infiltration. Though macrophages and neutrophils are considered to be the principal immune cells involved in gout inflammation, recent studies highlight an emerging role of T cell subsets in the pathogenesis of gout. Some studies found that abnormal functions of several T cell subsets and aberrant expressions of their signature cytokines existed in gouty arthritis. Additionally, recent studies also suggested that therapeutic strategies by targeting pro-inflammatory T cell subsets or their related cytokines could ameliorate monosodium urate (MSU) crystals-induced arthritis in mice. The important role of T cells in gouty arthritis may provide some explanation for the absence of acute gout attacks among individuals with severe hyperuricemia or clinical evidence of MSU crystals deposition. Background. Multiple studies have reported the significance of the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) in the prognosis of colorectal cancer (CRC), but no consensus has yet been reached. The purpose of this study was to systematically assess the prognostic value of SII in patients with CRC. Materials and Methods. We performed a systematic literature search in PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library for eligible studies. The correlation between pretreatment SII and overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), and progression-free survival (PFS) in CRC patients was evaluated by combining the hazard ratio (HR) and 95% confidence interval (CI). Results. Twelve studies involving 3919 patients were included. Comprehensive analysis results showed that high SII indicated poor OS in CRC patients (HR = 1.777 , 95% CI: 1.328-2.376). Compared with patients with low SII values, patients with high SII had lower PFS (HR = 1.658 , 95% CI: 1.189-2.311). Subgroup analysis further verified the above results. Conclusions. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most common chronic autoimmune diseases. Although the progress made with current clinical use of biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bioDMARDs), the response rate of RA treatment remains ungratified, primarily due to intricacy interactions of multiple inflammatory cytokines and the awkward drug delivery. Thus, it is of great importance to neutralize cytokines and actively deliver therapeutic agents to RA joints for the purpose of promoting in situ activity. Herein, we proposed and validated a nanoparticle-based broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory strategy for RA management by fusing TRAIL-anchored cell membranes onto drug-loaded polymeric cores (TU-NPs), which makes them ideal decoys of inflamed macrophage-targeted biological molecules. Upon intravenous injection of TU-NPs into collagen-induced arthritic mice, the fluorescence/photoacoustic dual-modal imaging revealed higher accumulations and longer retention of TU-NPs in inflamed joints. In vivo therapeutic evaluations suggested that these nanoparticles could neutralize cytokines, suppress synovial inflammation, and provide strong chondroprotection against joint damage by targeting and deep penetration into the inflamed tissues. Overall, our work provides a novel strategy to treat RA with a strong potential for clinical translation. Drug addiction can be described as a chronic and relapsing brain disease. Behavioral sensitization is believed to share similar mechanisms with relapse. Our previous studies have demonstrated that ifenprodil could attenuate methamphetamine (METH)-induced behavioral sensitization. However, the mechanism underlying this process has not been fully investigated. Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) is a conserved serine/threonine protein phosphatase that has been linked to many neurological diseases; however, there are few reports about PP2A in the context of drug addiction. In this study, we measured the level of phosphorylated (p-) GluN2B (Serine; Ser 1303), PP2A/B (a regulatory subunit of PP2A), and PP2A/C (a catalytic subunit of PP2A) in different brain regions such as the prefrontal cortex (PFc), nucleus accumbens (NAc), dorsal striatum (DS), and hippocampus (Hip). We also used ifenprodil, a selective antagonist of GluN2B to clarify the relationship between GluN2B and PP2A. The results showed that METH increased the level of p-GluN2B (Ser 1303) and PP2A/B in the DS and ifenprodil blocked this increase. We further examined the interaction between PP2A/B and PP2A/C in the DS and found that METH treatment increased the interaction between PP2A/B and PP2A/C, which was also blocked by ifenprodil. Then, we explored the pathway downstream of PP2A in the DS and found that p-AKT (Threonine; Thr 308) but not p-AKT (Ser 473) was dephosphorylated by PP2A. Background: Pretreatment albumin/alkaline phosphatase ratio (AAPR) has been discussed about its prognostic value in several malignancies, whereas its role in cervical cancer remains unclear. In this study, we attempt to explore the prognostic significance of the AAPR in stage IB-IIA cervical cancer patients who underwent a radical hysterectomy. Patients and methods: A total of 230 cervical cancer patients were enrolled in this retrospective study. The threshold value of AAPR was determined by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and multivariate analysis were performed to identify independent prognostic predictors of disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS). Results: The optimal cut-off value of the preoperative AAPR was 0.68. Patients with AAPR<0.68 showed obviously inferior OS and DFS than those with AAPR>0.68 according to Kaplan-Meier curves (DFS: P = 0.011; OS: P = 0.017). In multivariate analysis, the preoperative AAPR showed to be an independent predictive factor for disease-free survival (DFS: P = 0.015) and overall survival (OS: P = 0.019). Moreover, subgroup analysis revealed that the lower AAPR was correlated with worse prognosis in patients with histologic grade I-II; but in those with histologic grade III, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Preoperative AAPR was a potentially valuable prognostic index in stage IB-IIA cervical cancer patients. Further prospective studies are required to validate its prognostic value. Aims: Tumor endothelial cells (TECs) have been investigated using human tumor xenografts in mice models. In order to provide pure human TECs for the updating of clinical anti‐angiogenic cancer therapy, in the present study we established a protocol of purification of TECs derived from clinical hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and revealed the TEC features by in vitro and in vivo assays. Methods: We isolated TECs from fresh surgical resections of HCC by magnetic‐activated cell sorting and purified by flow cytometry sorting upon CD31 expression, referred to as ECDHCCs. Next, we identified cultured ECDHCCs by morphology, phenotype, genotype, and functional assays. Results: The ECDHCCs appeared as Weibel–Palade bodies under electron microscopy. They expressed endothelial markers, such as CD31, CD105, and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2, and expressed the genes that are associated with pro‐angiogenesis, especially vascular endothelial growth factor, epiregulin, and programmed cell death 10. Functionally, ECDHCCs were capable of tube formation, wound healing, and Transwell migration in vitro. These in vitro behaviors were validated by in vivo Matrigel plug assay in mice. Finally, comparison of ECDHCC with the Hep‐G2 liver cancer cell line showed there was no similarity of phenotype or function between these two types of cells. Conclusions: Tumor endothelial cells derived from human HCC can be isolated and purified from clinical samples by flow cytometer. They have the endothelial phenotype and morphologic features and are capable of tube formation and migration. Primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) is a rheumatic disease characterized by the destruction of salivary and lacrimal glands, and its pathogenesis mechanism remains unclear. Gαq is the α-subunit of the heterotrimeric Gq protein. Researches demonstrated that Gαq was involved in the pathogenesis regulation of several rheumatic diseases. This study explored the role of Gαq in pSS. Gαq mRNA levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 39 patients and 26 healthy controls (HCs) were investigated using real-time PCR. IL-17A serum concentrations in 22 pSS patients and 23 HCs were tested by ELISA, and the clinical significance of Gαq was analyzed. The association of Gαq with interleukin-17A (IL-17A) expression was also analyzed in patients with pSS. We showed that Gαq expression in PBMCs from patients with pSS was significantly lower than that in PBMCs from HCs. Gαq expression level was closely associated with pSS disease activity. Furthermore, a negative association was also found in IL-17A and Gαq expression level. These data suggest that Gαq is involved in pSS pathogenesis regulation, possibly due to its regulation of Th17. In order to evaluate autoantibody to SP-1 as an early biomarker in pSS, we investigated autoantibody to SP-1 in Chinese patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS). Autoantibodies to SP-1 are significantly increased in pSS patients compared to RA patients, SLE patients, and healthy people without secondary SS. The presence of anti SP-1 antibodies was negatively correlated with the focus score (FS), RF, and salivary gland function. It was positively correlated with FS = 0, RF ≤ 20, and normal salivary gland function. In further studies, the autoantigen SP-1 was identified in ductal epithelia of salivary glands in il14α TG mice by IIF. SP-1 mRNAs expression increased with growing age in il14α TG mice. SP-1 mRNA was also identified in labial biopsies of patients with pSS. In conclusion, autoantibody to SP-1 is an early marker in pSS. Rho-associated coiled-coil-containing protein kinase 2 (ROCK2) has been known as an effector for the small GTPase Rho and plays an important role in tumor progression and metastasis. However, the effect of ROCK2 in gastric cancer (GC) has not been identified. This study showed that ROCK2 expression significantly increased in clinical GC tissues compared with adjacent non-cancer tissues. Immunohistochemistrical analysis showed that high expression of ROCK2 was correlated with tumor grade, tumor-node-metastasis stage, infiltration depth, lymph node invasion and Ki-67, and predicted poor prognosis in 135 gastric cancer specimens. In addition, we found that upregulated ROCK2 promoted proliferation, metastasis and invasion of GC cells, while ROCK2 knockdown led to the opposite results in vitro by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, colony formation assays, flow cytometric analysis and trans-well assays. Fas and its ligand FasL, members of tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, have been implicated in the process of cell apoptosis. FasL consists of two forms, membrane FasL (mFasL) and soluble FasL (sFasL). sFasL can be produced by mFasL cleaved by matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) and also reveals a role for binding to Fas which is expressed on cell surface. Although Fas/FasL axis has been implicated in a variety of diseases, its role in Sjogren’s syndrome still remains ill defined. In this study, we investigated the potential of sFasL in the pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome (SS). We found that the serum levels of sFasL in SS patients were significantly lower than healthy subjects. Moreover, serum levels of sFasL in patients with mild disease activity were higher than patients with severe disease activity. There is a positive correlation of the serum level of sFasL with uptake index of parotid gland in our expectation. In addition, liver injury involvement in SS patients showed decreased level of sFasL. Furthermore, we here also observed that the protective cytokine IL-10 expression was positively correlated with sFasL expression. Levels of NCKX2 were unchanged in these brain regions in mice with METH-induced CPP but were decreased in the PFc and NAc of mice with METH-induced behavioral sensitization. Adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated overexpression of NCKX2 in the PFc attenuated the expression phase of METH-induced behavioral sensitization in mice, whereas AAV-mediated knockdown of NCKX2 enhanced the effects of METH. Collectively, our results suggest that NCKX2 is involved in METH-induced behavioral sensitization but does not affect conditioned reward-related memory, highlighting the potential of NCKX2 as a molecular target for studying the mechanisms underscoring METH addiction. Chronic discontinuous use of many psychomotor stimulants leads to behavioral sensitization and, owing to it shares common mechanisms with relapse, most researchers use its animal model to explore the neurobiological mechanisms of addiction. Recent studies have proved that N -methyl- d -aspartate receptors (NMDARs) are implicated in psychomotor stimulant-induced behavioral sensitization. However, the function of GluN2B-containing NMDARs and their potential downstream cascade(s) in the acquisition and expression of behavioral sensitization to methamphetamine (METH) have not been explored. In this study, 2.5, 5, and 10 mg/kg ifenprodil, the specific inhibitor of GluN2B, was used to explore the function of these receptors in distinct phases of behavioral sensitization to METH in mice. Then, using western blot, Ras, pERK1/2/ERK1/2, and ΔFosB levels in the prefrontal cortex (PFc), nucleus accumbens (NAc), and caudate putamen (CPu) were detected. Behavioral results showed that low-dose ifenprodil attenuated the acquisition and expression of behavioral sensitization to METH significantly. Western blot analysis revealed that pre-injection of low-dose ifenprodil in the acquisition markedly attenuated METH-induced ascent of Ras, pERK1/2/ERK1/2, and ΔFosB protein levels in the CPu. However, pre-treatment in the expression only affected the alterations of Ras and pERK1/2/ERK1/2 levels in the CPu. Moreover, chronic METH administration increased pERK1/2/ERK1/2 level in the NAc. In conclusion, GluN2B-containing NMDARs contribute to both the acquisition and expression of behavioral sensitization to METH in mice. Furthermore, the acquisition phase might be mediated by the Ras-ERK1/2-ΔFosB cascade in the CPu while the expression phase may be regulated by the Ras-ERK1/2 cascade in the CPu. Interleukin-33 (IL-33), the most recently discovered member of the IL-1 superfamily, has been linked to several human pathologies including autoimmune diseases, sepsis, and allergy through its specific IL-1 receptor ST2. However, there is little information regarding the role of IL-33 in gout. In this study, we investigated the potential role of IL-33 in gout patients. The serum level of IL-33 was measured by ELISA, and the clinical and laboratory parameters, serum creatinine, urea, and lipid, were extracted from medical record system. The serum IL-33 expression was predominantly increased in gout patients compared to healthy controls, and the IL-33 levels were higher in patients without kidney injury. Furthermore, IL-33 showed a negative correlation with biomarkers of kidney injury, such as CRE and urea. The lipid metabolism dysfunction, tophi, and hypertension are the common reasons for kidney injury in gout. Interestingly, inverse and positive correlation of IL-33 expression was observed in LDL and HDL, respectively. However, there was no significant alteration in the gout patients with hypertension and tophi. Drug addiction can be described as a chronic and relapsing brain disease. Behavioral sensitization is common animal model in the study of addiction and N-Methyl-D-aspartate subtype of glutamate receptor (NMDAR) is believed play key role in this process. LY235959 is a competitive NMDAR antagonist, however, its effect on methamphetamine (METH)-induced behavioral sensitization is not been reported yet. In this study, we choose three doses (0.33 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg, and 3.0 mg/kg) of LY235959 to investigate its effect on locomotor activity, METH-induced behavioral sensitization and different phases of it in C57/BL6 mice. We also used western blotting to examine the PP2A/B – AKT cascade which had been proved involved in METH-induced behavioral sensitization in the dorsal striatum (DS). The results showed that only 0.33 mg/kg LY235959 increased locomotor activity dramatically, however, 1.0 mg/kg and 3.0 mg/kg of LY235959 could attenuate METH-induced behavioral sensitization markedly. We also found that LY235959 only disrupted the development phase of METH-induced behavioral sensitization and the following western blotting results further indicated that PP2A/B – AKT cascade might involve in this process. Septin4, a member of polymerizing GTP-binding proteins family, is reported to be involved in cytoskeletal organization in mitosis, apoptosis, fibrosis, and other cellular processes. Since various Septin4 expression patterns were reported in different diseases, this study aimed to investigate Septin4 expression in human LX-2 cell line stimulated by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and attempted to clarify the relationship between Septin4 and hepatic inflammatory injury and fibrosis. In this subject, human stellate cell line LX-2 was stimulated by LPS. The expression of Septin4 was analyzed by Western blot and quantitative real-time PCR. To observe the relationship among Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), TGF-β, and Septin4, proteins from the anti-TLR4 antibody blocked cells, as well as the TGF-β-induced cells, were analyzed by the method of Western blot. As the results, LPS could induce the alteration of α-smooth muscle actin and Septin4 expression in LX-2 cells. Septin4 expression was regulated by LPS stimulation through TLR4 and TGF-β pathway. These results therefore suggest that Septin4 may be involved in the process of activation of hepatic stellate cells by LPS stimulation. Acute use of methamphetamine (METH) causes a range of clinical symptoms, including hyperlocomotion. Dopamine D1 receptor (D1R)-mediated negative regulation of phosphorylated calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase IIα (p-CaMKIIα, threonine [Thr] 286) is involved in the acute effects induced by single METH administration. Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) is a potential bridge that links D1R and p-CaMKIIα (Thr 286) after acute METH administration. However, the mechanisms underlying hyperlocomotion induced by single METH administration remain unclear. In this study, SCH23390 (a D1R inhibitor) and LB100 (a PP2A inhibitor) were administered to examine the involvement of D1R and PP2A signaling in acute METH-induced hyperlocomotion in mice. The protein levels of methylated PP2A-C (m-PP2A-C, leucine [Leu] 309), phosphorylated PP2A-C (p-PP2A-C, tyrosine [Tyr] 307), PP2A-C, p-CaMKIIα (Thr 286), and CaMKIIα in the prefrontal cortex (PFc), nucleus accumbens (NAc), and caudate putamen (CPu) were measured. Administration of 0.5 mg/kg SCH23390 reversed the acute METH-induced increase in protein levels of m-PP2A-C (Leu 309) and the decrease in protein levels of p-PP2A-C (Tyr 307) in the CPu, but not in the PFC and NAc. Moreover, prior administration of 0.1 mg/kg LB100 attenuated hyperlocomotion induced by single METH administration and reversed the decrease in protein levels of p-CaMKII (Thr 286) in the PFC, NAc, and CPu. N -Methyl- d -aspartate receptors (NMDARs) are abundant in the prefrontal cortex (PFc) and much evidence indicates that GluN2B-containing NMDARs are involved in morphine-induced conditioned place preference (CPP). However, the function of GluN2B in the FrA during morphine-induced CPP has yet to be fully investigated. In the present work, a CPP animal model was employed to measure the expression of phosphorylated (p-) GluN2B (Serine; Ser 1303) in the FrA and NAc in different phases of morphine-induced CPP. We found that p-GluN2B (Ser 1303) was increased in the FrA during the development and reinstatement phases but unchanged in the extinction phase. The use of ifenprodil, a GluN2B-specific antagonist, to block the activity of GluN2B in the two phases attenuated morphine-induced CPP and reinstatement. Furthermore, ifenprodil also blocked morphine-induced upregulation of p-GluN2B (Ser 1303) in the FrA in both phases.
