According to the writer, director of the magazine Tel Quel, the revolution must be achieved through writing and theory. Nevertheless, the China he discovered during his stay seemed to be far from the China he had dreamt of before his departure... Based on articles published by Tel Quel, the paper seeks to show how Mao's China, idealized in ideological discourse, is transformed into a dramatized reality that the Chinese people are obliged to stage in front of the tourists allowed to visit China.

- Abstract
This paper presents the design and development of a multiple-inputmultiple-output (MIMO) compact antenna with coplanar waveguide (CPW) feed for 5G millimeter-wave applications. It can be operated in the C (4-8 GHz), Ku (12-18 GHz), K (18-26.5 GHz), and Ka (27-40 GHz) with full coverage of the millimeter wave 5G New Radio (NR) n257/n258/n261 bands. The proposed antenna is designed with planar geometry with an element size of 14 mm×19 mm, which makes it compact and achieves a wide operating bandwidth. By the arrangement of orthogonal rotation, the 4-port structure is formed to realize good polarization diversity. The result shows that the MIMO antenna has a stable radiation pattern at the low-frequency band and offers an ultra-wide bandwidth (UWB) of 5-39 GHz (154.5%), isolation of more than 19 dB, and a total footprint of 40 mm×40 mm. Quotations from Chairman Mao Tse-tung, better known as the “Little Red Book”, was published in China in 1964; it was intended to encourage the Chinese people to make the revolution. The book was published in French at the end of December 1966, at a time when pro-Chinese intellectuals were discovering Mao’s ideological writings with enthusiasm. At the same time, a part of the French youth, in search of a new political ideal, turns to an idealized Maoist China, seizes the little red book to try to implement an ideological revolution. The East forges then an imaginary of subversion. Based on the little red book, we will try to question the posture of Maoist intellectuals or sympathizers, enthusiastic about Mao’s Marxist theory, but also that of French youth who were able to forge an imaginary revolution based on Mao’s quotes. - Abstract
Background: Left paraduodenal hernia (PDH) is a mesenterico-parietal hernia with retroperitoneal retrocolic herniation of the small bowel into a sac formed by a peritoneal fold located near the fourth portion of the duodenum. It’s a rare cause of hydronephrosis by compressed the upper left ureter. Traditionally, PDH are treated by laparotomy.Case presentation: An 8-year-old boy’s primary purpose was the treatment of cryptorchidism. But hydronephrosis was detected and it was induced by left paraduodenal hernia. Diagnostic laparoscopic exploration confirmed the diagnosis left paraduodenal hernia secondary hydronephrosis. Cryptorchidism was the primary purpose of treatment. The patient was treated with laparoscopic surgery, fixed left paraduodenal hernia, released the ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) and treated hydronephrosis. Conclusion: Secondary surgery for treating cryptorchidism would be performed and the long-term follow up was necessary. This case suggests us a rare cause of hydronephrosis in children. Every why has a wherefore. We must pay much attention to any unusual details in our medical work even though these details aren’t related to our primary objects.

Objective: To evaluate safety and efficacy of a novel method of bilateral patent processus vaginalis ligation in transumbilical single-site multiport laparoscopic orchiopexy for children. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out comparing the novel ligation and conventional ligation performed by a single surgeon between July, 2017-July, 2018. The patients were divided into the novel group (42 cases) and the conventional group (59 cases). In the novel group, transumbilical single-site multiport laparoscopic orchiopexy was performed and the bilateral internal rings was stitched with "8" pattern suture. In the conventional group, the conventional TriPort laparoscopic orchiopexy was performed and purse string suture was used to fix the internal rings. The parameters of operative duration time, postoperative hospital stay; postoperative complications were compared between 2 groups. Results: All operations were successful. No Perioperative period complications were found and all patients were discharged within 4-6 days after operation. There is no statistic difference in the surgery time and hospitalization day. However, there is significant difference in the Pain face scale scores after day 2(1.60±0.73 VS 2.02±0.86). And there is no scar and the satisfactory cosmetic could be seen in scrotum and inguinal area in the novel group. Conclusion: The novel ligation was safety and efficacy. It is relatively easy to perform with smaller scar and less pain. We propose the novel ligation as a more viable treatment option for pediatric cryptorchidism with bilateral patent processus vaginalis.

WORLDVIEW ,HUMANISM ,PSYCHOANALYSIS ,RADICALISM - Abstract
Julia Kristeva was born in 1941 in Bulgaria. She studied and worked in Paris from 1965. After leaving her homeland, she discovers a "foreign" identity. Travel shapes her way of life that she describes as "nomadic": China, the United States, Europe, etc. For Kristeva, travel is an essential element in her identical and spiritual quest. This article will investigate Kristeva's ideas by referring to her fictional and autobiographical texts. The aim of her spiritual quest is based on the articulation psychoanalysis/philosophy. According to Kristeva, the 21st-century man is in crisis, because of "dislocations" with family, entourage and others, etc. Therefore, Kristeva forges a new path: Humanism. Being a legacy of Christianity and the basis of Europe, Humanism also maintains relations with other spiritualities in the world. This article tries to highlight her thought of Humanism as a spiritual quest, knowing that Kristeva seeks to develop a feminine world view, outside the wars, religious extremism, violence, aggression of young people and the destruction of the planet.
