The article presents the case of a 58-year-old man, who visited the outpatient clinic of department of neurology due to onset of a new onset, persistent, progressive, and severe headache. The patient felt pressure in the vertex area, and tightness in the shoulders, the back of the neck and occipital regions, but there were no other associated symptoms.
