Euphorbia hirta is of the family Euphorbiaceae, owning various pharmacological properties like anti-inflammatory activity. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic-autoimmune systemic diseasethat can be characterized by cartilage degradation, synovial hyperplasia, inflammation, and joint damage. Objective of the study is to assess the anti-arthritic activity of methanolic extract of Euphorbia hirta. Freund’s complete adjuvant induced arthritic Model was followed for the evaluation. 0.1 mL of the FCA by intraplanar injection was used to induce arthritis in Wistar rats. Methanolic extract (100 and 200 mg/kg) of Euphorbia hirta were given to Wistar rats. Euphorbia hirta extract showed significant anti-arthritic activity in a dose-dependent manner. However, Euphorbia hirta extract (200mg/kg) showed potential anti-arthritic activity. From the study, it can be concluded that Euphorbia hirta possesses marked anti-arthriticactivity. Bacopa monnieri is a plant with a rich history of use in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, spanning several centuries. It is also referred to as Brahmi in some regions. This product serves as a treatment for various skin conditions, such as inflammation and wound healing. Its properties also aid in the production of collagen and improve circulation. The inclusion of antioxidants enhances your skin's overall health, resulting in a rejuvenated and vibrant appearance. The present study aimed to prepare a nano-lipoidal system loaded with Bacopa monnieri (BM) extract and its characterization. Twelve formulations (F1-12) were developed using the ether injection method using different ratios of BM extract, L-alpha phosphatidylcholine (SPC), ethanol, and water. Bacoside A was used as a marker compound for estimation purposes. BM extract-loaded ethosomes were characterized in which formulation F-5 showed the highest entrapment efficiency of 89 %, with vesicle size 188 nm, while the zeta potential was -29.19 mV, and the polydispersity index (PDI) was 0.221±1.45. In vitro extract release using a dialysis membrane was performed for 12 hours, and it was found to be 44 % and 61 % at the end of 8 and 12 hours. The formulation followed zeroorder non-Fickian diffusion kinetics, which is best for transdermal formulations. The goat skin was used for Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) study which showed the fluorescence intensity of Rhodamine B entrapped in those was 16.783, while it was 8.580 in the blank hydroethanolic solution, which confirmed the penetration of the ethosomal systems up to 30-40 µm deeper into the skin which gives a possibility that ethosomes can contribute in collagen synthesis and decrease the degradation of elastin in the deeper layers. Over the last few decades, computer and internet security has become a vital area because of eye‐opening numbers of data breaches, intruders on perilous infrastructure and malware attacks that are increasing day by day. In order to monitor abnormal activities and identify unusual attacks, several security solutions have been proposed in the recent past years. To protect computer system, intrusion detection system (IDS) opens up great opportunities to determine vulnerabilities and detect anomalies in security system. For detecting new attacks or building security solutions, in this study we present a new wrapper technique for security specialists that can help to detect more complicated attacks by combining teaching learning‐based optimization with opposition learning scheme and simulated annealing method. In order to address advance attack, firstly opposition learning strategy is used to update population generation of teaching learning‐based optimization that affect the robustness of the model after that simulated annealing is integrated into the teaching learning‐based optimization. In proposed method to choose the relevant features, we have used support vector machine as a fitness function that can be helped to recognize attacks precisely. The proposed algorithm is evaluated on three popular datasets namely NSL‐KDD, ISCX 2012 and UNSW‐NB15. Experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to other existing wrapper algorithms in terms of detection rate, accuracy and false alarm rates. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
