The research was set to studies breakdown phenomena of used vegetable oil with various of sparking gap shape. It was found that the lower the breakdown voltage the larger the electrode surface. The breakdown voltage of the point- sphere electrodes pair is higher than other pairs of electrodes. The breakdown voltage of the stainless steel electrodes pair is higher in comparison high voltage testing. The breakdown time decreases with increasing the applied voltage and reducing the gap distance.

This paper study is to identify the problems regarding Lab information, in order to practice in the laboratory, for 450 technical college students, in Thailand. The result for teaching methods reveal that the conventional type is highest. This also reveals that `project type' teaching methods are higher than any other type, because the teacher approach to the student's final exam carries the purpose and wish that students can create a project and solve any problems by themselves. This article presents an overcurrent protection circuit using the current feedback technique to supply the low ac voltage for the experiment in the electronic laboratory. This study designs a drying of air cleaning using plasma system prototype. The plasma system used power supply rated 8-12 kv with 50-70 kHz. The temperature and humidity are controlled using embedded system. The temperature ranges 50-120 degree Celsius are varies with humidity measurement. This developed plasma system could be installed in all air purification system. It also improves the air quality as efficiently as the plasma system available at the present time. This plasma system was developed by AC high voltage – 14 kv with a frequency of 50Hz. The result shows that the plasma generator installed in air purification system could purify the air as efficiently as the plasma system available at the present time. Further research works should be to design a larger circuit in order to generate arc for larger room, to experiment with various types of air conditioners installed in the same room in order to achieve the accuracy, and to develop automatic control system.

Considering the number of failures in high voltage ' power transformers caused by problems in bushing and winding insulation, it is important to study means for diagnosing incipient failures, to avoid long unavailability periods and its consequences. The aim of this study is to study investigation and measurement procedures, concerning the evaluation of position of partial discharge inside the transformer, in order to evaluate the degree of danger for the equipment. The methodology is based on a noninvasive measurement of partial discharges from the transformer bushing. The position of the partial discharge source is investigated considering the winding model in transformer, and the measurement of the response to the pulses of partial discharge waveform.

This research aims to develop electrical circuit training and refrigerant circuit for vocational second year students following 2013 in curriculum for the certificate of vocational education. It was made up to be used in teaching course called air conditioning code 2101-2106. So that students have the knowledge, understanding of how to work. Speaking of which, the design will be divided in two parts. The first part is an electrical circuit in the air conditioning system and the second part is a refrigerant system. The students are able to learn the principles of self-conditioning system through a series of electrical circuit training and refrigerant circuit. Research in this piece is divided into two major parts, the first part is to design and build a series of exercises to analyze the topic that will be used to design training accordingtothecourse description and course objectives.The second part is the worksheet that was designed for circuit training and a refrigerant circuit. This research aimed to develop plasma system used in air purifier. This developed plasma system could be installed in the air conditioners - all split type, also could improve the quality of air equaling to present plasma system. Development processes were as follows: 1) to study the plasma system used in the air conditioners, 2) to design a plasma generator, 3) to develop the plasma generator, and 4) to test its performance in many types of the air conditioners. This plasma system was developed by AC high voltage8–12 kv with a frequency of 40-80 kHz. Carbon was a conductor to generate arc in air purifier system. The research was tested by installing the plasma generator in the air conditioners - wall type. Whereas, there were 3 types of installations: air flow out, air flow in, and room center. The result of the plasma generator installed in the air conditioners, split type, revealed that the air flow out installation provided the highest average of o-zone at 350 mg/h. This type of installation provided the highest efficiency of air quality improvement. Moreover, the air flow in installation and the room center installation provided the average of the o-zone at 255 mg/h and 91m g/h, respectively.
