Employee satisfaction has been the subject of research for many decades. In the past, it examined the principles of job satisfaction, the implicating factors and impact of employee satisfaction. At present, this issue is relevant because of changes in job design; another important factor is the change in the preferences of individuals. This paper focuses on the characteristics of job satisfaction in the Czech Republic, then it examines the relationships of sociodemographic characteristics to employee job satisfaction, finally it deals with the level of job satisfaction in relation to the field of work. The analysis is performed on data from the Market & Media & Lifestyle - TGI project. This is an extensive continuous survey conducted on a consumer panel of approximately 15,000 randomly selected respondents aged 12-79. The stratified random sampling method is used. The conclusions document relationships between socio-demographic variables, field of work and job satisfaction. Factors such as the level of education, net income, but also the age of workers have a great influence on job satisfaction. The positive influence on job satisfaction in the conditions of the Czech Republic was then identified in the fields of work such as marketing, management, media, advertising.

- Abstract
The paper deals with consumer attitudes and perceptions of working life on the Czech labour market and analyses possibilities of the Czech labour market segmentation. The research is based on an analysis of data MML-TGI provided by Median agency. This data source is highly accepted in targeted marketing. In the first part the research focuses on the satisfaction of Czech people with their jobs and salary and identification of prevailing attitudes to work and employer loyalty. The next section identifies segments of the Czech labour market according to the perceived importance of selected aspects of working life. These segments are further characterized. The research results provide a new perspective on issues of employee recruitment, motivation and retention, which may be the real base for the application of HR marketing in its complexity in organizations operating on the Czech labour market. The thesis looks at the personnel management in XYZ company. The main benefit of this thesis is identification of personnel management problems of this company and proposals for future solutions. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, based on proffesional publications, is focused on describing definitions related to the topic and also on describing a nowadays personnel activities in human resource management. Practical part is focused on the issues of the personnel agency XYZ, especially on the analysis of its personnel actvities. Methods used in this thesis are analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the comapny, comparison of theory and application in real business, analysis of intern documentation, semi-structured interview and a survey. Based on this analysis were made some recommendations for improvement of personnel activities and for increase efficiency of the company.

The objective of this thesis is to suggest possible improvements and ways to increase the efficiency of employment support and subsidies for disabled people in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into a theoritical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the employment of disadvanatged groups of people in the labour market, legislation adjusting this issue, tools and financial subsidies from the Czech government, as well as the current state and problems of the Czech labour market itself. The practical part contains an employment analysis of disabled persons in the European Union with a closer focus on certain countries. Two surveys were carried out, targeting both employers and disabled employees. Based on the results of the questionnaires, proffessional literature, previous analyses and a comaprison between selected European countries, potential improvements and ideas are suggested to improve the current system of employment and financial subsidies for disabled people in the Czech Republic.

This thesis aims to find out how to properly motivate the new generation Y and find out if there are differences in their motivation and job satisfaction from other generations. Using mixed research in the form of a questionnaire survey for employees and in-depth interviews with potential employers will provide a dual view of the issue, which can provide valuable information and serve as an important informative element for the correct motivation of Y generation. Three hypotheses have been identified, which will be subsequently verified in both quantitative and qualitative research. After evaluating the research, it is good news that the outlook of the generation Y and their employers is very similar, and it seems that potential employers are very well prepared for the future generation and are already able to estimate their differentiation from other generations and thus properly motivate them and stimulate them for better work performance.

This Master's Thesis deals with a topic of a changing role of HR department in the international organization ABC. The main goal of the thesis was to optimize operations of a local HR organization in relation to its future development. Based on research of specialized literature, the theoretical part provides with a comprehensive overview of what HR system is and describes the role of HR department in an organization with a focus on Ulrich's three-legged model, HR business partner role and HR competencies. A SWOT analysis of Prague HR organization was created based on analysis of process guidelines, systems, semi-structured interviews with representatives of HR teams, questionnaires and observations. Its results led to a proposal of an optimal solution on both internal (within the local HR department) and external (to its internal customers) levels.

This bachelor thesis deals with motivation of employees in insurance company. The aim of this thesis is to create set of recommendations, that should lead to increased motivation and higher satisfaction among employees. Partial goal is the analysis of factors influencing the motivation of the employees. The analysis is divided into two parts. First part is analysis of a company´s motivational program. The second part is based on questionnaire survey among employees. Based on the survey, were found strengths and weaknesses of the company. Some of the strengths include responsibility management, nice workplace, education, care about employees and fair play. Founded weaknesses are system of employee benefits, bad communication and low awareness. Based on these strengths and weaknesses were suggested recommendation and solutions to improve motivation and satisfaction of employees.

This bachelor thesis addresses the current problem of graduate employment in the labor market. The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to examine how graduates employment prospects are affected in the current labor market, and to propose recommendations that should improve the employability of recent graduates, and reduce unemployment levels among this demographic. This thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on available literature, and explains the basic concepts of the subject. The practical part analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey, which was conducted among graduates of various universities. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, the results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated, and recommendations are proposed which should contribute to the improved employment prospects for university graduates.

The main goals of this bachelor thesis is to analyze perception of generation Y towards individual banks in Czech Republic as theirs potential employers, and base on finding recommends which factors are significant to be reflected in process of creating brand building strategy. These objectives will be achieved by analyzing surveys filled in by university students majoring in economics and who are also members of the generation Y. This thesis is divided in theoretical and practical segment. The theoretical part is focused on stating and clarifying terms which are detrimental for this issue. The practical part is consisted of brief characteristics of banking system in Czech Republic, role and function of Czech Nation Bank and concisely description of few selected commercial banks. Furthermore there is evaluation of the previously mentions surveys, which brought conclusive findings. Best perceived is Czech National Bank in almost all aspects. The commercial banks which were included in the survey were viewed, in regards to being possible place of employment, similarly. Which suggests that there is big opportunity for banks to focus on and change one specific element and thus differentiate themselves from the others banks. The most important findings of this the study, are in the last part compared with finding of studies: The Most Desired Company, Universum and TOP Employers.

The main objective of this thesis is to create a proposal for improving recruitment campaign for AIESEC Prague based on research. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines necessary terminology. The introduction of the practical part explains the fundamentals and the structure of AIESEC, both from an international perspective and Czech republic perspective. The practical part continues with an evaluation of a survey, which consists of three questionnaires. The evaluation is divided into six individual subchapters. The results of the survey are complemented by a list of other student organisations that are potential competitors. This is followed with evaluation of AIESECs position in the student organisations market in terms of strenghts, weaknesses, potential opportuities and threats. The conclusion summarizes and proposes further improvements to the recruitment proces.

Contribution of the work is finding the recommendations to improve the current system of employees care. The first part defines theoretical concepts related to employee care. The general characteristics of the recruitment process, selection and recruitment are described based on professional literature in the theoretical section. The practical part briefly characterizes the company AutoCont CZ a.s. and analyses the above-mentioned processes. Information for the analysis is obtained from internal documentation and interviews with HR staff and development team leaders. At the conclusion of the practical part, the processes in the company are compared with theoretical knowledge. Bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the recruitment process in the company Dräger Medical s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the process of recruitment, selection and hiring of staff and to provide a proposal for measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical definition of the individual phases of the recruitment process, including the methods used in practice. In the practical part are described and analyzed the recruiting processes, which are used in the surveyed company. As a basis for the creation of the practical part were used two methods; analysis based on the interview with the HR manager and analysis of the internal documents. The essence is to evaluate individual processes based on established theoretical knowledge, to identify deficiencies and to create a proposal to eliminate them, which will help the company to more efficiency and prosperity.

Subsequently will be carry out questionnaire survey among students and graduates of IT field in the Moravian-Silesian Region aiming to find out what the requirements for their potential employer are. In the third, the final part will be compared the previous two parts. The output will be a suggestion to improve the building of companys Employer Brand.

At the beginning of the Bachelor's Thesis, there is a description of the European union and its history after World War II, phases of the European integration and benefits it brings for the member states. Then the process of how the economic policy of the EU is directed and coordinated with the policy of each individual state. Furthermore, the Europe 2020 strategy, which has goal to create a competitive EU on the global market, is in detail described and five areas are defined: Employment, Poverty, Education, Research and development and Climate change and energy. Analysis itself focuses on the implementation of the national targets using secondary data and future analysis. Results of the analysis shows, that the Czech Republic is successfully fulfilling most of the targets. The recommendation for the private and public sector is to focus on employment of the socially excluded groups, education of the children in early, pre-school stage of life and overall support of young people and graduates. From a long-time point of view, these steps should maximize work potential and increase education of the population.

The aim of the master thesis is to identify and evaluate the most appropriate and effective tools to build employer brand both externally and among employees. The theoretical part is focused on a brand theory and a concept of employer branding which, based on the labor market development not only in the Czech Republic, becomes more relevant. The methodology of the thesis consists of an analysis of the relevant scientific literature and an analysis the good practice of two selected technology companies in the Czech Republic that meet defined criteria. In the practical part a questionnaire was conducted in order to explore the perception of the employer brand among the IT public. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to summarizing the theoretical and practical knowledge into a guide that provides important insights for IT start-up companies when building an employer brand.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the working factors that most affect individuals between the ages of 20 and 30 who are just entering the labour market and looking for their application in the international environment. The analysis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the questionnaire survey determines the most important factors of motivation for the target group. The second part, based on an in-depth interview with the owner of Czech-us company, analyses the way of motivating the employees in the company. Based on a comparison of the results of the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview, proposals and recommendations will be formulated to improve employee motivation in the company.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on high employee turnover in a specific company. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part consists of definitions, theoretical starting-points and methods connected with employee turnover. In the beginning of the second part the hotel is briefly introduced. In the main body of second part I have analysed the situation in the hotel based on internal documents, hotel´s official web page, official statistics and an interview with company´s manager. Using the knowledge in the theoretical part I have proposed several changes in order to decrease employee turnover.

The Practical part introduces the use of the gamification in the human resources division of T-Mobile Czech Republic corp., searches for the places suitable for further development through the game mechanics and describes potential gamification projects in selected activities. The goal of the work to analyze the current appraisal system in the company and find possible quality and effectiveness of the system, which is based on theoretical knowledge gained from literature. The first part is dedicated to the solely theoretical facts, such as trends in assessment and to the criteria and methods that are used in the evaluation as well. As the company is mostly filled with technical-economic focused employees, the practical part is focused only on this segment of employees. Bachelor thesis Motivation and stimulation generation Z focuses on the current situation on the labour market, dominated by demand for certain technical positions over supply of workforce which possesses the necessary qualifications. The main objective is to build proposals, which will lead to an increase in labour supply offering technical qualifications for the company Rieter CZ s.r.o. The first part of the thesis includes theoretical knowledge, based on scientific literature, which are the basis for the practical part. The bachelor thesis focuses on defining the concepts of motivation and stimulation, the definition of selected aspects of labour market and demographic trends that have an impact on the development of human capital. The second - practical part is based on in-depth interview with the head of the personnel department of the company Rieter CZ s.r.o., which analysed the current situation in the company Rieter CZ s.r.o. Based on the analysis of secondary sources and interviews, which are attended by head of the personnel department of Rieter CZ s.r.o., director of elementary schools in Choceň and employee of the Labour Office in Ústí nad Orlicí, defined factors affecting the choice of follow-up studies and subsequent employment of elementary school pupils. Then follows analyse the motivation generation Z based on the survey. The final part are compiled proposals for the company Rieter CZ s.r.o., leading to an increase in labour supply which offers technical qualification.

This work focuses on the university students and their activity in the labour market. Especially for those with an economic focus. The first part of the thesis is the theory, where the basic concepts that are related to this issue are explained. An integral part of the outlines and labour relations, which we can encounter. In addition, the short Gerdner interpretation of the theory of multiple intelligence can be considered. The practical part is divided into two sub-surveys. The first of these is examined on the basis of a questionnaire survey among students and one of them was built on the basis of verbal questions and answers from the perspective of the company and thus how they handle specific employers to students in the labour market. The aim of this study is to analyse the current situation of potential job opportunities and especially the initiative itself student working at the time of the study.

The first part is theoretical and deals with the approach of the topic employees´ job satisfaction describe theoretical methods that are in practice most often used in the process of meeting the needs of employees. Since manufactory employees occupy the most of jobs, the practical part is focused on the analysis of degree of satisfaction and satisfaction factors of manufactory employees. Based on the findings from the theoretical part, interviews with company management, observation and analysis of the current status of satisfaction and satisfaction factors of company employees is done overall evaluation and specified proposals and recommendations to increase the level of satisfaction in the company.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the motivation of three biggest telecommunication companies in the Czech Republic on the basis of analysis. Sub-objective is to compare the motivation of employees in three dominant companies on the telecommunications market in the Czech Republic. The recommendations are based on the results obtained from the analysis. The analysis is divided into two different parts. Personal interviews with employees are used in the first part. The second part examines the motivation of employees based on a survey, resulting in the detection of perception of employees´ preferences. Draft recommendations, which could lead to improvement of the current situation, are described on the basis of the analysis.
