This research aimed to develop a strategic vision for the secondary stage curriculum of sociology, according to some applications of artificial intelligence using SWOT analysis, to monitor the reality of sociology curriculum at the secondary stage and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment of these curricula and the threats and opportunities prevailing in the external environment for them, in order to formulate a strategic vision for building these curricula according to some applications of artificial intelligence and to achieve this, the descriptive approach was used in preparing the theoretical framework for the research and its tools, which were Which were: a list of artificial intelligence applications, and quadruple analysis tools for the internal and external environment of sociology curricula at the secondary stage, which were applied to a sample of faculty members from the curriculum specialization and methods of teaching sociology at the Faculty of Education and the specialization of sociology at the Faculty of Arts, teachers of sociology mentors at the secondary stage for the academic year 2024/2025, and a survey of the opinions of some secondary school students in literary divisions about the effectiveness of sociology curricula in light of the prevailing artificial intelligence applications, then the data were processed qualitatively, and A strategic vision was developed for the curricula of sociology at the secondary stage in the light of the applications of artificial intelligence has presented the results and interpreted qualitatively and the research provided a set of recommendations and proposals in light of the results of the research. The findings underscore opportunities for fostering inter-departmental collaboration, leveraging innovation, optimizing logistical processes, strengthening international partnerships, enhancing personnel training, and fortifying legislative frameworks. Additionally, the study advocates for a structured defense acquisition framework inspired by international best practices, incorporating decision-making support systems, delineating clear acquisition phases, and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Through a 21-year longitudinal study of the relationship between Italian supercar manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini and its parent, German carmaker Audi AG, we examine how a unit's degree of organizational autonomy is renegotiated over long periods of time. Using detailed empirical data, we develop a process model of the dynamics of organizational autonomy in a unit–parent relationship. This process model shows an ongoing dialectical tension between parent managers' autonomy-reduction efforts and unit managers' autonomy-extension efforts, and it reveals oscillations in the unit managers' discretion over resource-orchestration decisions. Driving this dialectic are parent managers' appraisal respect for the unit, their search for firm-wide strategic integration, and unit managers' organizational identity and concern for distinctiveness. Our process model captures concurrent feedback loops that endogenously produce these oscillations between lower and higher autonomy. We then conceptualize a harmonic domain in the unit–parent relationship, in which these oscillations persist without deviating toward amalgamation or separation. Finally, we develop a theory of change in autonomy by identifying a theoretical link between resource orchestration and specific dimensions of organizational identity. Libraries have long been essential for democratizing knowledge and providing reliable information, extending their services to meet diverse community needs, including educational programs and internet access (Pawley, 2022; Freudenberger, 2022). Librarians, as custodians of information and culture, possess core competencies in information organization, digital literacy, and research skills. The San José State University (SJSU) School of Information (iSchool) aims to educate professionals who significantly impact global communities through high-quality education, research, and technology innovation. This article examines the Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) program at SJSU iSchool, focusing on the evolution of its 14 core competencies to incorporate advancements in artificial intelligence (AI). As AI transforms educational curricula and administrative processes, updates are needed to include digital literacy, AI ethics, and data privacy, ensuring MLIS graduates are equipped to lead in an AI-integrated future. By aligning these competencies with the iSchool's strategic vision, the article provides suggestions for integrating AI into existing competencies and identifies potential new competencies to address emerging workplace needs effectively. Vigilant organizations excel at seeing looming threats and embryonic opportunities sooner than rivals, which prepares them to act faster when needed. Four drivers distinguish vigilant from vulnerable organizations, which can be used to design a roadmap to improve organizational acuity and preparedness. The fulcrum of these changes rests with the leadership team by demonstrating a strong commitment to vigilance at all levels, and reinforcing this by making targeted investments in foresight capabilities. These strategic moves also need to be supported by corresponding changes in the strategy-making process and by ensuring accountability and coordination of vigilance activities throughout the enterprise. Over the last twenty years, particularly since the publication of the Barca report (2009) and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) (2014) report, a new 'conventional wisdom'/ paradigm has emerged for local development – the place-based approach. This entails a commitment to inclusive growth and productivity-driven growth. However, two key issues remain: what does inclusive growth mean and how can it be reconciled with productivity-driven growth? This article provides a discourse analysis of one such attempt – Bristol's inclusive growth strategy and the associated One City Plan, a place-based approach. Our aim is to excavate and scrutinise the discourse(s) that have shaped the strategy to provide a better understanding of its origins and possible future development (i.e. its sustainability) and how it seeks to discursively reconcile these two key issues whilst taking into account the 'structural limitations' it faces. Jordanian telecommunications companies deal with many turbulent conditions characterized by a high degree of complexity, intense competition, and changes in customer needs. Therefore, they had to pay attention to achieving organizational excellence and making changes that could enhance their capabilities.This study aims to reveal the role of organizational agility for Jordanian telecommunications companies in enhancing their organizational excellence by determining the impact of organizational agility. The paper chose some dimensions (organizational sensitivity, collective commitment, and resource development) to analyze how to achieve organizational excellence by applying the mediating role of strategic intelligence to the relationship between independent and dependent variables.The study used the descriptive analytical approach. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed to collect data; two hundred and seventy-seven were retrieved and deemed valid. SPSS and AMOS 23 were used for data analysis and hypotheses testing. According to managers in Jordanian telecommunications companies, the results showed a positive and significant correlation between organizational agility and organizational excellence. The path coefficient is 0.63, which is significant at the level of 0.01, and R2 = 0.41, which means that 41% of the variance of competitive advantage can be explained by the variance in organizational agility. In addition, it was concluded that there is a significant, direct effect between strategic intelligence and organizational excellence and an indirect effect of strategic intelligence on the relationship between organizational agility and organizational excellence.

Vietnam has been in the process of modernization and industrialization for the last 40 years. Vietnam's socio-economic development strategies are in line with this vision. However, the country needs a sharper strategy to take advantage of the significant technological development and the IT boom, also known as the 4th industrial revolution or the industrial revolution 4.0. This research aims at identifying key factors that Vietnam should focus on for a comprehensive national strategy to develop within the industrial revolution 4.0. The research results help policymakers, researchers and managers establish a strategic vision for the economic development in Vietnam. A survey is conducted among 145 respondents who are either working for the Government, academic institutions, or managing enterprises. Findings of the research involve levels of awareness about industrial revolution 4.0 and the readiness for industrial revolution 4.0 in Vietnam. Moreover, three factors are also identified to be the key elements of a strategy for social-economic development in Vietnam, including human resources, policies, and infrastructure.

This study examines the effects of strategic vision and digital innovation on the performance and perceptions of digital natives regarding artificial intelligence (AI) in banks. This is due to the increased use of mobile banking applications with the proliferation of the internet. An online questionnaire was administered to 603 experts working in bank headquarters. The collected data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. Banks that adopt digital business strategies can gain a significant competitive advantage. To successfully transform and compete, banks need to address customer demands in the areas of digitalization, innovation, and mobile banking. This research is original in its evaluation of the strategic visions and digital innovations of banks, which play a crucial role in the service sector, with implications for finance, innovation, and mobile applications. The results demonstrate the positive effects of strategic vision and digital innovation on performance and digital natives' perceptions of AI. The hypotheses support the importance of digitalization and innovation for banks.

The current study aimed to develop a strategic vision to overcome the material, human, and administrative difficulties of teaching computer skills at secondary schools in the rural areas of Taiz. To achieve this objective, the analytical descriptive method was used, and the interview, consisting of 3 main questions with 13 sub-themes, was conducted to collect data from 36 principals, deputy principals and teachers from four districts in Taiz: Al-Salam, Al-Taizyah, Al-Misrakh, and Al-Shamayatain. The study results revealed the existence of financial difficulties with rates of agreement ranging between (72.22% and 100%), human difficulties rated between (88.88% and 100%), and administrative difficulties rated between (80.56 and 100%). Potterian bioethics plays a proactive role, when carried out in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams with a mandate to operationalize public policy, as highlighted in the Canadian Journal of Bioethics in 2022 where several articles on Van Rensselaer Potter's thinking appeared on the 50th anniversary of the first publication of the term bioethics in the North American literature. This global perspective, which is still insufficiently detailed, critically reflects on the place, the role and the imperative of bioethics as an adaptive management of the environment; and it aims to accompany empirical projects in the operation of their scientific, political and public visions, which are sometimes synergistic, and other times conflicting. In order to specify the operationalization of this global perspective of bioethics, it is pertinent to mobilize theoretical notions from sociology and philosophy of science, in particular the Latourian concept of Hybrid Forum and the Paradigm associated to Thomas Kuhn. To illustrate this, the argument presented here mobilizes the empirical case of a project to design a monitoring of antibiotic use in Quebec, Canada (2018-2022), and expands on the importance of being aware of context (technological, sociological and anthropological) in order to deepen and pose constructive criticism. Pakistan's defence diplomacy has undergone significant changes in the past decade. With the evolving global and regional security environment, Pakistan has adapted its strategies to protect its national interests and ensure regional stability. This research article aims to provide an analysis of Pakistan's defence diplomacy from 2013 to 2022. The study examines the key factors that have influenced Pakistan's defence diplomacy and how it has evolved over the years. The research article employs a qualitative research approach, utilizing secondary data sources such as academic articles, policy papers, and government reports. The data is analyzed through a thematic approach to identify the key trends and developments in Pakistan's defence diplomacy. The analysis reveals that Pakistan's defence diplomacy has been shaped by a range of factors, including its relationship with key allies like China and the United States as well as its ongoing conflict with India. The study identifies the major shifts in Pakistan's defence diplomacy strategies, including its efforts to diversify its defence partnerships, increase defence diplomacy, and pursue a more proactive role in regional security initiatives. The research article also highlights the key challenges faced by Pakistan's defence diplomacy, including the impact of domestic politics on foreign policy, resource constraints, and the need to balance its relationship with competing powers in the region. Pakistan's naval modernization efforts and response to India's naval strategy demonstrate a commitment to regional security and stability. Indian naval strategic vision is expansionist in nature. Indian is race for hegemony and dominance in the Indian Ocean Region has direct implications on the security of Pakistan. This study will include an examination of the modernization of Pakistan's naval fleet, the development of new naval bases, and the cooperation with other countries to enhance Pakistan's naval capabilities. The article tries to explore Pakistan's naval strategy and its response to India's naval capabilities. To measure the behaviors involved in this study, two theoretical frameworks have been used. To highlight the geo-politics of Indian Ocean, Sea Power theory of Alfred Mahan has been used. To explore the essence behind the conducts of actors, broader framework of realism has been employed. The research methodology adopted for this study is qualitative in nature. The world in which today’s businesses operate has become not only riskier but also more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA). Cyberterrorism has become a well-known cybersecurity subject in today's digital world. The spread of cybercrimes calls for disseminating ethical values and peace between countries and individuals. Because of this phenomenon's danger to society, this study sought to lay down directives for security strategies to confront cyberterrorism. Hence, the study's main research problem revolves around highlighting the role of security authorities in addressing cyberterrorism according to the specialists in information technology (IT) centers in Saudi universities in Riyadh. Hence, a descriptive analysis method was adopted as a research methodology. We distributed questionnaires as a study tool to 150 specialists in IT centers in Saudi universities in Riyadh. The study yielded different views regarding the types and ways of cyberterrorism committed through the internet. Results showed the respondents' opinions regarding the essential types of cyberterrorism. Moreover, they emphasize the need to raise awareness in dealing with cyberterrorism by enforcing cybersecurity with the most prominent means and procedures that the authorities are responsible for. The most critical recommendations are: (1) the need to provide the employees with the technical skills to know how to deal with any potential security breach, (2) the need to provide specialized training courses in protection methods for workers, and (3) the need to develop the means of security and legal protection through developing e-government security agreements.

The National Charter for Education and Training and the Strategic Vision (2015–30) constitutes the government's most recent efforts to reform education in Morocco. These initiatives have underscored the potential of raising citizenship awareness and reinforcing social responsibility. The reforms that were implemented fell far short of this aim. Despite the fierce struggle, the gap between the stated goals of citizenship education curricula and their realistic and effective implementation still persists. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to explore school-based factors which facilitate or constrain teachers and schools from a meaningful engagement in citizenship issues. This research is framed within Bronfenbrenner's bioecological system theory (2006). This framework provides a holistic perspective to consider the potential of the dynamic interaction of diverse stakeholders and their contributions for increased citizenship education. Using a qualitative approach, this study allows for a rich description of the context of citizenship education in Moroccan high schools. Findings indicated the existence of numerous constraining factors which worked against the mainstreaming of this process. Teachers and principals reported that citizenship education occupied a marginal status in high schools. Further, the competitive national examination system, lack of professional development in the field and absence of citizenship-oriented activities involving parents and students were found to be the main factors affecting the development of citizenship education. At the University of Wollongong (UOW) Library, we created a vision for digital transformation through the Future-Ready Library Strategy (University of Wollongong Library, 2018). This was a conscious commitment to becoming a 'digital-first' library and with a strategic and disruption-ready mindset already in place at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to apply and accelerate many of our planned initiatives. At the start of the crisis, the library leadership team adopted a business continuity approach to decision making, inclusive of representatives of critical service areas for regular and frequent discussion and action. This approach enabled the sustained delivery of core and critical resources and services while remaining aligned to the vision (University of Wollongong, n.d.). This case study examines the strategies and approaches taken at UOW Library over the past five years and outlines our successes and challenges through change leadership that we believe goes beyond change management and to the heart of our people centred approach to leading in the library. The purpose of the paper is to describe the approach of e-services providing in Ukraine in terms of decentralization reform. Methodology. We suggest describing the approach of e-services providing. According to the subject of description, methodology could be classified in groups presented below: description of the background (part 3), which reveals the need for digital education; analysis of digital transformation in public administration decentralization reform (part 4); strategic analysis of the vision for public e-services providing (part 5); generalization of the approaches (part 6). The development of the method of descriptive analyses has been based on several sources, namely: studies of the case of public e-services providing in Ukraine; analyses of extant literature on public e-services and their development. Results. Developing innovative and flexible public e-services in Ukraine, capable for adapting to the citizens’ current needs, has become crucial for public administrations. Progress in e-Government tools implementation continues in Ukraine in terms of decentralization reform. The e-Government concept puts into practice as the ambition of Ukrainian decentralized government to use information and communication technology (ICT) to provide more efficient public e-services for citizens. The relationship between citizens and the local government is crucial and it is mediated through modeling the process of e-services developing and deeper understanding current citizens’ needs by governmental officials. Practical implications. Our research aims at developing bases for strategic vision on public e-services in Ukraine as a framework that lays the foundations enabling a public administration to build flexible and innovative system of e-services, by relying on four bases (openness, participation, collaboration and integration). Value/originality. Revealing the current stage of decentralization reform of Ukraine enable to provide a case study of the organizational, institutional and social capacities for digitalization of e-services and form a strategic vision for their systemic development.

This paper aims at examining the influence of strategic leadership on increasing ethical prac-tices within pharmaceutical organizations in Jordan. Variables of strategic leadership include work environment, leader's traits, leadership style and strategic leaders' performance. The study designs a questionnaire and distributes it among (277) employees and leaders within pharmaceutical organizations in Jordan. The results of the study indicate positive influence of strategic leadership on ethical practices among individuals and employees in the organization. Results also indicate that leadership performance maintained the strongest effect on ethical stands attributed from strategic leadership which gives an indication that a good performance strategic leadership is probably more influential on ethical practices and decision making in pharmaceutical organizations. The study recommends that organizations within pharmaceutical industry should pay extra attention to aspects that are related to increase employees' awareness towards ethics in leadership and business.

The article describes the system aspect as a security management tool, which must correspond to the set of documents at the state level. The factual aspect is content-oriented to key issues such as threats, risks and priorities. In general, the municipal security policy program should include the analytical part - the analysis of the solved territory, the synthetic part - the synthesis of the achieved analytical results and the definition of the strategic vision, the design part - the formulation of successive concrete steps leading to the fulfillment of the vision, the realization part - the formulation of specific projects.

Issues related to the nature of information in the context of the development of a territory growth strategy are presented in the article. A brief analysis of the terms such as information, strategy, plan is made. It is revealed that the information, plan and strategy are complex and fluctuating. Some features of human perception of information are considered. The specificity of the thinking paradigms influence on human perception of information is also presented. The modern world represents sets of emergent properties that are precisely the result of continuous information influence in their essence and generate new states of the system, and therefore new meanings. A strategist interacts with a rapidly changing context; he should be able to make management decisions taking into account the redundant and incomplete nature of the information. These decisions should lead to the achievement of goals. Such a task is not simple at all and requires certain skills in working with information. The method of working with information is infology. It provides a set of relevant procedures that allow you to solve the problem of collecting and processing information at a qualitatively new level. Thus, the algorithms for working with information allow you to collect comprehensive information on the capabilities, needs and resources of the territory and link them into a single plan for achieving the goal. And that means they allow you to improve the quality of planning by reference to the strategic goals of the territories. The strategist becomes a hunter of meanings to a certain extent; this ability allows him to see the general picture of local development from the maximum advantageous position. The strategist begins to possess Femostokl’s unique ability and to know how to “do absolutely right things at the right moment,” that is, to program the desired behavior, involve and sensitize people to achieve a single goal, and then enable these goals to be realized by everyone involved in the process. And this requires not only the information, but its deep understanding and using ability to achieve the goals. Data can become the working information only if you work hard and find meanings that are important for understanding the features of a managed object. Thus, understanding the facts that are behind the reality displays allows you to change the quality of management and development of a territory growth strategy.
