The article is devoted to the development of rural areas in the context of improving local production specialization. The possibility of successful specialization of the region is significantly influenced by the location of economic entities. Taking into account regional features of localization (placement) of economic entities in the process of developing and implementing significant indicators will contribute to the development of the Russian Federation’s subjects in the process of economic activity. The state forms economic relations with firms and households that are geographically located in a specific subject, forming a certain regional specialization. Factors and criteria of local production specialization are revealed. development of the territory that allows building economic relations between States, firms, and households aimed at providing and satisfying needs that are historically defined and localized in socio — economic time and space. The indicated economic structure of the region, taking into account local production specialization, allows us to state the fact that the region consists of many local territories, which are classified according to their borders. As for the specialization of the region, it can be adjusted depending on the economic structure of the region and its development features.

Sustainable development of rural territories in the conditions of territorial-production localization: methodological aspect. The issues of sustainable development of territories are given great attention. However, in most of the works, general statements of problems, concepts and principles prevail: an analysis of the sustainable development of territories, a comparative analysis of the development of various socio-economic systems in the regions and other general problems of the country’s social and economic development. The insufficient depth of elaboration of conceptual provisions limits the practical value based on the recommendations existing in theories, aimed mainly at the sphere of macroeconomic regulation. This makes it necessary to further study the issues of sustainable development of rural territories. One of the promising areas is production and territorial localization. The local market is a market of a municipality of a region of the Russian Federation or part thereof, representing an economic system based on the principles of limited resources, characterized by the predominance of locally produced goods, unified logistics and a zone of price influence. Development is a process of qualitative and quantitative changes that enhance and improve the current state of the system, i.e. the process of transition from the old, simple to the new, more complex, higher, quantitative and qualitative state of the system. The concept of "development" is closely related to "management." When these concepts are correlated, the relation of the part to the whole is traced. The assessment of the level of development and location of local markets in rural areas was carried out on the basis of the adjusted XYZ analysis, which allowed us to predict development prospects.

The article is devoted to the problem of toxic influence of prostheses made of acrylic polymers on the tissues of the prosthetic bed and the search for ways to improve the physical and chemical parameters of polymeric base materials. For this purpose a new method of polymerization of acrylates in the ultrasonic field is proposed, which will enable to increase the efficiency of orthopedic treatment of patients with partial and complete loss of teeth. According to the results of laboratory studies, the bases of removable plate prostheses, which are manufactured using ultrasound technology, have 1.5 times higher strength, a 50% lower residual monomer level and a 40% lower water absorption rate. Investigation of the temperature regime of the mucous membrane is one of the indicators of violation of trophic tissues, the severity of pathological changes, the process of adaptation to prosthetics. To study the effectiveness of the proposed technology for the manufacture of bases of removable plate prosthesis, the parameters of the temperature of the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed in the patients groups during the adaptation to the prostheses and at different periods of their use were studied. For example, after one month of use of prosthesis, the temperature indices in patients with ultrasound prostheses remained unchanged. Then, as in patients who used dentures manufactured using traditional technology, temperature indices indicated an inflammatory reaction to prosthetics and a violation of the processes of thermoregulation. This was confirmed by microbiological research: in such conditions the high temperature increased the number of microorganisms both on the mucous membrane and on the basis of the prosthesis. The analysis of the obtained results shows that under the basis of prosthetics, which are manufactured using ultrasound technology, a lower reaction of inflammation, no violation of thermoregulation, a better process of self-cleaning of the mucous membrane. The obtained results of thermometric studies make it possible to conclude that complete removable plate prostheses made by the polymerization technology of the base material in the ultrasound field, due to the lower thickness of the basis, do not violate the processes of trophic tissues, since they produce less pressure on the substrate tissues; do not violate the thermoregulation. All this contributes to a better adaptation to prosthetics, reduces the negative effect of bases on the tissues of the prosthetic bed. The analysis of the results of clinical and laboratory studies in the observation groups has established the best indicators of the functional quality of removable plate prostheses, made by ultrasonic polymerization.

Twenty-two preparations of hearts with preserved atrioventricular canal have been investigated. Primary defect of the interatrial septum is a constant component of this pathological state. The size of the defect defines participation of the atria in formation of the atrioventricular canal. At the same time it is possible to distinguish the following anatomical varieties of abnormal development of the interatrial septum; oblique cleft in the oval fossa, partial absence of the valve in the oval orifice, perforation of the valve in the oval orifice, complete absence of the valve in the oval orifice and certain defects of the interatrial septum situating beyond the oval fossa limits.
