В роботі запропоновано підвищення ефективності інформаційної технології параметричної оптимізації режимів автоматизованого лазерного зварювання тонкостінних конструкцій зі сталі в умовах невизначеності шляхом розробки інформаційної спеціалізованої бази даних за результатами експериментальних параметричних досліджень, створення інформаційної технології аналітичного опису функціональних залежностей між шириною зварного шва, швидкістю переміщення лазерного випромінювання щодо оброблюваної заготовки і потужністю лазерного випромінювання. Запропоновано принцип прийняття рішення параметричної оптимізації в умовах невизначеності на базі розробленого графоаналітичного методу. Метод використовує графічне зображення сплайн-функцій, побудованих в єдиному квадранті із загальною абсцисою, значення якої відповідає величинам зварного шва. Координати точки перетину функціональних залежностей визначають відповідні оптимальні параметри режиму автоматизованого лазерного зварювання тонкостінних конструкцій зі сталі. Візуалізація принципу параметричної оптимізації в умовах невизначеності прискорює процес технологічної підготовки виробництва, що сприяє підвищенню продуктивності підприємства. In this work, the problem of increasing the efficiency of information technology of parametric optimization under conditions of uncertainty for the modes of the process of automated laser welding of thin-walled steel structures is solved. Positive results have been achieved through the development of a specialized information database based on the results of experimental research. An information technology has been created for the analytical description of functional dependencies between the width of the weld and the speed of movement of the modulated laser radiation relative to the workpiece being processed at a constant radiation power; between the width of the weld and the laser radiation power at a constant motion speed. Mathematical models of spline functions contribute to the automation of computational procedures, which reduces the time for determining the parameters for the laser welding mode and the amount of memory in the control microprocessor. The principle of decision-making for parametric optimization in conditions of uncertainty on the basis of the developed graph-analytical method is proposed. The method uses a graphic representation of spline functions built in a single quadrant with a common abscissa, the values of which correspond to the values of the weld. Coordinates of the point of intersection of functional dependencies on ordinates and abscissa determine the corresponding optimal parameters of the automated laser welding mode. Visualization of the principle of parametric optimization in conditions of uncertainty accelerates the process of technological preparation of production, which contributes to an increase in the productivity of the enterprise.

The relevance of the topic is that currently the development of information technology allows to implement integrated risk management of scientific projects, which, in turn, expands the range of opportunities for project managers to manage integrated human risks, conflicts and factors of behavioral economics. This study aims to develop the structure of the information base for integrated risk management of scientific projects under uncertainty conditions and behavioral economics. To achieve this goal it is necessary to perform the following tasks:• to analyze information technologies that can be used to create information bases for risk management of scientific projects;to develop a scheme for the implementation of information technology for integrated risk management of scientific projects under uncertainty conditions and behavioral economics;• to develop an algorithm for filling the information technology for integrated risk management of scientific projects under uncertainty conditions and behavioral economics. The information technology of integrated risk management of scientific projects in the conditions of uncertainty and behavioral economy which will be constructed on the basis of the developed structure of information base IRMSP is offered. The research was conducted within the framework of project management methodology using information technology tools. Thus, the structure of information technology of integrated risk management of scientific projects under uncertainty conditions and behavioral economics, as well as the scheme of its implementation was designed, which in turn will allow the head of the scientific project and his team to implement the IRMSP methodology developed by the authors in order to ensure the successful and timely implementation of the scientific project to meet the needs of its stakeholders.

The object of research is the towed underwater vehicle (TUV) spatial motion, operating as part of the towed underwater system (TUS). The TUV structure does not contain any propulsive devices; it is driven to the motion by the tugboat through the cable-tug. The task of controlling the TUV is provision of the desired dynamics of its translational motion. Manual control mode allows performing only short-term missions and does not exclude the occurrence of operator errors during control. To perform long underwater missions, it is necessary to use automated TUV. For the synthesis of automatic control system (ACS) controllers, the method of minimizing local functionals is used. It allows getting control laws without information about the structure and parameters of the mathematical model of the control object. To study the synthesized ACS, a simulation method using computer simulation is used. It allows assessing the ACS quality without significant financial costs necessary for the marine natural experiment. The ACS of TUV spatial motion is synthesized, it provides sufficient accuracy of control of the vertical and lateral coordinates of the TUV under uncertainty conditions. For its synthesis and operation, information about the structure and parameters of the mathematical model of the control object is not required. The control law, on the basis of which ACS controllers are synthesized, does not contain information on derivatives of a controlled variable. Therefore, the feedback loops of the synthesized ACS have a simple structure compared to the ACSs synthesized using the well-known methods that use the coordinates of the object's phase space. The dynamics of the operation of the synthesized TUV spatial motion ACS was studied at various towing speeds. The duration of the transient processes from the moment the ACS exits the saturation zone to the moment the control error falls within the permissible range and the control accuracy are quite satisfactory. In comparison with the underwater vehicles known spatial motion ACSs, the synthesized ACS does not require a mathematical model of the control object for its synthesis and operation.

The dynamic response of modern slender footbridges is usually sensitive to both the pedestrian actions and the uncertainties associated with their inherent structural behavior. Thus, tuned mass dampers have been widely integrated in the design of these structures to guarantee the fulfillment of the vibration serviceability limit state during their overall life cycle. Three different techniques of tuned mass dampers (active, semi-active and passive) are usually considered for this purpose. Although there are algorithms for the robust design of each particular technique, however, this specificity makes difficult the implementation of all these techniques in practical en gineering applications. Herein, the motion-based design method under uncertainty conditions is proposed and further implemented to create a common framework for the robust design of all these techniques when they are employed to mitigate pedestrian-induced vibrations in slender footbridges. According to this method, the design problem may be transformed into the combination of two sequential sub-problems: (i) a reliability multi objective optimization sub-problem; and (ii) a decision-making sub-problem. Subsequently, the performance of this proposal has been validated through a numerical case study in which the dynamic response of a steel footbridge has been controlled by three different tuned mass damper techniques designed according to the proposed common framework. Рассмотрены основные проблемы и особенности, связанные с автоматическим построением автономным беспилотным летательным аппаратом, обладающим техническим зрением, маршрутов поиска целей на территории априори неописанной наземной проблемной среды в условиях с нестохастической неопределенностью. Предложена формальная модель карты местности, которая автоматически формируется в виде помеченного графа, вершины которого определяются координатами местоположения целей, а дуги – расстояниями между ними. Формирование маршрута поиска целей осуществляется на основе разбиения наземной среды на зоны с помощью специальной модели, названной мишенью облета исследуемой территории. Каждый такой сектор ограничивается окружностями относительно текущего местоположения летательного аппарата, радиус которых определяется исходя из разрешающей способности его технического зрения. Это позволяет автоматически формировать эффективные маршруты поиска местоположения заданных целей в априори неописанных условиях функционирования. Разработан эвристический алгоритм поиска позволяющий строить локально-оптимальные маршруты облета исследуемого участка местности с учетом расположенных на нем целей. Найдены граничные оценки сложности алгоритма поиска целей, показывающие, что он имеет полиномиальную сложность в зависимости от количества находящихся в исследуемой наземной среде целей., The main problems and features associated with the automatic construction of an autonomous unmanned aerial vehicle with technical vision, target search routes in the territory of an a priori undescribed ground problematic environment in conditions with non-stochastic uncertainty are considered. A formal model of a terrain map is proposed, which is automatically generated in the form of a labeled graph, the vertices of which are determined by the coordinates of the location of the targets, and the arcs are determined by the distances between them. The formation of the target search route is carried out on the basis of dividing the terrestrial environment into zones using a special model called the target of fl ying around the investigated territory. Each such sector is limited by circles relative to the current location of the aircraft, the radius of which is determined based on the resolution of its technical vision. This makes it possible to automatically generate effective search routes for the location of specifi ed targets in a priori undescribed operating conditions. A heuristic search algorithm has been developed that allows you to build locally optimal routes for flying around the investigated area of the terrain, taking into account the targets located on it. In economic science, a new scientific direction has appeared, associated with the so-called prospects theory, which has been among the leading for decision-making under conditions of uncertainty, not only for economic science. The fuzzy set theory, in which the fuzzy set (FS) is one of the types of numerous Non-factors, needs a qualitative modernization since we have a limited possibility to solve many classes of problems. The usage of fuzzy sets is almost universal for solving problems in different fields if there is uncertainty, inaccuracy. At the same time, the difficulty in choosing the membership function should be considered. The process of choosing an MF by a person (expert) is based on common sense, experience, and is not always rational. For solving tasks in conditions of uncertainty, the authors proposed the use of the tensor methodology. The authors showed the possibility to form a subset of ordered pairs based on the tensorization of the interval of a universal set with subsequent decomposition. It was suggested to use Toeplitz matrix, most effectively modeling fuzziness, as one of the ways of tensorization and taking into account the phenomenon of fuzziness. The universal set (US) on which the FS is formed contains, in the tensor format, hidden information that can be used to make a decision no less effectively than the heuristically assigned membership function, in addition, the existence of a formally calculated subset of ordered pairs (SsOP) can serve as a convincing comparative example: Having this SsOP, you can objectively refuse to assign a heuristic MF; SsOP has significantly less interval uncertainty. Alternative SsOP are formed in a uniform manner. Basic characteristics for FS and SsOP comparison are quite close or practically coincide. В качестве одного из способов тензоризации и учета феномена нечеткости предложено использовать теплицеву матрицу, наиболее эффективно моделирующую нечеткость. Универсальное множество (УМ), на котором сформировано НМ, в тензорном формате содержит скрытую информацию, которая может быть использована при принятии решения не менее эффективно, чем эвристически назначенная ФП. Кроме того, наличие формально вычисленного ПмУП может служить убедительным сравнительным примером: располагая данным ПмУП, можно объективно отказаться от назначения эвристической ФП. Установлено, что ПмУП обладают существенно меньшей интервальной неопределенностью; приведены примеры, показывающие более высокую эффективность использования ПмУП по сравнению со стандартно сформированными НМ.

Stay cables exhibit both great slenderness and low damping, which make them sensitive to resonant phenomena induced by the dynamic character of external actions. Furthermore, for these same reasons, their modal properties may vary significantly while in service due to the modification of the operational and environmental conditions. In order to cope with these two limitations, passive damping devices are usually installed at these structural systems. Robust design methods are thus mandatory in order to ensure the adequate behavior of the stay cables without compromising the budget of the passive control systems. To this end, a motion-based design method under uncertainty conditions is proposed and further implemented in this paper. In particular, the proposal focuses on the robust design of different passive damping devices when they are employed to control the response of stay cables under wind-induced vibrations. The proposed method transforms the design problem into a constrained multi-objective optimization problem, where the objective function is defined in terms of the characteristic parameters of the passive damping device, together with an inequality constraint aimed at guaranteeing the serviceability limit state of the structure. The performance of the proposed method was validated via its application to a benchmark structure with vibratory problems: The longest stay cable of the Alamillo bridge (Seville, Spain) was adopted for this purpose. Three different passive damping devices are considered herein, namely: (i) viscous, (ii) elastomeric, and (iii) frictions dampers. The results obtained by the proposed approach are analyzed and further compared with those provided by a conventional method adopted in the Standards. This comparison illustrates how the newly proposed method allows reduction of the cost of the three types of passive damping devices considered in this study without compromising the performance of the structure.

The article describes the analysis of conditions of secondary condensation complex functioning. There, the software algorithm for estimating the forecasts of functioning mode is developed, which makes it possible to prepare the complex operator in conditions of existing uncertainty for making decisions in supervisor control mode.

Комп’ютерно-інтегрована технологія – це управління технологічними процесами або організаційно-технічними комплексами з використанням комп’ютерної та мікропроцесорної техніки. Як правило комп’ютерно-інтегрована технологія використовується для складних технологічних систем, якою і є виробництво аміаку взагалі і зокрема вторинна конденсація. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління теплообмінними і гідромеханічними системами вилучення продукційного аміаку, які відбуваються у технологічному комплексі вторинної конденсації агрегатів синтезу. Предметом дослідження є комп’ютерно-інтегрована технологія комплексу вторинної конденсації в умовах невизначеності, зокрема математичні моделі, методи та алгоритми ідентифікації, системи програмного керування технологічним комплексом. У дисертаційній роботі вирішена науково-практична задача підвищення економічної ефективності виробництва аміаку шляхом створення оптимальної структури та комп’ютерно-інтегрованої системи програмного керування технологічного комплексу вторинної конденсації з урахуванням його поведінки, який функціонує в умовах невизначеності. Вирішення здійснене за допомогою сучасних положень системного підходу, теорії ймовірності, багатомірного статистичного аналізу, теорії ідентифікації, математичного моделювання та автоматизованого управління. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність задач дослідження, показано зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами, наведена наукова новизна та сформульоване практичне значення отриманих результатів. В першому розділі здійснений аналітичний огляд особливостей апаратурно-технологічного оформлення та умов функціонування технологічного комплексу вторинної конденсації з визначенням критерію економічної ефективності, який враховує такі статті витрат як електроенергія і природний газ. Аналізом цього критерію доведена необхідність розв’язання задачі підвищення економічності виробництва аміаку з використанням системного підходу, а саме за рахунок створення оптимальної структури та мінімізації температурного режиму випарника технологічного комплексу вторинної конденсації. За результатами аналізу випарників як об’єктів управління встановлені координати векторів зовнішніх збурень, керувань, стану та визначена загальна технічна структура системи управління. Проведено огляд невизначеностей стосовно комплексу вторинної конденсації, обґрунтовано вибір моделі щодо чисельної оцінки параметричної невизначеності гідромеханічних та теплообмінних процесів. Проведений огляд дозволив обрати напрямки досліджень та поставити задачі дисертаційної роботи. У другому розділі наведені інформаційна система отримання експериментальних даних та методика досліджень комплексу вторинної конденсації в промислових умовах. Розроблені математичне та алгоритмічне забезпечення для формування інформаційного масиву ідентифікатора системи управління та отримані дані щодо проектних та фактичних показників невизначеностей, що характеризують ефективність гідромеханічних та теплообмінних процесів. Виконано дисперсійний та регресійний аналіз з перевірки статистичних гіпотез щодо стаціонарності, відтворюваності та нормальності закону розподілу та здійснена формалізація стохастичних моделей невизначеностей. Шляхом математичного моделювання конденсаційної колони проведена апробація моделей на їх адекватність та визначена оптимальна структура технологічного комплексу вторинної конденсації. Доведена економічність цієї структури у порівнянні з існуючою. Результати досліджень дозволили отримати ряд наукових та практичних результатів: − показані можливості створення алгоритмічної бази формування інформаційних масивів ідентифікаторів систем управління складних металоємних промислових технологічних об’єктів з надмірною інерційністю; − вперше на підставі розробленого алгоритму розрахунку невизначеності температури вторинної конденсації-сепарації створена математична модель конденсаційної колони, яка на відміну від відомих аналогів враховує процеси конденсації і випаровування рідкого аміаку відповідно у прямому та зворотному потоках циркуляційного газу; − отримала розвиток теорія закономірностей впливу процесу конденсації у газових сумішах на ефективність процесу теплообміну за наявності інертів та надмірно високого тиску; − отримали подальший розвиток підходи до побудови математичних моделей в умовах алгоритмічної та параметричної невизначеностей та формалізації задач структурної оптимізації складних технологічних комплексів обмежуючись стаціонарністю; − створена та запатентована оптимальна структура технологічного комплексу вторинної конденсації виробництв аміаку підвищеної енергоефективності. В третьому розділі представлені результати досліджень щодо чисельної оцінки невизначеностей показників ефективності процесу теплообміну у випарниках комплексу вторинної конденсації. Сформульована задача та наведені результати досліджень впливу керуючої дії витрати флегми на ефективність теплообмінних процесів випарника, а отже і на його температурний режим. Створені математичні та комп’ютерні моделі мінімізації температурного режиму випарника. Здійснено синтез автоматичної системи регулювання процесом дренування флегми з визначенням критерію якості регулювання, структури, алгоритму та параметрів налаштування регулятора. Дослідження щодо розділу дозволили одержати наступні результати: − вперше за результатами експериментальних досліджень встановлений взаємозв’язок невизначеностей конденсаційного термічного опору в апаратах технологічного комплексу і концентрації аміаку у циркуляційному газі на їх входах; − отримані з використанням стохастичного підходу рівняння для чисельної оцінки взаємопов’язаних невизначеностей довели можливість їх застосування для математичного моделювання технологічного комплексу; − подальший розвиток отримали дослідження щодо залежності температурного режиму охолодження циркуляційного газу у випарниках, і зокрема енергоефективності виробництва аміаку, від керуючої дії витрати флегми, зміна величини екстремуму якої в умовах дії зовнішніх збурень обумовлена за певного температурного напору критичним режимом бульбашкового кипіння холодоагенту; − доведена можливість застосування ПІ регулятора з предиктором Сміта для такого об’єкта з великим транспортним запізненням як трубопровід з встановленими на ньому виконавчим пристроєм і витратоміром для визначення витрати флегми із забезпеченням досить незначної статичної похибки регулювання в досить низькому діапазоні змін постійної часу об’єкта; − розроблено та запатентовано спосіб оптимального управління процесом дренування флегми з випарників комплексу вторинної конденсації. Четвертий розділ присвячений розробці функціональної структури, алгоритмів оперативної корекції технологічних режимів комплексу вторинної конденсації, застосуванню апаратно-програмного забезпечення та результатам впровадження. Розглянута функціональна структура у складі ідентифікатора з математичною моделлю, обчислювача оптимального управління і регуляторів витрати основного і допоміжних. Наведено алгоритм формування уставок допоміжних регуляторів підсистемою корекції (підтримки прийняття рішень) в режимі супервізорного управління. Представлено апаратно-програмне забезпечення, реалізоване на базі SCADA-системи ZENON та наведено результати техніко-економічної ефективності від впровадження. За результатами досліджень представлених у цьому розділі отримані наступні результати: − розроблена функціональна схема комп’ютерно-інтегрованої технології комплексу вторинної конденсації з ідентифікатором, обчислювачем оптимального управління для основного контуру витрати флегми і допоміжних контурів регулювання витрати для корекції уставок, а також програмне забезпечення ідентифікаторів з обчислювачем та блок людино-машинного інтерфейсу; − розроблено алгоритм та програмне забезпечення підсистеми підтримки прийняття рішень для обчислення уставок допоміжних регуляторів витрати холодоагенту у високотемпературний випарник, моноетаноламінового розчину до парогенератора пароежекторної холодильної установки; − реалізована технологія управління на базі SCADA-системи ZENON для ведення бази даних реального часу з технологічною інформацією та передача даних на збереження і обробку в сторонні бази даних і програми; − розроблено структурно-логічну схему існуючої системи управління із запропонованою підсистемою корекції, практична реалізація рішень у якій здійснюється додатковим апаратно-програмним забезпеченням на базі програмованого логічного контролера VIPA та SCADA-системи Zenon. The object of research is the process of control of heat exchange and hydromechanical systems for the extraction of production ammonia, which occur in the technological complex of secondary condensation of synthesis units. The subject of research is the computer-integrated technology of the secondary condensation complex under conditions of uncertainty, in particular, mathematical models, methods and identification algorithms, software control systems for the technological complex. In the thesis, the scientific and practical problem of increasing the economic efficiency of ammonia production by creating an optimal structure and a computerintegrated program control system for a secondary condensation complex, taking into account its behavior, which functions under uncertainty, has been solved. The solution is implemented using the modern provisions of the systems approach, probability theory, multivariate statistical analysis, identification theory, mathematical modeling and automated control. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research tasks, shows the relationship of work with scientific programs, plans, themes, provides scientific novelty and formulates the practical significance of the results. The first section provides an analytical review of the features of the hardware and technological design and the conditions for the functioning of the secondary condensation complex with the definition of the criterion of economic efficiency, which takes into account such items of expenses as electricity and natural gas. The analysis of this criterion proved the need to solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of ammonia production using a systematic approach, namely, by creating an optimal structure and minimizing the temperature regime of the evaporator of the secondary condensation complex. Based on the results of the analysis of evaporators as control objects, the coordinates of the vectors of external disturbances, controls, state are established and the general technical structure of the control system is determined. An overview of the uncertainties regarding the secondary condensation complex is carried out, the choice of a model for the numerical estimation of the parametric uncertainty of hydromechanical and heat exchange processes is justified. The review makes it possible to choose areas of research and set the objectives of the thesis. In the second section, an information system for obtaining experimental data and a methodology for investigating the secondary condensation complex in industrial conditions are presented. The mathematical and algorithmic support for the formation of the information array of the identifier of the control system is developed and the data on the design and actual indicators of uncertainties, characterizing the efficiency of hydromechanical and heat exchange processes is obtained. The analysis of variance and regression is carried out to test statistical hypotheses regarding the stationarity, reproducibility and normality of the distribution law, and the formalization of stochastic models of uncertainties is carried out. By means of mathematical modeling of the condensation column, the models are tested for their adequacy and the optimal structure of the secondary condensation complex is determined. The efficiency of this structure is proved in comparison with the existing one. The research results makes it possible to obtain a number of scientific and practical results: - the possibilities of creating an algorithmic base for the formation of information arrays of identifiers of control systems of complex metal-intensive industrial technological objects with excessive inertia are shown; - for the first time, on the basis of the developed algorithm for calculating the uncertainty of the secondary condensation-separation temperature, a mathematical model of the condensation column is created, in contrast to the known analogs, it takes into account the processes of condensation and evaporation of liquid ammonia, respectively, in the forward and reverse flows of the circulating gas; - the theory of the laws of the effect of the condensation process in gas mixtures on the efficiency of the heat exchange process in the presence of inertial and excessively high pressure are developed; - the approaches to the construction of mathematical models under the conditions of algorithmic and parametric uncertainty and the formalization of problems of structural optimization of complex technological complexes are further developed, limiting themselves to stationarity; - the optimal structure of the secondary condensation complex for ammonia production with increased energy efficiency is created and patented. The third section presents the results of studies on the numerical assessment of the uncertainties of the efficiency indicators of the heat transfer process in the evaporators of the secondary condensation complex. The problem is formulated and the results of studies of the influence of the control action of the reflux rate on the efficiency of the heat exchange processes of the evaporator and, consequently, on its temperature regime are presented. Mathematical and computer models for minimizing the temperature regime of the evaporator are created. The synthesis of an automatic control system for the phlegm drainage process is carried out, with the definition of the quality criterion for regulation, structure, algorithm and settings of the controller. Research in the section yielded the following results: - for the first time, based on the results of experimental studies, a relationship is established between the uncertainties of the condensation thermal resistance in the apparatus of the complex and the concentration of ammonia in the circulating gas at their inputs; - the equation obtained using the stochastic approach for the numerical assessment of interrelated uncertainties prove the possibility of their application for mathematical modeling of the complex; - further development is gained in studies on the dependence of the temperature regime of cooling the circulating gas in evaporators, and in particular the energy efficiency of ammonia production, on the control action of the reflux flow rate, the change in the value of the extremum of which under the influence of external disturbances is determined by a certain temperature head by the critical mode of bubble boiling of the refrigerant; - the possibility of using a PI controller with a Smith predictor for such an object with a large transport lag as a pipeline with an actuator and a flow meter installed on it for determining the reflux flow rate is proved with a sufficiently insignificant static regulation error in a sufficiently low range of changes in the object's time constant; - the method for optimal control of the reflux drainage process from the evaporators of the secondary condensation complex is developed and patented. The fourth section is devoted to the development of the functional structure, algorithms for operational correction of technological modes of the secondary condensation complex, the use of hardware and software and the results of implementation. The functional structure of the identifier with a mathematical model, an optimal control calculator and main and auxiliary flow controllers is considered. An algorithm for forming the settings of auxiliary regulators by the correction (decision support) subsystem in the supervisory control mode is presented. Hardware and software implemented on the basis of ZENON SCADA system are presented and the results of technical and economic efficiency from implementation are presented. Based on the research results presented in this section, the following results are obtained: - a functional diagram of the computer-integrated technology of the secondary condensation complex with an identifier, a computer for optimal control for the main circuit of the reflux flow rate and auxiliary circuits for regulating the flow rate for adjusting the settings, as well as the software of identifiers with a computer and a block of the human-machine interface is developed; - an algorithm and software are developed for the decision support subsystem for calculating the settings of the auxiliary regulators of the refrigerant flow into the high-temperature evaporator, monoethanolamine solution to the steam generator of the steam jet refrigeration plant; - control technology is implemented based on the ZENON SCADA system for maintaining a real-time database with technological information and transferring data for storage and processing to third-party databases and programs; - a structural and logical diagram of the existing control system with the proposed correction subsystem is developed, the practical implementation of solutions in which is carried out by additional hardware and software based on the VIPA programmable logic controller and Zenon SCADA system. Integration of new technical solutions for the control system is implemented using OPC technology; - a mnemonic diagram is developed for the human-machine interface, which provides the operator of the complex with the ability to monitor the technological parameters of the existing control system and directly influence through the correction subsystem - calculations of the expected technical and economic efficiency from the implementation of the research results and the created computer-integrated technology of the secondary condensation complex for the typical ammonia synthesis units of the AM-1360 series operating in Ukraine are performed.

In the present paper, the types of decisions being taken at the top management level of a company, aim at its development and its manifestation on the competitive market, in the long run. These strategic decisions are adopted more in the conditions of risk and uncertainty determined by the forecast of market evolution.

Purpose. The article is aimed to improve the automated systems operation of the railway technical system parks and switch D.C. electric motors (EMs), taking into account all uncertainties. Methodology. Solution of the problem was obtained through the development of the model and the method for optimal planning for the EMs set operation. The method is based on the information technology with the possibility to assess the parameters of the current and the predicted state of EMs based on their individual models. The models are built both for individual EMs and for the specified groups. The factors of non-determinism in the model are calculated based on the Hurst index. The task of planning is solved as calculating the optimal sequence of the EM facilities services, which provides a minimum of the total expected operating costs. Findings. The analysis of the main known models, the automated technologies and the systems of EM (ASEM) park operation on the basis of the remote monitoring was done in the research. Based on the practice of the EM park maintenance the new category of the analysis objects was proposed – the service group (SG). The new procedure for the processes classification was developed based on using the Hurst index to improve the reliability of EM and SG individual models forecasting. The technological and the economic model for planning the EM parks operation was created. The article presents the results of the developed automated data management system based on the improved model for the operation planning of the D.C. EM parks. The optimal planning model ensures the minimization of the expected operating costs for the EMs operation, due to the selection of the EM groups service queue. The specialized procedure is used to classify non-deterministic EM remote monitoring data during planning, which allows increasing the accuracy of forecasting the object state parameters. Origilnality . The article describes development of the mathematical model and the information technology for the remote monitoring of the railway technical systems park operation, the railway switch EMs based on the formation of EM and SG individual models, as well as on the evaluation of their current and predicted states, taking into account random factors. The proposed model of the optimal planning as the possibility to choose the SG service queue differs by the group maintenance of the EM facilities, as well as application of the specialized procedure for classifying EM monitoring data. Practical value . The practical value of the results is determined by the provision of the new opportunities for the group optimal planning of the EM service based on the criterion of the minimum expected costs. The procedure for the monitoring data classification of the operational processes makes it possible to increase the reliability of the forecasting antipersistent time sequences results. It also provides an interpretation of the observational data classification results based on the need for practical usage.

There are issues such as limitation of blood resources, perishability, special preservation conditions of blood products and high wastage and shortage costs of blood products, make management of blood products consumption as one of the most complex issues in healthcare systems. This paper proposes a linear mathematical model to optimize consumption of the blood products in hospitals. In the proposed model, in addition to distribution of blood products between hospitals by blood center, possibility of lateral transshipments between hospitals considered as a strategy to deal with demand uncertainty. Furthermore, factor of blood freshness and the need of some surgeries for fresh blood considered in this model as real conditions. Finally, to validate the proposed model, a case related to one blood center and eight hospitals in Tehran city presented and its results discussed
