- Abstract
Nutrition plays an important role in the origin and development of noncommunicable diseases. The influencing of the origin of these diseases as well as the effectiveness of the healing process in relation to eating habits has been proven. The goal of this article consists in showing the present state of education in nutrition in view of the health worker and the population of 40+ and whether patients consider this information to be useful. In order to determine the status and description of current nutrition education, the partial data obtained from the questionnaire survey were used. The investigation took place all over the Czech Republic during 1.4. - 20.4. 2016. The data obtained was analysed implementing the SASD program, version 1.4.12. The selected group of physicians consisted of 1,000 respondents, the selected group of nurses consisted of 1,000 respondents and the selected group of citizens consisted of 1,992 respondents aged 40 years and more. From the answers of physicians and nurses it is evident that interest in nutrition information is predominant in their patients. The responses of citizens aged 40 and more indicate that physicians talk more often about nutrition with men, patients in higher age groups, patients with basic education, widowed patients, and with old-age and invalidity pensioner patients. It is similarly the case with nurses who more often talk about this issue also with vocational school leavers and citizens of larger municipalities. These findings give us feedback in defining the weaknesses of the education process and they point out target groups that should not be negleted in the education process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
A representative sociological survey of Czech citizens' views on health care and health issues has been carried out regularly since 1995. In 2014, the survey first included questions enquiring about Czech citizens' views on nutrition education. The survey aimed to establish how well informed Czech citizens are about nutrition and diet, what their information sources are, and whether or not nutrition education should be taught in primary schools. The field survey consisted in a standardized controlled interview with a respondent, and the data were collected throughout the Czech Republic by professional inquirers of Spirox, s.r.o. The sample set had 1,810 respondents, randomly chosen by means of quota sampling, which constituted a representative sample of the Czech population over 15 years old with regard to sex, age, and region. The findings of the survey show that most Czech citizens consider their knowledge of nutrition and diet as good or very good. Media have been identified to be the main source of information for Czech citizens, followed by the family. Teachers were the least likely to be listed as a source of information. However, most Czech citizens think that nutrition and diet should be part of the Czech primary school curriculum. This idea should be supported by all health education institutions. The aim of the bachelor thesis is mapping of health education in family education at primary school in the Czech Republic and abroad. Family education is an important part of health education within the education system and general life. In history, there have been attempts to introduce family education as a subject, which has been canceled due to a lack of accredited teachers. Instead of family upbringing, health education began. Teaching is carried out using the curriculum of the School Educational Program and the Framework Educational Program of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The high level of health education teaching is influenced by the low number of professionals and the maturity of the states. According to most authors, the biggest problem of health education is the lack of public information and the lack of interest of citizens in leading a healthy lifestyle. Programs under the auspices of the World Health Organization are set to change this.

V druhé části představujeme cíle a metody výzkumu, výzkumný vzorek sestávající z pěti současných ucelených učebnicových řad učebnic prvouky/ přírodovědy (38 učebnic/cvičebnic; 3136 zkoumaných jednotek, tedy otázek, námětů a úkolů zařazených do učebnic) platných pro 1. stupeň základního vzdělávání.

In my final diploma thesis, I deal with the issue of a physical and leisure activity in selected homes for the elderly in the Czechia and Germany. The whole work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes residential institutions for seniors in the Czech Republic and Germany and their financing and historical development up to the present, I deal with the mental, physical, social, and spiritual aspects of seniors and their adequate physical activities. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey and statistical verification of the tested hypotheses. I sent the questionnaire survey by e-mail to more than 50 selected homes for the elderly in the Czech Republic and Germany, but I have got the answers only from 13 of them. The aim was to find about whether seniors are satisfied with the offered activities in the home for the elderly, what activities the seniors engage in, what the activity brings them and what improvement they would welcome. The results of the questionnaire survey are processed into graphs and tables. It was confirmed that a total of 50 % of clients in Germany answered that they are completely or rather satisfied with the quality of services offered, compared to 8 % less in the Czech Republic, 42 %. Based on this survey, it follows that seniors are interested in nonphysical activities that bring them contact with other people and thus strengthen their social ties. Therefore, it would be appropriate for the directors of houses for elderly to consider the inclusion of new nonphysical activities.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a compensatory intervention exercise program for volleyball players. The final work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical work describes the game of volleyball, anatomy of the knee joint and women in sports. This theory is used in the practical part. The players of the volleyball team SK Hlincovka aged 17-18 were selected for the research. Based on my own experience, I know what game activities cause knee injuries. The most common reason for injury is poor or completely missed stretching before and relaxation after training or a match. The aim of the work was to create a compensatory intervention movement program focused on overloading the knee joints in volleyball toys using yoga exercises. Respondents received a compensatory intervention exercise plan and five questions to answer. The first question concerned daily exercise in the current epidemic situation. Only 41.18% of respondents answered that they exercise regularly every day. The second question focused on the most and least popular exercise of the compensatory intervention exercise plan. Most players, i.e. 29.41%, agreed that they like exercise number 5 the most. On the other hand, more than half of the respondents, i.e. 52.94%, do not like exercise number 9. For the third question, concerning the disappearance of knee pain during a volleyball break, the players had a choice of three answers, with 50% of respondents choosing the answer " B "and replied that the pain had disappeared and they only felt it exceptionally. For the fourth question, concerning the observed changes in the knee joint, they again had a choice of three possible answers. Most respondents, i.e. 64.71%, chose the answer "B". Over time, their flexibility has improved, but they still have problems with certain exercises. In the fifth question, they answered whether they missed the team and how they train without teammates and without a trainer. This time they had a choice of four answers. Most respondents, i.e. 41.18%, chose the answer "D". They miss their teammates and would rather train according to the trainer.
