Objective on creating a universal tool with Russian user interface (UI) to systematically collect and store epidemiological-demographic and clinical-laboratory data of patients with the possibility of their structured export for subsequent multifaceted analysis.Materials and methods. When creating an online tool, the solutions of European colleagues used to conduct a multicenter study of EuroSIDA, including a list, algorithms for collecting, storing and exchanging data, were used as a model.Research and discussion. A Russian UI online resource RuSIDA has been developed, hosted on the website http://hivgen.org/, designed to fulfill the tasks above. The tool requires authorized access and has been successfully tested on data collection from HIV-infected patients at several AIDS centers in the Russian Federation.Conclusion. The developed online resource RuSIDA can be used to maintain medical electronic records, intralaboratory databases, as well as to conduct epidemiological monitoring of various nosologies and multicenter scientific studies.

Annotation. The purpose of the work is to systematize and analyze existing problematic aspects in the study of postnatal neurogenesis in neuroproliferative areas of the brain. The relevance of this problem is due to the growing share of neurodegenerative diseases and the search for the possibility of their treatment. From the databases PubMed, ScienceDirect, UpToDate, Web of science, Scopus, 28 sources on this problem were selected for consideration, regardless of age, with a predominance of publications from the last 10 years. The state of research related to the study of postnatal neurogenesis in the neuroproliferative areas of the brain (hippocampus) is highlighted as a result of the scientific and theoretical analysis of literature sources. Further branches of research are outlined. The lack of clear data on the structure of different areas of the hippocampus under the action of neurogenesis-inhibiting factors with subsequent stimulation in these same areas was revealed. The need for standardization of immunohistochemical methods of research and improvement of the method of detection of known neurospecific proteins, which are markers of proliferation or apoptosis, has been identified, which will enable both the comparison of the results obtained by different researchers and their interpretation.

Summary. Introduction. The reasons for the long-term healing of TU of the lower extremities are bacterial contamination of ulcers with the formation of biofilms and growing antibiotic resistance. The urgency of the problem. The number of purulent wounds, microbial resistance and a significant frequency of recurrences of TU of the lower extremities (20–70 %) determine and substantiate the relevance of the problem. Goal. Increasing the effectiveness of treatment of patients with TU of the lower extremities against the background of CVI, without the use of antibiotics, Materials and methods. Patients with TU were divided into two groups. The first (main) group (n=57) included patients who were treated with an apatite polymer drainage bandage, the second group (comparison) included patients who were treated with traditional methods (n=53). Smears from the wound surface of TU were studied. Results and their discussion. The intensity of microbial contamination of TU before the start of treatment was 107 CFU/ml, on the 3rd day after APDB application — 104 CFU/ml, on the 5th day — 103 CFU/ml. The average rate of wound healing was 0,42 cm2/day of wound surface area. Conclusions. Application of APDB without the use of antibiotics leads to a decrease in microbial contamination. The average duration of treatment in the main group was 19,6 days, in the comparison group — 28,2 days. The speed of wound healing in patients of the main group is 2,1 times higher. In the biopsies of patients of the main group on the 14th day of treatment, a significantly greater order of collagen fibers and a greater number of fibroblasts were found.

Introduction. Treatment of glioblastoma multiforme remains little effective due to the rapidly developing recurrence of the tumor, due to its high tumorigenic potential, resistance to chemoradiation therapy and increased dissemination of glioma stem cells. The identification of potential therapeutic targets, which make it possible to more effectively destroy glioma stem cells, becomes topical. In this regard, the study of ferroptosis (FP), which can cause the death of tumor cells with a highly malignant phenotype, is of great importance. However, FP and its regulatory pathways in the GSC are not fully understood. At present, it is also not clear how FP differs for glioma stem cells and glioblastoma differentiated cells.Aim. To study the expression of ferroptosis signaling cascade determinants in CD133+ glioma stem cells and CD133- glioblastoma differentiated cells using high resolution proteomic mass spectrometry.Materials and methods. High-resolution proteomic mass spectrometry, cell technologies.Results. In total, 1970 proteins were identified, 15 of which are associated with ferroptosis and are present in both cell populations. Upregulation of 12 FP determinants (ACSL1, ACSL3, COPZ1, FTH1, FTL, GPX1, GPX4, PCBP1, SLC3A2, TFRC, VDAC1, VDAC2) was found in CD133+ glioblastoma stem cells compared to CD133- differential glioblastoma cells, 10 of which were more than 2-fold overexpressed.Conclusion. Important regularities have been established in the expression of ferroptosis determinants and proteins controlling this process in glioma stem cells, which can be used in the development of new approaches to the detection of potential targets for the therapy of glioblastoma multiforme.

The problems of modern technology for processing lenses for optical devices are noted. Among these problems, the temperature deformation in the process of blocking with adhesive resin has the greatest effect on the quality of parts. It is substantiated that this problem can be solved using a technology that allows simultaneously processing both surfaces of the lens blank when it is fixed to the non-working surface using a photopolymer resin that hardens under the influence of ultraviolet radiation. A scheme of a device for implementing the proposed technology for processing parts with executive spherical surfaces, in particular lenses, with their vertical orientation in the processing zone, which improves the distribution of the abrasive suspension during shaping and thereby increases the intensity of stock removal, is proposed in the paper. Mathematical modeling of the nature of the processing of spherical surfaces of parts of optical devices under the conditions of a power circuit has been performed and a formula has been obtained for calculating the friction paths in the zone of contact between the tool and the surface to be machined. The use of this expression makes it possible to identify the optimal modes of lens shaping, which provide satisfactory quality and the level of intensity of stock removal.

The results of studying the drought resistance of berry bush plants by the field method of observation, laboratory-field, and laboratory methods of studying the water regime of plants are analyzed. The conducted researches testify to sufficient levels of water-holding ability of leaves of the studied grades of berry cultures. In the raspberry varieties Ruby Giant, Golden Giant, and Cascade Delight, the water holding capacity was higher after 24 hours, as indicated by the lowest rates of water loss by leaves (64.73 %, 68.13 %, and 69.66 % – respectively). According to the indicator of water deficit, the most drought-resistant raspberry varieties were Ruby Giant and Cascade Delight raspberry varieties. Indicators of water deficit of gooseberry leaves (3.2 %) indicate a high level of drought resistance of Neslukhovsky. The lowest drought-resistant gooseberry varieties Neslukhivskyi and Bezshipnyi were the lowest in terms of moisture loss during the study. The obtained indicators of resistance of the studied plants to drought conditions show that the varieties of raspberry Ruby Giant and Cascade Delight, as well as gooseberry varieties Neslukhovsky and Bezshipny are characterized by a high level of drought resistance, even in adverse growing season 2021. The productivity of berry plantations depends on providing the soil with moisture during the growth of shoots, and during fruiting. In the year of the study, insufficient water supply in the fruiting phase adversely affected the overall berry bush plants, and also led to a significant reduction in their yield. In conditions of lack of moisture for plant development in large-fruited varieties of raspberries (Ruby Giant, Orange Giant, Yellow Giant), a small part of the crop dried up on the shoots. The Golden Giant and Cascade Delaine raspberry varieties, as well as the Neslukhivsky gooseberry variety, had high yield levels. Based on the assessment of a set of indicators (water holding capacity, water deficit, yield) to create highly productive industrial berry plantations can be recommended raspberry varieties Golden Giant, Ruby Giant and Cascade Delaine, as well as gooseberry varieties Neslukhovsky and Bezshipny.

Introduction. Nematodes are one of the most abundant groups of the soil and litter fauna in forest ecosystems. The faunal composition may mirror the activity of decomposition pathways and give indications of nutrient status and fertility of soil. Nematodes play an important role in regulating microbial communities and affect the speed and direction of mineralization and humification of plant precipitation. Aim. Trophic structure of nematode communities from litter in forests of the Mezin National Nature Park was studied. Materials and methods. Samples litter were collected from June to July 2010 and 2014 in 21 forest ecosystems. Nematodes were extracted by a modified Baermann’s method from the 5-g sample. The exposition time was 48 h. Extracted nematodes were fixed in the triethanolamine–formalin (TAF, 2 % triethanolamine, 7 % formaldehyde solution, 91% water), and mounted on the temporary hydroglyceric slides. Nematode abundance was expressed as specimens per 100 g of dry substrate. Results. The 46 identified nematode species were divided into five trophic groups: saprobionts, mycohelminths, omnivores, predators and phytohelminths. Saprobionts were both the most diverse and the most numerous. 26 species (56,52% of all species collected) belonged to the this trophic group, proportion in the community was 63,97%. Plectus cirratus, Plectus parietinus, Panagrolaimus rigidus were the most numerous (proportion in the community 24,13%, 9,65% and 8,18% of the total, respectively). P. rigidus occurred in 95,2% of all samples. Aphelenchoides composticola dominated among 10 species of mycohelminths (frequency was 85,7%, proportion in the community 8,99%). Mesodorylaimus bastiani was common аmong the three species of omnivorous nematodes (frequency was 90,48%, proportion in the community 13,74%). Predatory nematodes (5 species) were in 57,1% of samples, proportion in the community together was 3,17%. Only two species phytohelminths (Gracilacus audriellus, Paratylenchus nanus) were found in the analyzed litter samples. They were rare; their frequency was 9,52% and 4,76% respectively. Moreover they were not very abundant (0,12% and 0,08% of total number respectively). Conclusions. The mycohelminths and saprobionts make an important component of the litter decomposer community of all forest ecosystems in the Mezin National Nature Park. The ratio of mycohelminths to saprobionts (М/S) shows a constant preponderance of saprobionts and was 0,27. Twenty five species (54,35% of all species collected) were high colonization ability, high reproduction rate and high tolerance to disturbances. The trophic diversity index was 2,16. The maturity index was 2,27. These indexes show stability of habitat in the forest litter.

Objective. To evaluate the effectiveness of the algorithm for optimization of preventive and antiepidemic measures in the centers of combined HIV infection and tuberculosis pathology. Materials and methods. Statistical data on tuberculosis and HIV-infection sickness rate, the results of clinical laboratory studies, maps of epidemiological center examination were investigated. Results. An algorithm for optimization of preventive and antiepidemic measures in the centers of HIV infection and tuberculosis as a management subsystem of epidemiological control was scientifically grounded and developed. Conclusions. An algorithm for optimization of preventive and antiepidemic measures in the centers of HIV infection+tuberculosis should be based on the coordination and development of a unique strategy of the services for control of tuberculosis and HIV-infection. Informational and analytical subsystems of epidemiological control provide realization of preventive and antiepidemic measures in the target groups. The developed algorithm supplemented with the data of epidemiological examination permits to elevate the effectiveness of antiepidemic measures.

Purpose. Development of a calculation methodology for three-layer cylindrical shell stability, which will significantly improve the calculation practice for these structures regarding the determination of critical external pressure. Methodology. When determining the critical external pressure, the method of variational calculation using the Euler equation of the mixed variational problem was used. To determine three-layer cylindrical shell stability, the factors of significant influence on its strength and stability were taken into consideration, namely the reduced modulus of a three-layer wall elasticity. Bending stiffness Dh was substituted with flexural stiffness of three-layer shell with account for the shear deformation. Findings. The current situation of the three-layer cylindrical shell stability issue is investigated. Using the variational calculation methods via the Euler equation of the mixed variational problem an equation is composed of equality condition of inner and external force action of an orthotropic structure, which is under the state of neutral equilibrium with radial displacement. The previously obtained equation for radial displacements having been taken and applied to the system potential energy per unit of length equation, an equation for the critical pressure determination is determined. The analytical solution obtained was proposed for the structure of the crane travelling wheel with an elastic insert. Pcr 1267MPa was obtained. The allowable wheel pressure on rail for the crane travelling wheels is adopted to be within 250 MPa, i.e. the available stability margin is nc 1267/250 5.1. As we can see, the stability margin is more than sufficient. Originality. A new methodology for the three-layer cylindrical shell under external pressure calculation is developed. A quantitative assessment of the crane travelling wheel with flexible insert critical pressure is carried out. Practical value. A determination methodology for critical pressure of a three-layer cylindrical structure under external pressure is created.
