Objective: To establish and verify the normal reference range of uterine artery mean pulsatility index (mPI) between 11-40 weeks of pregnancy in low-risk population. Methods: Pregnant women registered in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2023 and underwent ultrasound examination at 11 to 40 weeks were enrolled. By Ultrasound diagnosis, the pulsatility index (PI) of bilateral uterine arteries were measured, and whether there was a notch in the early diastolic period was checked. Following up the pregnancy, basic clinical data and fetal birth information were collected. Results: A total of 1365 low-risk people with normal pregnancy outcomes were included. The 104 cases of adverse pregnancy outcomes were wed to verify the refernce range, including pregnancy included hypertension (n=41) and fetalgrowth restriction (n=23). With the increase of gestation age, mPI showed a gradual downward trend. There was a rapid decline before 20 weeks of gestation (mPI 95th percentile at 11 weeks and 20 weeks of gestation were 2.35 and 1.54, respectively), then declined slowly, and mPI stabilized after 32 weeks of gestation (95th percentile mPI at 32 weeks and 39 weeks of gestation were 0.91 and 0.87, respectively). With the increase of gestation age, the detection rate of early diastolic notch in bilateral uterine arteries decreased gradually. The detection rate was 69.20% at 11-15 weeks of gestation, 27.01% at 21-25 weeks of gestation, then stabilized and decreased to 6.31% at 36-40 weeks of gestation. The results of receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of mPI ≥95th precentile in predicting hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were 30.11% and 93.21%, respectively; The sensitivity and specificity in predicting fetal growth restriction were 61.9% and 92.85%, respectively. Conclusions: Establishing the reference range of uterine artery mPI at 11-40 weeks of pregnancy in low-risk population may be used for prospective exclusion of gestational hypertension and fetal growth restriction.

The influence of the stability of the insurance industry on the strength of the financial market cannot be ignored, and the healthy and strong growth of the insurance industry plays an indispensable role in maintaining the stability of the whole society. To fully analyze the influence of the stability of the insurance industry on the strength of the financial market, this paper proposes a prediction model of systemic financial risk. The insurance industry’s systemic financial risk prediction indicators are determined based on the principle of selecting systemic risk factors and indicators. After preprocessing the collected relevant research data, relevant research variables are determined, a Logit prediction model for the systemic risk of the insurance industry is constructed, and a case study is conducted. The data show that the average value of GDP during these 21 years is 379642.64, and it reaches about 2.4 times the average value in 2023. The insurance industry’s economy grows steadily and rapidly. It reached the maximum response in the 10th period (0.04616), i.e., the development of China’s life insurance industry, which has a more obvious role in promoting the development of the economy. It is predicted that China’s financial risk in the insurance industry in the second half of 2024 will have a great probability of being in a low-risk state. Its predicted probability value is close to 1. The insurance industry’s healthy development has a positive impact on economic development, and the insurance industry’s stable development is of great importance to economic development, as evidenced by this study.

In this report, PEDOT composite films were prepared by in situ electrochemical polymerization. 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazole bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (EMI-TFSI) was used as an ionic liquid dopant for PEDOT:PSS films. Subsequently, these PEDOT:PSS/EMI-TFSI films were compared with PEDOT:PSS films based on their morphology, structure, electrochromic properties, and optical properties at different deposition voltages and deposition times. It was observed that the addition of EMI-TFSI enhanced all the aforementioned properties of the films. PEDOT:PSS/EMI-TFSI films were seen to have a larger ion diffusion coefficient (1.38 × 10−20 cm2·s−1), a wider color change range (43.48%), a shorter response time (coloring response time = 1.2 s; fade response time = 2 s), and a higher coloring efficiency (189.86 cm2·C−1) when compared with normal PEDOT:PSS films. The introduction of EMI-TFSI in the films ultimately resulted in superior electrochemical and optical properties along with higher stability.

Ochratoxin A (OTA) is one of the mycotoxins that poses a serious threat to human and animal health. Curcumin (CUR) is a major bioactive component of turmeric that provides multiple health benefits. CUR can reduce the toxicities induced by mycotoxins, but the underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely unknown. To explore the effects of CUR on OTA toxicity and identify the key regulators and metabolites involved in the biological processes, we performed metabolomic and transcriptomic analyses of livers from OTA-exposed mice. We found that CUR can alleviate the toxic effects of OTA on body growth and liver functions. In addition, CUR supplementation significantly affects the expressions of 1584 genes and 97 metabolites. Integrated analyses of transcriptomic and metabolomic data showed that the pathways including Arachidonic acid metabolism, Purine metabolism, and Cholesterol metabolism were significantly enriched. Pantothenic acid (PA) was identified as a key metabolite, the exogenous supplementation of which was observed to significantly alleviate the OTA-induced accumulation of reactive oxygen species and cell apoptosis. Further mechanistical analyses revealed that PA can downregulate the expression level of proapoptotic protein BAX, enhance the expression level of apoptosis inhibitory protein BCL2, and decrease the level of phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (pERK1/2). This study demonstrated that CUR can alleviate the adverse effects of OTA by influencing the transcriptomic and metabolomic profiles of livers, which may contribute to the application of CUR in food and feed products for the prevention of OTA toxicity. In this paper, the nonlinear response characteristics of a single degree of freedom lumped mass model with a new support looseness fault are analyzed. In this model, a new nonlinear contact stiffness model between the support and foundation is considered, which considers the elastic–plastic deformation of the contact parts. The nonlinear response of the system is obtained by numerical integration methods. The nonlinear results are compared with an asymmetric model and a piece-wise contact model. By comparing three different looseness fault models, the mechanism of generating multi-frequencies and fractional frequencies is analyzed. The result shows that plastic deformation makes the displacement amplitude increase rapidly; odd harmonics appear in symmetric stiffness model due to the modulation of symmetric shock forces; however, harmonic response appears in asymmetric stiffness model; when the contact number is odd, the frequency components contain odd or even order fractional frequencies at supercritical speeds due to the incompatibility of contacts on the upper and lower surfaces; when the contact number is even, multiple frequency components appear at subcritical frequencies.
