Objective: This study aimed to make full use of walnut by-products. Methods: Ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction method was used to extract the antioxidant components of walnut shell and distraction wood. The changes of antioxidant components (total phenols and total flavonoids) and antioxidant activities (DPPH, ABTS, hydroxyl radical scavenging ability, Iron reduction antioxidant capacity-FRAP and ferrous ion chelating activity) of walnut by-products extract during the simulated digestion were studied in vitro, and their correlation was analyzed. Results: The total phenols(TPC), total flavonoids(TFC) content, and antioxidant activity of distraction wood were always higher than those of walnut shells (P＜0.05). This study aimed to elucidate the influence of various culture medium components, including carbon sources, nitrogen sources, inorganic salts, suspension agents, and temperature, on the mycelial growth characteristics of Phallus dongsun. Employing single-factor experiments and response surface methodology within glass Petri dishes, the research identified that carrot powder, soybean powder, and ZnSO4 notably enhanced the proliferation of aerial mycelium, significantly augmenting the growth rate of P. dongsun mycelium. The resultant mycelium was observed to be dense, robust, and fluffy in texture. In particular, ZnSO4 markedly accelerated the mycelium growth rate. Furthermore, xanthan gum was found to effectively modulate the medium’s viscosity, ensuring a stable suspension and facilitating nutrient equilibrium. The optimal cultivation temperature was determined to be 25°C, with mycelial growth ceasing below 5°C and mycelium perishing at temperatures exceeding 35°C. The optimal medium composition was established as follows: wheat starch 5 g/l, carrot powder 5 g/l, soybean powder 7.50 g/l, glucose 10 g/l, ZnSO4 0.71 g/l, NH4Cl 0.68 g/l, xanthan gum 0.5 g/l, and agar 20 g/l. Under these optimized conditions, the mycelium of P. dongsun exhibited a rapid growth rate (1.04 ± 0.14 mm/day), characterized by a thick, dense, and well-developed structure. This investigation provides a theoretical foundation for the conservation, strain selection, and breeding of P. dongsun.

Piezoelectric acceleration sensors are used for monitoring the vibration state of high-temperature components of some important technical equipment, such as aero engines and heavy gas turbines. These sensors require a high Curie temperature piezoelectric ceramic as a sensitive element, and "lead-free"electronic components are an urgent requirement for environmental protection. Gd/Mn co-doped high-temperature lead-free piezoelectric ceramics((0.67BiFeO3-0.33Ba1-xGdxTiO3)+0.5%(mass fraction)MnO2, x=0-0.02, BF-BT) were prepared by a traditional solid-state reaction process. The effects of doping concentration x of Gd3+ on the phase composition, microstructure, piezoelectric property, dielectric relaxation behavior and AC impedance characteristic of BF-BTceramics were investigated. The results show that all samples have pure perovskite structure with coexistence of tripartite phase (R) and tetragonal phase (T), and the T phase content increases with the increasing Gd3+ doping concentration. Moderate amount(x < 0.02)of Gd3+ dopant diffusing into the perovskite lattice would also promote the grain growth of BF-BT ceramics. Gd3+ doped samples exhibit enhanced relaxation phase transition behavior. The phase transition temperature (Tm) decreases with the increase of x, while the dielectric relaxation degree (ΔTrelax) increases with the increase of x. The R-CPE equivalent circuit model has been utilized to match the complex impedance spectra(Cole-Cole diagrams) of the BF-BTceramics, indicating that the AC impedance of samples at high temperature is mainly contributed by the grain boundary. The activation energy of dielectric relaxation increases with the increasing Gd3+ doping concentration, demonstrating the substitution of Gd3+ for Ba2+ can reduce the donor doping effect.In general, when x=0.01, the sample exhibits the optimized electrical properties, including TC=425 ℃, d33=126 pC/N, kp=25.9%, and tanδ=0.059. The Gd3+ doped BF-BTceramics are expected to be used as a promising high-temperature piezoelectric material.

Objective To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of oligodendroglioma with IDH mutation and 1p/19q codeletion. Methods We collected the data of 54 oligodendroglioma patients with IDH mutation and 1p/19q codeletion.The patients'clinicopathological data, including age, histological grade, and tumor site, were analyzed for the effects on progression-free and overall survival. Results Among the 54 patients, 46 cases were with tumor sites in one lobe, and eight cases involved tumor sites in more than two lobes.A total of 12 and 42 cases had WHO grades 2 and 3 oligodendroglioma, respectively.Detection by fluorescence in situ hybridization showed 1p/19q co-deletion in all cases.Immunohistochemical tests revealed diffuse and strong positive results for Olig2.All glial fibrillary acidic proteins were positive.p53 was strongly positive in six cases.ATRX was expressed in all 48 cases.Ki-67 proliferation index ranged from 5% to 60%.Sanger sequencing showed that all 54 cases had IDH gene mutations (40 cases were IDH1 mutations, and 14 were IDH2 mutations), and 33 cases had telomerase reverse transcriptase promoter mutations.Relapse and metastasis occurred in 16 patients during treatment.Univariate analysis indicated that the postoperative recurrence and metastasis interval of more than two years can prolong the progression-free and overall survival of patients.All 54 patients had a mean progression-free survival of 33.5 months and the mean overall survival of 40.7 months. Conclusion For oligodendroglioma with IDH mutation and 1p/19q codeletion, precision chemoradiotherapy after surgery can reduce the risk of progression, and the postoperative recurrence and metastasis interval is associated with the prognosis.

Based on the global goals for cleaner production and sustainable development, the pyrolysis behavior of cephalosporin residues was studied by TG-MS method. The influence of full temperature window on the safe disposal of residues was analyzed based on the “3-2-2” and “1+1” of thermal analysis kinetics, and the gas by-products of thermal degradation were monitored. Results showed that the pyrolysis of distillation residues were divided into low and high-temperature zones, including six stages. Maximum error rate (8.55%) by multiple scan rate was presented based on “3-2-2” pattern and maximum total fluctuation (33.7) by single scan rate was presented based on “1+1” pattern, which implied that the comprehensive multi-level comparison method was very reliable. The E value “E” of six stages showed an increasing trend ranging 166.8 to 872.8 kJ/mol. LgA(mean) was 27.28. Most mechanism function of stage 1, 2 were Z-L-T equation (3D), stage 3, 4, 6 were Avrami-Erofeev equation (AE3, AE4, AE2/3) and stage 5 was Reaction Order (O2). In addition, various small molecular micromolecule substances were detected such as C2H4O, C2H6, NH3, CH4, CO2 under full temperature windows and a possible pyrolysis path of residues was provided.

Driven by the demand for satellite navigation and deep space exploration, the performance of lamp-pumped rubidium atomic clock has been greatly improved, and its short-term frequency stability has reached the level of a small coefficient of 10-13τ -1/2. To further improve the frequency stability of rubidium clock and explore its performance limit, this article is based on the redesign and experimental verification of the structure of the physical package (PP, Φ40 microwave cavity) in the early stage, with a comprehensively optimized design of the optical system of PP, the performance of the spectral lamp and pumping light has been enhanced. Finally, the SNR of PP has been significantly increased. The test and evaluation results showed that the contribution of the shot noise of the newly designed PP to the frequency stability of rubidium clock is 4.2×10-14τ -1/2. The results of this research lay the foundation for the short-term stability of rubidium clocks to achieve 5×10-14τ -1/2, and the long-term stability to break through 1×10-15.

Objective: The molecular biological test has the advantage of fast and sensitive, which can effectively make up for the defects of the traditional microbial test method. Methods: According to the conserved sequences of the V3~V4 region of the virulence gene pcrL and the universal gene 16S rRNA of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in GB 8538—2022, primers and probes were designed and synthesized, and a real-time fluorescent PCR kit was established in this study. Results: The results showed that the common standard reserve strain 16S rRNA was amplified, and the virulence gene pcrL was only effective for nucleic acid detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa standard reserve strain, and obvious "S" type amplification curve could be observed, while no amplification curve was found for common food-borne pathogens in this study. Gene pcrL still has amplification curve, when the concentration of bacterial solution was less than 10 CFU/mL, the detection range was 10~107 CFU/mL, and the detection limit was 10 CFU/mL. The Ct mean value of virulence gene pcrL under different bacterial solution concentrations ranged from 18.0 to 38.6. The results showed that this method was highly sensitive to the detection of the virulence factor pcrL carried by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In the past three years, the unqualified Pseudomonas aeruginosa samples in 14 counties and cities of Hunan Province were further detected, and the coincidence rate reached 100%. Conclusion: This method is highly sensitive to detect the virulence factor pcrL carried by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It has the advantages of simple operation, strong specificity, high sensitivity and good practicability.

INTRODUCTION. Low back pain (LBP) is a common discomfort in young women during pregnancy and after childbirth. These female patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) have unique clinical manifestations, but few studies have been reported. AIM. To investigate the clinical characteristics of female patients with LDH after childbirth and to provide basis for rehabilitation andtreatment. MATERIAL AND METHODS. We collected the clinical data of 58 female patients with LDH, analyzed the clinical characteristics. We usedCT scan to determine the location and type of LDH, observed the dural sac of lumbar intervertebral disc, serum 25 hydroxyvitaminD (25[OH] D) levels were measured and compared with healthy women and pregnant women. RESULTS. Our results showed that according to the age distribution of patients with low back pain was the most common among 30-34years old, accounting for 43.1% of all patients. Patients with LDH accounted for the highest proportion of patients with LBP, up to 55.2%.L4-L5 segment was the most common part of LDH, accounting for 46.9%, followed by L5-S1 segment, accounting for 31.3%. Protrusionwas the most common type of LDH, accounting for 84.4%. Among 34 patients with LDH, 15 patients (46.9%) had dural sac compression.The serum 25(OH) D level of patients with LDH was 11.36±5.16 ng/ml, lower than that of healthy women (first control group, 15.22±3.42ng/ml, p=0.022), and pregnant women (second control group, 18.95±6.94 ng/ml, p

Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions (ADR) of atezolizumab and durvalumab based on the US Food and Drug Administration Public Data Open Project (OpenFDA) to provide reference for rational clinical use of drugs. Methods The ADR data of atezolizumab and durvalumab from January 1, 2004 to January 28, 2022 were retrieved through the application programming interface (API) access to the interactive icon panel of the OpenFDA ADR endpoint. Results A total of 13 630 and 5 374 ADR reports respectively related to atezolizumab and durvalumab were obtained. More cases were reported in males than in females. The most common ADR of atezolizumab were fever, diarrhea and pneumonia, and the common ADR of durvalizumab was radiation pneumonitis. The incidences of ADR and serious ADR were similar in atezolizumab and durvalumab, except the incidences of anemia, febrile neutropenia and radiation pneumonitis. Conclusion ADR of atezolizumab and durvalizumab can be quickly and conveniently excavated and studied based on the OpenFDA database. With the increase of the use of these two drugs, the rare ADR in clinic is increasingly prominent, so clinical medication monitoring should be strengthened to promote their safe use.

In women, ovarian cancer is a common gynecological cancer associated with poor prognosis, reoccurrence and chemoresistance. Scoulerine, a benzylisoquinoline alkaloid, has been reported effective against several carcinomas. Thus, we investigated the impact of scoulerine on ovarian cancer cells (OVCAR3). Cell viability was assessed by MTT assay, migration was determined by Boyden Chamber assay, while the invasion was monitored by Boyden Chamber assay using the matrigel. The stemness properties of OVCAR3 cells were observed by tumorsphere assay. Epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and stemness-related protein markers were monitored by real-time PCR analysis and immunoblotting. Scoulerine inhibits the viability of OVCAR3 cells with the IC50 observed at 10 µmol L–1 after 48 h treatment. Scoulerine inhibited the colony-forming ability, migration and invasiveness of OVCAR3 cells in a dose-dependent fashion. Scoulerine treatment also drastically reduced the spheroid-forming ability of OVCAR3 cells. The mesenchymal and stemness--related markers like N-cadherin, vimentin, CD-44, Oct-4, Sox-2 and Aldh1A1 were downregulated, whereas the epithelial markers like E-cadherin and CD-24 were upregulated in scoulerine-treated cells. The upstream PI3K/Akt/mTOR-axis was downregulated in scoulerine-treated cells. We concluded that scoulerine successfully perturbs the cancerous properties of OVCAR3 cells by targeting the PI3K/Akt/mTOR axis. In vivo studies revealed a substantial decrease in tumor mass and volume after scoulerine treatment. Furthermore, scoulerine treatment was found to decrease oxidative stress factors in ovarian cancer mice model. Scoulerine is a potential anticancer agent against ovarian cancer and can be considered as a lead molecule for this malignancy, provided further investigations are performed.

Based on land use classification data for the Yangtze River Delta region in 2000, 2015, and 2020, this study aims to explore the spatial and temporal evolution of ecosystem services value (ESV) in the region. By analyzing the land use structure and its dynamic changes, an ESV model is constructed. Furthermore, the study utilizes a geodetector to analyze the driving factors of ESV in the Yangtze River Delta region. The findings are as follows: (1) From 2000 to 2020, arable land was the predominant land use type in the Yangtze River Delta region. (2) The ESV in the region showed an upward trend followed by a decline from 2000 to 2020. Regulating services and supporting services have always been the core functions of ecosystem services in the region, with hydrological regulation contributing the most. (3) From a spatial perspective, there were significant differences in the spatial distribution of AESV (aggregated ecosystem services value) in the Yangtze River Delta region. The AESV changes in various cities within the region were evident, with a decreasing trend observed in most cities. (4) The sensitivity index of each land use type was less than 1, with forest land exhibiting the highest sensitivity and having the greatest impact on ESV. (5) Geodetector analysis revealed that the AESV in the Yangtze River Delta region is influenced by a combination of regional natural factors, economic factors, and social factors, and the interaction among different driving forces significantly enhances the spatial heterogeneity of AESV in the region.

In this paper, we first constructed the social practice parenting path of rural revitalization in colleges and universities and formulated the integration strategy of social practice and rural revitalization in colleges and universities. Then, a ridge regression analysis model was constructed, and the parameters of the model were estimated. Then, based on the regression analysis model, the overall willingness of college students to participate in rural social practice was explored, and the factors affecting college students’ participation in rural social practice were analyzed in terms of rural pull, push, and individual factors. Finally, the evaluation system for the implementation effect of the rural revitalization strategy was constructed using the hierarchical analysis method, and people’s satisfaction with the implementation effect was analyzed. The mean score of college students’ willingness to serve the countryside is 3.33, and the strength of the local government’s publicity of employment policies and the perception of the status of rural work has a significant impact on students’ willingness to practice, with Sig values of 0.012 and 0.013, respectively. The overall effect of the implementation effect of the strategy is better, and the satisfaction degree is 3.105. This study analyzes the main influencing factors of college students’ participation in rural social practice, and provides an insightful and useful tool for contributing to the long-term participation in rural revitalization of college students’ volunteering. Long-term participation in rural revitalization provides corresponding ideas.

This study focuses on applying intelligent translation systems in assisting high-quality English writing in the Internet era. The study analyzes statistical machine translation techniques, especially N-gram language modeling and word alignment techniques, and their crucial role in translation quality improvement. In English writing, the intelligent translation system significantly improves the quality of students’ Writing through word block translation. By analyzing 320 students, the mean value of self-efficacy in writing skills of students in the high-quality writing group was 3.78, significantly higher than that of the low-quality group, which was 2.82. After the experiment, 0.57 students indicated that they would improve their English writing vocabulary with the aid of the Intelligent Translation System, which showed the potential of the Intelligent Translation System to enhance students’ interest in and autonomy in Writing. Average distribution analysis shows that word block usage positively correlates with writing performance, with an R Square value of 0.6726. The intelligent translation system improves students’ English writing and enhances their self-efficacy, which is of great significance to English teaching.

In the context of sports development, the demand for sports resources is increasing daily, and improving the efficiency of sports resource allocation is especially important. This paper first explores the principle of sports resource allocation, selects indicators according to input and output, and constructs an efficient evaluation system for sports resource allocation. Then, we use the fuzzy cluster analysis method to optimize the objective function and the FCM algorithm to select the cluster center and the number of clusters. To study the efficiency difference between urban and rural sports resource allocation, we analyzed the effectiveness and reliability of sports resource allocation in urban communities. The study shows that the average classification accuracy of the FCM algorithm is 97.87%, and the mean value of sports resource allocation efficiency in towns is 0.1348 higher than that in villages.

In recent years, accidents causing casualties and losses to people and property have occurred frequently throughout the country due to bridge safety problems, causing huge losses to the country and people’s property. To prevent the recurrence of such incidents and effectively maintain the safety and interests of the people, this paper intends to use the optimization algorithm as the technical support to study the optimal method for dynamic detection of vehicle loads on bridges. The gradient descent method is used to obtain the deflection influence line of the bridge dynamic test structure and the overall vibration frequency of the structure. The bridge test area is then selected by the stochastic gradient descent method, and the measured strain and deflection influence lines are used to modify the initial finite element model of the bridge so that the finite element model can truly reflect the actual mechanical behavior of the bridge structure. According to the survey, as of the end of 2019, there were 878,300 highway bridges with a total mileage of 6063.46 m, which was 26,800 more than in 2018, and the mileage increased by 4,948,600 m. Among them, mega bridges accounted for 5716 bridges with a mileage of 10,323,300 m, and bridges accounted for 108,344 bridges with a mileage of 29,237,500 m. Many bridges in service provide convenience for people’s life and travel but also bring great challenges to bridge management and maintenance, bridge appraisal, and assessment. Monitoring the bridge load condition helps to grasp the actual working condition of bridges in a timely and accurate manner and to warn and repair the safety hazards that appear on bridges in time to prevent accidents.

This paper first investigates the statistical analysis algorithms of the relationship between teachers’ English proficiency and students’ English achievement, including multiple linear, quantile, and panel regression models. In the empirical analysis section, the relative relationships between various English proficiencies of teachers and their teaching abilities were explored by examining the relationships between English proficiencies of college teachers and their teaching abilities. Then, the association between college teachers’ English proficiency and students’ English achievement was explored through correlation and regression analyses, and covariance diagnostics were conducted to ensure the reliability of the results. The results showed that teachers’ English proficiency explained 27.5% of the variance in English achievement, where the coefficient β was 0.522. Demonstrating that teachers' English proficiency had a significant positive impact on English achievement.

This paper combines the cigarette quality supervision measurement project, summarizes the key instruments for cigarette quality supervision, constructs the reliability evaluation model of cigarette quality supervision measurement instruments, adopts the random forest method and carries out model optimization so as to solve the weights of quality evaluation indexes of cigarette quality supervision measurement instruments. The QTM comprehensive test bench is selected to measure the quality and circumference of the traceability comparison stick of cigarette physical inspection equipment and combined with the Random Forest optimization algorithm to analyze the impact of measurement repeatability on the moisture content of cigarettes. Using the normalized deviation evaluation method, we can compare the consistency of the detection results of the evaluation model of this paper with the detection results of the parent company. It is analyzed that the maximum permissible error of cigarette circumference is ±0.05, and the maximum permissible deviation of comparison Dmax is ±0.06. Objective To explore the clinical application of follicular unit extraction (FUE) hair transplantation in male androgen alopecia (AGA). Methods From August 2016 to September 2018, male AGA patients operated with FUE hair transplantation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.At one year after transplantation, clinical curative effect was evaluated by the survival hair density and follicles rate of FUE transplantation, meanwhile surgical complications, patient satisfaction rate and life quality score were measured and analyzed. Results A total of 126 male AGA patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included, with average age was (37±9.05) years and average disease course was (10±2.76) years.According to the Hamilton-Norwood grade standard, there were 5 grade Ⅱpatients, 55 grade Ⅲ patients, 54 grade Ⅳ patients, 10 grade Ⅴ patients, and 2 grade Ⅵ patients.At one year after transplantation, viable hair density on the anterior hairline and the top of the head was (65±7) FUs/cm2 and (43±4) FUs/cm2, respectively.The survival rate of hair follicles was more than 90%, even more than 95% among the 107 AGA patients.The effective rate was 100%(126/126), no serious complications occurred, and the satisfaction rate of patients was 97.6%(123/126).Besides, the scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life status of 126 AGA patients were significantly increased than those before transplantation (all P < 0.01). Conclusions FUE hair transplantation has significant clinical effect, and is highly safe and effective.With the potential to dramatically improve life quality, it can be widely applied in treatment of AGA.

BACKGROUND Improving the prediction ability of relatively high-quality reservoirs under tight backgrounds is a bottleneck and a challenge in current oil and gas exploration and development theories. For tight reservoirs, exploring the dissolution mechanism of organic acid fluids on the reservoir is particularly important. Previous researchers have conducted a large number of water rock reaction simulation experiments on the dissolution of organic acids leading to the formation of secondary pores. It is proposed that the dissolution effect of acidic fluids is the main factor for increasing porosity in tight reservoirs, and it is also a key way to find “sweet spots” in tight reservoirs[3]. Based on previous research on dissolution pores in sandstone, scholars have focused on studying the chemical mechanism of organic acids in the dissolution of carbonate and feldspar minerals. Some studies have shown that the dissolution of calcite requires a lower pH[19] and the acidity of binary acid is very strong, which can greatly improve the solubility of aluminosilicate minerals[20-22]. However, the heterogeneity of tight sandstone reservoirs is strong, and its complex mineral components and pore structure characteristics differ greatly; it has a higher content of clay minerals, and during the diagenesis process, clay minerals often precipitate on the rigid particle surface of the pore inner wall as authigenic minerals. The main mineral in contact with crude oil is of clay composition in dense sandstone reservoirs[23-25]. Chlorite, kaolinite, illite and other minerals are common and important clay mineral types. As important factors affecting reservoir exploration and development, their organic acid dissolution effects on clay minerals need to be further studied. OBJECTIVES (1) In order to explore the main influencing factors of organic acids on the dissolution of clay minerals in tight sandstone, by analyzing the influence of time, temperature and different types of organic acids on the dissolution of clay minerals. (2) To reveal the dissolution reaction mechanism between organic acid fluids and tight sandstone, providing a theoretical basis for improving the prediction ability of relatively high-quality reservoirs under tight backgrounds. METHODS (1) The Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin was selected as the research object, and the ratio of reaction fluid to sandstone dissolution simulation experiment was conducted according to the type and content of organic acid in the thermal evolution fluid of Source rock. (2) After the reaction, the column rock sample was rinsed multiple times with distilled water, placed in a drying oven, dried for 24h, and then taken out for testing. The porosity and permeability of the column rock sample after the reaction were tested on the PoroPDP-200 overlying pressure pore permeability meter before and after the experiment, and the intensity of dissolution was quantitatively calibrated. (3) Small samples of 5-8cm for argon ion polishing were selected, and observed under the Quanta450FEG field emission environment scanning electron microscope (Lanzhou Oil and Gas Resources Research Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences). Then, through thin section identification and scanning electron microscope observation of the petrology characteristics of the samples, the cement and pore characteristics of the samples before and after the experiment were compared. (4) Using Optima 8000 inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer (PerkinElmer Company, USA) to detect cations, the practical range of the measured standard curve was 0.1-20mg/L, and samples that were not within the test range were diluted. The standard curve solution contains a total of 8 ions: K, Ca, Na, Mg, Al, Si, P and Mn. RESULTS (1) With the increase of time (1-9 days), the increase of porosity dissolution increases first and then decreases, reaching its peak at 6 days; the increase of penetration rate shows a continuous growth trend. The increase in temperature can also promote the dissolution of sandstone by organic acids (Fig.3, Fig.4). (2) Different types of organic acids have selective dissolution of clay minerals. Tartaric acid mainly dissolves clay minerals, detrital feldspar and a small amount of calcite cement; on the contrary, acetic acid mainly dissolves calcite. The sequence of propionic acid dissolution is from calcite to feldspar detrital particles, from dissolution cement matrix to argillized feldspar; the mixed acid solution of formic acid, acetic acid and propionic acid and mixed acid solution of formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and tartaric acid preferentially dissolve chlorinated and argillized feldspar and calcite until calcite is completely dissolved (Fig.4, Fig.5). (3) The improvement of pores by formic acid is not significant among different types of organic acids. Propionic acid greatly improves porosity. The influence of combined acids on porosity is a comprehensive reflection of the influence of single acids (Fig.6). CONCLUSIONS Formic acid has little effect on porosity, whereas acetic acid and propionic acid have obvious effect on porosity. The combined effects of formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, and tartaric acid on porosity and permeability are a comprehensive reflection of the improvement of a single acid. The selective dissolution of clay minerals in tight sandstone by different types of organic acids has different effects on the physical properties of the reservoir, providing a scientific basis for improving the prediction ability of relatively high-quality reservoirs under tight background.

Low-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma(LGMS) is an extremely rare malignant tumor of myofibroblastic cells that primarily affects the head and neck region. LGMS occurring in the oral cavity is commonly found on the tongue, and those occurring in the jawbone are less common, with only 12 reported cases to date. LGMS is often in adult males but rare in children. This report describes a rare case of LGMS in the mandible of a child who underwent surgical resection. Histopathological examination revealed spindle cell proliferation with invasive growth into surrounding skeletal muscle. Immunohistochemical staining showed positive expression of Vimentin, Calponin, SMA, and Actin, supporting myofibroblastic and smooth muscle differentiation of the tumor and the diagnosis of LGMS. This article, based on this case and relevant literature, discusses the immunological and pathological characteristics, treatment and prognosis of LGMS in the jawbone, in order to enrich clinicians' understanding and improve the diagnosis of this disease.

Objective: To design new and effective polyphenol oxidase （PPO） inhibitors and expand their application in the field of aquatic product preservation. Methods: The synthesized H8[P2Mo17Ni（OH2）O61] （P2Mo17Ni） structure was characterized by ultraviolet and infrared spectrum. The inhibitory effect, type and mechanism of P2Mo17Ni on the relative activity of mushroom PPO in vitro was clarified. Then, the preservation effects of P2Mo17Ni on Litopenaeus vannamei Boone were evaluated through studying the index change of shrimps treated with P2Mo17Ni stored at 4 ℃, in which included the sensory score, the value of chromatic aberration L*, the value of total chromatic aberration （ΔE）, the total number of colonies, the value of pH and the value of total volatile basic nitrogen （TVB-N）. Results: The results showed that P2Mo17Ni was synthesized successfully. P2Mo17Ni inhibited the activity of PPO from mushroom in vitro with semi-inhibitory concentration （IC50） of （0.377±0.004） mmol/L. P2Mo17Ni inhibited mushroom PPO in a competitive reversible manner, and the inhibition constant KI was 0.185 mmol/L. Under the cold storage condition of 4 ℃, compared with the control group, P2Mo17Ni could effectively delay the decline of sensory score and the increase of L* and ΔE value in shrimps treated with P2Mo17Ni, and the inhibitory effect was significant. P2Mo17Ni could significantly inhibit the increase of total number of colonies, pH value and TVB-N value. P2Mo17Ni could extend the shelf life of shrimps for 4~5 days. Conclusion: P2Mo17Ni can slow down the blackening of shrimps and prevent its spoilage. P2Mo17Ni possesses a good preservation effect on L. vannamei and can be used in the preservation industry of aquatic products.

ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the clinical application effect of an augmented reality (AR) plasticity model on the postoperative visual function recovery of children with concomitant exotropia.MethodsBetween September 2019 and October 2021, 28 patients with concomitant exotropia who visited Shenzhen Children’s Hospital (9 male and 19 female) were enrolled in this study. The average age of the patients was 6.4 ± 1.8 years. Postoperative rehabilitation training was conducted using a personalized AR binocular visual perception plasticity model developed based on the patient’s examination results. After 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months of training, the patients returned to the hospital for examinations of perceptual eye position, static zero-order stereopsis, dynamic first-order fine stereopsis, and dynamic second-order coarse stereopsis to compare the changes in eye position control and stereovision function.ResultsAfter 6 months of eye position training, the horizontal perception eye position of the 28 patients was significantly lower than that before training. The difference in eye position at the first and third months compared with that before training was not statistically significant (1st month: z = −2.255, p = 0.024 > 0.017; 3rd month: z = −2.277, p = 0.023 > 0.017; 6th month: z = −3.051, p = 0.002 0.017; 3rd month: z = −1.189, p = 0.234 > 0.017; 6th month: z = −2.225, p = 0.026 > 0.017). The difference in 0.8-m static zero-order stereopsis before and after training was not statistically significant (1st month: z = −2.111, p = 0.035 > 0.017; 3rd month: z = −1.097, p = 0.273 > 0.017; 6th month: z = −1.653, p = 0.098 > 0.017). The 1.5-m static zero-order stereopsis was improved after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months of training compared with that before training (1st month: z = −3.134, p = 0.002

ObjectiveTo investigate the Alzheimer-associated neurofilament protein （AD7c-NTP） in urine of middle-aged and elderly people and its correlation between common metabolites.MethodsA total of 1 150 middle-aged and elderly people who did their physical exmanination in the health examination center of the Sichuan Science City Hospital and the Third Hopital of Mianyang were recruited from March 2017 to March 2020. The level of urine AD7c-NTP were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）， and common metabolites in blood were measured by biochemical analyzer. Based on urine AD7c-NTP level ≤1.5 ng/mL， the objects was divided into normal group （n=956） and elevated group （n=194）. Thier demographic data and blood biochemical indicators were collected.ResultsThe urine AD7c-NTP level in middle-aged and elderly people was 0.60（0.30~1.20） ng/mL. The urine AD7c-NTP level was higher in women than that in men ［1.04（0.40~1.30） ng/mL vs. 0.84（0.30~1.00） ng/mL， Z=4.202， P˂0.01］. And the urine AD7c-NTP level was lower in the normal group than that in the elevated group ［0.50（0.30~0.90） ng/mL vs. 2.10（1.70~2.10） ng/mL， Z=22.035， P˂0.01］. The results of the univariate comparison showed that， the differences between the two groups in age （Z=6.545）， fasting glucose （Z=3.506）， blood uric acid （Z=2.574）， urea nitrogen （Z=2.891）， creatinine （Z=2.243）， total bilirubin （Z=3.936）， glutathione （Z=0.969）， total cholesterol （t=3.956） and low density lipoprotein （Z=-5.678） were were statistically significant （P˂0.05 or 0.01）. Spearman correlation analysis showed that， the urine AD7c-NTP level was positively correlated with age and the levels of urea nitrogen， glucose， total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein （r=0.177， 0.178， 0.171， 0.109， 0.149， P˂0.01）， and negatively correlated with the level of total bilirubin （r=-0.172， P˂0.01）.Conclusionthe urine AD7c-NTP level in middle-aged and elderly females was signifitcantly higher than in middle-aged and elderly males.The urine AD7c-NTP level of middle-aged and elderly people was positively correlated with age， urea nitrogen， glucose， total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein， and negatively correlated with total bilirubin.

This study set out to determine the key metabolite changes underlying the pathophysiology of severe preeclampsia (PE) using metabolic analysis. We collected sera from 10 patients with severe PE and from 10 healthy pregnant women of the same trimester and analyzed them using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. A total of 3,138 differential metabolites were screened, resulting in the identification of 124 differential metabolites. Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes pathway analysis revealed that they were mainly enriched in the following metabolic pathways: central carbon metabolism in cancer; protein digestion and absorption; aminoacyl-transfer RNA biosynthesis; mineral absorption; alanine, aspartate, and glutamate metabolism; and prostate cancer. After analysis of 124 differential metabolites, 2-hydroxybutyric acid was found to be the most critical differential metabolite, and its use allowed the differentiation of women with severe PE from healthy pregnant women. In summary, our analysis revealed that 2-hydroxybutyric acid is a potential key metabolite for distinguishing severe PE from healthy controls and is also a marker for the early diagnosis of severe PE, thus allowing early intervention.

The rural revitalization strategy proposes to promote rural development based on a spatial governance and classification system. The development directions and foci of different types of villages show the characteristics of differentiation. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out accurate and precise studies on rural development to clarify the objectives and directions of rural revitalization by identifying the vitality and activation pathways of rural development. With a focus on 221 villages in Conghua District, the outer suburb of Guangzhou, this study quantified rural development vitality and rural multi-dimensional activation values based on the vitality index of rural development and the evaluation index of rural activation, respectively, derived from multi-source geospatial data and socio-economic statistics, classified activation types according to the methods of hierarchical assignment and combination matrix, and proposed the corresponding activation pathways. The results were three-fold. First, the vitality index of rural development verified by the multiple linear regression model accurately reflected the current course of rural development in the Conghua District in 2020. The proportion of rural areas at or below the middle vitality level of development was 62.89%, indicating that the rural development in Conghua District was lagging. It presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "cross". The villages at or above the high vitality level of development are close to the center of the town (street) where they are located, while low-level villages are mostly distributed in the west and north of Conghua District. Second, there existed a significant differentiation pattern of multi-dimensional activation value in the rural areas. The resource activation values remained at the lower level, while the production and life activation values remained at the middle level, and the ecological activation values remained at the excellent level. The comprehensive activation value was mainly at or above the middle level, with the villages accounting for 55.65%. In other words, Conghua District exhibited a large activation potential with a spatial distribution pattern of "high in the southwest and low in the northeast". Finally, the rural activation type mainly comprised the priority activation type (42.99%), close to the center of each town (street) in space and distributed in the south and west of Conghua District, followed by the ecological leading type (28.96%) and strengthened and upgraded villages (28.05%). The strategy of the priority activation type was to strengthen the integration of rural industries as well as the implementation of planning and design. The ecological leading type was mainly distributed in the north of Conghua District, with the activation direction to develop ecological rural tourism in harmony with environmental protection. Strengthened and upgraded villages were scattered in all towns (streets), with the activation focus on the rural property-leasing economy and the improvement of the transfer of agricultural land and living security. The results of this study can provide effective support strategies and scientific guidance for local governments to promote rural revitalization.

We introduce isQ, a new software stack for quantum programming in an imperative programming language, also named isQ. The aim of isQ is to make programmers write quantum programs as conveniently as possible. In particular, 1) the isQ language and its compiler contain many useful features, including but not limited to classical control flow, such as recursion, decomposition of self-defined unitary gates, and oracle programming and its circuit realization. 2) To make it flexible, an isQ program can be compiled into several different kinds of intermediate representation and assemblies, including QIR, eQASM, OpenQASM 3.0, and QCIS (specially tailored for the superconducting quantum hardware at the University of Science and Technology of China). 3) Besides interfacing isQ with real superconducting hardware, a QIR simulator is also developed for the demonstration and testing of isQ programs. The isQ software stack encompasses abundant compiler optimizations of high-level quantum programs. To realize it, a distinct multilevel intermediate representation (MLIR) dialect name isQ-IR is proposed.

Abstract Electromagnetic transient programs (EMTPs) are widely used for simulating electromagnetic transient in power systems. With the increasing interest in integrated energy system (IES), it would be beneficial to extend the scope of EMTP‐type application to multi‐physics transients in integrated electrical and gas networks. An efficient and accurate model of gas pipeline is proposed in EMTP for the simulation of pneumatic transients. The pipeline is split into a number of segments using spatial discretization. Analogies between pneumatic and electric quantities, such as flow and pressure, current, and voltage, are used to create a circuit representation of pipe segment. The pipeline is represented by a distributed‐element model. In order to enhance the computational efficiency, the nodal equation for pipeline model is reformulated. The pipeline model appears as a two‐port Norton equivalent with constant admittances. Case studies are performed to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed pipeline model. The implementation of the proposed pipeline model in the EMTP‐type program power systems computer aided design (PSCAD) enables the analysis of diverse transients in integrated electrical and gas systems (IEGSs).

To promote low-carbon economic, China proposed building a green low-carbon circular development economic system. Green technology innovation is the essential core to promote green high-quality development, and is an important support to solve the realistic ecological environmental problems in our country. To study the influence mechanism of green technology innovation on regional carbon emission reduction, a fixed-effect model is constructed based on panel data from 30 provinces during 2011-2020, and this paper examines the mediating mechanism of energy efficiency. The results show that green technology innovation can significantly promote carbon emission reduction. Further research shows that green technology innovation can promote carbon emission reduction by improving energy efficiency.

Objective: A high-throughput detection method for Cu2+ was developed with a well designed water-soluble fluorescent probe（HWEHH） and the microplate reader. Methods: The specificity of the fluorescent probe for Cu2+ determination was studied with the selectivity experiment. The linear range and detection limit of the probe for Cu2+ determination was detected with titration experiment, and the accuracy of the probe for the detection of Cu2+ in water was studied with sample spiked recovery method. Results: The fluorescent probe was able to specifically detect Cu2+. When the concentration of peptide probe was 2 μmol/L, the linear range of Cu2+ detection was 0~1.5 μmol/L. The linear equation was Y=-1 135.085 7X+2 048.187 6, and the detection limit was 0.036 μmol/L. The binding constant of HWEHH-Cu2+ complex was 1.3×106 mol/L. The linear range of high-throughput detection method was 0~1.5 μmol/L, and the recovery rate was 93.6%~101.9%. Conclusion: HWEHH peptide fluorescent probe can be used for high-throughput detection of Cu2+ in aqueous solution.

Objective To understand the true feelings of family members of patients with mild to moderate disturbance of consciousness in neurosurgical intensive care (NICU) when using physical constraint, in order to provide reference for the further formulation of targeted intervention measures. Methods Using the method of qualitative research, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 11 family members of patients with mild to moderate disturbance of consciousness in NICU during physical restraint. The data were coded, analyzed, sorted and summarized according to Colaizzi's seven step analysis method. Results The experience of family members was summarized into four themes: fully supportive emotional experience, negative psychological experience, lack of family members' cognition of physical constraints, and standardizing the process of physical constraints. Conclusion NICU medical staff should pay attention to the true feelings of patients' family members, strengthen interpretation and communication of informed consent of physical restraint, and standardize the use process of physical restraint in NICU patients. (目的 了解神经外科重症监护室(NICU)轻中度意识障碍患者在使用身体约束时家属的真实感受, 为后期制定有针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法 采用质性研究的方法, 对11名NICU轻中度意识障碍实施身体约束患者的家属进行半结构式访谈, 按照 Colaizzi 七步分析法对获得的资料进行编码、分析、整理和归纳。结果 神经外科重症监护室轻中度意识障碍患者实施身体约束时家属的真实体验可归纳为4个主题: 完全支持型情感体验、负性心理体验、家属对身体约束认知缺乏、规范身体约束的流程。结论 NICU医护人员应关注患者家属的真实感受, 做好身体约束知情同意的解释和沟通, 规范NICU患者身体约束的使用流程。)

ObjectiveTo analyze the prevalence rate of non-suicidal self-injury （NSSI） behavior in Chinese adolescents with depression， so as to provide references for the intervention of NSSI behavior in adolescents with depression.MethodsThe literature databases such as CNKI， VIP， Wanfang， China Biology Medicine Disc， PubMed， Web of Science， Cochrane Library and Embase were searched via computer for the cross-sectional studies related to the prevalence of NSSI behavior in adolescents with depression published from inception to February， 2020. Then the eligibility assessment， data extraction and assessment of methodological quality were performed independently by two reviewers， and the Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.4.ResultsA total of 2 238 adolescents in 10 studies were included. Meta-analysis yielded that the prevalence rate of NSSI behavior in Chinese adolescents with depression was 51% （95% CI： 43%~59%）. Subgroup analysis of NSSI behavior in adolescents with depression implied that the prevalence rate was 36% （95% CI： 22%~50%） in female adolescents， which was higher than 18% （95% CI： 12%~24%） in male adolescents. The prevalence rate of NSSI behavior was 57% （95% CI： 38%~77%） in depression adolescents with suicidal ideation， which was higher than 4% （95% CI： 0~8%） in those without suicidal ideation. The prevalence rate of NSSI behavior was 54% （95% CI： 41%~67%） in depression adolescents diagnosed with Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5）， which was higher than 46% （95% CI： 40%~51%） in those diagnosed with the International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10）. The prevalence rate of NSSI behavior was 52% （95% CI： 41%~63%） in depression adolescents in the literatures with quality score of 7， which was close to 50% （95% CI： 44%~55%） in depression adolescents in the literatures with quality score of 6. Rare kidney diseases are important causes of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in children. The majority of rare kidney diseases in children are hereditary kidney diseases, accounting for about 29.7% to 52.1% of children with CKD. Next-generation sequencing has been widely used in clinical diagnosis in the past decade, leading to the improvement of the diagnosis of hereditary kidney diseases. In 2018, China announced the first list of rare diseases and greatly enhanced the diagnosis, treatment and research of rare diseases in China, including rare kidney disease. Meanwhile, China faces great challenges in the diagnosis and treatment of hereditary kidney diseases in Children, including the assessment of pathogenicity of gene variants, the lack of biomarkers for disease progression and therapy efficacy, lack of drugs, and others. The future lies in the cooperation between patients, physicians, researchers, and health policy markers, and the fast translation from research finding to clinical application, so as to meet the demand from the children with rare kidney diseases in China.

Objective To explore the model of using after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) imaging images of locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) to predict whether pathological complete response (pCR) is achieved, thereby assisting physicians to develop a personalized plan. Methods Patients with LARC treated with nCRT at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from June 2013 to December 2018 were retrospectively included, and the treatment outcome was evaluated by total rectal mesenteric resection histopathology. The patients were divided into 2 data sets, Data A and Data B, according to the order of hospitalization time in a ratio of 1:2. Data A was used for semantic segmentation model training, and Data B was randomly divided into training and validation sets in the ratio of 7:3, which were used for pCR prediction model training and validation, respectively. The T2-weighted MRI images of Data A were collected, and the improved fully convolutional networks(FCN) model was used to semantically segment the tumor region, establish the semantic segmentation model and extract the image features in the final convolutional layer. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression model was used to filter the extracted image features and construct a support vector machine (SVM) classifier that could predict the pCR state. The performance of the prediction model was trained on the basis of the Data B training set and further validated in the Data B validation set. Results A total of 304 patients with LARC who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled, 82 patients reached pCR after nCRT, while 222 patients did not reach pCR (non-pCR). Among them, 103 patients from June 2013 to November 2015 were in Data A and 201 patients from December 2015 to December 2018 were in Data B. In Data B, 140 patients were in the training set and 61 patients in the validation set. The improved FCN model had a Dice value of 0.79(95% CI: 0.65-0.81), a sensitivity of 80%(95% CI: 77%-83%), and a specificity of 72%(95% CI: 64%-85%). A total of 512 image features in the final convolutional layer were extracted by the semantic segmentation model, and 7 were retained after LASSO regression screening for pCR state prediction. The area under the curve of the prediction model was 0.65(95% CI: 0.61-0.71) in the Data B training set and 0.69(95% CI: 0.59-0.74) in the Data B validation set for predicting pCR. Conclusions The improved FCN model proposed in this study has high accuracy for semantic segmentation of MRI images. The prediction model constructed based on this method is feasible to predict pCR status of LARC patients after receiving nCRT treatment.

Objective: To predict the molecular mechanism of Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) complicated with depression based on network pharmacology. Methods: The components of Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) were identified from the Integrated Pharmacology-based Research Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCMIP), Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP), and relevant literature. The component targets were detected by combining the SwissTargetPrediction and PubChem databases. Disease targets were collected from the Therapeutic Target Database (TTD), DisGeNET, and Ensembl databases with “diabetic nephropathy” and “depression” as keywords. The disease-component targets were mapped using Venny 2.1.0 to obtain potential targets. A protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed using the Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins (STRING) database and Cytoscape 3.7.2. The co-expression genes of the key targets were collected based on the COXPRESdb 7.3. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis were performed for potential targets using R language. Target-component docking was verified and evaluated using Discovery Studio 4.5. Results: According to the databases and literature reports, Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) contained 65 active components, and had 155 related targets for the treatment of DN complicated with depression. PPI screening showed that the key targets included serine/threonine protein kinase 1 (AKT1), signal transducer and activator transcription 3 (STAT3), interleukin 6 (IL-6), mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 (MAPK1), and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), etc. GO enrichment analysis mainly involved biological processes, such as lipid metabolism, protein secretion regulation, cell homeostasis, and phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase activity. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis included the role of the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complements, insulin resistance (IR), neurotrophin signal path, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, relaxin signaling pathway, epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs), etc. Molecular docking showed that the target had high affinity for stachyose, manninotriose, verbascose, nigerose, etc. Conclusion: Based on network parmacology, this study preliminarily predict the effects of Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) in treating DN complicated with depression by regulating inflammation, glucose metabolism, nution nerve, etc.

Studying the seed trait–stem trait–individual spatial pattern system is helpful for understanding the developmental direction of plant dynamics and populations under grazing disturbance as well as the antagonistic relationship between animals and plants, but few systematic analyses of this spatial pattern system have been carried out. Kobresia humilis is the dominant species in alpine grasslands. We studied K. humilis seed traits and their relationship with K. humilis reproductive individuals, the relationship between reproductive and vegetative stems, and the weights and spatial patterns of reproductive and nonreproductive individuals under four grazing treatments: no grazing (control), light grazing, moderate grazing and heavy grazing. We explored the relationship among seed size and seed number with reproductive stems and vegetative stems along the grazing gradient and assessed the spatial pattern changes between reproductive and nonreproductive individuals. The results showed the following: (1) Seed size increased with increasing grazing intensity, and the coefficient of variation for seed size and seed number in the heavy grazing treatment was greater than 0.6. (2) The structural equation model showed that grazing treatment had a positive effect on seed number, seed size and reproductive stem number and a negative effect on reproductive stem weight. (3) Grazing treatment did not affect the resource allocation to reproductive stems and vegetative stems per unit length of reproductive K. humilis individuals. (4) Compared with the number of reproductive individuals in the no grazing treatment, the number in the heavy grazing treatment decreased significantly, and the negative correlation between reproductive individuals and nonreproductive individuals changed from a full-scale negative correlation to a small-scale negative correlation and a large-scale positive correlation. Our study showed that grazing could activate and change the resource allocation pattern of dominant species in a grassland and have significant positive effects on reproductive stem number, reproductive stem weight, seed number and seed size. Along a grazing intensity gradient, with the increase in distance between reproductive and nonreproductive individuals, the transformation of intraspecific relationships from a negative correlation to a positive correlation is an ecological strategy conducive to population survival.

In this work, a clean microwave carbothermal reduction of Sb2O3 mineral to prepare metallic antimony ingot is proposed. Response surface methodology was used to optimize condition for microwave carbothermal reduction of Sb2O3. The roasting temperature, roasting duration, carbon powder ratio and NaCl addition ratio was collected to carry out a four-factor and three-level experiment. In the optimized conditions, a >77.0% yield of antimony ingot can be obtained under roasting temperature of 730 °C, roasting time of 60min, carbon powder ratio of 0.3, NaCl addition amount of 4%. More than 99% Sb content of metallic Sb ingot is obtained in the microwave field. The mechanism of microwave carbothermal reduction of Sb2O3 was investigated by XRD, SEM-EDS and Mapping analysis, the results show that the microwave reduction process is divided into three stages based on the melting point of antimony, namely, 25 °C–400 °C, 400 °C–630 °C, and above 630 °C, which differ in terms of phase transformation. In the microwave field, the reduction of Sb2O3 to Sb particles can be completed within 15 min. Microwave metallurgical technology is conducive to the sustainable development of antimony metallurgy, and also provides a clean technology for the metallurgy industry.

Objective To compare the effectiveness of water of different quality in the cleaning of reusable medical instruments. Methods Totally 360 pieces of reusable medical instruments were included as the research objects. According to different stratified sampling of contaminated instruments, this study conducted tap water treatment (group A, n=100), soft water treatment (group B, n=153) and pure water treatment (group C, n=107). The cleaning effect was detected by visual inspection(magnifier with a light source)and ATP bioluminescence device. Results According to the outcomes of assessment by visual inspection(including magnifier with a light source), there was no significant difference in cleaning effect between three groups (P＞0. 05). According to the outcomes of assessment by ATP bioluminescence, higher quality of cleaning was observed in those instruments with low level of contamination after pre-treatment(P＜0. 01); The cleaning effect of instrument treated with pure water was better than that of devices treated with soft water and tap water in the process of washing and rinsing(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The pre-treatment has an impact on the cleaning quality of reusable medical instruments, which means that better pre-treatment condition is associated with higher cleaning quality . The cleaning quality of medical instruments treated with pure water in whole process is better than that of medical instrument treated by washing and rinsing with tap water and soft water. (目的 探讨采用不同清洗水对复用医疗器械清洗质量的影响。方法 选取360组复用医疗器械, 根据器械污染程度的不同进行分层便利抽样, 分别采用自来水清洗处理(n=100)、软水清洗处理(n=153)、纯水清洗处理(n=107), 通过目测法(包含带光源放大镜观察法)和检测ATP值测定清洗效果。结果 经目测法和带光源放大镜检测, 三组清洗质量合格率差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05)。根据ATP测定结果, 轻度污染器械的清洗效果优于中度污染和重度污染器械, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01); 纯水组清洗合格率高于自来水组和软水组清洗合格率, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 使用科室对器械预处理质量影响消毒供应器械清洗质量, 预处理越好的器械清洗效果越好; 采用纯水进行冲洗、洗涤、漂洗的普通器械, 其清洗质量优于自来水和软水清洗的器械。)

The marine environment is a harsh corrosive one for many materials. Marine corrosion will seriously reduce the service life of the material, damage the function of the material, and cause a serious waste of resource. In marine engineering, steel and concrete materials are the most widely used. Among them, wharf steel pipe piles are very important marine engineering facilities, and their corrosion conditions have a great impact on the safe use for marine facilities. In this paper, the corrosion status , anti-corrosive technologies and their application effect of some wharf steel pipe piles at home and abroad were investigated. Besides, the effective protection measures were put forward.

Objective To evaluate the mind map mode in the quality improvement of nursing handovers for critically ill patients with respiratory diseases. Methods Totally 54 critically ill patients with respiratory diseases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 27 cases in each group. Patient in both observation group and control group received routine care during the treatment period, and a mind map mode was applied in the nursing handovers in the observation group. The incidence of complications and quality of nursing handovers were measured and compared between groups. Results The unqualified rates of nursing handovers, risk assessment, health education and nursing document writing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but no significant difference was found(P＞0. 05). Conclusion The mind map mode is potentially effective to improve the quality of nursing handovers for critically ill patients with respiratory diseases. (目的 观察思维导图模式在呼吸内科危重症患者护理交接班中的应用效果。方法 54例呼吸内科危重症患者根据入院时间分为对照组和观察组。治疗期间, 对照组27例患者接受常规呼吸内科护理干预措施; 观察组在对照组基础上, 运用思维导图模式提升护理交接班质量。记录两组患者并发症发生情况, 评估两组护士护理交接班质量。结果 观察组交接顺序、风险评估、健康教育、护理记录书写方面分不规范次数少于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组, 但差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05)。结论 思维导图模式能够提升呼吸内科危重症患者护理交接班质量, 对降低并发症发生风险具有积极意义。)

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care in nursing management of patients with liver disease under the under the regular epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19. Methods According to the sequence of hospital admission, totally 82 patients with liver disease were divided into two groups: 41 cases in control group and 41 cases in the observation group. Patients in both control and observation group received routine care during the treatment, and those in the observation group were given humanistic nursing interventions. The Patient acceptance of humanistic care and satisfaction with nursing service were measured. Results The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score decreased in both groups after intervention, and SAS score in the in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Under the regular epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19, implementation of humanistic nursing intervention based on the hospital infection management is potentially effective in relieve anxiety and improving satisfaction degree of patients with liver disease. (目的 探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎常态化疫情防控下肝病患者的人文关怀与护理管理策略, 为后疫情时期传染病医院住院管理提供参考。方法 82例肝病患者根据入院时间分为两组: 2020 年7月—11月收治的41例患者为对照组, 2020年12月—2021年4月收治的41例患者为观察组。住院治疗期间, 对照组采用常规护理模式, 观察组在常规护理的基础上实施人文关怀护理干预。评价两组患者对护理工作满意度和焦虑程度。结果 观察组患者满意度高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。干预后, 两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均较干预前降低, 且观察组患者SAS评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01) 。结论 新型冠状病毒肺炎常态化疫情防控下, 在加强住院患者防控管理的基础上, 实施人文关怀护理有利于提高患者护理满意度, 改善患者不良情绪, 对提升治疗依从性有积极意义。)

This paper summarized the effect observation and nursing measures for a patient with patient with postoperative pain after granulomatous mastitis surgery under local anesthesia. On the basis of improving the routine postoperative nursing, auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy was carried out to relieve the postoperative pain of the patients. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are associated with cisplatin resistance in gastric cancer (GC). This study aims to explore the role of circRNA AKT serine/threonine kinase 3 (circ_AKT3) in the resistance of GC to cisplatin.

Objective To evaluate the operative methods and clinical results of surgical treatment in a case series of 10 patients with hemophilic pseudotumors. Methods Ten patients with hemophilic pseudotumors who received surgical resection treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were hemophilia A (factor VIII deficiency).The age range was 20–51 years. Preoperative imaging examination revealed the size of irregular mass from 8.2 cm× 3.3 cm× 2.3 cm to 22.3 cm× 15.5 cm× 17.0 cm. With the supplementary of recombinant coagulation factor VIII, five cases received complete resection; one received resection and skin grafting; one received cytoreduction surgery as the pseudotumor closing to iliac vessel and nerve; three cases received complete resection and construction as bone destruction. The perioperative variables were recorded and all the patients were followed in the outpatient clinic. Clinical and radiological assessments were conducted. Results In these patients, the average intraoperative blood loss volume was 783.1 mL (range, 240–2100 mL). Six patients received blood transfusion during perioperative period. The average duration of surgery was 140.7 min (range, 110–240 min). All wounds healed smoothly and there was no infection or chronic sinus formation. The average length of hospital stay was 16.3 days (range, 12–25 days). There is no iatrogenic vascular nerve injury in our series. Complete follow‐up was performed in all patients. Mean follow‐up duration was 14.2 months (range, 6–26 months). One patient with pseudotumor in the thigh had a recurrence 1 year after operation, then secondary operation was performed. In three cases who received complete resection and construction, patient 8 obtained bone graft and late fixation. X‐ray examination showed bone formation in the lesion at the 2‐year follow‐ups after operation. Patient 9 underwent knee replacement, his left knee showed flexion deformity in preoparation. At the last follow‐up, range of motion was improved from 0° to 40° compared with preoperative status. Patient 10 had pseudotumor in the distal femur, received long bone graft and intramedullary nail fixation. Conclusions Surgical resection for hemophilic pseudotumors is an effective and safe method. The choice of surgical procedure must be individualized according to the localization and progress of pseudotumor.

Objective To analyze the expression of KCNJ11 mRNA in gliomas and its prognostic value. Methods The clinical, histopathological and molecular pathological features of 273 patients with gliomas were collected from CGGA. We analyzed the differences of KCNJ11 mRNA expression in different types of gliomas and the survival time of patients with high and low expression of KCNJ11 mRNA in different subtypes of gliomas. Results The expression levels of KCNJ11 mRNA in young glioma and primary glioma patients were higher than those in old glioma and recurrent glioma patients, respectively (P=0.008, 0.001). The expression of KCNJ11 mRNA in oligodendroglioma was the highest, astrocytoma was the second, and glioblastoma was the lowest (P=0.000). The expression of KCNJ11 mRNA in WHOⅡ grade glioma was the highest, WHOⅢ was the second, and WHOⅣ was the lowest (P=0.000). The expression levels of KCNJ11 mRNA in IDH-mutant type glioma patients were higher than those in IDH-wild type glioma patients (P=0.000). The expression of KCNJ11 mRNA in deletion of 1p/19q glioma patients was higher than that in non-deletion of 1p/19q ones (P=0.000). The expression of KCNJ11 mRNA in MGMT methylated glioma patients was higher than that in non-methylated ones (P=0.036). The survival time of patients with high expression of KCNJ11 mRNA (≥2.77) was longer than that with low expression (P=0.000). Multivariate Cox analysis showed that the high expression of KCNJ11 mRNA was an independent factor affecting the good prognosis of patients with glioma. Conclusion The expression of KCNJ11 mRNA is negatively related to the malignant degree of the tumor. The high expression of KCNJ11 mRNA is an independent factor affecting the good prognosis of patients with glioma.

[Introduction] In order to meet the recent European power plant construction needs, it is urgent to understand the requirements of European pipelines and fittings standards in power plant engineering. [Method] Aiming at pipe fittings, this paper compared the European pipe fitting standards with the corresponding clauses of domestic pipe fitting standards. [Result] After comparison, the difference between the European standard pipe fitting standard and the domestic pipe fitting standard is obtained: the European standard pipe fittings are more comprehensive in the scope of use of the industry and the scope of material use; the dimensional tolerances, wall thickness tolerances at the welding ends and tolerance on the form of the European standard pipe fittings are more stringent than domestic standards; European pipe fittings strength calculation standards are more conservative and more safe; European pipe fittings have their own characteristics relative to national standard pipe fittings in terms of pipe end bevel, flow area, elbow bending radius, etc; in addition, pipe fittings entering the European market need to comply with the European Union's administrative directive PED. [Conclusion] Through the above-mentioned standard differences, we have basically mastered the basic requirements of European standard pipe fittings standards, which can provide guidance for the practical application of European standard pipe fittings in power station projects.
