A guided ion beam tandem mass spectrometer was employed to study the reactions of U+ + CO2, UO+ + O2, and the reverse of the former, UO+ + CO. Reaction cross sections as a function of kinetic energy over about a three order of magnitude range were studied for all systems. The reaction of U+ + CO2 proceeds to form UO+ + CO with an efficiency of 118% ± 24% as well as generating UO2+ + C and UCO+ + O. The reaction of UO+ + O2 forms UO2+ in an exothermic, barrierless process and also results in the collision-induced dissociation of UO+ to yield U+. In the UO+ + CO reaction, the formation of UO2+ in an endothermic process is the dominant reaction, but minor products of UCO+ + O and U+ + (O + CO) are also observed. Analysis of the kinetic energy dependences observed provides the bond energies, D0(U+–O) = 7.98 ± 0.22 and 8.05 ± 0.14 eV, D0(U+–CO) = 0.73 ± 0.13 eV, and D0(OU+–O) = 7.56 ± 0.12 eV. The values obtained for D0(U+–O) and D0(OU+–O) agree well with the previously reported literature values. To our knowledge, this is the first experimental measurement of D0(U+–CO). An analysis of the oxide bond energies shows that participation of 5f orbitals leads to a substantial increase in the thermodynamic stability of UO2+ relative to ThO2+ and especially transition metal dioxide cations. Background: For adults with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), they experience many challenges in dietary decision‐making. Thus, this study examined the perspective and experiences of adults with IBD in dietary decision‐making. Objective: This study aimed to explore the perception and consideration of people with IBD in their daily dietary decisions through monitoring, interpretation and action during the decision‐making process. Design: A qualitative study of individuals affected by IBD was conducted through semistructured interviews. Results: Twenty patients were recruited from four tertiary hospitals in Nanjing, China, and each participant completed a semistructured interview. The majority of participants reported on the process and experience of dietary decision‐making. Key themes were categorised into three stages: (1) assessing needs, preferences and food cues (monitor); (2) moving from experience to expertise (interpret) and (3) balancing expectations amidst limitations (act). The majority of participants reported that their decisions were shaped by assessing current disease status and food cues. Those interviewed with IBD were willing to make tradeoffs for bowel stability, but their decisions were also influenced by past dietary experiences and traditional Chinese beliefs. The lack of awareness of dietary guidelines was a significant barrier to healthy eating decisions. Positive or negative feelings accompanied dietary decisions. Conclusion: Although most people with IBD change their diet after diagnosis, the changes made are often inconsistent with existing dietary recommendations. Several factors can influence the dietary decision‐making process. This study will help assess the experiences of people with IBD in dietary decision‐making to encourage the formation of targeted dietary health and well‐being interventions. Knowledge of nutrition and diet should be provided in education and training programmes for IBD management. In this study, a k-nearest neighbor (kNN) method based on nonlinear directional dimension reduction is applied to gas-bearing reservoir prediction. The kNN method can select the most relevant training samples to establish a local model according to feature similarities. However, the kNN method cannot extract gas-sensitive attributes and faces dimension problems. The features important to gas-bearing reservoir prediction could not be the main features of the samples. Thus, linear dimension reduction methods, such as principal component analysis, fail to extract relevant features. We thus implemented dimension reduction using a fully connected artificial neural network (ANN) with proper architecture. This not only increased the separability of the samples but also maintained the samples' inherent distribution characteristics. Moreover, using the kNN to classify samples after the ANN dimension reduction is also equivalent to replacing the deep structure of the ANN, which is considered to have a linear classifi cation function. When applied to actual data, our method extracted gas-bearing sensitive features from seismic data to a certain extent. Death anxiety arousal, provoked by anticipating self-nonexistence, may be used as a fraud tactic by scammers on older adults; however, little is known about how it affects older adults' decision making when confronted with a scam and the mechanisms underlying these effects. This study used a questionnaire survey and experimental design to examine them. In Study 1, 307 older adults in China completed questionnaires. The results showed a positive link between death anxiety and vulnerability to fraud, partially mediated by materialism. In Study 2, 82 older adults in China were randomly assigned to the mortality salience group and control group to examine whether death anxiety arousal can increase older adults' vulnerability to fraud and the mediating role of materialism. The results indicated that death anxiety and materialism increase the risk of consumer products and services fraud; therefore, targeting these risk factors might protect older adults from fraud. The spontaneous healing of critical-sized bone defects is often limited, posing an increased risk of complications and suboptimal outcomes. Osteogenesis, a complex process central to bone formation, relies significantly on the pivotal role of osteoblasts. Despite the well-established osteogenic properties of vitamin D 3 (VD 3), its lipophilic nature confines administration to oral or muscle injection routes. Therefore, a strategic therapeutic approach involves designing a multifunctional carrier to enhance efficacy, potentially incorporating it into the delivery system. Here, we introduce an innovative sterosome-based delivery system, utilizing palmitic acid (PA) and VD 3 , aimed at promoting osteogenic differentiation and facilitating post-defect bone regeneration. The delivery system exhibited robust physical characteristics, including excellent stability, loading efficiency, sustained drug release and high cellular uptake efficiency. Furthermore, comprehensive investigations demonstrated outstanding biocompatibility and osteogenic potential in both 2D and 3D in vitro settings. A critical-sized calvarial defect model in mice recapitulated the notable osteogenic effects of the sterosomes in vivo. Collectively, our research proposes a clinically applicable strategy for bone healing, leveraging PA/VD 3 sterosomes as an efficient carrier to deliver VD 3 and enhance bone regenerative effects. This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of using dual-layer spectral CT multi-parameter feature to predict microvascular invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma.This retrospective study enrolled 50 HCC patients who underwent multiphase contrast-enhanced spectral CT studies preoperatively. Combined clinical data, radiological features with spectral CT quantitative parameter were constructed to predict MVI. ROC was applied to identify potential predictors of MVI. The CT values obtained by simulating the conventional CT scans with 70 keV images were compared with those obtained with 40 keV images.50 hepatocellular carcinomas were detected with 30 lesions (Group A) with microvascular invasion and 20 (Group B) without. There were significant differences in AFP,tumer size, IC, NIC,slope and effective atomic number in AP and ICrr in VP between Group A ((1000(10.875,1000),4.360±0.3105, 1.7750 (1.5350,1.8825) mg/ml, 0.1785 (0.1621,0.2124), 2.0362±0.2108,8.0960±0.1043,0.2830±0.0777) and Group B (4.750(3.325,20.425),3.190±0.2979,1.4700 (1.4500,1.5775) mg/ml, 0.1441 (0.1373,0.1490),1.8601±0.1595, 7.8105±0.7830 and 0.2228±0.0612) (all p < 0.05). Using 0.1586 as the threshold for NIC, one could obtain an area-under-curve (AUC) of 0.875 in ROC to differentiate between tumours with and without microvascular invasion. AUC was 0.625 with CT value at 70 keV and improved to 0.843 at 40 keV.Dual-layer spectral CT provides additional quantitative parameters than conventional CT to enhance the differentiation between hepatocellular carcinoma with and without microvascular invasion. Especially, the normalized iodine concentration (NIC) in arterial phase has the greatest potential application value in determining whether microvascular invasion exists, and can offer an important reference for clinical treatment plan and prognosis assessment. In many engineering applications, missing data during system identification can hinder the performance of the identified model. In this paper, a novel two‐stage nonparametric framework is proposed for missing data imputation, uncertainty quantification, and its integration in system identification with reduced computational complexity. The framework does not require functional forms for both the imputation model and the identified mathematical model. Moreover, through the construction of a single imputation model, analytical expressions of predictive distributions can be given for missing entries across all missingness patterns. Furthermore, analytical expressions of the expectation and variance of distribution are provided to impute missing values and quantify uncertainty, respectively. This uncertainty is incorporated into a single mathematical model by mitigating the influence of samples with imputations during training and testing. The framework is applied to three applications, including a simulated example and two real applications on structural health monitoring and seismic attenuation modeling. The smart grid, as a crucial part of modern energy systems, handles extensive and diverse data, including inputs from various sensors, metering devices, and user interactions. Outsourcing data storage to remote cloud servers presents an economical solution for enhancing data management within the smart grid ecosystem. However, ensuring data privacy before transmitting it to the cloud is a critical consideration. Therefore, it is common practice to encrypt the data before uploading them to the cloud. While encryption provides data confidentiality, it may also introduce potential issues such as limiting data owners' ability to query their data. The searchable attribute-based encryption (SABE) not only enables fine-grained access control in a dynamic large-scale environment but also allows for data searches on the ciphertext domain, making it an effective tool for cloud data sharing. Although SABE has become a research hotspot, existing schemes often have limitations in terms of computing efficiency on the client side, weak security of the ciphertext and the trapdoor. To address these issues, we propose an efficient server-aided ciphertext-policy searchable attribute-based encryption scheme (SA-CP-SABE). In SA-CP-SABE, the user's data access authority is consistent with the search authority. During the search process, calculations are performed not only to determine whether the ciphertext matches the keyword in the trapdoor, but also to assist subsequent user ciphertext decryption by reducing computational complexity. Our scheme has been proven under the random oracle model to achieve the indistinguishability of the ciphertext and the trapdoor and to resist keyword-guessing attacks. Lipophilic biphenylthiophene‐ and phenanthrothiophene‐triazine compounds, BPTTn and CPTTn, respectively, were prepared by a tandem procedure involving successive Suzuki‐Miyaura coupling and Scholl cyclodehydrogenation reactions. These compounds display photoluminescence in solution and in thin film state, solvatochromism with increasing solvent's polarity, as well as acidochromism and metal ion recognition stimuli‐responsive fluorescence. Protonation of BPTT10 and CPTT10 by trifluoroacetic acid results in fluorescence quenching, which is reversibly restored once treated with triethylamine (ON‐OFF switch). DFT computational studies show that intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) phenomena occurs for both molecules, and reveal that protonation enhances the electron‐withdrawing ability of the triazine core and reduces the band gap. This acidochromic behavior was applied to a prototype fluorescent anti‐counterfeiting device. They also specifically recognize Fe3+ through coordination, and the recognition mechanism is closely related to the photoinduced electron transfer between Fe3+ and BPTT10/CPTT10. CPTTn self‐assemble into columnar rectangular (Colrec) mesophase, which can be modulated by oleic acid via the formation of a hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular liquid crystal hexagonal Colhex mesophase. Finally, CPTTn also form organic gels in alkanes at low critical gel concentration (3.0 mg/mL). Therefore, these star‐shaped triazine molecules possess many interesting features and thus hold great promises for information processing, liquid crystal semiconductors and organogelators. The accurate determination of the free nicotine content in cigarette smoke is crucial for assessing cigarette quality, studying harm and addiction, and reducing tar levels. Currently, the determination of free nicotine in tobacco products primarily relies on methods such as pH calculation, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME), and traditional solvent extraction. However, these methods have limitations that restrict their widespread application. In this study, the free nicotine in cigarette smoke was directly extracted by using cyclohexane according to the traditional solvent extraction method and detected via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Compared with the traditional two-phase solvent extraction, our experimental method is easy to execute and eliminates the influence of aqueous solutions on the original distribution of nicotine in cigarette smoke particulate matter. Furthermore, the presence of protonated nicotine in tobacco does not affect the determination. Compared with HS-SPME and NMR spectroscopy, our approach, which involves solvent extraction followed by chromatographic separation and instrumental detection, offers simplicity, improved precision, better detection limits, and reduced interference during the instrumental detection stage. The standard addition recoveries in the conducted experiment ranged from 96.2% to 102.5%. The limit of detection was 2.8 μg/cig, and the correlation coefficient R 2 for the quadratic regression of the standard curve exceeded 0.999. The relative standard deviation for parallel samples was between 1.7% and 3.4% (n = 5), fully meeting the requirements for the determination of free nicotine in cigarette smoke. Analysis of cigarette samples from 38 commercially available brands revealed that the content of free nicotine ranged from 0.376 to 0.716 mg/cig, with an average of 0.540 mg/cig, and free nicotine accounted for 39.1%–88.8% of the total nicotine content. The formed surface quality of metallic sealing ring of aero-engine affects the aircraft service performance directly. However, existing inspection methods, such as the final destructive inspection and the line laser scanner section profile measurement, only evaluate the formed quality from a 2-D view, that is, single or multiple radial formed section profiles. The lack of geometric information of 3-D surface is not conducive to the comprehensive monitoring of forming quality and process planning. Therefore, based on the line laser scanners, this paper mainly proposes a vibration errors compensation method based on self-feature registration. Aiming at the problem of rigid transformation of the measurement profile caused by random vibration during the rotary motion of metallic sealing ring, the feature of measurement profile in stationary scene (MPSS), that is, the medial axis, is used as the reference for the correct pose of measurement profile. The principle of finding the correct pose of measurement profile in rotary motion scene (MPRMS) is to minimize the distance between the medial axes. Next, based on the rotary motion information of metallic sealing ring and the geometric information of measurement system, a 3-D reconstruction matrix is built, so as to convert each measurement profile to the base coordinate system in turn, and finally a 3-D dynamic measurement method for the metallic sealing ring forming surface is built. The dual-ion (B and F) co-doped hierarchical porous carbon with suitable pore size and interconnected network was prepared by a facile activated strategy. The synergistic effect of B and F adsorption and the coupling mechanism between suitable pore size and vacancy defects not only can enhance Zn2+ storage capability but also effectively facilitate electron and ion transfer behavior in porous carbon materials. This work provides a comprehensive illustration and new insights for the rational design of heteroatom-doped porous carbon materials cathode, thereby offering promising potential for practical applications in electrochemical energy storage devices. Aqueous zinc-ion capacitors (AZICs) are considered potential energy storage devices thanks to their ultrahigh power density, high safety, and extended cycling life. Carbon-based materials widely used as cathodes in AZICs face challenges, such as inappropriate pore sizes, poor electrolyte–electrode wettability, and insufficient vacancy defects and active sites. These limitations hinder efficient energy storage capacity and long-term stability. To address these issues, the B and F co-doped hierarchical porous carbon cathode materials (BFPC) are constructed through a facile annealing treatment process. The BFPC-2//Zn device exhibited high capacities of 222.4 and 118.3 mAh g−1 at current densities of 0.2 and 10 A g−1, respectively. Notably, the BFPC-2//Zn device demonstrated long-term cycling stability with a high capacity retention of 96.9 % after 20,000 cycles at 10 A g−1. Additionally, the assembled BFPC-2 based AZICs displayed a maximum energy density of 175.8 Wh kg−1 and an ultrahigh power density of 17.3 kW kg−1. Mechanism studies revealed that the exceptional energy storage ability and charge-transfer process of the BFPC cathode are attributed to the synergistic effect of B and F heteroatoms and the coupling effect between vacancy defects and pore size. This work presents a novel design strategy by incorporating B and F active sites into hierarchical porous carbon materials, providing enhanced energy storage capabilities for practical application in AZICs. The production performance and forage quality of 20 maize varieties were comprehensively evaluated from 2021 to 2022, aiming at screening out silage maize varieties suitable for planting in Anding district or similar areas. In 2021, the agronomic traits and forage yield of 20 tested maize varieties were measured, including plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, single plant weight, ear length, ear diameter, and row number per ear. The nutritional components were comprehensively analyzed by membership function method, and the tested varieties were comprehensively evaluated by combining forage relative feeding value (RFV) and forage grading index (GI). Xingzhu 88, Xianyu 1321, Zhongnongda 2118, Jingke silage 516, Jingke 968, Jingjiu silage 16, Tongkang 1, Jingke silage 932, and Xianyu 1225 were preliminarily screened. In 2022, the nine selected varieties were further comprehensively evaluated by the same method. The results showed that Jingke silage 932, Jingke silage 516, Jingjiu silage 16, and Xingzhu88 had good adaptability, excellent agronomic characters and yield, and high relative feeding value, which were suitable for popularization and planting in Anding district or similar areas. Purpose: CUDC-907 is a promising dual-target inhibitor of the HDAC and PI3K signaling pathways, with demonstrated therapeutic effects in a range of malignant tumors. However, its potential application in ovarian cancer (OC) has not been fully explored yet. In this study, we sought to investigate the efficacy of CUDC-907 in treating OC, both in vitro and in vivo. Methods: Here, we examined the correlation between PI3K or HDAC expression and the prognosis of OC patients using the GEPIA database. RNA-Seq analysis was performed on OC cells treated with CUDC-907.To assess various cellular processes, including proliferation, migration, invasion, apoptosis, and cell cycle, we performed a series of assays, including the CCK8, EDU, wound healing, cell invasion, and flow cytometry assays. Real-time quantitative PCR and western blotting were performed to measure the expressions of target genes. Additionally, we utilized the SKOV3 xenograft tumor model to investigate the inhibitory effects of CUDC-907 on tumor growth in vivo. Results: Bioinformatics analyses revealed that up-regulated HDAC and PI3K were significantly correlated with patients' poor survival in OC. In vivo and in vitro experiments have demonstrated that CUDC-907 could inhibit the proliferation of OC cells by inhibiting the PI3K and HDAC pathways to down-regulate the expression of c-Myc, and induce cell apoptosis by inhibiting the PI3K/AKT/Bcl-2 pathway, and up-regulate p21 to induce G2 /M phase arrest. Conclusion: Our results showed that CUDC-907 had powerful anti-tumor effects on OC, which could provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the application of CUDC-907 in the therapy of OC. Deformable gel particles (DGPs) possess the capability of deep profile control and flooding. However, the deep migration behavior and plugging mechanism along their path remain unclear. Breakage, an inevitable phenomenon during particle migration, significantly impacts the deep plugging effect. Due to the complexity of the process, few studies have been conducted on this subject. In this paper, we conducted DGP flow experiments using a physical model of a multi-point sandpack under various injection rates and particle sizes. Particle size and concentration tests were performed at each measurement point to investigate the transportation behavior of particles in the deep part of the reservoir. The residual resistance coefficient and concentration changes along the porous media were combined to analyze the plugging performance of DGPs. Furthermore, the particle breakage along their path was revealed by analyzing the changes in particle size along the way. A mathematical model of breakage and concentration changes along the path was established. The results showed that the passage after breakage is a significant migration behavior of particles in porous media. The particles were reduced to less than half of their initial size at the front of the porous media. Breakage is an essential reason for the continuous decreases in particle concentration, size, and residual resistance coefficient. However, the particles can remain in porous media after breakage and play a significant role in deep plugging. Higher injection rates or larger particle sizes resulted in faster breakage along the injection direction, higher degrees of breakage, and faster decreases in residual resistance coefficient along the path. These conditions also led to a weaker deep plugging ability. Smaller particles were more evenly retained along the path, but more particles flowed out of the porous media, resulting in a poor deep plugging effect. The particle size is a function of particle size before injection, transport distance, and different injection parameters (injection rate or the diameter ratio of DGP to throat). Likewise, the particle concentration is a function of initial concentration, transport distance, and different injection parameters. Insect chitinases have been proposed as potential targets for pest control. In this work, a novel group IV chitinase gene, MdCht9, from Musca domestica was found to have multiple functions in the physiological activity, including chitin regulation, development and antifungal immunity. The MdCht9 gene was cloned and sequenced, its phylogeny was analysed and its expression was determined in normal and 20E treated larvae. Subsequently, RNA interference (RNAi)‐mediated MdCht9 knockdown was performed, followed by biochemical assays, morphological observations and transcriptome analysis. Finally, the recombinant protein MdCht9 (rMdCht9) was purified and tested for anti‐microbial activity and enzyme characteristics. The results showed that MdCht9 consists of three domains, highly expressed in a larval salivary gland. RNAi silencing of MdCht9 resulted in significant down‐regulation of chitin content and expression of 15 chitin‐binding protein (CBP) genes, implying a new insight that MdCht9 might regulate chitin content by influencing the expression of CBPs. In addition, more than half of the lethality and partial wing deformity appeared due to the dsMdCht9 treatment. In addition, the rMdCht9 exhibited anti‐microbial activity towards Candida albicans (fungus) but not towards Escherichia coli (G−) or Staphylococcus aureus (G+). In this work, the supersensitive and selective determination of lincomycin (Lin) was achieved using a novel electroluminescent (ECL) aptasensor based on the synergistic integration of gold functionalized upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) and thiolated 3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic acid (PTCA). The integration of two luminophores of UCNPs and PTCA combined the merits of the cathodoluminescence stability of UCNPs and the high quantum yield of PTCA, which significantly promoted the ECL signal and analytical performance of the proposed sensor. The introduction of gold nanoparticles in UCNPs can not only improve the conductivity and ECL performance of UCNPs but also cause them to easily integrate with thiolated PTCA (t-PTCA) via an Au-S bond. The ECL signal of UCNPs@Au/t-PTCA/GCE was almost twice as strong as that of t-PTCA/GCE and tenfold higher than that of UCNPs@Au/GCE. Because of the non-conductive protein of the Lin aptamer, the ECL intensity of apt/UCNPs@Au/t-PTCA/GCE noticeably decreased. In the presence of Lin, the aptamer was pulled down from the sensing interface, resulting in the recovery of the ECL intensity of the sensor. Under optimal conditions, our proposed sensor can quantify the concentration of Lin in the range from 1.0 × 10−15 to 1.0 × 10−7 M with a low detection limit of 2.4 × 10−16 M (S/N = 3), exhibiting high sensitivity and specificity for the determination of Lin. This study intended to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of the prostate imaging reporting and data system (PI-RADS) and prostate-specific antigen density (PSAD) for clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) with PSA levels of 4–10 ng/ml. Between July 2018 and June 2022, a total of 453 patients with PSA levels of 4–10 ng/ml were retrospectively included, which were randomly assigned to the training group (323 patients) and validation group (130 patients). Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) with their 95% CI were calculated. The overall diagnostic performance was determined with area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), and an integrated nomogram combining PI-RADS score and PSAD was constructed and tested in a validation cohort. In the training group, the AUC for PI-RADS 2.1 and PSAD alone were 0.875 (95% CI 0.834–0.916) and 0.712 (95% CI 0.648–0.775). At the cutoff PI-RADS score ≥ 4, the sensitivity and specificity were 86.2% (95% CI 77.4–1.9%) and 84.7% (95% CI 79.6–88.8%), respectively. For PSAD, the sensitivity and specificity were 73.3% (95% CI 63.0–82.4%) and 62.1% (95% CI 55.8–68.5%) at the cutoff 0.162 ng/ml/ml. While combining PI-RADS with PSAD, the diagnostic performance was improved significantly, with AUC of 0.893 (95% CI 0.853–0.933). In the validation group, the nomogram yielded a AUC of 0.871 (95% CI 0.807–0.934), which is significantly higher than PI-RADS alone (0.829, 95% CI 0.759–0.899, P = 0.02). For patients with PSA levels of 4–10 ng/ml, PSAD demonstrated moderate diagnostic accuracy whereas PI-RADS showed high performance. To boost the adsorption‐photocatalytic performances of biochar in wastewater treatment, biochar was modified with ternary metal oxides ZnO, Sm2O3, and MgO (ZnSm/Mg‐biochar) via the one‐step pyrolysis method. The optimal 2b‐ZnSm/Mg‐biochar with a Zn/Sm molar ratio of 1:1 exhibited the better removal activity of RhB in comparison with biochar, 2‐Mg/biochar, and b‐ZnSm/biochar. The removal efficiency and adsorption capacity of 2b‐ZnSm/Mg‐biochar was 99.46% and 979.22 mg g−1 for RhB solution of 410 mg g−1, respectively. The adsorption kinetics and isotherms of ZnSm/Mg‐biochar composites were as described by second‐order and Langmuir models, respectively. The abundant vacant sites at the junction interface of ZnO, Sm2O3, MgO, and biochar were favorable for the adsorption and photon capturing, achieving the efficient photo‐conversion of RhB under the stimulated solar‐light irradiation. Acute carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning is a prevalent type of poisoning that causes significant harm globally. Delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP) is a severe complication that occurs after acute CO poisoning; however, the exact underlying pathological cause of DEACMP remains unclear. Accumulating evidence indicates that abnormal inflammation and immune-mediated brain damage, cellular apoptosis and autophagy, and direct neuronal toxicity are involved in the development of delayed neurologic sequelae. Sodium butyrate, a histone deacetylase inhibitor, has gained increasing attention for its numerous beneficial effects on various diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, inflammatory diseases, and cerebral damage. In this study, an acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP) model is established in rats to investigate the mechanism of CO poisoning and the therapeutic potential of sodium butyrate. The results suggested that the ACOP rats had impaired spatial memory, and cell apoptosis was observed in the hippocampi with activated autophagy. Sodium butyrate treatment further increased the activation of autophagy in the hippocampi of CO-exposed rats, inhibited apoptosis, and consolidated spatial memory. The utilization of Pt nanoparticles as catalysts in hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is a widely adopted strategy for hydrogen production. Nonetheless, the reduction of Pt usage costs and enhancement of its durability are crucial factors that need to be addressed in order to facilitate the commercialization of these catalysts. In this study, Pt–Co(OH) 2 @CoMoO 4 /NF has been developed and synthesized on nickel foam (NF) through the implementation of hydrothermal and electrodeposition techniques. Cobalt molybdate is subjected to surface reconstruction of the precatalyst by anion etching under electrodeposition conditions to form hydroxides nanosheets, and the ultra-low content of Pt nanoparticles (0.25 wt%) was uniformly dispersed on the CoMoO 4 nanoarrays and Co(OH) 2 nanosheets subsequently. Detailed experimental characterization showed that low Pt loading promoted charge transfer, accelerated the Heyrovsky step of HER, and surface reconstruction increased oxygen vacancies. Pt–Co(OH) 2 @CoMoO 4 /NF exhibited an overpotential of 100 mV at current densities of 100 mA cm−2, while lasting this current density for a duration of 100 h. At higher current densities, the electrocatalytic activity of Pt–Co(OH) 2 @CoMoO 4 /NF surpassed that of the commercially accessible 20 wt% Pt/C. Magnesium oxychloride cement (MOC) has been selected as a promising material for bone repair materials due to its prominent mechanical properties and non-toxicity towards mesenchymal stem cells. However, the limited water resistance of traditional MOC constrains its application range. Accordingly, this study investigated the impact of phytic acid (PA) on the mechanical properties, water resistance, and handling properties of MOC as a biomaterial, utilizing various macroscopic and microscopic characterization techniques. The results demonstrated that PA can enhance the mechanical strength and water resistance of MOC. Furthermore, multiple microscopic methods were employed to analyze the mechanism underlying the PA modification of MOC. These findings revealed that the insoluble gel-like structure was wrapped on the surface of the phase 5 crystals, which prevented the intrusion of water and improved the water resistance of MOC. Incorporating PA improved the injectability and degradability of MOC. Therefore, the development of this modified MOC provides a promising strategy for its application as a bone repair material. Background: Hantaan virus (HTNV), Seoul virus (SEOV) and Puumala virus (PUUV) are major serotypes of the Hantavirus, which can cause hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). The pathophysiology of HFRS in humans is complex and the determinants associated with mortality, especially the coagulation and fibrinolysis disorders, are still not been fully elucidated. Severe patients usually manifest multiple complications except for acute kidney injury (AKI). The aim of this study was to observe the levels of peripheral blood routine, biochemical and coagulation parameters during the early stage, so as to find independent risk factors closely related to the prognosis, which may provide theoretical basis for targeted treatment and evaluation. Methods: A total of 395 HFRS patients from December 2015 to December 2018 were retrospectively enrolled. According to prognosis, they were divided into a survival group (n = 368) and a death group (n = 27). The peripheral blood routine, biochemical and coagulation parameters were compared between the two groups on admission. The relationship between the parameters mentioned above and prognosis was analyzed, and the dynamic changes of the coagulation and fibrinolysis parameters during the first week after admission were further observed. Results: In addition to AKI, liver injury was also common among the enrolled patients. Patients in the death group manifested higher levels of white blood cell counts (WBC) on admission. 27.30% (107/392) of the patients enrolled presented with disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) on admission and DIC is more common in the death group; The death patients manifested longer prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), higher D-dimer and fibrinogen degradation product (FDP), and lower levels of platelets (PLT) and fibrinogen (Fib) compared with those of the survival patients. The proportion of D-dimer and FDP abnormalities are higher than PT, APTT and Fib. Prolonged PT, low level of Fib and elevated total bilirubin (TBIL) on admission were considered as independent risk factors for prognosis (death). Conclusions: Detection of PT, Fib and TBIL on admission is necessary, which might be benefit to early predicting prognosis. Keratin 80 (KRT80) is a filament protein that makes up one of the major structural fibers of epithelial cells, and involved in cell differentiation and epithelial barrier integrity. Here, KRT80 mRNA expression was found to be higher in esophageal cancer than normal epithelium by RT-PCR and bioinformatics analysis (p < .05), opposite to KRT80 methylation (p < .05). There was a negative relationship between promoter methylation and expression level of KRT80 gene in esophageal cancer (p < .05). KRT80 mRNA expression was positively correlated with the differentiation, infiltration of immune cells, and poor prognosis of esophageal cancer (p < .05). KRT80 mRNA expression was positively linked to no infiltration of immune cells, the short survival time of esophageal cancers (p < .05). The differential genes of KRT80 mRNA were involved in fat digestion and metabolism, peptidase inhibitor, and intermediate filament, desosome, keratinocyte differentiation, epidermis development, keratinization, ECM regulator, complement cascade, metabolism of vitamins and co-factor (p < .05). KRT-80-related genes were classified into endocytosis, cell adhesion molecule binding, cadherin binding, cell-cell junction, cell leading edge, epidermal cell differentiation and development, T cell differentiation and receptor complex, plasma membrane receptor complex, external side of plasma membrane, metabolism of amino acids and catabolism of small molecules, and so forth (p < .05). KRT80 knockdown suppressed anti-apoptosis, anti-pyroptosis, migration, invasion, chemoresistance, and lipogenesis in esophageal cancer cells (p < .05), while ACC1 and ACLY overexpression reversed the inhibitory effects of KRT80 on lipogenesis and chemoresistance. The butterfly genus of Teinopalpus , endemic to Asia, embodies a distinct species of mountain-dwelling butterflies with specific habitat requirements. These species are rare in the wild and hold high conservation and research value. Similar to other protected species, the genetic analysis of the rare Teinopalpus aureus poses challenges due to the complexity of sampling. In this study, we successfully extracted DNA and amplified mitochondrial genomic DNA from various noninvasive sources such as larval feces, larval exuviae, larval head capsules, pupal exuviaes, and filamentous gland secretions, all integral parts of butterfly metamorphosis. This was conducted as part of a research initiative focused on the artificial conservation of T. aureus population in Jinggang Shan Nature Reserve. Our findings illustrated the successful extraction of DNA from multiple noninvasive sources, achieved through modified DNA extraction methodologies. Although the DNA concentration obtained from noninvasive samples was lower than that from muscle tissues of newly dead larvae during rearing, all samples met the requirements for PCR amplification and sequencing, yielding complete circular sequences. Antibiotic resistance has become one of the major public health threats of the 21st century. Bacteria serve as an excellent model organism, allowing scientists to study evolution in a short amount of time. There are many misconceptions among students regarding the emergence of bacterial resistance. Conducting experiments on the selective effects of antibiotics on bacteria in high school biology teaching can provide students with a more intuitive understanding of natural selection. This study designs a set of simulation activities: representing antibiotic resistance genes with letters and simulating the degree of antibiotic resistance with numbers. It simulates bacterial reproduction under no antibiotic pressure, in an antibiotic environment, and in a high-dose antibiotic environment. With the increasing demand for petroleum, shale oil with considerable reserves has become an important part of global oil resources. The shale oil reservoir has a large number of nanopores and a complicated mineral composition, and the effect of nanopore confinement and pore type usually makes the effective development of shale oil challenging. For a shale oil reservoir, CO2 flooding can effectively reduce the oil viscosity and improve the reservoir properties, which can thus improve the recovery performance. In this study, the method of non-equilibrium molecular dynamics (NEMD) simulation is used to simulate the CO2 flooding process in the nanoscale pores of shale oil reservoir. The performance difference between the organic kerogen slit nanopore and four types of inorganic nanopores is discussed. Thus, the effects of nanopore type and displacement velocity on the nanoscale displacement behavior of CO2 are analyzed. Results indicate that the CO2 flooding process of different inorganic pores is different. In comparison, the displacement efficiency of light oil components is higher, and the transport distance is longer. The intermolecular interaction can significantly affect the CO2 displacement behavior in nanopores. The CO2 displacement efficiency is shown as montmorillonite, feldspar > quartz > calcite > kerogen. On the other hand, it is found that a lower displacement velocity can benefit the miscibility process between alkane and CO2, which is conducive to the overall displacement process of CO2. The displacement efficiency can significantly decrease with the increase in displacement velocity. But once the displacement velocity is very high, the strong driving force can promote the alkane to move forward, and the displacement efficiency will recover slightly. This study further reveals the microscopic oil displacement mechanism of CO2 in shale nanopores, which is of great significance for the effective development of shale oil reservoirs by using the method of CO2 injection. We present a ring-opening polymerization of bridged cyclic lactone utilizing alcohol as the initiator and organic base as the catalyst. Bridged γ-butyrolactone monomers (PhSGBL and PhSeGBL) were synthesized efficiently from commercially available 3-cyclohexene-1-carboxylic acid. Due to the ring strain of the bridged structure, ring-opening polymerization of this type of γ-butyrolactone derivative was successfully carried out under mild conditions, e.g., using ethylene glycol as the initiator and a commercial catalyst [1,5,7-triazabicyclo [4.4.0 dec-5-ene (TBD)] as the catalyst at 30 °C. The obtained polymer could be degraded to its monomer for recycling in the presence of ZnCl2 as a catalyst. PhSGBL and PhSeGBL could also be copolymerized with ε-caprolactone to tune the glass transition temperature. Additionally, the hydrophilicity of the obtained sulfur-containing polymers could be adjusted by selectively oxidizing the thioether side group to sulfone/sulfoxide, which offered a way to tune the hydrophilicity of polyester. On the other hand, the obtained selenium-containing compound could be degraded in the presence of m-CPBA (3-chloroperbenzoic acid), which offered potential application in sustained drug release. A bacterium (named strain LR5S19T) was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of the halophyte Kalidium cuspidatum in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China. Strain LR5S19T was Gram-stain-positive, motile with a polar flagellum, rod shaped, and spore forming at the terminal position in swollen sporangia, and it grew at 10–40 ℃ (optimum 30 ℃), pH 6.0–9.0 (optimum pH 7.0), and in the presence of 1.0–15.0% (w/v) NaCl (optimum 2.0%). The phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene showed that strain LR5S19T shared the highest similarity (96.7%) with A. koreensis JCM 12387T, followed by A. kalidii HU2P27T (96.2%), A. sediminis BH258T (96.1%), and ‘A. salsiterrae’ 3ASR75-54T (96.0%). The ANIb, AAI and dDDH values between strain LR5S19T and its closely related type strains were 69.3–73.8%, 65.4–72.4% and 19.2–20.3%, respectively. The major polar lipids in strain LR5S19T consisted of diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, and three unidentified phospholipids, while MK-7 was the major respiratory quinone. The major fatty acids of the strain were anteiso-C15:0 and iso-C15:0. Based on phylogenomic and phenotypic results, strain LR5S19T should be classified as a novel species within the genus Aquibacillus, for which Aquibacillus rhizosphaerae sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is LR5S19T (= CGMCC 1.62028T = KCTC 43434T). The comparative genomic analysis revealed that all eight members of Aquibacillus could utilize D-glucose via the glycolysis-gluconeogenesis pathway or the pentose phosphate pathway and use the tricarboxylic acid cycle as the metabolic center. Hollow axles are critical safety components for high‐speed trains, and the operational safety of the axle is ensured by combining infinite life design and damage tolerance analysis based on ultrasonic testing. The establishment of the ultrasonic inspection interval requires the axle bench test, but it has been a challenge to obtain the initial crack at a determined depth. This paper proposes a method for predicting the transverse crack depth of axles by combining a full‐scale axle bench test with simulation analysis. The monitoring of crack depth is achieved by measuring the cracks on the axle surface. The crack propagation test was conducted to validate the prediction method with good results. The test results demonstrate the potential of crack monitoring methods in axle crack monitoring and provide new ideas for axle safety monitoring. Purpose: As a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor 1 family, the G-protein-coupled receptor 176 (GPR176) gene encodes a glycosylated protein made up of 515 amino acids. The current study was performed to evaluate the impact of GPR176 on the clinicopathology and prognosis of oesophageal cancer, as well as uncover its molecular mechanisms. Methods: Bioinformatics and clinical tissue samples were used to detect the expression and clinicopathological significance of GPR176 in oesophageal cancer. The expression, proliferation, migration and invasion, apoptosis and lipid droplet formation of GPR176 gene in oesophageal cancer were performed as phenotypic readouts. Results: Here, RT-PCR and bioinformatic analyses revealed that GPR176 mRNA expression was significantly higher in oesophageal cancer than in normal mucosa (p < 0.05). GPR176 mRNA expression was associated with low weight and BMI, low T stage, low N and clinicopathological stage, low histological grade and favourable clinical outcome of oesophageal cancer (p < 0.05). The differential genes of GPR176 mRNA were involved in protein digestion and absorption, extracellular matrix constituent, endoplasmic reticulum lumen, among others (p < 0.05). GPR176-related genes were classified as being involved in oxidoreductase activity, actin and myosin complexes, lipid localisation and transport, among others (p < 0.05). GPR176 knockdown suppressed proliferation, anti-apoptotic and anti-pyroptotic properties, migration, invasion, chemoresistance and lipid droplet formation in oesophageal cancer cells (p < 0.05), while ACC1 and ACLY overexpression reversed the inhibitory effects of GPR176 silencing on lipid droplet formation and chemoresistance. To evaluate the efficacy of remimazolam pretreatment in preventing propofol-induced injection pain (PIP) in patients undergoing gastroscopy. One hundred and forty patients (ASA I–II, aged 18–65 years, BMI 18–28 kg/m2) who were to undergo gastroscopy were randomized into either a saline group (group S) or a remimazolam group (group R) (n = 70 for each) on a computer-generated random number basis. The patients in group S received normal saline (0.1 ml/kg) and those in group R were administered remimazolam (0.1 mg/kg) via intravenous infusion for 60 s. 30 s after the injection of normal saline or remimazolam, patients received intravenously propofol (0.5 ml/s) until loss of consciousness. A different anesthesiologist who was unaware of the pretreatment was responsible for maintaining the outcome. The primary endpoint of our study was the incidence of PIP, which was measured using a 4-point scale. Secondary endpoints include the intensity of PIP, vital signs, characteristics of surgery and recovery, and adverse events. The incidence of PIP was significantly lower in group R than in group S (13 vs 51%, p < 0.001), and a lower percentage of patients presented with moderate PIP (3 vs 20%, p < 0.001). Moreover, lower consumption of propofol, shorter recovery time, and greater patient satisfaction were observed in group R than in group S. Pretreatment with remimazolam can effectively reduce the incidence and intensity of PIP in gastroscopy and shorten the recovery time without severe adverse effects. The estrogen inhibits colonic smooth muscle contractions, which may lead to constipation. However, the mechanisms of inhibition are poorly understood. Therefore, the present study examined the effect of estrogen on rat colonic smooth muscle contractions and its potential association with the large-conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels β1 (BKβ1) subunit. Twenty-four female Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups. After 2 weeks of intervention, the contraction activity of isolated colonic smooth muscle and the expression of BKβ1 in colonic smooth muscle of rats were detected. Additionally, in order to investigate the effects of estrogen on BKβ1 expression and calcium mobilization, in vitro experiments were conducted using rat and human colonic smooth muscle cells (SMCs). BKβ1 shRNA was used to investigate whether calcium mobilization is affected by BKβ1 in colonic SMCs. To explore the relationship between ERβ and BKβ1, serial deletions, site-directed mutagenesis, a dual-luciferase reporter assay, and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays were employed. In response to E2, colonic smooth muscle strips showed a decrease in tension, while IBTX exposure transiently increased tension. Furthermore, in these muscle tissues, BKβ1 and α-SMA were found to be co-expressed. The E2 group showed significantly higher BKβ1 expression. In cultured colonic SMCs, the expression of BKβ1 was found to increase in the presence of E2 or DPN. E2 treatment reduced Ca2+ concentrations, while BKβ1 shRNA treatment increased Ca2+ concentrations relative to the control. ERβ-initiated BKβ1 expression appears to occur via binding to the BKβ1 promoter. Insect gut bacteria play an essential role in the nutritional metabolism, growth, and development of insects. Grasshoppers (Orthoptera) are cellulose-rich plant-feeding pests. Although the biological potential of grasshopper gut microorganisms to assist cellulose decomposition is well established, microbial resources for efficient degradation of cellulose biomass are still scarce and need to be developed. In this study, we used selective media to isolate cellulose-degrading bacteria from the intestines of Atractomorpha sinensis, Trilophidia annulata, Sphingonotus mongolicus , and Calliptamus abbreviatus. Phylogenetic analysis based on the maximum likelihood method using 16S rDNA sequencing sequences to identify bacteria revealed the isolation of 11 strains belonging to 3 genera, including Klebsiella , Aeromonas , and Bacillus. The degradability of the isolates to cellulose was then determined by the DNS colorimetric method, and the results showed that Bacillus had the highest degradation rate. The elucidation of microbial cellulose degradation capacity in grasshoppers not only contributes to the understanding of multiple plant–insect–microbe interactions, but also provides a valuable microbial resource for solving the biomass conversion of cellulose species problem. Background and aims: Specific mechanisms of lymph node (LN) metastasis in early-stage gastric cancer (GC) have not been elucidated. The role of anemia, a vital clinical feature of GC, in LN metastasis is also unclear. Since the number of erythroid progenitor cells (EPCs) is increased in chronic anemia, we investigated its association with LN metastasis in GC. Methods: Flow cytometry and immunofluorescence analyses were performed to sort and study EPCs from the circulation and tumors of patients with stage I–III GC. The effect of these EPCs on the activation of T and B cells and on the functions of lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) was determined, and their ability to promote LN metastasis was evaluated using a footpad‐popliteal LN metastasis model based on two human adenocarcinoma GC cell lines in nude mice. The prognostic value of EPCs was also analyzed. Results: The proportion of CD45− EPCs was higher in the mononuclear cells in the circulation, tumors, and LNs of GC patients with LN metastasis (N+) than in those of GC patients without LN metastasis (N0). In N+ patients, CD45− EPCs were more abundant in metastatic LNs than in non-metastatic LNs. Lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor 1 immunoreactivity in tumors revealed that CD45− EPCs were positively associated with nodal stages and lymph vessel density. Furthermore, CD45− EPCs increased LEC proliferation and migration through their S100A8/A9 heterodimer-induced hybrid epithelial/mesenchymal (E/M) state; however, they did not influence the invasion and tubulogenesis of LECs or T and B cell proliferation. CD45− EPCs promoted LN metastasis in vivo; the S100A8/A9 heterodimer mimicked this phenomenon. Finally, CD45− EPCs predicted the overall and disease-free survival of stage I–III GC patients after radical resection. Conclusions: The CD45− EPCs accumulated in GC tissues and metastatic LNs and promoted LN metastasis via the S100A8/9-induced hybrid E/M state of LECs, which was the specific mechanism of LN metastasis in the early stages of GC. Background: Current guidelines stress the importance of exercise, especially multicomponent exercise to older adults with chronic conditions. Aim: To critically synthesise evidence that evaluates the effects of multicomponent exercise on quality of life, depression and anxiety after stroke. Design: Systematic review and meta‐analysis followed the PRISMA 2020 statement. Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CINAHL and PsycINFO from inception to 12 June 2023 was performed. Risk of bias was assessed using the Revised Cochrane risk‐of‐bias tool for randomised trials (RoB 2). Meta‐analyses were conducted using Review Manager 5.4 and narrative syntheses were adopted whenever meta‐analysis was inappropriate. The overall certainty of the evidence was rated using the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) approach. Results: Of 15,351 records identified, nine were eligible and data were available for seven randomised controlled trials, three of which were identified as having a high risk of bias, one as low risk, and five as having some concerns. Subgroup pooled analyses indicated that multicomponent exercise engaged in longer exercise sessions (>60 min) was effective in improving quality of life immediately post‐intervention and through 3–6 months post‐intervention. However, multicomponent exercise did not significantly affect depression and anxiety. Conclusions: Multicomponent exercise with longer duration of exercise sessions has promising effects on both short‐ to medium‐term quality of life among stroke survivors. Relevance to Clinical Practice: Healthcare providers could consider encouraging the patients to participate in multicomponent exercise sessions for more than 60 min. Two new dihydrochalcone glucosides, phloretin-4′-O-(4′′-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucoside (1) and phloretin-4′-O-(3′′-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucoside (2), were isolated from the fresh aerial part of Balanophora subcupularis P.C.Tam, together with eight known flavonoid glycosides, phloretin-4′-O-(6′′-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucoside (3), trilobatin (4), 3-hydroxyphloretin-4′-O-β-D-glucoside (5), phloretin-4′-O-(4′′,6′′-O-Sa-hexahydroxydiphenoyl)-β-D-glucoside (6), naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (7), eriodictyol-7-O-β-D-glucoside (8), kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside (9), and quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (10). All of the compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Their antioxidant activities were examined by DPPH and ABTS assay. Protists, functionally divided into consumers, phototrophs, and parasites act as integral components and vital regulators of microbiomes in soil–plant continuums. However, the drivers of community structure, assembly mechanisms, co‐occurrence patterns, and the associations with human pathogens and different protistan trophic groups remain unknown. Here, we characterized the phyllosphere and soil protistan communities associated with three vegetables under different fertilization treatments (none and organic fertilization) at five growth stages. In this study, consumers were the most diverse soil protist group, had the role of inter‐kingdom connector, and were the primary biomarker for rhizosphere soils which were subjected to decreasing deterministic processes during plant growth. In contrast, phototrophs had the greatest niche breadth and formed soil protistan hubs, and were the primary biomarkers for both bulk soils and the phyllosphere. Parasites had minimal input to microbial co‐occurrence networks. Organic fertilization increased the relative abundance (RA) of pathogenic protists and the number of pathogen–consumer connections in rhizosphere soils but decreased protistan richness and the number of internal protistan links. This study advances our understanding of the ecological roles and potential links between human pathogens and protistan trophic groups associated with soil–plant continuums, which is fundamental to the regulation of soil–plant microbiomes and maintenance of environmental and human health. FAM64A is a mitogen‐induced regulator of the metaphase and anaphase transition. Here, we found that FAM64A messenger RNA (mRNA) and protein expression levels were higher in gastric cancer tissue than in normal mucosa (p <.05). FAM64A methylation was negatively correlated with FAM64A mRNA expression (p <.05). The differentially expressed genes of FAM64A were mainly involved in digestion, potassium transporting or exchanging ATPase, contractile fibers, endopeptidase, and pancreatic secretion (p <.05). The FAM64A‐related genes were principally categorized into ubiquitin‐mediated proteolysis, cell cycle, chromosome segregation and mitosis, microtubule binding and organization, metabolism of amino acids, cytokine receptors, lipid droplet, central nervous system, and collagen trimer (p <.05). FAM64A protein expression was lower in normal gastric mucosa than intestinal metaplasia, adenoma, and primary cancer (p <.05), negatively correlated with older age, T stage, lymphatic and venous invasion, tumor, node, metastasis stage, and dedifferentiation (p <.05), and associated with a favorable overall survival of gastric cancer patients. FAM64A overexpression promoted proliferation, antiapoptosis, migration, invasion, and epithelial–mesenchymal transition via the EGFR/Akt/mTOR/NF‐κB, while the opposite effect was observed for FAM64A knockdown. FAM64A also induced chemoresistance directly or indirectly through lipid droplet formation via ING5. These results suggested that upregulation of FAM64A expression might induce aggressive phenotypes, leading to gastric carcinogenesis and its subsequent progression. Many stable and convergent numerical methods are not pressure robust for an incompressible flow problem, due to the relaxation of a discrete divergence constraint called poor mass conservation. As a result, the velocity error is polluted by the pressure error, particularly when the fluid viscosity is relatively small and pressure is comparably large. A grad-div stabilization is an efficient remedy in conforming finite element methods. In this paper, an analogue of the grad-div stabilization that the penalization of the jumps of the normal velocities over facets of the triangulation in discontinuous Galerkin (DG) methods is investigated for a coupled Stokes and Darcy problem, it can efficiently improve the accuracy of velocity and mass conservation. Firstly, we present the existence and uniqueness of a solution, unconditional stability and a priori estimates for the DG method. Then, by using the principle of superposition and orthogonal decomposition cleverly, we prove the limiting behavior that the DG method with an analogue of grad-div stabilization for a coupled Stokes and Darcy problem converge to the strongly conservative BDM DG method with a convergence rate of O (λ f − 1 + λ s − 1) , it allows for arbitrarily large stabilization parameters. Comprehensive Summary: Artemiprincepsolides A—F (1—6) were isolated from Artemisia princeps guided by bioactivity and elucidated by comprehensive spectral data and ECD calculation. Compounds 1—3 represented the first connecting model of germacrane‐guaiane hetero‐dimeric adducts, and compounds 4—6 were eudesmane‐guaiane hetero‐coupled sesquiterpenoid dimers, meanwhile, all these were presumably formed by Diels‐Alder cycloaddition. Compounds 1—6 were evaluated for their hepatomatic cytotoxicity on three hepatoma cell lines, and demonstrated cytotoxicity with IC50 values in the range of 5.0—67.3 μmol/L. Interestingly, compound 1 manifested significant cytotoxicity against HepG2, Huh7, and SK‐Hep‐1 cells with IC50 values of 9.9, 9.2, and 5.0 μmol/L, which were almost equivalent to the positive control, sorafenib. Flow cytometry data and Western blot assays revealed the most active compound 1 dose‐dependently inhibited cell migration and invasion, and significantly induced HepG2 cells arrest in G2/M phase by downregulating proteins pcdc2 and upregulating the level of protein CyclinB1; and induced apoptosis by downregulating of Bcl‐2 expression and upregulating Bax level. Emerging aqueous zinc–ion hybrid capacitors (AZICs) are considered a promising energy storage because of their superior electrochemical performance. The pore structure, suitable heteroatom content, and graphitization degree (GD) of carbon-based cathodes significantly influence the electrochemical performance of AZICs. The N, S dual-doped porous graphitic carbon materials (LC-750) with the combined characteristics of high GD (1.11) and large specific surface area (1678.38 m2 g−1) are successfully developed by a facile "killing two birds with one stone" strategy using K 3 Fe(C 2 O 4) 3 ·3H 2 O as the activating and graphitizing agent, and waste sponge (WS) and coal tar pitch (CTP) as the heteroatom and carbon resource, respectively. Results show that the LC-750 cathode displays high capacities of 185.3 and 95.2 mAh g−1 at 0.2 and 10 A g−1. Specifically, the assembled LC-750//Zn capacitor can offer a maximal energy density of 119.5 Wh kg−1, a power density of 20.3 kW kg−1, and a capacity retention of 87.8% after 15,000 cycles at 10 A g−1. Density functional theory simulations demonstrate that N and S dual-doping can promote the adsorption kinetics of Zn ions. This design strategy is a feasible and cost-effective method for the preparation of dual heteroatom-doped graphitic carbon electrodes, which enables recycling of WS and CTP into high-valued products. Comprehensive Summary: 17 new guaiane‐type sesquiterpenoid dimers (GSDs), artemzhongdianolides B1—B17 (1—17), were isolated from Artemisia zhongdianensis under the guidance of bioassay, and elucidated by spectral analyses (HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR, IR, ECD). The absolute configuration of compounds 1, 3, 7, 9, 10, and 13 was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. Structurally, artemzhongdianolides B1 (1) and B2 (2) were the first example of the GSDs fused via a C‐13/C‐13' single bond, and artemzhongdianolides B3—B17 were [4 + 2] Diels–Alder adducts of two monomeric guaianolides. Most of the compounds showed antihepatoma cytotoxicity with IC50 values ranging from 9.9 to 170.1 μmol/L. Importantly, artemzhongdianolide B9 (9) was the most active one against three hepatoma cell lines with IC50 values of 13.1 μmol/L (HepG2), 19.5 μmol/L (Huh7), and 19.5 μmol/L (SK‐Hep‐1), and dose‐dependently inhibited cell migration and invasion, induced G1 cell cycle arrest and cell apoptosis in HepG2 cells. Compound 9 might suppress HepG2 cells via affecting the p38MAPK signaling pathway suggested by machine learning approach, and significantly upregulated expression of phosphorylated p38 validated by Western blot assay.
