This article studies the bade properties of the takings of a certain gold mine. The rheological parameters of the paste flurry were measured dung the Bowled RSR-SST rheological tester, to obtain the rheological curve and analyze its change process. Dung the principle of BP neural network, a rheological mode was established with dory mass concentration, cement sand radio X2, unit Wight X3, and extend-ability X4 as influencing factors, and yield stress Y-I and phasic viscosity Y2 as two rheological parameter. The results show that the mass concentration of the dory is the man factor affecting the rheological properties, the expand on of dory takes the second place, and the ratio of cement to sand and the volume Wight of dory have the least influence. When the mass concentration is between 72% and 74%,the influence of ash sand ratio, slurry bulk dendty,and expand on degree on rheological parameters is relatively small. The rheological parameters of the full tailings paste Increase linearity with the mass concentration of the dory and the time sand ratio. The established rheological function mode has a controllable error and high accuracy in predicting the rheological characteristics parameters of the gold mine ailing slurry, which can provide a beds for calculating the red stance along the pile transportation and arranging the underground ailing pile network. In order to study the effect of thickener nozzle efflux on thickening slurry, the disturbance performance of nozzle efflux on slurry was investigated based on laboratory tests (nozzle diameter reduction, pressure, nozzle distribution, high energy and low attenuation) and industrial tests (jet time, disturbance range and slurry concentration). The matching relationship between j et efflux and concentration was determined by calculating disturbance area, permeability and slurry noise factors. The CFD numerical model under the action of flow field is constructed, and the results are applied to practice. The results show that :1) Cone installation jet system can achieve the purpose of stripping plate slurry, and provide a method for obtaining stable underflow concentration; 2) The optimal time to start the jet system is 16 h after the thickening machine works in full load condition. The spatio-temporal response relationship between slurry bottom flow concentration and the disturbance system is demonstrated. The longitudinal disturbance duration is 20 min, 15 min and 9 min in stratification. 3) The "plum blossom" arrangement jet of the nozzle was studied to completely cover the plate area, and the maximum volume of the flow field of the adjacent nozzle was deduced. It was verified that when the number of each layer of the nozzle was 20,14,9,6, it was easy to form a curved section, which was conducive to the stripping of slurry in the whole area. 4)Using yield stress and viscosity evaluation indexes to investigate shear failure and compaction dehydration performance, which is conducive to achieving stable underflow concentration of thickener. Taper angle is an important factor for characterizing a hyrocyclone's separation performance. Appropriate setting of the taper angle can contribute to particle grading and separation performance of the hydrocyclone. Through numerical analysis, this study investigated the flow fields and separation performances of the hydrocyclones with different taper angles in depth. Moreover, the numerical simulation results were compared with experimental data of the conventional hydrocyclone for accuracy validation. The results showed that the tangential velocity, axial velocity, and the diameter of air core increased with the increasing taper angle. At a too large or a too small taper angle, the inner flow field would become unstable, thereby leading to the increasing number of dislocated particles and reducing the particle separation precision. For the hydrocyclone with a diameter of 75 mm, the separation precision of fine particles can be remarkably enhanced by setting the taper angle of 15°, accompanied with the improvement of product quality. The flocculation sedimentation experiment was carried out with ultrafine tailings at different polyacrylamide proportions to study the influence of different feeding speed, concentration and single consumption on slurry thickening effect. The optimal matching data model was obtained by comparative regression analysis of experimental parameters. Data synchronization based on the orthogonal experiment, optimization design of single factor and the combination of factors on the response value degree of flocculation, the effects of multiple factors change have been established the effects on the response value concentration, further for flocculation under the condition of the optimal value of various factors, with the help of a binary function model fitting out the optimal value expression of the nonlinear relationship between elements, thus, the influence mechanism of element action on flocculation degree was obtained under optimized conditions. The results showed that; 1) Under certain conditions of sand tank parameters, the optimal flocculant content was determined as 30 g/t, anionic flocculant XS, and the optimal slurry dilution concentration was 6. 0%. 2) When the solid flux increases from 0. 127 t/(m² · h) to 0.360 t/(m² · h), the bottom flow concentration gradually decreases and the sand storage capacity is determined to be 0. 3 t/(m² · h). 3) The correlation between the quadratic regression equation and the surface response elements shows that the correlation coefficient factor R² value of the fitting model is 0. 997 8, which is close to the reference value l, that the elements of the model factor are closely related to the response results. 4) A test method for the influence of different single consumption flocculants on the thickening mechanism of ultrafine tailings was proposed and successfully applied to engineering practice. When the low-magnification stope is filled, the problem of insufficient slurry in the vertical section of the filling pipeline will appear, which will accelerate the wear of the vertical pipeline, and even cause the phase change of the slurry to cause the pipeline to block. Through on-site investigation and theoretical analysis and calculations self-flow conveying model is established. Under the condition of ensuring the filling amount, a fuzzy control algorithm is established to adjust the filling concentration and the effective diameter of the pipeline, and improve the slurry conveying resistance and full tube degree. The algorithm stabilizes and adjusts the time 17 s, the overshoot is 6%, and the control effect is better than the PID control algorithm, which can improve the state of deep well filling with low line filling and unfilled pipes.
