[Purpose/Significance] By studying the user profiles of the Xiaomi virtual community, this paper constructs different types of user profile models, deeply studies the user profiles with knowledge innovation in the Xiaomi community, and explores the knowledge behavior of such users in the virtual community. [Method/Process] Combined with the natural language processing method, this paper selects the more active user posts and comments in the Xiaomi community, analyzes the user profiles and typical characteristics in the Xiaomi community, specifically the characteristics and knowledge behavior of each type of user, and explores the information exchange and knowledge interaction process between users. [Results/Conclusions] The study found that users in the Xiaomi community can be divided into five categories: fault feedback users, comment answering users, social users, consulting users and suggestion users. The user profiles of each category were analyzed. Finally, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for different users, so as to facilitate the community managers to maintain and guide the knowledge behavior of these users.

Aims: Negative emotions induced by chronic pain are a serious clinical problem. Electroacupuncture (EA) is a clinically proven safe and effective method to manage pain‐related negative emotions. However, the circuit mechanisms underlying the effect of EA treatment on negative emotions remain unclear. Methods: Plantar injection of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) was performed to establish a rat model of chronic inflammatory pain‐induced anxiety‐like behaviors. Adeno‐associated virus (AAV) tracing was used to identify excitatory synaptic transmission from the rostral anterior cingulate cortex (rACC) to the dorsal raphe nucleus (DRN). Employing chemogenetic approaches, we examined the role of the rACC‐DRN circuit in chronic pain‐induced anxiety‐like behaviors and investigated whether EA could reverse chronic pain‐induced dysfunctions of the rACC‐DRN circuit and anxiety‐like behaviors. Results: We found that chemogenetic activation of the rACC‐DRN circuit alleviated CFA‐induced anxiety‐like behaviors, while chemogenetic inhibition of the rACC‐DRN circuit resulted in short‐term CFA‐induced anxiety‐like behaviors. Further research revealed that the development of CFA‐induced anxiety‐like behaviors was attributed to the dysfunction of rACC CaMKII neurons projecting to DRN serotonergic neurons (rACCCaMKII‐DRN5‐HT neurons) but not rACC CaMKII neurons projecting to DRN GABAergic neurons (rACCCaMKII‐DRNGABA neurons). This is supported by the findings that chemogenetic activation of the rACCCaMKII‐DRN5‐HT circuit alleviates anxiety‐like behaviors in rats with chronic pain, whereas neither chemogenetic inhibition nor chemogenetic activation of the rACCCaMKII‐DRNGABA circuit altered CFA chronic pain‐evoked anxiety‐like behaviors in rats. More importantly, we found that EA could reverse chronic pain‐induced changes in the activity of rACC CaMKII neurons and DRN 5‐HTergic neurons and that chemogenetic inhibition of the rACCCaMKII‐DRN5‐HT circuit blocked the therapeutic effects of EA on chronic pain‐induced anxiety‐like behaviors. Conclusions: Our data suggest that the reversal of rACCCaMKII‐DRN5‐HT circuit dysfunction may be a mechanism underlying the therapeutic effect of EA on chronic pain‐induced anxiety‐like behaviors. The dynamic response of soil to vibrations induced by moving trains has been widely studied using in situ measurements. However, few in situ tests have been conducted to measure the resulting vibration of foundation soils, especially for the foundation of high-speed rail (HSR) in a soft area. In this study, a number of field experiments were conducted on Shanghai-Hangzhou HSR in a suburb of Shanghai, China. The testing instruments were installed in foundation soils just beneath the HSR track to measure the vibration induced by trains moving at different speeds. Test results show the frequencies of foundation soil vibration are characterized by the train speed and geometrical features of the trains and slab track. In the frequency domain, the dominant frequency bands for vertical acceleration, velocity, and displacement of foundation soil decrease successively. In the time domain, the magnitudes of vibration levels at different locations in a soil foundation decrease gradually with increasing distance from the track. Furthermore, higher train speed can result in higher vibration level. Based on the field conditions, a three-dimensional dynamic finite-infinite element model is developed in the time domain. It shows the model is capable of capturing the primary characteristics of train-induced vibration in the field. La reponse dynamique du sol aux vibrations induites par les trains en mouvement a ete largement etudiee par des mesures in situ. Cependant, peu d'essais in situ ont ete menes pour mesurer les vibrations consequentes des sols de fondation, en particulier pour la fondation de ligne a grande vitesse (LGV) dans une zone molle. Dans cet etude, plusieurs experiences sur le terrain ont ete menees sur le train a grande vitesse Shanghai-Hangzhou dans une banlieue de Shanghai, en Chine. Les instruments de test ont ete installes dans les sols de fondation, juste sous la voie de la LGV, afin de mesurer les vibrations induites par les trains circulant a differentes vitesses. Les resultats des tests montrent que les frequences de vibration des sols de fondation sont caracterisees par la vitesse des trains et les caracteristiques geometriques des trains et des voies sur dalles. Dans le domaine des frequences, les bandes de frequences dominantes pour l'acceleration verticale, la vitesse etle deplacement du sol de fondation diminuent successivement. Dans le domaine temporel, l'ampleur des niveaux de vibration a differents endroits de la fondation du sol diminue progressivement avec l'eloignement de la voie. Et la vitesse plus elevee du train peut entrainer un niveau de vibration plus eleve. Sur la base des conditions naturelles, un modele tridimensionnel dynamique d'elements finisinfinis est developpe dans le domaine temporel. Aims: Epidemiological studies in patients with neuropathic pain have demonstrated a strong association between neuropathic pain and psychiatric conditions such as anxiety. Preclinical and clinical work has demonstrated that electroacupuncture (EA) effectively alleviates anxiety‐like behaviors induced by chronic neuropathic pain. In this study, a potential neural circuitry underlying the therapeutic action of EA was investigated. Methods: The effects of EA stimulation on mechanical allodynia and anxiety‐like behaviors in animal models of spared nerve injury (SNI) were examined. EA plus chemogenetic manipulation of glutamatergic (Glu) neurons projecting from the rostral anterior cingulate cortex (rACCGlu) to the dorsal raphe nucleus (DRN) was used to explore the changes of mechanical allodynia and anxiety‐like behaviors in SNI mice. Results: Electroacupuncture significantly alleviated both mechanical allodynia and anxiety‐like behaviors with increased activities of glutamatergic neurons in the rACC and serotoninergic neurons in the DRN. Chemogenetic activation of the rACCGlu‐DRN projections attenuated both mechanical allodynia and anxiety‐like behaviors in mice at day 14 after SNI. Chemogenetic inhibition of the rACCGlu‐DRN pathway did not induce mechanical allodynia and anxiety‐like behaviors under physiological conditions, but inhibiting this pathway produced anxiety‐like behaviors in mice at day 7 after SNI; this effect was reversed by EA. EA plus activation of the rACCGlu‐DRN circuit did not produce a synergistic effect on mechanical allodynia and anxiety‐like behaviors. The analgesic and anxiolytic effects of EA could be blocked by inhibiting the rACCGlu‐DRN pathway. Conclusions: The role of rACCGlu‐DRN circuit may be different during the progression of chronic neuropathic pain and these changes may be related to the serotoninergic neurons in the DRN. These findings describe a novel rACCGlu‐DRN pathway through which EA exerts analgesic and anxiolytic effects in SNI mice exhibiting anxiety‐like behaviors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pain memory is commonly considered an underlying cause of chronic pain and is also responsible for a range of anxiety. Electroacupuncture (EA) has been shown to ameliorate pain memories and exert anti-anxiety effects. Previous research has indicated that GABAergic neurons and/or GABA receptors (GABARs) in the midcingulate cortex (MCC) have potential associations with chronic pain and anxiety. However, there is no known empirical research that has specifically studied the effects of EA on the GABAergic system in the MCC. Here, we used cross-injection of carrageenan to establish the pain memory rats model. Immunofluorescence were used to detect the excitability of GABAergic neurons within MCC. Von Frey filament, elevated zero maze, and open field tests were used to measure mechanical allodynia and anxiety-like behaviors, combined with chemogenetic and pharmacologic technologies. Finally, this study provides evidence that pain memories contribute to generalized negative emotions and that downregulating the activity of GABAergic neurons within MCC could block pain memories and reverse anxiety emotion. Specifically, GABABR is involved in pain memory and related anxiety-like behaviors. Activation of GABAergic neurons in the MCC did not reverse the effects of EA on pain memories and related anxiety-like behaviors, whereas these effects could be reversed by a GABABR agonist. In order to solve the problems that the wireless meter reading system based on ZigBee technology has short transmission distance and weak anti-interference ability, a new remote meter reading system based on LoRa is designed, which is composed of routing module, repeater and terminal module. These three modules all use low-power RF chip SX1278. In the process of meter reading, 4 path detection command frames are proposed for the system. The system can relay the wireless signals at the concentrator to the terminal to extend the wireless communication distance. The test results show that the meter reading system is stable and reliable, and has wide range of meter reading and short networking time. It has broad application prospects.

The questions of how and when the Neotethys Ocean opened are crucial for understanding the evolution of the Tethys Realm and the break-up of Gondwana. However, the evolution of the Neotethys remains controversial. Herein, we report the zircon U–Pb ages, whole-rock major as well as trace elements, and Sr–Nd isotopic data for the basaltic volcanic rocks from the Zhongba Terrane in the western Yalung–Zangbo Suture Zone. The results demonstrate that the Saga basalts were extruded during the Late Permian (257–258 Ma). All samples are characterized based on the low SiO2 content (44.03–50.33 wt%) and belong to the high-K calc-alkaline series. Furthermore, they exhibit light rare earth element enrichment ((La/Yb)N = 12.7–26.7); slightly positive Eu anomaly(Eu/Eu* = 1.01–1.14); prominent Nb and Ta positive anomalies; slightly negative Zr, Hf, and Ti anomalies and exhibit high ratios of Ta/Hf (0.93–1.21), Zr/Y (8.68–10.63), and Nb/Zr (0.39–0.45). The (87Sr/86Sr)i ratio varied from 0.7050 to 0.7063, with relatively constant and depleted εNd(t) values ranging from 0.52 to 1.08. The rocks were probably sourced from a low-degree partial melting of the asthenospheric mantle in a rift environment and had undergone the process of fractional crystallization. These characteristics indicate that the Saga basalts differ from the rift-related magmatic rocks produced by the Panjal Traps. Consequently, combined with the recently reported detailed fieldwork, the Zhongba Terrane disintegrated from the northern margin of Gondwana during the Late Permian, promoting the opening of the Neotethys Ocean, which is most likely caused by the northward subduction of the Paleotethys Ocean.
