Objective To explore the risk factors for the occurrence of anastomotic fistula after radical right hemicolectomy, and to further assess the predictive efficacy of related factors. Methods A total of 467 patients who underwent radical right hemicolectomy for colon cancer at Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were retrospectively included and grouped according to the occurrence of anastomotic fistula in the postoperative period. Independent risk factors for the occurrence of anastomotic fistula after radical right hemicolonic cancer were analyzed by univariate and multivariate methods, and the predictive efficacy of the various factors on the risk of anastomotic fistula after the surgery was assessed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results Fifty cases of anastomotic fistula occurred after surgery in 467 patients included in this study, with an incidence rate of 10.71%. The results of multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that the maximum diameter of the tumor＞5 cm, the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002) score≥3, and the postoperative albumin level＜30 g/L were the independent risk factors for the occurrence of anastomotic fistula after right hemicolectomy (P＜0.05). The ROC curve analysis results showed that the maximum diameter of the tumor, NRS2002 score, postoperative albumin level and the predicted probability of the regression model for the risk of anastomotic fistula after radical right hemicolectomy were 0.63, 0.71, 0.68, 0.88, respectively. Conclusion The occurrence of anastomotic fistula after radical right hemicolectomy may be related to the maximum diameter of the tumor, the NRS2002 score and the postoperative albumin level, and the construction of a regression model based on the above risk factors can accurately predict the risk of postoperative anastomotic fistula.

In order to determine the influence of process parameters such as the optimal heating method, heating temperature, and time on the corrosion resistance of zinc iron alloy coatings, and to maximize their corrosion resistance while ensuring coating quality, a study was conducted on the influence of heating process on the corrosion resistance of zinc iron alloy coatings. Prepare coatings on steel-based materials using hot dip method, adjust the auxiliary plating and immersion temperatures, and test the corrosion resistance of coatings at different temperatures. After completing the coating preparation, test the corrosion resistance of the coating under two heating processes, namely, heating furnace and laser, as well as the corrosion morphology and corrosion rate of the coating under different heating temperatures. Calculate the corrosion loss of the coating under different heating durations. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of the coating is better when the auxiliary plating and immersion temperatures are 70 and 450°C, respectively. When the laser heating process is selected and the heating temperature does not exceed 450°C, the corrosion resistance of the coating is higher. Once the temperature is exceeded, the corrosion resistance of the coating decreases, and with the increase of heating time, the corrosion resistance of the coating will decrease. When the heating time is 14 min, the mass loss of the coating reaches 0.011 g. And in the electrochemical corrosion test, after soaking for 18 days, the polarization resistance value of the zinc iron alloy coating decreased to 987.8 Ω·cm2, achieving complete failure.

In recent years, 3D fashion design has been relied on for improving attire fashion, design, and presentation with fewer flaws and better visualization. This aids consumers in providing visualized recommendations on modifications, suggestions, and customized attire designs. Considering the influence of automation and intelligent processing in the fashion designing industry, it introduces a Flaw Detection Method in 3D Representation (FDM-3DR) to reduce frequent modifications. The proposed method visualizes the design in three dimensions for its completeness and flawless representation. Based on the consumer recommendation, the lack of design flaws in the representation is identified, and multiple detections are presented. This is required to improve consumer satisfaction and the multi-dimensional projection between flaws and complete attire products. The learning is trained using the fixable representation, and therefore, the previous unsuitable designs are repelled by different recommendations. This improves the design adaptability, recommendation ratio, and representation ratio. Besides, it reduces the recommendation time and flaws.

The highlight model is widely used as a simple and convenient method in the radar field but its accuracy is not high. Based on the traditional highlight model, the algorithm has been improved to address the acoustic scattering problems of underwater vehicles with more complex line shapes. The basic idea is to partition the model into micro-bodies to calculate the scattered sound pressure, consider the phase interference of each part, and then synthesise the scattered sound pressure to approximate the target’s actual shape. A computational model of the wedge-shaped convex structure on the back of the underwater vehicles is developed using a highlight model of a trapezoidal plate. The results of the calculations using the highlight model approach are consistent with those of the planar element method. Utilising the modified highlight model method, the accuracy of acoustic scattering characteristics calculations for the stern and overall structures of underwater vehicles has proven satisfactory. Finally, fast acoustic scattering prediction software is developed for underwater vehicles, enabling the calculation of the acoustic scattering characteristics for individual structures, combined structures, and coated silent tiles. This software provides algorithmic support for the fast prediction of the acoustic stealth performance of underwater vehicles.

Abstract Background Influenza A viruses have undergone rapid evolution with virulent; however, complete and comprehensive data on gene evolution and amino acid variation of HA and NA in immunosuppressed patients was few. In this study, we analysed molecular epidemiology and evolution of influenza A viruses in immunosuppressed population, and immunocompetent population were used as controls. Methods Full sequences of HA and NA of A(H1N1)pdm09 and A(H3N2) were acquired through reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). HA and NA genes were sequenced using the Sanger method and phylogenetically analysed using ClustalW 2.10 and MEGA software version 11.0. Results During the 2018–2020 influenza seasons, 54 immunosuppressed and 46 immunocompetent inpatients screened positive for influenza A viruses by using the quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) were enrolled. 27 immunosuppressed and 23 immunocompetent nasal swab or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples were randomly selected and sequenced using the Sanger method. A(H1N1)pdm09 were detected in 15 samples and the remaining 35 samples were A(H3N2) positive. By analyzing the HA and NA gene sequences of these virus strains, we found that all A(H1N1)pdm09 viruses shared high similarities to each other and the HA and NA genes of these viruses exclusively belonged to subclade 6B.1A.1. Some NA genes of A(H3N2) viruses were not in the same clade as those of A/Singapore/INFIMH-16-0019/2016 and A/Kansas/14/2017, which may have led to A(H3N2) being the dominant strain in the 2019–2020 influenza season. Both A(H1N1)pdm09 and A(H3N2) viruses showed similar evolutionary lineages patterns of HA and NA between immunosuppressed and immunocompetent patients. Compared with the vaccine strains, there were no statistically significant of HA and NA genes and amino acid sequences of influenza A viruses in immunosuppressed and immunocompetent patients. However, the oseltamivir resistance substitution of NA-H275Y and R292K have been observed in immunosuppressed patients. Conclusions A(H1N1)pdm09 and A(H3N2) viruses showed similar evolutionary lineages patterns of HA and NA between immunosuppressed and immunocompetent patients. Both immunocompetent and immunosuppressed patients have some key substitutions, which should be of note monitored, especially those with potential to affect the viral antigen.

Immune cells are indispensable defenders of the human body, clearing exogenous pathogens and toxicities or endogenous malignant and aging cells. Immune cell dysfunction can cause an inability to recognize, react, and remove these hazards, resulting in cancers, inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, and infections. Immune cells regulation has shown great promise in treating disease, and immune agonists are usually used to treat cancers and infections caused by immune suppression. In contrast, immunosuppressants are used to treat inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. However, the key to maintaining health is to restore balance to the immune system, as excessive activation or inhibition of immune cells is a common complication of immunotherapy. Nanoparticles are efficient drug delivery systems widely used to deliver small molecule inhibitors, nucleic acid, and proteins. Using nanoparticles for the targeted delivery of drugs to immune cells provides opportunities to regulate immune cell function. In this review, we summarize the current progress of nanoparticle-based strategies for regulating immune function and discuss the prospects of future nanoparticle design to improve immunotherapy.

Abstract Background This systematic review aims to explore the prevalence of the impact of the COVID-19, MERS, and SARS pandemics on the mental health of pregnant women. Methods All COVID-19, SARS and MERS studies that evaluated the mental health of pregnant women with/without gynaecological conditions that were reported in English between December 2000 – July 2021 were included. The search criteria were developed based upon the research question using PubMed, Science Direct, Ovid PsycINFO and EMBASE databases. A wide search criterion was used to ensure the inclusion of all pregnant women with existing gynaecological conditions. The Newcastle-Ottawa-Scale was used to assess the risk of bias for all included studies. Random effects model with restricted maximum-likelihood estimation method was applied for the meta-analysis and I-square statistic was used to evaluate heterogeneity across studies. The pooled prevalence rates of symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and sleep disorders with 95% confidence interval (CI) were computed. Results This systematic review identified 217 studies which included 638,889 pregnant women or women who had just given birth. There were no studies reporting the mental health impact due to MERS and SARS. Results showed that women who were pregnant or had just given birth displayed various symptoms of poor mental health including those relating to depression (24.9%), anxiety (32.8%), stress (29.44%), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) (27.93%), and sleep disorders (24.38%) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Discussion It is important to note that studies included in this review used a range of outcome measures which does not allow for direct comparisons between findings. Most studies reported self-reported measure of symptoms without clinical diagnoses so conclusions can be made for symptom prevalence rather than of mental illness. The importance of managing mental health during pregnancy and after-delivery improves the quality of life and wellbeing of mothers hence developing an evidence-based approached as part of pandemic preparedness would improve mental health during challenging times. BackgroundThe monocyte-macrophage-dendritic cell (DC) (MMD) system exerts crucial functions that may modulate fibrogenesis in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). In this study, we explored the cell characteristics, distribution and developmental trajectory of the liver MMD system in NASH mice with fibrosis and clarified characteristic genes of the MMD system involved in liver fibrosis progression in NASH mice and patients.MethodsSingle cells in liver tissue samples from NASH and normal mice were quantified using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the MMD system by pseudotime analysis were validated by tyramide signal amplification (TSA)-immunohistochemical staining (IHC) and analyzed by second harmonic generation (SHG)/two-photon excitation fluorescence (TPEF).ResultsCompared with control mice, there were increased numbers of monocytes, Kupffer cells, and DCs in two NASH mouse models. From the transcriptional profiles of these single cells, we identified 8 monocyte subsets (Mono1-Mono8) with different molecular and functional properties. Furthermore, the pseudotime analysis showed that Mono5 and Mono6 were at the beginning of the trajectory path, whereas Mono2, Mono4, Kupffer cells and DCs were at a terminal state. Genes related to liver collagen production were at the late stage of this trajectory path. DEGs analysis revealed that the genes Fmnl1 and Myh9 in the MMD system were gradually upregulated during the trajectory. By TSA-IHC, the Fmnl1 and Myh9 expression levels were increased and associated with collagen production and fibrosis stage in NASH mice and patients.ConclusionsOur transcriptome data provide a novel landscape of the MMD system that is involved in advanced NASH disease status. Fmnl1 and Myh9 expression in the MMD system was associated with the progression of NASH fibrosis.

Abstract Background Compared with immunocompetent patients, immunosuppressed patients have higher morbidity and mortality, a longer duration of viral shedding, more frequent complications, and more antiviral resistance during influenza infections. However, few data on this population in China have been reported. We analysed the clinical characteristics, effects of antiviral therapy, and risk factors for admission to the intensive care unit (ICU) and death in this population after influenza infections and explored the influenza vaccination situation for this population. Methods We analysed 111 immunosuppressed inpatients who were infected with influenza virus during the 2015–2020 influenza seasons. Medical data were collected through the electronic medical record system and analysed. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistics analysis were used to identify risk factors. Results The most common cause of immunosuppression was malignancies being treated with chemotherapy (64.0%, 71/111), followed by haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) (23.4%, 26/111). The most common presenting symptoms were fever and cough. Dyspnoea, gastrointestinal symptoms and altered mental status were more common in HSCT patients than in patients with immunosuppression due to other causes. Approximately 14.4% (16/111) of patients were admitted to the ICU, and 9.9% (11/111) of patients died. Combined and double doses of neuraminidase inhibitors did not significantly reduce the risk of admission to the ICU or death. Risk factors for admission to the ICU were dyspnoea, coinfection with other pathogens and no antiviral treatment within 48 h. The presence of dyspnoea and altered mental status were independently associated with death. Only 2.7% (3/111) of patients less than 12 months old had received a seasonal influenza vaccine. Conclusion Fever and other classic symptoms of influenza may be absent in immunosuppressed recipients, especially in HSCT patients. Conducting influenza virus detection at the first presentation seems to be a good choice for early diagnosis. Clinicians should pay extra attention to immunosuppressed patients with dyspnoea, altered mental status, coinfection with other pathogens and no antiviral treatment within 48 h because these patients have a high risk of severe illness. Inactivated influenza vaccines are recommended for immunosuppressed patients.

Objectives In order to improve the quality of sinusoidal waveform output by the ship's high-frequency inverter charging device and reduce the CPU occupancy rate, an asymmetric regular sampling sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) method based on tangent approximation is proposed.Methods According to the basic principle and calculation method of the asymmetric regular sampling SPWM method based on tangent approximation, a Matlab/Simulink simulation model is built, and then the software algorithm flow that can be used in the high-frequency inverter charging device is designed together with the actual output of the tangent approximation method. The effects are then compared and verified by experiments.Results The simulation results show that under pure resistive load and resistive inductive load, the total harmonic distortion (THD) of the load-end waveform based on tangent approximation method is 2.12% and 2.08%, respectively, and its waveform quality is better than symmetric regular sampling. The experimental results show that the THD of load-end waveform based on the tangent approximation method is significantly lower than the symmetric regular sampling method. When the effective value of the input line voltage is 580 V (the modulation ratio is 0.8), the quality of the output waveform is relatively optimal.Conclusions The asymmetric regular sampling SPWM method based on tangent approximation overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional symmetric regular sampling method, such as the low quality of the output waveform and the traditional asymmetric regular sampling method's high sampling frequency and high CPU occupancy rate. The research results can provide reference for the design of ship's high frequency inverter charging devices.

Abstract Background Influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 viruses have undergone rapid evolution, and in recent years the complementary and antagonistic effects of HA and NA have gathered more attentions; however, the effects of co-occurring mutations in HA and NA on the patients’ clinical characteristics are still poorly understood. In this study, we analyzed molecular epidemiology and evolution of A(H1N1) pdm09, explored co-occurring mutations of HA and NA, and investigated effect of co-occurring mutations on patients’ clinical features. Methods A(H1N1)pdm09 was confirmed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. HA and NA genes were sequenced and phylogenetically analyzed. Clinical characteristics of the co-occurring mutations were analyzed statistically. Results By analyzing the HA and NA gene sequences of 33 A(H1N1)pdm09 viruses during the 2015–2017 influenza season, we found that all the viruses shared high similarities to each other and the HA genes of these viruses exclusively belonged to subclade 6B.1A. Several unreported substitutions in HA and NA proteins were observed, furthermore, co-occurring mutations of HA-V169T, A278S, E508G, D518E and NA-V67I were detected in 30.3% (10/33) A(H1N1)pdm09 virus strains when comparing with vaccine strains A/California/07/2009 and A/Michigan/45/2015 (H1N1). BackgroundAlthough effective vaccines have been developed against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), the level of neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) induced after vaccination in the real world is still unknown. The aim of this work was to evaluate the level and persistence of NAbs induced by two inactivated COVID-19 vaccines in China.MethodsSerum samples were collected from 1,335 people aged 18 years and over who were vaccinated with an inactivated COVID-19 vaccine at Peking University People’s Hospital from January 19 to June 23, 2021, for the detection of anti-severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) antibodies.ResultsThe positive rate for NAbs against SARS-CoV-2 was 79–91% from the first month to the second month after the second vaccine dose. The gradual decline in positivity rate for NAb response was observed from 78% at 3 months post-vaccination to 0% at 12 months post-vaccination. When there was a 21-day interval between the two doses of vaccine, the NAb positivity rate was 0% 6 months after the second dose. NAb levels were significantly higher when the interval between two doses were 3–8 weeks than when it was 0–3 weeks (χ2 = 14.04, p < 0.001). There was a linear correlation between NAbs and IgG antibodies in 1,335 vaccinated patients. NAb levels decreased in 31 patients (81.6%) and increased in 7 patients (18.4%) over time in the series of 38 patients after the second vaccination. The NAb positivity rate was significantly higher in 18- to 40-year-old subjects than in 41- to 60-year-old subjects (t = −1.959, p < 0.01; t = 0.839, p < 0.01).ConclusionThe NAb positivity rate was the highest at the first and second month after the second dose of vaccine, and gradually decreased over time. With a 21-day interval between two doses of vaccine, neutralizing antibody levels persisted for only 6 months after the second dose of vaccine. Therefore, a third vaccine dose is recommended. Our results suggest that in cases in which NAbs cannot be detected, IgM/IgG antibodies can be detected instead. The level of NAbs produced after vaccination was affected by age but not by sex. Our results suggest that an interval of 21 to 56 days between shots is suitable for vaccination.

[Objectives] With the continuous improvement of the electrification level of the Integrated Power System(IPS), real-time acquisition of equipment information and intelligent control of ships are prerequisites for ensuring safe and stable operation of equipment and correct decision-making.[Methods] In this paper,a dual-CPU-based dual Ethernet and dual RS-422 interactive communication system was built,and the hardware and software implementation of this interactive communication system was studied.[Results] It can quickly switch to the standby network in the event of a fault,thereby ensuring real-time transmission of on-site information and enhancing the anti-jamming capability and communication reliability of the system.[Conclusions] The communication system has high use value in the occasions where real-time online monitoring and data transmission are required,such as in the ship's integrated power energy management system,distributed substation,power conversion device and industrial field monitoring system.

[Objectives] In order to obtain multiple magnetical signature in different directions of a ship's external environment in realtime so as to make a appropriate degaussing scheme and provide data base for ship to realize magnetic stealth smoothly,a distributed acquisition system of dual-ring network is constructed.[Methods] The system is based on ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)embeded architecture with STM32F4 series chips as the microcontroller,which can obtain realtime magnetic data of 128 channels in the field and transmit them to the centralized control center/host computer by virtue of Ethernet communication technology.[Results] The system can pre-process the magnetic field data of different parts of the ship and transmit them to the centralized control center/host computer through optical fiber dual-ring network for subsequent processing.[Conclusions] The field operation tests show that the data acquisition system can reliably and accurately acquire multi-channel and big data in real time and has the value of extended application.

Summary: Polarity-reversal catalysts enable otherwise sluggish or completely ineffective reactions which are characterized by unfavorable polar effects between radicals and substrates. We herein disclose that when irradiated by visible light, bromine can behave as a polarity-reversal catalyst. Hydroacylation of vinyl arenes, a three-component cascade transformation and deuteration of aldehydes were each achieved in a metal-free manner without initiators by using inexpensive N-bromosuccinimide as the precatalyst. Light is essential to generate and maintain the active bromine radical during the reaction process. Another key to success is that HBr can behave as an effective hydrogen donor to turn over the catalytic cycles.

[Objectives] The ship transformer is the key to the safe,stable and reliable operation of a large ship integrated power system,so serious faults must be avoided.[Methods] Based on the Advanced RISC Machine(ARM),a transformer status online monitoring and fault diagnosis system was constructed. Anti-interference and data processing are used to ensure real-time,reliable and accurate acquisition of operational status data. Diagnostic system data analysis is used to accurately predict and identify fault types and trigger alarm,thereby ensuring timely action of the system to prevent faults from spread. Screen display is used to improve the dispatcher's ability to accurately grasp the operating status of the transformer.[Results] Multisim simulation modeling analysis and field operation test results show that the system can accurately collect the operating status data of the transformer,determine the type of transformer fault,and feedback it to the centralized control center in real time to formulate a reasonable control strategy and planning and scheduling scheme,thereby ensuring the normal operation of the ship integrated power system.[Conclusions] The research results can provide reference for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of ship transformers.

Abstract. Background:. Our previous studies have shown that regulatory factor X5 (RFX5), a classical transcription regulator of MHCII genes, was obviously overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tumors. However, the role of RFX5 in the carcinogenesis and progress of HCC remains unknown. This study aimed to reveal its biological significance and the underlying mechanism in HCC. Methods:. RFX5 mRNA expression level and copy number variation in HCC tumors and cell lines were determined by analyzing deposited data sets in the Cancer Genome Atlas and Gene Expression Omnibus database. The biological significance of RFX5 in HCC was investigated by monitoring the colony formation and subcutaneous tumor growth capacity when RFX5 was silenced with lentiviral short hairpin RNA and CRISPR/Cas9 system in HCC cell lines. The downstream gene transcriptionally activated by RFX5 in HCC cells was determined by chromatin immunoprecipitation and luciferase reporter assay. The involvement of tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein theta (YWHAQ) in HCC development was further determined by performing colony formation rescue assay and subcutaneous tumor growth rescue experiment. The association of YWHAQ with recurrence-free survival of patients with HCC was assessed by Kaplan-Meier analysis. Moreover, apoptosis level and the protein level of p53 pathway were determined to reveal the mechanism of RFX5 in driving HCC development. Results:. To systematically investigate the effect of rare earth element Gd on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Si-Mg(A357) cast alloy, A357 alloys with different Gd additions were investigated by OM, SEM, EPMA, XRD, DSC, TEM and tensile test. The results show that the addition of Gd can refine the grain and secondary dendrite arm spacing of the alloy. Besides, Gd refines eutectic Si, instead of transforming its morphology. The mechanical properties are improved by Gd addition due to obvious refinement of the grain and eutectic Si, the reduction of secondary dendrite arm spacing. For the A357-0.5Gd(mass fraction/%) alloy, the ultimate tensile strength(UTS) is 355MPa, which is 37MPa higher than that of the alloy without Gd. However, when increasing the Gd mass fraction to 1.0%, the formation of a high number of coarse Al2Si2 Gd results in the decrease of the mechanical properties of the alloy.The refinement mechanism of Gd was investigated.Combined with the TEM observation, it can be inferred that the Gd addition produces fewer twins but some nanosized particles within eutectic Si. The density of twins is not high enough to cause the morphology transition of eutectic Si. The refinement effect of Gd on eutectic Si may be attributed to the increase of constitutional overcooling and the formation of nanosized particles, inhibiting the growth of eutectic Si during solidification.

[Objectives] The power supply voltage of ship communication equipment is unstable, so a regulator is required to keep the voltage at 200~230 V.[Methods] An electronic regulated power supply composed of an H-bridge using TRIACs and three compensation transformers has been designed for real-time acquisition of key parameters such as input voltage,output voltage,output current,cold plate temperature,etc. by virtue of Advanced RISC Machines(ARM),so as to achieve intelligent automatic voltage regulation of power supply according to the given tracking and compensation strategy and equipment safety protection measures.[Results] Analysis and experiments show that this electronic regulated power supply can work safely,efficiently and reliably, and can ensure stable and safe power supply of the ship communication equipment.[Conclusions] This provides reference for intelligent and simplified research of the regulated power supply.

[Objectives] This paper aims to implement the multiple digital signal processing of ship energy management systems. It achieves the real-time acquisition and delivery of instructions and state signals for multiple power stations,thereby enabling the efficient and sequential control of the relays, indicator lamps and energy chains of power stations.[Methods] Based on the STM32F407 microcontroller,a double-isolation system is designed for the I2C bus,the topology constructed via the Advanced RISC Machine(ARM),I2C bus and I/O expander chip,and the I2C bus timing imitated by two general purpose I/O ports. This not only easily extends the 128 I/O port but ensures the effectiveness and real time property of the I2C bus.[Results] This ARM controller can reliably control all the I/O ports of the underlying controllers in real time according to the established energy management strategy.[Conclusions] This results of this research can be applied to other I/O port expansion engineering practices,giving it high application and promotion value.

Objectives The voltage of marine electrical equipment often fluctuates, but the existing stabilization schemes have low reliability and high cost. As such, distribution equipment that can operate in harsh environments is required to stabilize the voltage.Methods This paper puts forward the design for a three-phase series voltage regulator based on a bidirectional thyristor and voltage regulator. It functions by controlling the magnitude and direction of voltage regulation through switching the bidirectional thyristor. Furthermore, the fault modes of the thyristor are analyzed and its fault diagnosis scheme obtained.Results The results show that this design can realize the stabilization of only the output voltage by switching the bidirectional thyristor only according to the input voltage. when the H-bridge of the thyristor assembly breaks, it only affects the voltage regulation effects of the device. When the short-circuit thyristor of the high-voltage side of the transformer has an open-circuit fault, a large voltage or a large impact current is generated on its low voltage side, causing damage to the device. When the thyristor component has a short-circuit fault, if the equivalent is that the transformer does not compensate for the work, it has no effect on the device. If the equivalent is the short-circuit operation of the transformer, a large impact current may be generated in the entire circuit, causing damage to the device and electrical equipment.Conclusions The voltage-regulating effects of this design are significant because it directly integrates the voltage-regulating transformer into the power supply circuit. With the more cost-effective bidirectional thyristor as an AC switch and the designed fault diagnosis technology, the reliability and service life of voltage regulating transformers can be improved.

[Objective] In order to ensure the reliability, safety and robust operation of a ship's energy management system,higher requirements are placed on data acquisition and visual design.[Methods] Tilcon graphics visualization software based on VxWorks and the UDP communication scenario are used. The key techniques and implementation method of the visual technology of the network is studied and proved in engineering practice. [Results] This solves the matching problem between real-time performance and stability. It reduces the interface development cycle and improves the maintainability of the visual system.[Conclusion] The results of this paper have high value and are worthy of being promoted.

[Objectives] At present, the power management systems of ships require highly reliable Ethernet, and Ethernet communication cannot be interrupted when the system encounters a fault. [Methods] This paper introduces the working principle of the dual-redundant Ethernet system, and the processor ARM and the Ethernet control chip W5200 are used for the dual redundant Ethernet communication system. [Results] When the network fails or the line is damaged, the dual redundant Ethernet communication system can automatically reconnect so as to ensure that the communication system is healthy, safe and continuous. [Conclusions] The redundant communication system is verified by ship prototype with high application and promotion value.

Abstract Background Identification of novel MDM2 or p53 binding proteins may reveal undefined oncogenes, tumor suppressors, signaling pathways and possible treatment targets. Methods By means of immunoprecipitation and Mass Spectrometry analysis, we aimed to identify novel regulators of the MDM2-p53 pathway. We further clarified the impact of MYL6B on the p53 protein level and on the process of apoptosis. We also investigated the role of MYL6B in hepatocellular carcinoma by clone formation assay and by determining the correlation between its expression and prognosis of HCC patients. Results We identified a novel MDM2 and p53 binding protein, MYL6B. It is a myosin light chain that could bind myosin II heavy chains to form non-muscle myosin II holoenzymes (NMII). We found that MYL6B could facilitate the binding of MDM2 to p53, which consequently promotes the ubiquitination and degradation of p53 protein. We further proved that MYL6B exerts the suppression effect on p53 as part of NMII holoenzymes because inhibiting the ATPase activity of myosin II heavy chain largely blocked this effect. We also discovered that MYL6B is overexpressed in HCC tissues and linked to the bad prognosis of HCC patients. Knocking out of MYL6B dramatically suppressed the clonogenic ability and increased the apoptosis level of HCC cell lines. Conclusions To summary, our results demonstrate that MYL6B is a putative tumor driver gene in HCC which could promote the degradation of p53 by enhancing its’ MDM2-mediated ubiquitination.

Aiming at the problem of frequent shift phenomenon of the vehicle running in the uphill condition,and the unexpected upshift phenomenon of the vehicle running in the downhill condition. The value of slope is identified based on the EKF algorithm and the dynamics model of ramp. On the basis of ramp identification model and traditional shift schedule,a real time online optimization of dual clutch transmission（ DCT） gear is presented based on fuzzy control method. A simulation model of vehicle fuzzy shift control is established by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation and comparison analysis of the shift schedule of the vehicle before and after the optimization are carried out. The results indicate that the optimized vehicle shift schedule could effectively avoid the frequent shift and unexpected upshift of vehicle. The riding comfort of driver and the vehicle safety are improved.

(Ti0.5Ni0.5)80Cu20 metallic glass composite samples with 3mm diameter were prepared by the levitation suspend melting-water cooled Cu mold process, microstructure of the alloy was characterized. The potential dynamic polarization curves in the different media were tested by electrochemical workstation in a three-electrode system, meanwhile, the electrochemical corrosion morphology and corrosion products were analyzed and characterized. The results show that the microstructure consists of amorphous matrix and shape memory crystal phase, exhibits gradient microstructure in casting process of temperature gradient, random dense pile of amorphous structure is formed in the edge area due to fast cooling rate, the main precipitation phase is overcooling austenite phase in the core area. In artificial seawater and simulated body solution (PBS), the alloy exhibits good corrosion resistance. Compared with crystalline TC4 alloy, the alloy exhibits high free corrosion potential that shows low corrosion thermodynamics tendency and has low corrosion current density as well as high polarization resistance that indicates low dynamic corrosion rate. Due to the low activity anion concentration in PBS solution, the alloy exhibits more excellent corrosion resistance than in artificial seawater. No pitting corrosion pits and corrosion products were found after electrochemical corrosion. The oxide film in the edge area is more compact and uniform than in the core area as well.

Background: DNA replication and sister chromatid cohesion 1 (DSCC1) (also called DCC1) is a component of an alternative replication factor C complex that loads proliferating cell nuclear antigen onto DNA during S phase of the cell cycle. It is located at 8q24 and frequently amplified in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, the role of DSCC1 in the carcinogenesis and progress of HCC has not been fully investigated. Here, we aimed to assert the importance of DSCC1 in the HCC. Methods: In this study, copy number variation data and RNA sequencing data were used to calculate the DNA copy number and mRNA expression of DSCC1 in HCC. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry analysis were used to determine the mRNA and protein level of DSCC1 in HCC. The Kaplan–Meier analysis and univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis were used to assess the association of DSCC1 with the overall survival (OS) of HCC patients. Moreover, lentiviral shRNA was used to knockdown DSCC1, and then, colony-forming assay, cell cycle assay, and cell proliferation assay were performed to evaluate the impact of DSCC1 silencing on HCC cell lines. Results: We found that DSCC1 was amplified and highly expressed in HCC tumor tissues than in nontumor tissues. We then found that the overexpression of both mRNA and protein of DSCC1 was linked to the bad prognosis of HCC patients. Astonishingly, the protein level of DSCC1 was an independent prognostic factor for OS (hazard ratio, 1.79; 95% confidence interval, 1.17–2.74; P = 0.007). Furthermore, the clonogenic capacity of DSCC1-amplified HCC cell lines (MHCC-97H, MHCC-97L, and Hep3B) was significantly inhibited by transduction of a lentiviral shRNA that targets DSCC1. We also showed that knockdown of DSCC1 induced G0–G1 cell cycle arrest (increased from 60% to more than 80%) and greatly inhibited the proliferation of HCC cell lines. Conclusion: These results suggest that DSCC1 is a putative HCC driver gene that promotes proliferation and is associated with poor prognosis in HCC.
