Lanthipeptides are one of the largest groups of ribosomally synthesized and post-translationally modified peptides (RiPPs) and are characterized by the presence of lanthionine (Lan) or methyllanthionine residues (MeLan). Only very few lanthipeptides contain a C-terminal 2-aminovinyl-cysteine (AviCys) motif, but all of them show potent antibacterial activities. Recent advances of genome sequencing led to the rapid accumulation of new biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) for lanthipeptides. In this study, through our genome mining strategy, we found the AviCys containing lanthipeptides are widespread in the bacterial kingdom. A lanthipeptide-type biosynthetic gene cluster was identified from public bacterial genome database. Two new lanthipeptides, daspyromycins A and B (1 and 2) containing AviCys motif, along with two degraded products, daspyromycins C and D (3 and 4), were obtained after heterologous expression of the gene cluster in Streptomyces albus J1074. Daspyromycins A and B showed potent antimicrobial activity against a spectrum of Gram-positive and -negative bacteria including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE).

Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin 9 (PCSK9) inhibitors significantly reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and improve the prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). However, the feasibility and safety of early application of PCSK9 inhibitors on the basis of statins combined with ezetimibe to strengthen lipid lowering in extremely high-risk coronary heart disease populations are still unknown.This study was a prospective, randomized controlled study. A total of 136 patients with extremely high-risk ACS with LDL-C ≥ 3.0 mmol/L after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) treatment were randomly assigned 1:1 to the control group (atorvastatin 40 mg/day and ezetimibe 10 mg/day) or the evolocumab group (evolocumab 140 mg every 2 weeks combined with atorvastatin 40 mg/day and ezetimibe 10 mg/day). We compared the blood lipid profiles, major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs), and adverse reactions. MACEs included cardiogenic death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, and readmission due to angina. Adverse reactions included allergies, myalgia, poor blood glucose control, and liver damage.Within 1 month, the average level of LDL-C in the evolocumab group decreased from 3.54 to 0.57 mmol/L and that in the control group decreased from 3.52 to 1.26 mmol/L. The LDL-C compliance (1.0 mmol/L) rate was significantly increased in the evolocumab group compared with the control group (82.35% versus 22.06%, P0.01). The average level of lipoprotein (a) (Lp (a) ) in the control group increased by 9.94 ± 51.93% from baseline after treatment, but evolocumab reduced the Lp (a) level (-38.84 ± 32.40%). Additionally, evolocumab further reduced the levels of apolipoprotein B/A1 (-70.56 ± 22.38% versus -51.29 ± 18.14%), cholesterol (-54.76 ± 18.10% versus -41.16 ± 18.14%), and apolipoprotein B (-66.47 ± 26.89% versus -46.78 ± 24.12%) compared with those in the control group, all P0.01. The blood lipid levels of both control and evolocumab groups stabilized after 1 month. During the 3-month follow-up, the incidence of MACEs after PCI was lower in the evolocumab group than in the control group (8.82% versus 24.59%, P = 0.015), and evolocumab combined with statins and ezetimibe did not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions (13.24% versus 11.48%, P = 0.762).In patients with extremely high-risk ACS with high levels of LDL-C, adding evolocumab to their treatment regimen as early as possible may enhance lipid lowering, increase the patient's LDL-C compliance rate in the short term, and improve cardiovascular prognosis but will not increase adverse reactions.

Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and comparison with the literature. Among these compounds, compound 1 is a new lignan, and 2–4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

Odor emissions from intensive livestock farms have attracted increased attention due to their adverse impacts on the environment and human health. Nevertheless, a systematic summary regarding the characteristics, sampling detection, and control technology for odor emissions from livestock farms is currently lacking. This paper compares the development of odor standards in different countries and summarizes the odor emission characteristics of livestock farms. Ammonia, the most common odor substance, can reach as high as 4100 ppm in the compost area. Sampling methods for point and area source odor emissions are introduced in this paper, and odor analysis methods are compared. Olfactometers, odorometers, and the triangle odor bag method are usually used to measure odor concentration. Odor control technologies are divided into three categories: physical (activated carbon adsorption, masking, and dilution diffusion), chemical (plant extract spraying, wet scrubbing, combustion, non-thermal plasma, and photocatalytic oxidation), and biological (biofiltration, biotrickling, and bioscrubbing). Each technology is elucidated, and the performance in the removal of different pollutants is summarized. The application scopes, costs, operational stability, and secondary pollution of the technologies are compared. The generation of secondary pollution and long-term operation stability are issues that should be considered in future technological development. Lastly, a case analysis for engineering application is conducted.

Biofilm adhesion to the surface of a carrier plays an essential role during biofilm formation. Quorum quenching (QQ) has been shown to have great potential for delaying biofouling. However, little is known about whether QQ reduces the adhesion strength of biofilms during the formation process to inhibit biomass accumulation. In this study, we explored the effect of enzymatic QQ on the adhesion strength during biofilm development. In addition, a quantitative method was used to measure the adhesion strength of biofilms based on the shear force of water flow. Experimental results showed that QQ enzyme could reduce the adhesion strength of biofilms by at least 37% compared with the control. Furthermore, the biofilm accumulation rates were 0.05673 and 0.08762 h−1 with and without the QQ enzyme, illustrating a negative effect of QQ enzyme on biofilm accumulation. Specifically, QQ was confirmed to reduce extracellular polymeric substances, decrease the relative hydrophobicity, change the zeta potential by degrading signal molecules, and weaken the adhesion strength of biofilms. The successful reduction of the adhesion strength of the biofilm through QQ could provide a new strategy for the management and regulation of biofilm adhesion in the bioreactor.

Objective This study explored the rejuvenation mechanisms of Thai polyherbal medicines using different approaches, including in vitro methods, as well as a well-defined nematode model, Caenorhabditis elegans. Methods THP-R-SR012 decoction was selected from 23 polyherbal medicines, based on metal-chelating and chain-breaking antioxidant capacities. The influences of this extract on the survival and some stress biomarkers of C. elegans under paraquat-induced oxidative stress were evaluated. Furthermore, lifespan analysis and levels of lipofuscin accumulation were examined in senescent nematodes. The phytochemical profile of THP-R-SR012 was analyzed. Results Supplementation with THP-R-SR012 decoction significantly increased the mean lifespan and reduced the oxidative damage to C. elegans under oxidative stress conditions. Further, THP-R-SR012 supplementation slightly influenced the lifespan and the level of lipofuscin accumulation during adulthood. Antioxidant-related phytochemical constituents of THP-R-SR012 decoction were rutin, naringenin, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, gallic acid, glycyrrhizic acid, demethoxycurcumin and 18α-glycyrrhetinic acid. Conclusion The antioxidant potential of THP-R-SR012 was due to its scavenging properties, its enhancement of antioxidant-related enzyme activities, and the presence of the antioxidant-related compound. These results support the traditional use of THP-R-SR012 decoction as a tonic for nourishing and strengthening the whole body.

An efficient, green and sustainable approach for the synthesis of novel polycyclic pyrrolidine-fused spirooxindole compounds was developed. The synthesis included a one-pot, three-component, domino reaction of (E)-3-(2-nitrovinyl)-indoles, isatins and chiral polycyclic α-amino acids under catalyst-free conditions at room temperature in EtOH–H2O. The salient features of this methodology are eco-friendliness, high yields and the ease of obtaining target compounds without the involvement of toxic solvents and column chromatography. These novel polycyclic pyrrolidine-fused spirooxindoles provide a collection of structurally diverse compounds that show promise for future bioassays and medical treatments.

An efficient one-pot synthesis of 3-cyano-4-quinolinone derivatives has been developed via the intramolecular cyclization of cyanoacetylenaminones 1 with N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal (DMF-DMA) 2 under catalyst-free conditions in CH3CN. The reaction offers several advantages, including operational simpleness, easily available starting materials, target molecular diversity, and facile purification. Additionally, the 3-cyano substituted quinolinones may undergo further functionalization and assist in the discovery of novel drugs.

Aletris megalantha F. T. Wang & Tang is an herbal plant species endemic to Yunnan Province of China. Its complete plastid genome sequence was 154,704 bp in length, with a large single-copy (LSC) region of 83,265 bp, a small single-copy (SSC) region of 18,127 bp, and a pair of inverted repeat regions (IRs) of 26,656 bp. The whole plastid genome encoded 132 genes, including 85 protein-coding genes, 38 tRNA genes, and eight rRNA genes. The overall GC content of A. megalantha plastid genome was 37.4%. Maximum likelihood phylogenetic analysis based on 14 taxa indicated that A. megalantha is evolutionarily close to A. spicata.

3,3′-spirooxindoles are important synthetic target compounds and play special role in organic chemistry because of their extensive biological activities and applications of pharmaceutical lead discovery. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in design of new, atom economical and eco-friendly isatin-based one-pot multicomponent cascade reactions in aqueous medium for the green synthesis of 3,3′-spirooxindoles. In this review, the recent advances in this area were summarized and classified according to catalyst-free, organic-catalyzed, inorganic-catalyzed, nanometer-silica-catalyzed and enzyme-catalyzed reaction systems. These reviewed methods provide important inspiration for the synthesis of novel 3,3′-spirooxindoles and design of new pharmaceutical compounds.

In this study, we detail the development of a concise and efficient three-component protocol for the regioselective synthesis of highly functionalized bis-indoles through a one-pot, two-step sequential process starting from enaminones 1, indoles 2, and acenaphthylene-1,2-dione 3 that is catalyzed by piperidine and p-methyl benzenesulfonic acid. This protocol has several advantages including simplicity of experimental operation, high efficiency of bond formation, ready availability and low cost of starting materials, environmentally benign conditions, and target molecular diversity.

Among the various treatments, induction of synoviocyte apoptosis by natural products during a rheumatoid arthritis (RA) pathological condition can be considered to have vast potential. However, it is unclear that liquiritin, a kind of natural flavonoid extracted from the roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, induced the apoptosis of the synovial membrane and its molecular mechanism. In this study, interleukin-1β (IL-1β)-RA-FLS cells were incubated with different concentrations of liquiritin. An MTT assay, Hoechst 33342 staining, JC-1 staining, and Western blot were used to check the viability, cell apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane potential changes, and the expression of related proteins, respectively. In vivo, a TUNEL assay and HE staining of tissue were used for histopathological evaluation. Our results showed that liquiritin significantly inhibited the proliferation of IL-1β-induced-RA-FLS, promoted nuclear DNA fragmentation, and changed the mitochondrial membrane potential to accelerate cell apoptosis. Liquiritin downregulated the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax and inhibited the VEGF expression and phosphorylation of JNK and P38. Moreover, liquiritin improved the clinical score of rheumatism, inflammatory infiltration, and angiogenesis and induced apoptosis of the synovial tissue in vivo. Hence, liquiritin ameliorates RA by reducing inflammation, blocking MAPK signaling, and restraining angiogenesis.

Bioaerosols have widely been a concern due to their potential harm to human health caused by the carrying and spreading of harmful microorganisms. Biofiltration has been generally used as a green and effective technology for processing VOCs. However, bioaerosols can be emitted into the atmosphere as secondary pollutants from the biofiltration process. This review presents an overview of bioaerosol emissions from gas bioreactors. The mechanism of bioaerosols production and the effect of biofiltration on bioaerosol emissions were analyzed. The results showed that the bioaerosol emission concentrations were generally exceeded 104 CFU m−3, which would damage to human health. Biomass, inlet gas velocity, moisture content, temperature, and some other factors have significant influences on bioaerosol emissions. Moreover, as a result of the analysis done herein, different inactivation technologies and microbial immobilization of bioaerosols were proposed and evaluated as a potential solution for reducing bioaerosols emissions. The purpose of this paper is to make more people realize the importance of controlling the emissions of bioaerosols in the biofiltration process and to make the treatment of VOCs by biotechnology more environmentally friendly. Additionally, the present work intends to increase people’s awareness in regards to the control of bioaerosols, including microbial fragment present in bioaerosols., Highlights • The biofiltration generally emit more than 104 CFU m−3 bioaerosol. • The bioaerosol emitted from the biofiltration is a potential threat to human body. • Shear force and dilution affect the concentration of bioaerosol emissions. • PCD is promising to control bioaerosols because of few secondary pollutants.

Acidic substances, which produced during chlorinated volatile organic compounds, will corrode the commonly used packing materials, and then affect the removal performance of biofiltration. In this study, three biofilters with different filter bed structure were established to treat gaseous chlorobenzene. CaCO3 and 3D matrix material was added in filter bed as pH buffering material and filter bed supporting material, respectively. A comprehensive investigation of removal performance, biomass accumulation, microbial community, filter bed height, voidage, pressure drops, and specific surface area of the three biofilters was compared. The biofilter with CaCO3 and 3D matrix material addition presented stable removal performance and microbial community, and greater biomass density (209.9 kg biomass/m3 filter bed) and growth rate (0.033 d−1) were obtained by using logistic equation. After 200 days operation, the height, voidage, pressure drop, specific surface area of the filter bed consisted of perlite was 27.4 cm, 0.39, 32.8 Pa/m, 974,89 m2/m3, while those of the filter bed with CaCO3 addition was 28.2 cm, 0.43, 21.3 Pa/m, and 1021.03 m2/m3, and those of the filter bed with CaCO3 and 3D matrix material addition was 28.7 cm, 0.55, 17.4 Pa/m, and 1041.60 m2/m3. All the results verified the biofilter with CaCO3 and 3D matrix material addition is capable of sustaining the long-term performance of biofilters. CaCO3 could limit the changes of removal efficiency, microbial community and filter bed structure by buffering the pH variation. And 3D matrix material could maintain the filter bed structure by supporting the filter bed, regardless of the buffering effect.

The antimalarial drug, chloroquine (CQ), has been reported as an autophagy inhibitor in a variety of disorders, including Alzheimer's disease and brain ischemia. To the best of our knowledge, no studies to date have examined the potential for CQ to provide neuroprotection in animal models of traumatic brain injury (TBI). The aim of this study was to investigate the neuroprotective actions of CQ in TBI and to determine the mechanisms underlying this effect. Rats were immediately subjected to a diffuse cortical impact injury caused by a modified weight-drop device and divided randomly into three groups: sham-operated, CQ treatment and vehicle. The CQ treatment group was administered CQ (intraperitoneally, 3 mg/kg body weight) immediately following the induction of injury. The co-localization of neuron-specific nuclear protein (NeuN) and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 (LC3), was followed by immunofluorescent staining. The expression of LC3 and inflammatory cytokines was identified by western blot analysis. Wet-dry weight method was utilized to evaluate TBI-induced brain edema. Motor function was evaluated using the Neurological Severity Score (NSS) scale and the Morris water maze was employed to assess spatial learning ability. This study demonstrated that the administration of CQ attenuates TBI-induced cerebral edema, and the associated motor and cognitive functional deficits that occur post-injury. Following the induction of cerebral trauma, CQ treatment significantly suppressed neuronal autophagy and reduced expression levels of the inflammatory cytokines, interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), in the rat hippocampus. Our results have provided in vivo evidence that CQ may exert neuroprotective effects following TBI, in attenuating brain edema and improving neurological functioning, by reducing the damaging consequences of neuronal autophagy and cerebral inflammation.

Distribution communications network will cover the entire distribution automation master, terminals and related services, enabling the communication network can effectively meet the distribution automation system needs.

A portable LIBS device capable of analyzing material component especially for drilling fluids in the drilling site was designed and assembled. A position adjustable apparatus was developed, which permits the applications in outdoor environments. The alkali metal elements such as potassium (K), calcium (Ca), sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al), have been detected in the drilling fluids using the newly developed portable LIBS device. The results show that the device well performs qualitative analysis, and also has potential predominance for the quantitative analysis in-situ.

The national green building evaluation is divided into two phases of design and operation label. Because of involving many units, complicated operation and long construction, it is difficult to achieve the whole process identification of green building.It refines the assessment process of green building into conceptual design, predesign, construction drawing stage, green construction, completion and acceptance of construction, operation and maintenance respectively.Furthermore, the detail requirements and implementary strategies are expatiated in the article, combined with related theory and engineering design. Additional, it analyzed on green strategies of evaluation based on an actual engineering to provide a reference for green building assessment.

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of seed priming on the germination and physiology of Pinus bungeana seeds. Seeds were treated by hydropriming with distilled water, halopriming with potassium nitrate (KNO3) at −0.3, −0.6, −1.2 MPa respectively (untreated dry seeds were taken as control). Properties of seed germination and physiology were determined and the effect of hydro- and halopriming on germination and physiology of P. bungeana seeds were investigated. The results showed that, compared with control, each priming treatment had increased the ge rmination percentage (GP) and germination index (GI), shortened the mean germination time (MGT) and the time required for 50% of the seeds to germinate (G 50). Primed P. bungeana seeds significantly decreased the relative conductivity and the amount of malondialdehyde (MDA). Of all the treatments applied to seeds of P. bungeana, halopriming at −0.3 MPa KNO3 produced the highest GP (65.0%) and the shortest MGT (18.8 d) and G 50 (18.2 d).

In the paper, the planar parasitic coupling multi-resonator configuration yielding broad BW (Bandwidth) for wireless communication system is presented. The proposed antenna, a rectangular driven element and the same two semicircular parasitic elements with a pair of arc-shaped slots, fed by a coaxial probe, is etched on a thin circular dielectric substrate Teflon. In order to enhance bandwidth of micro-strip antenna, multi-resonator technique is employed. In this case, we introduce two identical semicircular parasitic elements which are placed at the same distance from the two non-radiating edges of the rectangular driven element. Besides, cutting the same two arc-shaped slots in the two parasitic elements will be conducive to excite adjacent modes of the fundamental resonant mode for the proposed antenna. Results show that more modes close to the fundamental resonant mode will appear. For the proposed antenna, impedance bandwidth over 10% of the Operating frequency is obtained. Compared to conventional antennas, the antenna has better performance in the requirement of bandwidth and is simple in configuration. Moreover, the peak gain and 3-dB beam-width of the proposed antenna are approximately 6.5dBi and 90°, respectively.

This letter proposes a UWB signaling localization scheme for indoor multipath channel. It demonstrates that the proposed method does not require LOS path (LP) and is suitable for severe non line-of-sight (NLOS) condition. A low-complexity TOA estimation algorithm, the strongest path (SP) detection by convolution, is designed, which is easier to implement than the LP detection since it dispenses with the process of threshold setting. Experiments under NLOS channels in IEEE.802.15.4a are conducted and the localization influences due to the algorithm parameters are discussed. The results prove the feasibility of the proposed localization scheme under the indoor multipath NLOS environment.

China aviation project has little sample and the traditional method can not estimate the project cost accurately. This paper proposes a method estimating aviation project cost based on gray systematic theory. We divide aviation product into systems or parts and regard them as cost estimation unit. The gray forecasting model GM (1, 1) was set up based on historical cost data of cost estimation unit. If the model’s precision doesn’t meet with the requirement of aviation project cost estimation, the revision model GM (1, 1) must be set up to raise the estimation precision The experimental results show the method can get the more high-accuracy estimation value using the little sample and is suitable for the cost estimation of the our country aviation project.

In military academies, “task-oriented” teaching way should be put into use to make teaching goals well achieved. In this paper, from discussing the connotation of “task-oriented” teaching way as the starting point, the current implement of this kind teaching method in military academies is fully analyzed and some existing problems are pointed out. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures as well as the key points requiring attention are also suggested.

The P2X7 inhibitor, brilliant blue G (BBG), has been reported as a neuroprotective drug against a variety of disorders, including neuropathic pain and brain ischemia. Currently, no studies have examined the potential for BBG to provide neuroprotection in animal models of TBI. The aim of the present study was to investigate the neuroprotective effect of BBG on TBI and to determine the underlying mechanisms. The rats were subjected to a diffuse cortical impact injury caused by a modified weight-drop device, and then divided randomly into three groups: the sham-operated, BBG treatment and vehicle groups. In the BBG treatment group, 50 mg/kg brilliant blue G (BBG; 100% pure), a highly specific and clinically useful P2X7 antagonist, was administered via the tail vein 15 min prior to or up to 8 h following TBI. The co-localization of NeuN and protein kinase Cγ (PKCγ) was followed with immunofluorescent staining. The expression of P2X7, PKCγ and inflammatory cytokines was identified by western blot analysis. Wet-dry weight method was used to evaluate brain edema, and motor function outcome was examined using the neurological severity score. The present study demonstrated that the administration of BBG attenuated TBI-induced cerebral edema and the associated motor deficits. Following trauma, BBG treatment significantly reduced the levels of PKCγ and interleukin-1β in the cortex. The results provide in vivo evidence that BBG exerted neuroprotective effects by attenuating brain edema and improving neurological functions via reducing PKCγ and interleukin-1β levels following TBI.

The cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p21(waf1/cip1/sdi1) is an important negative regulator in control of cell cycle. Its functions of inhibiting cancer cell growth and its effects on expression of G1 phasecyclins and relatedCDKs are a worthy topic for study. The plasmid expressing p21 with high level was transformed to human breast cancer cells, and the expression of p21 in cells was enhanced, then the cell growth rate, anchorage-independent growth and tumorigenecity were tested, at the same time the expression levels ofcyclinD1, CDK4, cyclinE andCDK2 were analyzed by Northern blot. The results showed that since the expression of p21 was enhanced in the cell, the rate of cell growth and anchorage-independent growth was inhibited, tumorigenecity was suppressed, the level of expression ofcyclinE andCDK2 decreased while that ofcyclinD1 andCDK4 was not affected. It is suggested that the enhanced expression of p21 markedly inhibits the proliferation and lessens the tumorigenecity of breast cancer cells, and that p21 expression is not related to that ofcyclinD1 andCDK4, but affects the expression ofcyclinE andCDK2.

To explore the etiology and management of disappointing early urination in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) following transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).The clinical data and management of 58 cases of disappointing urination within 3 months after TURP were reviewed.Of the total number of patients with disappointing early urination after TURP, 7 (12%) underwent a second operation, 6 (10%) received outpatient treatment, and the other 45 (78%) showed spontaneous improvement within 1 year with no further treatment.The causes of disappointing early urination after TURP included bladder neck contracture, urethral stricture and urinary tract infection, which necessitate secondary treatment. And a greater proportion of the patients showed functional lability of the bladder detrusor muscle, which could be spontaneously improved within 1 year after TURP.

In order to build virtual simulation model of beer-packaging production line, a novel approach for building kinematical model of single main machine and integrating this model into whole manufacturing system is addressed in this paper. Kinematical modeling is based on peer models and auxiliary node. Peer models hold identical CAD geometry and motion process, but their assembled position is symmetrical in the machine. Auxiliary node is used to facilitate to control the position and orientation for CAD models in the virtual environment. For kinematical model is of continuous whilst packaging production line of discrete, a hybrid simulation mechanism is developed to integrate the kinematical models into whole simulation model of manufacturing system. The continuous motion of main machine is divided into a series of discrete events by selecting an appropriate time slice. These inner-machine motion discrete events are organized by a motion event list and inter-machine discrete events by another logical event list. Both are supervised and scheduled by single simulation engine according to advancing simulation clock. The feasibility and efficiency of this method has been proven by application to modeling part of the production line that includes two main machines in the production line, bottle-case separator and case-stack unloader.

Antisense CDK4 was transfected into human colorectal cancer cells HT29 to examine the effect of it on the growth and proliferation of HT29 cells.Antisense CDK4 transfected the HT29 cells with lipofectamine. The transfected effects were verified by the Northern blot, Western blot, morphological method, flow cell measure, etc.The transformant cells showed the expression of exogenous antisense CDK4 mRNA, and downmodulation of endogenous CDK4 mRNA expression and inhibition of its protein synthesis. The transformant cells exhibited the partial reversion of the malignant phenotype and behavior, and that the cell growth and the ability of colony formation in soft agar were inhibited. The arrest of G1 phase was also revealed. the apoptosis rate is higher in HT29-asCDK4.The antisense CDK4 gene can inhibited the cell growth and proliferation, and induce the cell apoptosis. It might provide a new way to gene therapy of the colorectal carcinoma.
