High repetition frequency (HRF) ultrashort pulse fiber laser has been widely used in laser cold processing. The technical solutions such as short cavity length fiber laser have been proposed to achieve HRF ultrashort pulse output recently. However, the application of material-based saturable absorbers in this field has been astricted due to the low modulation depth, low damage resistance threshold, and high saturation fluence. Here, we designed a one-dimensional asymmetric photonic crystal with defect layer (1D-APCDL) as a novel saturable absorber, where the defect layer is Bi1.6Sb0.4Te3 with high modulation depth. The harmonic pulse with 3.82 GHz repetition frequency is achieved at the wavelength of 1562 nm, which is the highest repetition frequency of the topological insulator-based ring fiber laser so far to the best of our knowledge. The research provides a new saturable absorber solution, and provides a new idea for the application of material-based nonlinear optical chip in high-repetition frequency ultrashort pulse fiber lasers.

β-cell dedifferentiation is important in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes, and the relationship between lysosome membrane proteins and pancreatic β-cell dedifferentiation is still unknown. Sidt2 is a lysosomal membrane protein identified in our previous study. After Sidt2 elimination, mice exhibited a diabetic phenotype. In the present study, we found that Sidt2 also can be considered a new insulin granule membrane protein. Sidt2 deficiency resulted in islet dysfunction and inhibited insulin secretion. The absence of Sidt2 also led to increased β cell dedifferentiation in mice. Further experiments showed that defects in insulin secretion caused dedifferentiation in the absence of Sid2. In summary, our study has found a new dedifferentiation regulatory mechanism mediated by a lysosomal membrane protein. This new secretory regulation pathway will enrich our understanding of the regulatory mechanisms involved in β cell dedifferentiation and provide new insights into the pathogenesis of diabetes.

Effectively capturing, releasing, and reanalyzing circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are critical in cancer diagnosis and individualized treatment. Traditional immunomagnetic separation has disadvantages of low sensitivity and specificity, and is time-consuming and costly in CTCs capture. It is also easily disturbed by the microenvironment in releasing and analyzing CTCs. Here, we proposed an aptamer-mediated DNA concatemer functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs-AMDC) for the reversible capture and release of CTCs. In this study, aptamers were used both for efficiently capturing CTCs without complicated assembly steps and stimulus-response switch for releasing CTCs with little influence on cellular activity. The MNPs-AMDC was demonstrated to effectively capture (83%) and release CTCs with a good viability rate (92%). Moreover, this device was also tested in clinical blood samples, which would provide a universal tool for diagnosing cancer and treating individuals.

Sensitive and accurate detection of cancer cells is of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. In this work, we developed a simple fluorescent signal amplification biosensor based on an entropy-driven three-dimensional (3D) multipedal-DNA walker for highly sensitive detection of cancer cells. Firstly, DNA tetrahedron nanostructures (DTNs) combined with AS1411 aptamer were used as the capture probe to achieve efficient capture of cancer cells. Then, the bipedal hairpin fuel chain hybridized with DTNs and exposed two catalytic "legs" to form a walker probe. Finally, the walker probe autonomously walked on polystyrene microspheres (PS) via entropy-driven catalytic reaction. DTNs rolled on the PS to achieve multipedal walking, realizing fluorescence signal amplification due to fluorescence recovery of DNA-CdTe quantum dots on the PS surface. This fluorescence signal amplification strategy showed excellent selectivity and sensitivity toward cancer cells with the detection limit of 7 cell mL

In the era of intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), it is important to analyse the prognostic value of deficient mismatch repair (dMMR) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). In this study, in pretreatment biopsies of 69 patients with stage II–IVa NPC, the expression levels of MMR proteins, including MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2, were assessed by immunohistochemistry (IHC). The median follow-up time was 37.5 months (3.1–87.4 months). 50.7% of cases (35/69) showed preserved expression of all 4 MMR proteins, which was interpreted as proficient mismatch repair (pMMR). Only 1.5% of cases (1/69) lost expression of all 4 MMR proteins, 26.1% of cases (18/69) have PMS2 loss alone and 21.7% of cases (15/69) lost expression of both PMS2 and MLH1. Thus, 49.3% of cases (34/69) lost expression of one or more MMR proteins, which was interpreted as dMMR. There was no significant difference (P > 0.05) in terms of sex, age, clinical stage, T category, N category or therapy regimens between the dMMR and pMMR groups. The multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that dMMR was an independent significant prognostic factor for distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) (dMMR vs pMMR: P = 0.01, HR = 0.25, 95% CI: 0.09~0.75). Therefore, NPC patients with dMMR had significantly superior DMFS compared with patients with pMMR. It can be expected that dMMR will become a new independent prognostic factor for NPC.

In TianQin spaceborne gravitational-wave detectors, the stringent requirements on the magnetic cleanliness of the test masses demand the high resolution ground-based characterization measurement of their magnetic properties. Here we present a single frequency modulation method based on a torsion pendulum to measure the remanent magnetic moment m r of 1.1 kg dummy copper test mass, and the measurement result is (6.45±0.04(stat)±0.07(syst)) × 10−8 A⋅m2. The measurement precision of the m r is about 0.9 nA⋅m2, well below the present measurement requirement of TianQin. The method is particularly useful for measuring extremely low magnetic properties of the materials for use in the construction of space-borne gravitational wave detection and other precision scientific apparatus.

The IoT applications in the agriculture industry are intertwined in many ways, creating a hybrid construct of traditional businesses with digital connectivity implementations. Strategic issues and principles on the assimilation of IoT solutions are prevailed through time: investment costs, data interconnectivity, management, and analysis, as well as data security. As the first international organization in which China is the founding country, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization provides strategic support for China on the international stage. At present, there are various issues on the bilateral trade in agricultural products. Realizing the high-quality development of agricultural products trade with SCO member states is of great significance in forming a new pattern of sustainable and healthy development of bilateral agricultural product trade cooperation during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, promoting the joint construction of “a community of shared future for Shanghai Cooperation Organization.” On the basis of analyzing the status quo of bilateral agricultural trade from 2011 to 2019, the influence of various influencing factors on the high-quality development of bilateral agricultural trade is empirically analyzed based on the gravity model. The study found that the overall quality of agricultural trade between China and the SCO member countries has shown a fluctuating upward trend with a larger development space. The size of the market, the level of trade facilitation, and the degree of trade openness and trade structure in each country have a significant role in promoting export value of China and other countries.

Single atoms are interesting candidates for studying quantum optics and quantum information processing. Recently, trapping and manipulation of single atoms using tight optical dipole traps have generated considerable interest. Here we report an experimental investigation of the dynamics of atoms in a modified optical dipole trap with a backward propagating dipole trap beam, where a change in the two-atom collision rate by six times has been achieved. The theoretical model presented gives a prediction of high probabilities of few-atom loading rates under proper experimental conditions. This work provides an alternative approach to the control of the few-atom dynamics in a dipole trap and the study of the collective quantum optical effects of a few atoms., Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures

The digital revolution changes the perception of the economy and business. The emergence of the industrial internet of things (IIoT) poses a large impact on established business models of manufacturing companies. As an important economic partner of China in South Asia, Pakistan plays an important role in the Belt and Road Initiative. This paper based on the three models: trade specialization coefficient (TSC) index, revealed comparative advantage (RCA) index, and trade complementarity (TC) index, analyzes the competitiveness and complementarity of Chinese Fruit and Vegetable (F&V) trade between China and Pakistan. The results showed that China-Pakistan had their own comparative advantages in F&V export, and there was a big difference in the types of F&V, and the competitiveness of F&V export between them was weak. The import and export structure of F&V between China and Pakistan is consistent, and there is strong trade complementarity. Therefore, it is suggested that China-Xinjiang and Pakistan should establish an import and export cooperation mechanism for F&V and export F&V with strong complementarity to each other. We should build a well-connected logistics network, which relies on the geographical advantages of Xinjiang, and comprehensively upgrade the level and quality of agricultural cooperation with Pakistan to enhance the agricultural cooperation between China and Pakistan. At the same time, China-Pakistan should strengthen cooperation in agricultural technology, trade, and equipment so as to achieve win-win results.

To explore the effect of posaconazole in the primary prevention of invasive fungal disease (IFD) in the induction therapy of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).From August 2018 to November 2020, 144 pediatric patients with ALL treated in Department of Pediatrics, Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University were selected, 88 cases received fluconazole as IFD prophylaxis (fluconazole prophylaxis group), 56 cases received posaconazole as IFD prophylaxis (posaconazole prophylaxis group). The incidence of IFD and treatment-related adverse reactions between the two groups were compared, and the safety of posaconazole was evaluated.The incidence of IFD in the fluconazole prophylaxis group was 20.4% (18/88), and in the posaconazole prophylaxis group was 7.1% (4/56). The incidence of IFD between the two groups was statistically significant different(P=0.030). There was no serious adverse reactions in the two groups. The incidence of mild adverse reactions in the posaconazole prophylaxis group (23.2%) was lower than that in the fluconazole prophylaxis group(39.8%), and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.039). There were 12 cases died in the fluconazole prophylaxis group and 4 in the posaconazole prophylaxis group, while no significant difference in the overall survival rate between the two groups (P=0.281).The effect of posaconazole in the primary prophylaxis of IFD is better and incidence of adverse reactions is lower than fluconazole. Posaconazole can be tolerated, and expected to become the first-line primary prophylaxis drug for IFD during the induction remission therapy of childhood ALL.泊沙康唑初级预防在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病诱导治疗中的作用.探讨泊沙康唑在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病诱导治疗中初级预防侵袭性真菌病（IFD）的效果.选择2018年8月－2020年11月中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院儿科血液专科急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿144例，88例采用氟康唑预防IFD（氟康唑预防组），56例采用泊沙康唑预防IFD（泊沙康唑预防组），比较两组IFD发生率及治疗相关不良反应的发生情况，评估泊沙康唑的安全性.氟康唑预防组IFD发生率为20.4%（18/88），泊沙康唑预防组为7.1%（4/56），两组IFD发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.030）。两组均未出现严重的不良反应，泊沙康唑组轻度不良反应发生率（23.2%）低于氟康唑组（39.8%），差异有统计学意义（P=0.039）。氟康唑预防组死亡12例，泊沙康唑预防组死亡4例，两组总体生存率比较差异无统计学意义（P=0.281）.泊沙康唑初级预防IFD的效果优于氟康唑，不良反应的发生率低于氟康唑且可以耐受，在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病诱导缓解治疗中有望成为初级预防IFD一线药物.

The antidepressant mechanism of Sini Powder was investigated by metabonomics based on UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS, and the roles of processing and compatibility in the antidepression of Sini Powder were discussed in the present study. The chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) model of depression was induced in the model group, the Bupleuri Radix group, the Paeoniae Radix Alba group, the herb-pair group(Bupleuri Radix-Paeoniae Radix Alba), the Sini Powder group, and the vinegar-processed Sini Powder group(Bupleuri Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba were vinegar-processed). After the establishment of the model, the rats in each group were continuously administered with corresponding drugs(ig) at a dose of 9.6 g·kg~(-1) for eight days [the rats in the model group and the normal group(without model induction) received the same volume of normal saline at the same time]. Following the last administration, the differential metabolites were identified to analyze metabolic pathways based on the rat plasma samples collected from each group. A total of sixteen potential biomarkers were identified. The metabolites with significant changes were involved in many biological metabolic pathways, such as amino acid metabolism, pentose phosphate pathway, glycerol phospholipid metabolism, sphingolipid metabolism, and purine metabolism. After drug intervention, some biomarkers returned to normal levels. Further comparisons of processing and compatibility revealed that the vinegar-processed Sini Powder group had the most total metabolic pathways where differential metabolites were returned to normal. Compared with the individual herbs, the herb-pair significantly improved the recovery of differential metabolites in the pentose phosphate and purine metabolic pathways. Compared with the Sini Powder, the vinegar-processed Sini Powder facilitated the recovery of differential metabolites in the arginine biosynthesis, and pyrimidine and pentose phosphate metabolic pathways. As indicated by the results, Sini Powder may interfere with depression by regulating lipid and nucleotide metabolisms. The processing and compatibility of Chinese herbal medicines can potentiate the intervention on depression by regulating nucleotide, energy, and amino acid metabolisms to a certain extent.

To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) preconditioning of "Shenmen" (HT7)-"Tongli" (HT5) segment of the Heart Meridian on neuronal electrical activities of lateral hypothalamus area (LHA) in rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI), so as to investigate its possible mechanism underlying improvement of MIRI.Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into sham, model, EA and damage + EA (D+EA) groups, with 6 rats in each group. The MIRI model was established by occlusion of the anterior descending branch (ADB) of the left coronary artery for 30 min, followed by reperfusion for 2 h. In the sham operation group, the ADB was only threaded beneath the artery without ligation. EA (2 Hz, 1 V) was applied to bilateral HT7-HT5 for 20 min, once daily for 7 days. In the D+EA group, FN was injected with 0.4 μL of 1 g/L kainic acid solution. Electrocardiogram (ECG) of the neck-thoracic lead was recorded by using PowerLab. The electrical activities of the LHA region were recorded by the implanted microelectrode array (2×4) and Plexon multi-channel acquisition system. Cluster analysis of neuronal signals was carried out by Offline Sorter software. The discharge waveforms, autocorrelation and cross-correlation of neuronal activities were analyzed by using Neuro Explorer software.Compared with the sham group, the ECG-ST height was significantly increased (EA preconditioning of Heart Meridian can significantly increase the discharge frequency of LHA excitatory pyramidal neurons and reduce the energy of the local field potential spectrum, which maybe one of the important mechanisms of EA in anti -MIRI.

14-3-3 proteins are a highly conserved family of cellular proteins, and widely expressed in all eukaryotes. Because they can bind to a variety of functional signal proteins, so be regarded as "bridge proteins" in protein interaction. Studies have shown that the expression level of 14-3-3 protein family in malignant tumors is closely related to tumor size, depth of invasion and metastasis. Some other studies have shown that 14-3-3 protein plays a pivotal role in cell signal transduction, control of cell cycle process and regulation of apoptosis, and plays an important role in the development of gastric cancer, proliferation, invasion, prognosis and drug resistance, so is expected to become a novel therapeutic target for gastric cancer. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell is a promising method in cancer immunotherapy but faces many challenges in solid tumors. One of the major problems was immunosuppression caused by PD-1. In our study, the expression of c-Met in GC was analyzed from TCGA datasets, GC tissues, and cell lines. The c-Met CAR was a second-generation CAR with 4–1BB, cMet-PD1/CD28 CAR was c-Met CAR adding PD1/CD28 chimeric-switch receptor (CSR). In vitro, we measured the changes of different subgroups, phenotypes and PD-1 expression in CAR-T cells. We detected the secretion levels of different cytokines and the killing ability of CAR-Ts. In vivo, we established a xenograft GC model and observed the anti-tumor effect and off-target toxicity of different CAR-Ts. We find that the expression of c-Met was increased in GC. CD3+CD8+ T cells and CD62L+CCR7+ central memory T cells (TCM) were increased in two CAR-Ts. The stimulation of target cells could promote the expression of PD-1 in c-Met CAR-T. Compared with Mock T, the secretion of cytokines as IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 secreted by two CAR-Ts was increased, and the killing ability to c-Met positive GC cells was enhanced. The PD1/CD28 CSR could further enhance the killing ability, especially the long-term anti-tumor effect of c-Met CAR-T, and reduce the release level of IL-6. CAR-Ts target c-Met had no obvious off-target toxicity to normal organs. Thus, the PD1/CD28 CSR could further enhance the anti-tumor ability of c-Met CAR-T, and provides a promising design strategy to improve the efficacy of CAR-T in GC.

To investigate the efficacy and safety of combination chidamide and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in the treatment of childhood acute T lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL).Seven children with acute T lymphoblastic leukemia received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in SUN Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital of SUN Yat-Sen University were selected. 7 cases of T-ALL were divided into 2 groups: HSCT plus chidamide-treated group (4 cases) and traditional HSCT-treated group (3 cases) as control. The incidence of GVHD and other related complications, as well as implantation, recurrence and survival were compared between the two groups, and the side effects of chidamide were observed. All the patients were follow-up until January 2019.All the 7 patients were alive and, there was no difference in the incidence of acute GVHD between the HSCT plus chidamides treated group and the traditional HSCT-treated group. The implantation rate of HSCT was 100%, and there were no recurrence occurred. During the application of chidamide, 3 cases showed adverse reactions, of which 2 cases had adverse reactions of grade 3 or higher, and 2 cases were hematological adverse reactions (neutropenia, thrombocytopenia), other adverse reactions were non-hematologic adverse reactions (transaminase elevation, fatigue, nausea, vomiting), there were no serious adverse reactions occurred. In the HSCT plus chidamide-treated group, 2 cases were found that mature lymphocytes were not expressed by tumors, during examing for minimal redidaul disease (MRD). Compared with the immunophenotype and TCR rearrangement at first diagnosis, the results did not support the source of residual T-ALL tumor cells. During the review of MRD, it was found that the abnormal T cells showed an increasing trend, indicating that chidamide might induce leukemia cell differentiation through some pathways.Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is still an effective method to cure children's T-ALL. In some cases, abnormal T-cell nonclonal amplification occurs during the application of chidamide, and the children with T-ALL can tolerable adverse reactions of chidamide.西达本胺联合造血干细胞移植治疗儿童急性T淋巴细胞白血病的初步研究.探讨西达本胺联合造血干细胞移植（HSCT）治疗儿童急性T淋巴细胞白血病的有效性和安全性.选择中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院儿科接受造血干细胞移植的急性T淋巴细胞白血病患儿7例。7例患儿分为联合治疗（西达本胺+HSCT）组（4例）和HSCT（传统HSCT）组作为对照组（3例），比较2组间移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）和其它相关并发症，以及植入、复发和患儿生存情况，观察西达本胺的不良反应，并对患儿进行随访，随访至2019年1月.7例患儿均存活,植入率为100%，未出现复发；联合治疗组与对照组GVHD的发生率无差异；应用西达本胺的过程中，有3例出现不良反应，其中3级以上不良反应有2例，均为血液学不良反应（中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少），其它的不良反应为非血液学不良反应（转氨酶升高、乏力、恶心、呕吐），无严重不良反应的发生。联合治疗组有2例在检查微小残留病（minimal redidaul disease，MRD）过程中发现其并非肿瘤表达的成熟淋巴细胞,这与初诊时的免疫表型和TCR重排的比对结果，不支持残留T-ALL肿瘤细胞来源，在复查MRD的过程中发现异常T细胞有增多趋势。这说明，西达本胺可能通过一些途径诱导了白血病细胞的分化.造血干细胞移植仍是治疗儿童T-ALL的有效手段之一。部分患儿在应用西达本胺过程中出现了异常T细胞非克隆性扩增。患儿对西达本胺的不良反应是可以耐受的.

With the goal of lightweight and strong microwave absorption, polyaniline/aminopropyltriethoxysilane/silicon carbide (PANI/APTES/SiC) nano-composites with hierarchical architecture were fabricated through a facile in situ polymerization method. Herein, the SiC powders were modified with APTES in advance to achieve a more uniform envelope by PANI. The composites with different thicknesses of PANI layer and adjustable dielectric properties can be obtained by altering the PANI ratio. For the optimized sample, the minimum value of reflection loss is − 51.34 dB at 13.92 GHz with a thickness of 1.9 mm and the effective attenuation bandwidth is in a broad range from 12.19 to 17.45 GHz (bandwidth of 5.26 GHz). The outstanding absorption properties are closely related to the suitable impedance matching and the multiple loss mechanisms.

Background aims Dendritic cell (DC)-based immunotherapy has recently been reported frequently in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); however, its efficacy remains controversial. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of DC-based immunotherapy on HCC by conducting a systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase and Web of Science were searched to identify clinical trials on DC-based immunotherapy for HCC published up to January 31, 2018. The articles were selected according to pre-established inclusion criteria and methodologic quality, and publication bias were evaluated. Results A total of 1276 cases from 19 clinical trials were included. Compared with traditional treatment, further DC-based therapy enhanced the CD4+ T/CD8+ T ratio (standardized mean difference: 0.68, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.46–0.89, P 1, P Conclusions DC-based therapy not only enhanced anti-tumor immunity, improved the survival rate and prolonged the survival time of HCC patients, but it was also safe. These findings will provide encouraging information for further development of DC-based immunotherapy as an adjuvant treatment for HCC. However, the results must be interpreted with caution because of the small study numbers, publication bias and the various of study designs, pre-treatment and therapeutic processes of DCs.

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in ambient air can participate in photochemical reactions, which lead to the generation of secondary pollutants such as ozone and aerosol. So real-time and accurate monitoring of atmospheric VOCs plays an important role in the study of the causes of air pollution. On the basis of proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry (PTR-MS) research, a novel dipolar proton transfer reaction mass spectrometer (DP-PTR-MS) for real-time and on-line monitoring of atmospheric VOCs was developed. Compared with conventional PTR-MS with one kind of reagent ion H3O+, DP-PTR-MS had three kinds of reagent ions H3O+, OH−, (CH3)2COH+, which could be switched according to the actual detection need. So DP-PTR-MS can improve the qualitative ability and expand the detection range effectively. The reagent ion H3O+ can be used for detecting VOCs whose proton affinities are greater than that of H2O. The reagent ion OH− can be used to identify VOCs cooperating with the reagent ion H3O+, and can also be used for detecting some inorganic substances such as CO2. The reagent ion (CH3)2COH+ can be used for accurately detecting NH3 under interference elimination circumstances. The limit of detection (LOD) and sensitivity of DP-PTR-MS were measured by using six kinds of standard gases. The results showed that the LOD for detecting toluene was 7 × 10−12 (V/V) and the sensitivity for detecting ammonia reached 126 cps/10−9 (V/V). The ambient air in Hefei city was on-line and real-time monitored for continuous 78 h with DP-PTR-MS. The results showed that the newly developed DP-PTR-MS could be used for long-term and real-time monitoring atmospheric VOCs at the concentration of 10−12 (V/V) level. DP-PTR-MS is an important tool to the study of the causes of atmospheric pollution and the monitoring of trace VOCs emissions.

We report experimental investigation on the ferroelectricity and electric field-induced strain response in LiNbO 3 -doped 0.94(Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 )TiO 3 -0.06BaTiO 3 (BNT-BT) piezoelectric ceramics. At room temperature, a large strain of 0.6% (at 70 kV/cm) is achieved in the 2.5%-LiNbO 3 -doped BNT-BT, higher than that of commercially-utilized Pb(Zr,Ti)O 3 . The corresponding piezoelectric coefficient d * 33 reaches 857 pm/V, which is high among these of BNT-based ceramics at room temperature. Further study indicates that the superior piezoelectric properties are realized at the ferroelectric-relaxor transition temperature T F-R , which is pushed to room temperature with 2.5% LiNbO 3 doping. This indicates that large electromechanical response can be induced via delicate mixing of the ferroelectric rhombohedral phase and the polar nanoregions (PNRs) relaxor-ferroelectric tetragonal phase.

The flower-like CuS/RGO composites were synthesized via a facile one-pot solvothermal method, which displayed outstanding photocatalytic activity for Methylene blue(MB) degradation under Xenon lamp irradiation. The as-prepared samples were e examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), photoluminescence(PL) spectra, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission scanning electron microscopy (TEM) and UV–vis optical absorption spectroscopy to determine the properties of the samples, respectively. The results illustrated that RGO had an important effect on the photocatalytic performance of CuS/RGO for dyes. The flower-like CuS/RGO composites exhibited better photocatalytic activity and excellent recyclability in degrading Methylene blue(MB) solution in comparison with pure CuS. The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of MB reached up to nearly 80% after 140 min irradiation, which was more than four times higher than that of CuS, indicating that CuS/RGO composites could have a great potential application in organic pollutants removal.

Background and Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the value of programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression as a predictive biomarker for Miller/Payne grading before neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in breast cancer. Patients and Methods: The expression of PD-L1 in pretreatment biopsies of breast cancer was assessed by immunohistochemistry in tissue microarrays. The results were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software. Results: Of 53 female patients, 10 (18.9%) patients had a grade 5 (G5) response, and 12 (22.6%) patients showed PD-L1 expression, including 7 (13.2%) patients with staining in tumor cells (TCs) and 8 (15.1%) patients with staining in peritumoral lymphocytes (PTLCs). Logistic regression analysis revealed that G5 response to NACT was significantly associated with TCs or PTLCs PD-L1 positivity, whether with univariate analysis (TCs PD-L1: p = 0.00, OR 20.50, 95% CI 3.11–134.94; PTLCs PD-L1: p = 0.02, OR 6.50, 95% CI 1.27–33.20) or with multivariate analysis (TCs PD-L1: p = 0.00, OR 42.23, 95% CI 3.36–530.90; PTLCs PD-L1: p = 0.02, OR 9.07, 95% CI 1.37–60.02). The same trend was found in the luminal subgroup analysis (TCs PD-L1: p = 0.02, OR 23.43, 95% CI 1.66–331.58; PTLCs PD-L1: p = 0.01, OR 47.89, 95% CI 2.47–927.41). Conclusion: G5 response to NACT in breast cancer was significantly associated with TCs or PTLCs PD-L1-positive expression in pretreatment biopsies; it can be expected that PD-L1 will become a new independent biomarker of response to NACT in breast cancer.

Background: Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell is a promising method in cancer immunotherapy but faces many challenges in solid tumors. One of the major problem was immunosuppression cased by PD-1. Methods: The expression of c-Met in GC was analyzed from TCGA datasets, GC tissues and cell lines. The c-Met CAR was a second generation CAR with 4-1BB, cMet-PD1/CD28 CAR was c-Met CAR adding PD1/CD28 fusion receptor. In vitro, we measured the changes of different subgroups, phenotypes and PD-1 expression in CAR-T cells. We detected the secretion levels of different cytokines and the killing ability of CAR-Ts. In vivo, we established a xenograft GC model and observed the anti-tumor effect and off-target toxicity of different CAR-Ts. Findings: The expression of c-Met was increased in GC. CD3+CD8+ T cells and CD62L+CCR7+ central memory T cells (TCM) were increased in two CAR-Ts. The stimulation of target cells could promote the expression of PD-1 in c-Met CAR-T. Compared with Mock T (blank control), the secretion of cytokines as IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 secreted by two CAR-Ts were increased, the killing ability to c-Met positive GC cells were enhanced. The PD1/CD28 fusion receptor could further enhance the killing ability especially the long-term anti-tumor effect of c-Met CAR-T and reduce the release level of IL-6. CAR-Ts target c-Met had no obvious off-target toxicity to normal organs. Interpretation: The PD1/CD28 fusion receptor could further enhance the anti-tumor ability of c-Met CAR-T, and provides a promising design strategy to improve the efficacy of CAR-T in GC. The therapeutic strategies for advanced gastric cancer (GC) remain unsatisfying and limited. Therefore, it is still imperative to fully elucidate the mechanisms underlying GC aggressive progression. The prognostic value and biological functions of low density lipoprotein receptor class A domain containing protein 2 (LDLRAD2) in GC have never been studied yet. We found that LDLRAD2 expression was significantly upregulated in GC and closely correlated with poor prognosis in GC patients. Functionally, LDLRAD2 promoted epithelial-mesenchymal transition, migration and invasion, and metastasis of GC cells. Mechanistically, LDLRAD2 interacted with and inhibited Axin1 from binding to cytoplasmic β-catenin, which facilitated the nuclear translocation of β-catenin, thereby activating Wnt/β-catenin pathway. Inhibition of β-catenin activity markedly abolished LDLRAD2-induced migration, invasion and metastasis. Together, these results suggested that LDLRAD2 contributed to invasion and metastasis of GC through activating Wnt/β-catenin pathway. LDLRAD2/ Wnt/β-catenin axis may be a potential therapeutic target for GC treatment.

To realize the large-scale and high-precision co-phasing adjustment of synthetic-aperture telescopes, we propose a multichannel left-subtract-right feature vector piston error detection method based on a convolutional neural network, which inherits the high precision and strong noise resistance of the DFA-LSR method while achieving a detection range of (−139λ, 139λ) (λ = 720 nm). In addition, a scheme to build large training datasets was proposed to solve the difficulty in collecting datasets using traditional neural network methods. Finally, simulations verified that this method can guarantee at least 94.96% accuracy with large samples, obtaining a root mean square error of 10.2 nm when the signal-to-noise ratio is 15.

The flower-like CuS hierarchical structures were synthesized by solvothermal method. The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, UV–vis optical absorption spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results demonstrated that the as-prepared flower-like CuS with the diameter of 1–5 um was pure hexagonal phase CuS and had well-defined flower-like structures. (1) The as-prepared CuS was proved to possess high photocatalytic performance with band gap of 1.45 eV. The degradation rate of Methylene blue (MB) was up to, 98.26%, 100% after 30 min under UV and visible irradiation. (2)The UPF of cotton fabric treated with CuS reached up to 174 compared with the original untreated fabric with the UPF 20.62. (3) The electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of CuS coating was up to 27–31 dB when the content of CuS increased to 28.6%wt in the frequency of 300 KHz–3 GHz. Furthermore, the influence of reaction conditions on the morphology of the as-prepared CuS was investigated systematically and the possible formation mechanism of the CuS hierarchical structure was also proposed.

Magnetic and electronic properties of S- and N-doped CrO 2 are studied by using the first-principle projector augmented wave potential within the generalized gradient approximation. The optimized lattice constants for CrO 2 agree well with the previous work. With increasing S doping (N doping), the lattice constants of CrO 2− x S x (CrO 2− x N x ) ( x =0.5, 1 and 1.5) all increase (decrease), While these compounds remain the tetragonal structure. CrO 1.5 S 0.5 , CrO 1.5 N 0.5 and CrON compounds remain the half-metallicity, while the band gap is determined by different factors. It is also found that the change of the total magnetic moment with equivalent atom S doping in CrO 2 compound is small except for x =1.

Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) have shown promising prospects in gastroesophageal junction (G/GEJ) cancer immunotherapy, many clinical trials have been carried out. Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ICI in G/GEJ cancer. Methods: The published English articles of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science were searched up to 30/09/2018. The efficacy and safety of ICI were analyzed by meta-analysis. Results: A total of 2003 patients from nine clinical trials were included. Anti-PD-1 treatment improved the 12-month, 18-month overall survival (OS) rate (RR, 1.79 p = 0.013; 2.20 p = 0.011) and prolonged the duration of response (DOR) (MSR, 3.27 p < 0.001). The objective response rate (ORR) in PD-L1+ patients was greater than PD-L1− (RR, 4.31 p < 0.001). Microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) patients had higher ORR and disease control rate (DCR) than microsatellite stability (MSS) (RR, 3.40 p< 0.001; 2.26 p= 0.001). The most common grade ≥3 treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) were fatigue, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatitis, pneumonitis, colitis, hypopituitarism. The TRAE incidence of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 was less than chemotherapy (TRAE RR = 0.64 p< 0.001; ≥3 TRAE RR = 0.37 p < 0.001). The incidence of ≥3 TRAEs of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment was less than that of anti-CTLA-4 (11.7% vs 43.9%). Conclusions: ICI treatment could improve some but not all survival endpoints to advanced or metastatic G/GEJ cancer patients suggesting modest benefit and less adverse reactions. Anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy was more effective to PD-L1+, MSI-H, EBV+, or high tumor mutational burden patients.

Electromagnetic metasurface with many special electromagnetic properties can be utilized to manipulate electromagnetic wave propagation and reflection. If the metasurfaces were designed for coding, random, phase discontinuities, perfect absorber and so on，they can manipulate the scattering or the reflection of electromagnetic wave and achieve the reduction of the radar cross section(RCS). This paper mainly presents the recent progress concerning the reduction of RCS using non - directional scattering or the absorption characteristic in microwave and terahertz wave. The analysis results show that coding electromagnetic metasurface can disperse the reflection into a variety of direction by designing the specific coding sequences for different elements. The coding metasurface which are composed of different digital elements, and the reflection phase difference of these digital elements is constant in a wide frequency range, and higher bit coding metasurface can flexible manipulate electromagnetic wave. The random electromagnetic metasurface can achieve broadband phase shifter by adjusting the size parameters of array element, and can diffuse characteristic by scattering into random wave of the reflection peaks for metal target. Phase discontinuities metasurface can achieve anomalous or diffuse of wave because the phase distribution is not uniform at the surface. The absorber metasurfaces which are designed reasonably with the physical dimensions of the devices can reduce reflection by absorbing electromagnetic wave energy. So, the electromagnetic metasurfaces have a large potential application for radar stealth, broadband communications, imaging and so on. Finally, we discussed the future development of RCS reduction by using the electromagnetic metasurface. In order to satisfy the needs of practical application, the research of metasurface will continue development in broadband, flexible, large angle and other aspects.

Stock index futures has become the major tools for investors to avoid risk or make speculative arbitrage. However, the leverage of stock index futures is large. If they cannot make a correct judgment on the trend of stock index futures, the loss will be great. This paper is based on this background and engages in intensive study. Using traditional and modern econometric methods respectively, the CSI 300 index futures were fitted. In addition, RMSE (root mean square error) was used to find the optimal model. After finding the model, we can put the trading strategy forward.

Structural, magnetic and electronic properties of C-doped monoclinic ZrO2 have been studied by using the first principles projector augmented wave potential within the generalized gradient approximation as well as taking into account on site Coulomb repulsive interaction. The optimized structures show the lattice constants a, b, c and monoclinic angle β of C-doped monoclinic ZrO2 change slightly. While the lattice constants a, b, c and monoclinic angle β of C1-doped monoclinic ZrO2 are smaller than that of C2-doped monoclinic ZrO2. The total magnetic moment of C-doped monoclinic ZrO2 is mainly contributed by the atomic magnetic moment of C atom. For C atom substituting O atom, the systems are found to be half-metallic material and usable in magnetoelectronic and spintronic devices.

Using the first principle projector augmented wave potential within the generalized gradient approximation as well as taking into account the on-site Coulomb repulsive interaction, the structure, magnetic and electronic properties of N-doped monoclinic ZrO2 have been studied. For N doping in different oxygen sites, the lattice constants a, b, c and monoclinic β angle are almost equal. The N-doped m-ZrO2 is a ferromagnetic half-metallic material. The total magnetic moment is mostly contributed by the N atom. Spin splitting occurs between the partial DOS of the up-spin and down-spin channels for N 2s and 2p states, as well as the hybridization appears between N 2p and O 2p states. The strong ionic bonding character in N-doped m-ZrO2 is revealed in the substantial charges transfer from Zr atoms to N and O atoms.

This paper analyzed temperature field and temperature stress of cement concrete pavement under periodic variable low temperature using finite element method modeling technique in ABAQUS. And discussed the effect of wind speed, surface thermal conductivity coefficient on temperature field. Cracking and warping at the joint of concrete panel was simulated to analyze pavement deformation and mechanical characteristics. Results show that at lower temperature, concrete face will appear horizontal longitudinal displacement, causing the appearance of cracking; and warping effect will appear at the concrete panel, leading to concrete pavement void. It is revealed that dowel bar has not occurred plastic deformation, that is, bending strength meets the requirements.

Micrococcus luteus Z3 was immobilized in polyurethane foam and its ability to degrade nitrobenzene was investigated. Batch experiments showed that polyurethane-foam-immobilized cells possessed a higher degradation capacity. Compared to freely suspended cells (FSC), immobilized cells degraded nitrobenzene more efficiently under alkali and acid conditions, as well as higher temperature. Kinetic studies revealed that higher concentrations of nitrobenzene were better tolerated and more quickly degraded by immobilized cells. Moreover, in the presence of NaCl (≤10%, w/v) immobilized cells exhibited better tolerance toward salinity. Therefore immobilization of Z3 in polyurethane foam could be a promising method for treating nitrobenzene industrial wastewater, especially with high salinity.
