With the huge energy demand inevitably exacerbates the non-renewable resources depletion and ecological-social challenges, renewable energy has become a crucial participant in sustainable strategy. Biorefinery emerged as a sustainable approach and recognized promising transformation platforms for products, to achieve circular bioeconomy which focuses on the biomass efficient and sustainable valorization, promotes resource regeneration and restorative. The emerged biowaste biorefinery has proved as sustainable approach for integrated bioproducts and further applied this technology in industrial, commercial, agricultural and energy sectors. Based on carbon neutral sustainable development, this review comprehensive explained the biowaste as renewable resource generation and resource utilization technologies from the perspective of energy, nutrient and material recovery in the concept of biorefinery. Integrate biorefinery concepts into biowaste management is promise for conversion biowaste into value-added materials and contribute as driving force to cope with resource scarcity, climate changes and huge material demand in circular bioeconomy. In practice, the optimal of biorefinery technologies depends on environmentally friendly, economic and technical feasibility, social and policy acceptance. Additionally, policy interventions are necessary to promote biowaste biorefinery implements for circular bioeconomy and contribute to low-carbon cleaner environment.

In this study, Novozym 435-catalyzed interesterification of ethyl ferulate (EF) with phosphatidylcholine (PC) in a two-phase system consisting of an ionic liquid (IL) and toluene was optimized to prepare feruloylated lysophospholipids (FLPs). Optimum conditions for the interesterification process were found to be [Bmim][Tf2N]/toluene ratio of 1:1 (v/v), solvent volume of 4 mL, molecular sieves (4 A) concentration of 80 mg/mL, reaction temperature of 55°C, substrate molar ratio of 5:1 (PC/EF), Novozym 435 concentration of 50 mg/mL. Under these conditions, two FLPs products (1-FLP and 2-FLP) with total conversion rate of 50.79% were obtained. Because the formation of 1-FLP was significantly higher than 2-FLP, 1-FLP was purified and characterized by LC-MS and NMR. In addition, 1-FLP showed DPPH scavenging activity comparable with those of EF and BHT. Therefore, this study provides a good method for transformation of ferulic acid to improve its solubility and promote its application as functional ingredient in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

The effects of bamboo biochar (BB) variables on gaseous emissions, maturity and microbial dynamics during composting of sheep manure were investigated. The experiments were conducted with six different ratio of BB (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10% dry weight based) and 0% is compiled as control. The results showed that 10%BB provided rapid mineralization and less time duration of compost maturity. 10% BB has the excellent impact on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction and nutrients conservation (nitrogen and carbon losses were 13.40 g/kg and 124.42 g/kg) as compared to other treatments. Control was significantly different from other treatments in terms of GHG emission and nitrogen loss and had the lowest germination index after 42 days composting. BB addition were the main factors influencing GHG emission and improve the bacterial abundance. There is a significant correlation among the analyzed physicochemical factors, gaseous emission and bacterial phylum is used 8–10% BB for SM composting. Higher percentages of BB not only reduced CH4 and N2O emissions but also showed significant influence on CO2 and NH3 losses as well as improve the end product quality.

The Loess Plateau is the largest apple cultivation region in the world. However, the role of rain-fed apple orchards as carbon sinks or sources, including the dynamic variation and influencing factors, are still unclear. In this study, the net ecosystem CO2 exchange (NEE) was monitored by an eddy covariance (EC) system in Loess Plateau apple orchards during 2016–2017. The results demonstrated that the annual NEE was higher in 2016 (− 698.0 g C m−2 year−1) than in 2017 (− 554.0 g C m−2 year−1). Particularly, the amount of orchard CO2 uptake was significantly greater in 2016 (− 772.0 g C m−2) than in 2017 (− 642.1 g C m−2) during the carbon sink period. This difference may be attributed to the higher NEE in 2016 compared to 2017 during the fast and slow growth periods. In addition, a higher daily NEE occurred to the higher air temperature (Ta), which promoted early sprouting in 2016 (− 3.91 g C m−2 day−1) compared to 2017 (− 2.86 g C m−2 day−1) during the fast growth period. The daily NEE in 2016 (− 2.59 g C m−2 day−1) was remarkably higher than that in 2017 (− 1.41 g C m−2 day−1) during the slow growth period, owing to the greater number of cloudy and rainy days and lower temperatures in 2017. Overall, the present study demonstrated the key role played by the amount of precipitation and temperature in regulating the NEE during the growth season and provided accurate quantitative information on the carbon budget in apple orchards.

Aimed to evaluate the coexistence of bacterial and fungal diversity and their correlation with enzymatic activity in response to biochar. This study performed aerobic composting based on typical agricultural wastes of sheep manure with additive apple tree branch biochar at distinct concentration (0, 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10 and 12.5% corresponding from T1 to T6). The result demonstrated that appropriate amendment of biochar enriched bacterial diversity (1646-1686 OTUs) but interestingly decreased fungal diversity (542-630 OTUs) compared to control (1444 and 682 OTUs). Biochar addition enhanced all enzymatic activities and its correlation with bacterial was more complex than fungal community (786 and 359 connect edges). The dominant microbes comprised of Firmicutes (45.2-35.2%), Proteobacteria (14.0-17.5%), Basidiomycota (32.4-49.5%) and Ascomycota (11.3-37.5%) among all the treatments. Overall, biochar regulates the composting microenvironment by influencing the microbial diversity and associated enzymatic activities.

The eddy covariance (EC) technique was used to measure variations of orchard-atmosphere CO2 exchange, as a function of meteorological variables in an apple orchard in 2016–2017. The annual average CO2 exchange rate was 2.295 kg m−2. Excavations and biomass assessments demonstrated that the orchard stored close to 20.6 tC ha−1 as plant C over a 15-year period. Seasonally, high rates of CO2 uptake and low CO2 emissions occurred between May and August and December and March, respectively. The maximum rates of monthly CO2 exchange were 144.44 and 153.61 gC m−2 month−1 in August 2016 and June 2017, respectively. Partial least squares (PLS) regressions were used to analyze the influence of meteorological factors to on CO2 exchange rates. Temperature and photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) were observed to exert the largest influence on driving variation in CO2 exchange. The main meteorological factors affecting CO2 exchange on daily and monthly time scales were soil temperature (Tsoil), air temperature (Ta), PAR, below canopy CO2 concentration (BCC), vapor pressure deficit (VPD), and soil water content at 50 cm (SWC50cm). The regression model equation describing CO2 exchange included Ta, VPD, precipitation (PPT), and sunshine duration (SD), as significant variables. This model curve fitting explains over 80% of the variation in CO2 exchange. This study provides CO2 exchange characteristics and a model equation capable of predicting CO2 exchange of an apple orchard.

The global living standards are currently undergoing a stage of growth; however, such improvement also brings some challenges. Global warming is the greatest threat to all living things and attracts more and more attention on a global scale due to the rapid development of economy. Carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), and nitrous oxide (N2O) are the common components of greenhouse gases, which contribute to the global warming. Mitigation technologies for these gas emissions are urgently needed in every industry for the aim of cleaner production. Traditional agriculture also contributes significantly to enhance the greenhouse gases emission. Composting is a novel and economic greenhouse gases mitigation strategy compared to other technologies in terms of the organic waste disposal. Some of the European countries showed an increase of more than 50% in the composting rate. The microbial respiration, nitrification and denitrification processes, and the generation of anaerobic condition makes the emission of greenhouse gases inevitable during composting. However, although there have been a lot of papers that focused on the reduction of greenhouse gases emission in composting, none of these has summarized the methods of reducing the emission of greenhouse gases during the composting. This review discusses the benefit of composting in greenhouse gases mitigation in the organic waste management and the current methods to improve mitigation efficiency during cleaner composting. Key physical, chemical, and biological parameters related to greenhouse gases mitigation strategies were precisely studied to give a deep understanding about the emission of greenhouse gases during cleaner composting. Furthermore, the mechanism of greenhouse gases emission mitigation strategies for cleaner composting based on various external measures would be helpful for the exploration of novel and effective mitigation strategies.

Total livestock emissions account for up to 14.5% of man-made greenhouse gas emissions. Counteractive measures, such as circular economy concepts and negative emission technologies are necessary to limit global warming below 1.5 °C. Possible treatment options for organic manure include anaerobic digestion, combustion, gasification, hydrothermal liquefaction and composting. The choice of treatment varies depending on the economics, the requirement of a specific product, and sociocultural factors. Commercialization of these treatments needs a blend of appropriate technology, feasible economics, policy support and agreeable socio-cultural conditions. Key findings of this study include the following: 1. Increasing scientific awareness about manure management and treatment; 2. Building a sustainable cooperative model to commercialize technologies; 3. Creating a market for manure recycling products; 4. The role of policy in supporting technologies and consumers; and 5. The codigestion of substrates for better efficacy. Current trends show minimal actions in place as opposed to the high-rate of acceleration that is necessary.

Rice bran protein (RBP) aggregates were prepared by heating of RBP solution at 90 °C for 4 h at pH 2, 7, or 11 and used for preparing of packaging films. The structure and properties of RBP aggregates and RBP-based films were characterized with sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and circular dichroism. The results showed formation of fibrillar, globular, and large molecular protein aggregates during the heating at pH 2, 7 and 11. The heat-aggregated RBP-based films exhibited lower opacity, moisture content, water solubility, and water vapor permeability than those of untreated RBP-based films. Also, improved mechanical and thermal properties were found for the heat-aggregated RBP-based films. In addition, the heat-aggregated RBP-based film at pH 11 showed homogenous and smooth surface as well as compact appearance compared with the untreated RBP-based films or heat-aggregated RBP-based film at pH 2 or 7. Furthermore, the secondary structure of heat-aggregated RBP film exhibited an increase in β-sheet content and molecular interactions through non-covalent bonds. The obtained results indicated that formation of protein aggregates could improve physical, mechanical, and thermal properties of RBP-based film, especially at pH 11.

In this paper, the influence of clay amendment on antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) fate and their relation with bacterial diversity in poultry manure (PM) composting was evaluated. The results confirmed that 4% clay amendment was significantly reduce the relative abundances (RAs) 94% of ARGs, while higher dosage of clay blended treatments (T5 and T6) composts were observed relatively very high percentage of ARGs as compared to other clay blended treatments. Clay addition play potential role on the occurrence and distribution of ARGs during the composting by altering the overall RAs of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria, and there host bacterial species. The heat map correlation figure also indicated that reduction of ARGs was significantly associated with the alteration of microbial dynamics and physicochemical parameters during the composting. Therefore, the addition of 4% clay in to PM composting system could efficiently mitigate the greater concentration of ARGs in PM compost and also environmental risk associated with its application.

Blueberry (Vaccinium spp.) is one of the five major healthy foods for humans and is recognized as the "king of the world fruit", which has attracted great interest in the phytogenic prebiotics market. Blueberry fruit is favored for its delicious taste and its various functional ingredients (organic acids, phenolics, minerals and vitamins) with multitherapeutic value (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, neuroprotective and vision improvement properties). However, fresh blueberries are highly perishable since they are vulnerable to mechanical damage and microbial decay, resulting in a short shelf life and inevitable subsequent economic losses. Due to the strong seasonal availability and limited storage period of blueberries, their derived bioactive products have emerged as functional foods. Novel food developments that are currently available include blueberry fruit juice, wine, vinegar, jam, dried fruit, pulp powder, colorant and flavoring additives used in cake, biscuit, bread, yogurt, and jelly. This review systematically describes the current status of blueberry fruit as bioactive ingredients and valuable food products with greater nutraceutical health potential of blueberries.

This study aimed to clarify that long-term leguminous grass mulching (crown vetch (CV) and white clover (WC)) and gramineous grass (orchardgrass (OG)) drive the distribution of soil aggregates and are associated with dissolved organic matter (DOM) components. Excitation emission spectroscopy and parallel factor analysis (EEM-PARAFAC) were used to evaluate the influence of different grass mulches among aggregates. The results indicated that legumes had a more significant impact on the distribution of aggregates and DOM content than gramineae grass mulching. Present study was focus on the pollution control aspect of gaseous mitigation and heavy metal passivation as well as their associated bacterial communities driven by apple tree branch biochar (BB) during sheep manure composting. Six treatment was performed with distinct concentration of BB from 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, and 12.5% as T1 to T6. Compared with compost without additive, biochar-based composting recorded faster thermophilic process (4thd) and longer duration (12–14d), lower gaseous emission in terms of ammonia (5.37–10.29 g), nitrous oxide (0.12–0.47 g) and methane (4.38–30.29 g). Notably highest temperature (65.3 ℃) and active thermophilic duration (14d), minimized gaseous volatilization were detected in 10%BB composting. Aspect of non-degradability and enrichment-concentration properties of heavy metals, the total copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) were increased (from initial 12.71–17.91 to final 16.36–29.36 mg/kg and 107.39–146.58–161.48–211.91 mg/kg). In view of available diethylene triamine pentacetic acid (DTPA) extractable form, DTPA-Cu and DTPA-Zn from 4.29 to 6.57 and 31.66–39.32 mg/kg decreased to 3.75–4.82 and 23.43–40.54 mg/kg, especially the maximized passivation rate of 46.95% and 56.27% were present in 10%BB composting. Additionally, bacterial diversity of biochar-based composting was increased (1817–2310 OTUs) than control (1686 OTUs) and dominant by Firmicutes (52.75%), Bacteroidetes (28.41%) and Actinobacteriota (13.98%). Validated 10% biochar-based composting is the optimal option for effectively control environmental pollution to obtain hygienic composting.

Food waste (FW) management has become a significant global challenge especially considering the explosive growth of the population and the accompanying increased of food consumption. Notably China as the most populous nation in the world, enormous quantity of FW was generated per year, which possesses a huge market potential and development space in FW recycling and energy recovery. However, traditional technologies for FW management were unable to satisfy the demands on FW production and energy recycling as well as environmental protection. The emerging FW-based biorefinery has been proved to be an efficient green approach in FW utilization, enhancing resource and ecological efficiency with lower greenhouse effect footprint and valorize waste streams, achieving a coordinated and sustainable development of the bio-economy and the environment. However, this emerging technology was still in the infancy stage of progression, its technical and financial feasibility in different areas (developing or developed countries) at distinct scales (small, average, or large scale) still need to be full illustrated. Present study was systemically elaborated theories related to bioconversion process and bio-products of FW, provided comprehensive information for FW bio-refinery in the circular economy in China, and suggested the challenges and opportunities in China for enhancing the emerging bio-economy.

Huge quantities of apple orchard waste (AOW) generated could be regarded as a promising alternative energy source for fuel and material production. Conventional and traditional processes for disposal of these wastes are neither economical nor environment friendly. Hence, sustainable technologies are required to be developed to solve this long-term existence and continuous growing problem. In light of these issues, this review pays attention towards sustainable and renewable systems, various value-added products from an economic and environmental perspective. Refined bio-product derived from AOW contributes to resource and energy demand comprising of biomethane, bioethanol, biofuels, bio-fertilizers, biochar, and biochemicals, such as organic acid, and enzymes. This study aims to assess the effect of amendment of an alkaline Zn, Cd-contaminated soil with compost of wheat straw biochar (CB) (4, 8, 12, and 18%) and sludge and different dosages of nitrogen. In addition, this study aimed to substantially mitigate the bioavailability of Zn and Cd for Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa L.) from smelter-contaminated soils. This study was based on Chinese cabbage (B. rapa L.) growth for phytoremediation of soil toxic metals (TMs) (Zn and Cd) in different dosages of CB nitrogen (50, 150, 250, and 300 kg ha−1) and soil (T1) alone as well as different nitrogen dosages (50-T18, 150-T19, 250-T20, and 300-T21 kg ha−1) of chemical fertilizer (CF). The total and bioavailability of Zn and Cd were measured in shoot and root dry weight biomass, and soil in initial and after harvesting of Chinese cabbage. The chlorophyll content, pH, electrical conductivity, cation exchange capacity, and dissolved organic carbon content were measured to understand their role for plant growth and bioavailability of Zn and Cd. The phytoremediation of Zn and Cd was estimated by diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA)-extractable method using smelter-contaminated soils amended with four different dosages of biochar. The CB application considerably reduced the DTPA-extractable Zn from contaminated soils, while in comparison to the control and CF treatment evidently mobilized the Zn in soil by approximately 4.17%. The maximum solubility of Zn of 23.46 and 26.78% was obtained with the control and CF-applied treatments in soils, respectively. The DTPA-extractable Cd concentration became elevated with increasing CB dosage, and a significantly higher Cd concentration was recorded in T6 compared to the control and chemical fertilizer-applied treatments. In the cases of higher dosages of CB, the Zn translocation in plants from soil was evidently reduced, but a lower CB amendment increased Zn levels by 5.15% in the shoot and 4.78% in the root, respectively. The changes in the soil EC, pH, and CEC by the amendment of CB could be the main reasons for the (im)mobilization of TMs in contaminated soil. Finally, the results confirmed that the CB amendment, especially with 300 kg ha−1 nitrogen, could reduce maximum bioavailability of Zn and Cd and the ecological risk of contaminated soil with TMs.

The fungal dynamics and its correlation with physicochemical and gaseous emission were investigated using metagenomics and Heat map illustrator (HEMI). Five different concentrations of wheat straw biochar (WSB) were applied to poultry manure (PM) and composted for 50 days; those without the WSB treatment were used as a control. The results revealed the dominant phyla to be Chytridiomycota, Mucoromycota, Ascomycota and Basidiomycota, while Batrachochytrium, Rhizophagus, Mucor, and Puccinia were the superior genera. In particular, the diversity of Chytridiomycota and Ascomycota was more abundant among all of the treatments. Overall, the diversity of the fungal species was correspondent, but relative abundance varied significantly among all of the composts. Principle Coordinate Analysis (PCoA) and Non-Metric Multi- Dimensional Scaling (NMDS) indicated that different concentrations of WSB applied treatments have significantly distinct fungal communities. In addition, correlation analyses of fungal interactions with environmental elements via HEMI also indicate a clear difference among the treatments. Ultimately, the relative abundance of fungal composition significantly influenced the PM compost treated by the WSB.

In this study, the influence of coconut shell biochar addition (CSB) on heavy metals (Cu and Zn) resistance bacterial fate and there correlation with physicochemical parameters were evaluated during poultry manure composting. High-throughput sequencing was carried out on five treatments, namely T1−T5, where T2 to T5 were supplemented with 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% CSB, while T1 was used as control for the comparison. The results of HMRB indicated that the relative abundance of major potential bacterial host altered were Firmicutes (52.88–14.32%), Actinobacteria (35.20–4.99%), Bacteroidetes (0.05–15.07%) and Proteobacteria (0.01–20.28%) with elevated biochar concentration (0%−10%). Beta and alpha diversity as well as network analysis illustrated composting micro-environmental ecology with exogenous additive biochar to remarkably affect the dominant resistant bacterial community distribution by adjusting the interacting between driving environmental parameters with potential host bacterial in composting. Ultimately, the amendment of 7.5% CSB into poultry manure composting was able to significantly reduce the HMRB abundance, improve the composting efficiency and end product quality.

Rice Bran (RB) was added to soybean protein isolate (SPI) at 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% as addition to produce simulated meat by high moisture extrusion, and the apparent properties and structural characteristics of RB-SPI simulated meat were studied. The addition of 10% RB weakened the interaction among hydrogen bond (HB), hydrophobic bond (HI) and disulfide bond (DB), further increasing the hardness of simulated meat. Meanwhile, it decreased the content of intermolecular hydrogen bonding and enhanced the interaction between HI and HB, resulted in an increased tension. Adding 5% RB weakened the interaction between HB, HI and DB, decreased the content of random coils in the secondary structure, but strengthened the DB and ultimately increased the thermal stability of simulated meat.

Oleogels were prepared from extra virgin olive oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, and flaxseed oil with a mixture of β-sitosterol and stearic acid (Sit1:SA4, w/w) at concentrations of 15 and 20 g/100 g oil. The prepared oleogels were characterized by different methods to study the influence of oil type on the oleogel properties. The oil type influenced the colour and appearance of the oleogel. The flaxseed oil based oleogel showed lower oil loss and higher firmness than those of other oils based oleogels. The increase of gelator mixture from 15 to 20 g/100 g oil reduced the oil loss and improved the firmness of oleogel samples. The microscopy and small-angle x-ray scattering analyses showed different microstructures and crystallographic reflections for oleogels prepared from different oil types. Also, the oil type and concentration of gelator mixture influenced the melting and crystallization enthalpies of oleogel. Furthermore, different oils based oleogels showed varying values of viscosity, storage modulus (G’), and loss modulus (G”). Therefore, it can be concluded that the oil type and concentration of gelator influence the functional properties of oleogel and the flaxseed oil resulted in oleogel with good properties compared with other oils used in the study.

Based on the sustainable development practice-zero growth in chemical fertilizer application, this article used bagasse organic fertilizer and rice husk derived biochar to investigate the response of soil bacterial community in apple orchard. Aimed at realize the soil quality improvement and biomass resource recovery to contribute agricultural and environmental sustainability. The co-trophic Proteobacteria was predominant in all the treatments (29–36 %) and enriched in non-nitrifying Alphaproteobacteria (9–11 %) and ammonia oxidant Betaproteobacteria (8–10 %), especially richest in bagasse fertilizer combine biochar treated soil. In addition, bacterial community variation was assessed by alpha and beta diversity, four treatments dispersed distribution and richer abundance observed in combined apply bagasse fertilizer and biochar treatment (3909.22 observed-species) than single application (3729.88 and 3646.58 observed-species). Biochar as microbial carrier combined organic fertilizer were established synergistic interaction and favorable to organic matter availability during sustainable agriculture. Finally, integrated biochar-bagasse fertilizer was richer than single organic or biochar fertilization in improving soil bacterial diversity, notably by promoting the metabolism of copiotrophic bacteria, nutrient cycling, plant growth and disease inhibit-related bacteria.

The grass-waste management model affects soil organic carbon (SOC) and the microorganism community structure; however, studies on the relationship between the fungal community structure and the SOC chemical component at the aggregate level are poor. Solid-state 13C NMR and 18 S rDNA methods were used to evaluate the relationship between the SOC chemical composition and fungal community abundance at the aggregate level. Grass mulching significantly increased the percentage of labile carbon O-alkyl C (5.19%–11.79%) and decreased the instability of SOC (1.38–0.69). Microaggregates contained higher alkyl C (33.77%) and lower aromatic C (18.31%), and the A/O-A ratio (1.03) was higher than that of macroaggregates (0.89–0.96). Ascomycota, Basidiomycota and Mortierellomycota dominated the fungal community at the phylum level, and their abundance increased after grass mulching. Microaggregates supported more microbial diversity and richness and were rich in the Ascomycota (36.69%–67.49%) phylum, while LM aggregates were rich in Basidiomycota (5.62%–39.84%). We proved that changes in the O-alkyl C, carbonyl C, aromatic C and alkyl C of SOC chemical components were closely connected to fungal community composition, which together explained the change in fungal composition by 63.81%–71.99% among aggregates. We concluded that alterations in the chemical form of organic carbon were closely related to a change in the soil fungal community. In recent years, food waste (FW) composting has been widely adopted for sustainable organic waste recycling and transforming into stable mature compost to reduce the load to landfills, create a circular bioeconomy, and subsequently, mitigate the pressure on municipality or government to dispose increasing organic waste in an ecofriendly manner. Composting is one of the old and gold technologies that provide the better economically feasible approaches for organic waste recycling but very limited information is available regarding sustainability analysis. Therefore, this chapter aims to identify the key issues that affect the circular bioeconomy of large-scale FW composting plant and distinguish a maximum capacity of composting plant where this kind of composting enterprises could have superior possibility to be economically sustainable. An economic feasibility and sustainability analysis were also performed by exploiting the already published literature for large- and small-scale composting industries. In this chapter, we also evaluate that the sustainability analysis and economic feasibility of the composting industries depend on many factors such as FW quality, FW segregation and collection, potential of developing waste disposal solution, engineering, scale, quality of compost, and market demand. However, many advantages associated with the medium- and small-scale composting plants are (1) FW input and end product importance are simple to manage than big or large-scale composting industries and (2) there is extra profit in large-scale composting industries such as having a centralized system for huge quantity of FW management and carbon credits that are modest in the case of small-scale composting sector. Therefore, the quantitative relation of composting plant is one of the important factors to be improvident at the beginning phase of designing composting industries.
